Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness and obstacles of implementing the Regional Asset Management Information System (SIMDA-BMD) in improving the efficiency and accountability of regional asset management at the Bandung Regency Education Office. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and literature, as well as document analysis. The population and sample in this study were employees at the Bandung Regency Education Office who handle assets that are determined on a perpusive basis. The results show that SIMDA-BMD has succeeded in improving the accuracy of BMD inventory data and simplifying the digital asset management process. SIMDA-BMD also accelerates the reporting process and minimizes manual errors in data recording. For better BMD management, it is necessary to improve training for human resources, reduce reliance on manual recording, improve infrastructure, and evaluate to align the development and effectiveness of management.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of morning hygiene culture in instilling character education of discipline and responsibility in students and educational staff at SMP Negeri 3 Panyabungan. Morning hygiene culture is a routine activity carried out before the learning process begins through class assignments, cleaning the school environment, and supervision by teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the implementation of morning hygiene culture contributes to forming discipline through compliance with school schedules and regulations and forming a character of responsibility through carrying out tasks regularly and consistently. Supporting factors include the commitment of the principal and teachers, while the obstacle faced is the lack of awareness of some students in carrying out cleaning tasks. Morning hygiene culture is effective in supporting the strengthening of character education in schools.

Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension is a significant public health issue, particularly in pre-elderly populations, and can lead to various chronic diseases if not properly managed. This study aims to investigate the effect of family history on the incidence of hypertension in the pre-elderly population. Method: A quantitative research design with a case-control approach was employed, involving 42 respondents (21 cases and 21 controls). Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed with the Chi-square test. Results: The findings revealed a significant association between family history and the occurrence of hypertension in the pre-elderly, with a p-value of 0.000. Conversely, no significant relationship was found between physical activity and hypertension incidence (p-value = 0.634). Conclusion: The study concludes that family history is a significant risk factor for hypertension in the pre-elderly. At the same time, physical activity does not appear to influence the condition in this group. Regular monitoring and management of blood pressure, particularly for those with a family history of hypertension, are crucial for preventing the development of hypertension in the pre-elderly population
