Abstract

Looking for various strategies to market the creative economy after a pandemic disruption is the best practice in running a business. Many studies have been conducted regarding one species during a pandemic, but few have led to the identification of post-pandemic strategies. This aticle was looking for some strategic business marketing strategy after pandemic. Therefore, the authors have collected some data from various publications or secondary data. Then we examine it under a phenomenological approach whose aim is to obtain some phenomenal relevant data to answer the discussion of this article, such as coding the data, evaluating the data, and concluding as desired. Get answers to research questions. Based on the existing data and the discussion of relevant topics, we can conclude that the strategies we have obtained include, among others, formulating products and prices for consumers. Furthermore, we try to maximize promotions with various strategies. Some are through social networking; some are paid media ads. A marketing system via email, then internet-based marketing, as well as direct sales strategies and strategies to identify product weaknesses and many methods that we believe are relevant for marketing strategies business after the pandemic. Thus, these findings will be useful material for further studies.

Abstract

Creating unforgettable experiences is at the core of the tourism and hospitality industry. Improving the recall of consumption experiences can be used as a core marketing strategy in the experience economy. This study explores and analyses the relevance of keywords related to memorable tourism experiences in Scopus indexed scientific articles in 2018-2022. The research method used in this research is bibliometric and systematic analysis. Based on research conducted with bibliometric analysis of 155 keywords that are interconnected with one another related to Memorable Tourism Experience (MTE). The ten keywords with the most vital links were: unforgettable travel experience, intention to revisit, destination image, unforgettable travel experience, satisfaction, travel experience, coffee tour, heritage tourism, memory, and behavioural intention. This shows that these keywords are variables or topics often discussed in Scopus indexed scientific articles for the last five years. Analysis of the interrelationships between keywords includes tourism experience, one of which is carried out in tourist villages. Tourist villages are visited a lot because 1) there are unique attractions or attractions from the village itself, such as destination images and heritage tourism, and 2) there are facilities and accommodations such as lodging, eating and drinking facilities, hawker centres or souvenirs (culinary & coffee tourism). The) visitor centre, 3) there are tourist activities such as weaving, enjoying the scenery and others, 4) the existence of general development as an effort to create a tourist destination that provides the best service for tourists, From the pleasures and visits that have been made can create experiences memorable or meaningful, friendly and kind attitudes of residents towards tourists will also provide memory and affect the image of the destination. The purpose of doing tourism can be a determinant of the behaviour and return of tourists' intentions which can affect tourist destinations and the economy of residents.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine tourism development and identify the application of nomadic tourism in destinations Labuan Bajo super priority tourism. This study also aims to determine strategies that can be used to develop nomadic tourism in tourist destinations Labuan Bajo's super priority. This study uses a qualitative method, presenting the data in words, descriptions and descriptions. In this case, the qualitative data in question are how to apply nomad tourism and its development in super tourist destinations Labuan Bajo priority. Nomad tourism is a new style of travel and has been very suitable for development since the Covid-19 Pandemic. Nomad tourism has a concept where tourists can stay for some time with movable amenities. Nomad tourism also has the potential to develop in many tourist destinations in Indonesia with a complete tourism component, one of which is Labuan Bajo. Labuan Bajo has the potential to develop nomad tourism because it has many good amenities with criteria star and non-star with different price levels. Travel concept nomads are in great demand by tourists of productive age, namely 35-55 years and have income and rely heavily on the latest information in determining travel activities. Labuan Bajo has the potential to be developed as a destination for travel to nomads and become one of the ways to increase return visits tourists to Labuan Bajo.

Abstract

For any coffee shop business to achieve client happiness, especially when selling online, e-service and food quality are crucial considerations. Customers who could previously order directly are now using an internet meal delivery service to order the desired food or drink due to the COVID-19 epidemic. The purpose of this study was to ascertain whether the quality of food and electronic services had an impact on Generation Z's happiness with local brand coffee purchases made online during the Covid-19 pandemic. A survey method is employed in this study. An online questionnaire will be used to gather the data. Data collection will take place in October 2020 during the Covid-19 epidemic, with the target audience being Generation Z clients in Jabodetabek with an age range of 18 to 25. using a convenience sampling strategy for data collection. The PLS-SEM will be used to test the data analysis. According to the study's findings, the quality of electronic services has a favorable impact on customer happiness, and the quality of the food has a substantial impact as well.

Abstract

There are still many memorable experiences from traveling to the countryside yet to be revealed. This study aims to present emerging research trends regarding memorable experiences of rural tourism. A systematic literature review with bibliometric analysis was used to carry out this study. The results of the literature search and selection using the Scopus database determined 75 documents consisting of journal articles and conference papers published from 2018-2022. Performance analysis, science mapping, and networks were used to analyze data supported by PoP software and VOSviewer. The findings found that the trend of publications and citations of documents that examine memorable experiences when tourism in rural areas experienced a fluctuating development in the period 2018-2022. Furthermore, satisfaction is a feeling obtained from traveling in rural areas where tourist attractions in rural areas are also provide quality service by providing a place like a homestay where it is a memorable experience for traveling in rural areas. Therefore, rural tourism is one of the alternative activities that people can choose to minimize the level of boredom with the monotonous routine every day.

Abstract

Hotels have become a place associated with tourism and are needed when people travel for more than one night. Each prospective visitor has different criteria in choosing a hotel or inn, one of which is a measure of the application of health and safety, increasing customer satisfaction, satisfying service and increasing customer value. The purpose of this study was to examine whether customer value, health and safety, service quality, customer satisfaction had an effect on intention to stay longer. Data analysis in this study using PLS-SEM. The population in this study are consumers who have stayed at hotels in Indonesia. This study used 160 respondents to fill out a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-6. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The results showed that customer value, health and safety, service quality, customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on intention to stay longer. Furthermore, this research provides discussion, implications and conclusions. This study provides theoretical and managerial implications for understanding respondents' intentions to stay longer in hotels.Keywords: customer value, health and safety, service quality, customer satisfaction, intention to stay longer

Abstract

Muffin cake, also known as “Quick Bread”, is one of the bread products that is considered as a quick bread because it is practical and one of the type of cake that is easy to consume. This product has any variety of flavors, from salty, sweet and savory depending on the varied contents of the muffin cake. Generally, muffin cakes are made from wheat flour mixed together with other ingridients such as eggs and sugar. Wheat flour can be said to be the most important ingridients in the success of the product. The role of wheat flour has taken a very large number, 55% used in the total production of the bread and cakes companies so it slowly threaten the level of dependence of the Indonesian people on wheat which continues to increase every year. To reduce this dependency rate, researches developed a muffin cake product that originally  made from wheat flour which was substitute into quinoa as its raw material. The Quinoa-based muffin cake will be developed into three different variants as the final results, consisting of a variant of tiramisu jam filling and also a variant of regal jam filling. This study aims to determine whether any effects  of using quinoa on muffin cake, to  know the level of preference number by the panelist on quinoa-based muffin cake and to know the panelists’s acceptance of quinoa-based muffin cake that determined in 4 different aspects, in terms of aroma, taste, texture and appearance of the muffin cake. This research involved 56 respondents as a panelist from the Jakarta area that to be used as a sample, using a primary data collection methods through distributing questionnaires and also surveys. The type of this research method is using a research and development. Based on the results of the tests by using hedonic organoleptic and hedonic quality tests, validity tests, reliability tests, and friedman tests that quinoa-based muffin cake can be accepted and like by the number of people in Indonesia based on the number of the data are above the mean. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi nilai makanan, citra makanan, pengalaman makanan, loyalitas pengunjung dan mediasi kepuasan kuliner. Objek penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke wisata Pontianak. Sampel  penelitian ini sebanyak  400 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner online  dibagikan kepada wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Pontianak menggunakan non-probability dan purposeful sampling dengan kriteria wisatawan  berkunjung ke Pontianak setahun sekali. Analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara seluruh variabel dan dimediasi oleh food satisfaction dengan  p-value sebesar 0,000 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua hipotesis didukung Keywords: Gastronomic perceived value, gastronomic image, Gastronomic experience, loyalitas wisatawan, gastronomic Satisfaction.   Abstract This study aims to determine the perception of food value, food image, food experience, visitor loyalty and mediation of culinary satisfaction. The object of this research is tourists who visit Pontianak tourism. The sample of this research is 400 respondents. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The data collection tool in this study used a questionnaire. Online questionnaires were distributed to tourists visiting Pontianak using non-probability and purposeful sampling with the criteria of tourists visiting Pontianak once a year. Data analysis using PLS-SEM. The results show that there is a positive influence between all variables and is mediated by food satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000, so it can be concluded that all hypotheses are supported.. Keywords: Gastronomic perceived value, gastronomic image, Gastronomic experience, visitor loyalty, gastronomic satisfaction.

Abstract

The experience economy approach shows that consumers are not only offered a product as a commodity but as an experience. Experience in a destination will distinguish one place from another. The purpose of this research is to examine the four categories of experiences owned by the Keranggan Tourism Village and to provide a product development strategy based on that experience. The four categories are aesthetic experience, entertainment, education, and getting out of the routine. Kampung Keranggan has been developed since 2012 and already has several tourist attractions that are visited by tourists. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was done by interviewing the Tourism Awareness Group and field observations. The findings of this study are that Kampung Keranggan already has aspects in realizing the experience, but the packaging still needs to be developed. Among them, the educational experience for tourists is given the experience of food processing production, from harvesting cassava, peeling, steaming, and mashing to forming opaque chips. The results of this experience study will be included in the tourism product development strategy.

Abstract

Development of tourism is basically aimed at the welfare of the community because the development of tourism in one area can expand employment and increase income for the surrounding local community and increase state income. But in tourism development, we must pay attention to several aspects that will be affected both by the economic and socio-cultural aspects of the surrounding local community. One of the attractions that applies the concept of cultural tourism is Kampung Naga. This research is a qualitatively descriptive study. The results of the study concluded that the development of cultural tourism in Kampung Naga has had a great impact on the local community of Kampung Naga, especially on the economic aspects of the community. In terms of the economy of the community, the level of the local community economy is better than before. The opening of new jobs and the opportunity to expand business have a positive impact on the economy of local communities. However, it also causes income inequality for the people around the dragon village. The development of tourism in Kampung Naga not only has an impact on the economic aspect but also has an impact on the socio-cultural aspects of the local community. There are several indicators that have an impact on the socio-cultural aspects of the local community.
