Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen waktu dalam organisasi siswa intra sekolah (OSIS) di SMP Negeri 7 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah satu pembina OSIS, ketua OSIS , bendahara OSIS, sekretaris OSIS dan lima anggota OSIS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian manajemen (1) kemampuan membagi waktu tercermin dari kemampuan pengurus OSIS melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan OSIS tanpa mengganggu proses belajar di sekolah; (2) membuat jadwal atau rencana kegiatan tercermin dari jadwal rencana kegiatan yang dibuat oleh OSIS selama masa jabatannya yang belum bisa dibuktikan karena belum ada data yang diperoleh dan dipaparkan; (3) pendelegasian tugas tercermin dari adanya penyerahan tanggungjawab yang tidak terlalu sering terjadi dan; (4) menggunakan waktu secara efektif tercermin dari kemampuan pengurus OSIS menggunakan waktu secara tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kegiatan  sehingga tidak ada waktu yang terbuang sia-sia.

Abstract

This research aims to find out (1) to what extent is the role of women in economic development in Makassar City? (2) what factors hinder the role of women in economic development in Makassar City? The research method uses field research methods. The data obtained is qualitative in nature and is presented in a descriptive qualitative manner. All data collected, both primary data and secondary data, used as research material are discussed using the above. The results of this research reveal that the role of women in economic development has significant results. The obstacles experienced by women are (1) difficulty managing time, (2) unsupportive work environment, and (3) insufficient income.

Abstract

This study examines the aesthetic reconstruction of digital calligraphy as a form of adaptation by local artists to the advancement of digital technology and the dynamics of contemporary art. Digital calligraphy is not merely understood as a technical transformation of traditional practices, but as a new creative domain that facilitates the exploration of form, color, composition, and integration with modern visual media. The primary objective of this research is to identify how local artists reinterpret the aesthetic values of calligraphy through digital mediums, along with the challenges and strategies they employ in the process.The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through literature reviews, visual observation of digital calligraphy works, and in-depth interviews with two artists representing distinct artistic backgrounds. The findings reveal that digitalization provides expanded opportunities for visual expression, technical efficiency, and wider dissemination of artwork. However, it also presents issues related to authenticity, the perception of artistic value, and the difficulty of preserving the essence of traditional calligraphy.The study concludes that digital calligraphy is not merely a substitute for conventional techniques, but a medium that broadens aesthetic horizons through an interdisciplinary approach that combines technology, visual culture, and traditional values. Therefore, digital calligraphy artists are required to possess not only technical proficiency but also philosophical understanding to ensure their works remain authentic and meaningful in a modern context.

Abstract

There are still many ASN who do not understand the provisions of government regulations. The problem of indiscipline of civil servants is a topic of discussion for the public in general. In addition to performance that is often considered less than optimal, the ASN discipline factor also often receives sharp criticism from the public. Problem formulation: How is leadership development at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service? How is the application of sanctions for ASN disciplinary violations at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service? This study uses a qualitative approach and data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interview and documentation study techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the general section of the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service, the implementation of state civil apparatus discipline is still not optimal due to several factors, namely that there are still violations committed by civil servants such as rarely attending roll calls, arriving late, being outside the office during office hours, and so on. This study aims to determine how the implementation of state civil apparatus discipline is in the general section of the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service, and how successful the implementation of state civil apparatus discipline is in the general section of the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of civil servant discipline in the general section of the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Service has not been fully successful, because there are still employees who commit violations, namely lack of awareness in implementing the rules, lack of supervision, and lack of strict sanctions given to violators at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Service. Therefore, awareness is needed from each individual to obey and comply with the rules, strict sanctions are needed if an ASN is proven to have committed a violation with the aim of providing a deterrent effect and not repeating the same mistake in the future. In conclusion, employees who work not in accordance with their educational background will be guided, fostered and directed. The leader will provide training to these employees so that they can work in accordance with the main tasks and functions given. The implementation of ASN discipline at the ESDM Service has been implemented with Government Regulations. In its implementation, there are still frequent violations of discipline in the general section, especially in terms of timekeeping, there are still many employees who do not arrive on time.

Abstract

Anggota Polri dalam menangani kriminalitas yang terjadi dalam masyarakat belum secara terutama kemampuan dalam bidang keahlian penyelesaian tindak kriminalitas. Di samping itu pula, anggota Polri juga belum memadainya kemampuan manusia manusiawi terutama dalam bentuk pengalaman kerja. Rumusan masalah adalah kemampuan anggota Polri Reskrim Polsek Krueng Raya dalam menanggulangi kriminalitas pada Polsek Krueng Raya? motivasi anggota Polri Reskrim Polsek Krueng Raya dalam menanggulangi kriminalitas pada Polsek Krueng Raya?. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan kemampuan anggota Polri Reskrim Polsek Krueng Raya dalam menanggulangi kriminalitas pada Polsek Krueng Raya dan mendeskripsikan motivasi anggota Polri Reskrim Polsek Krueng Raya dalam menanggulangi kriminalitas pada Polsek Krueng Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan informan 5 orang ditetapkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan interview. Adapun analisis data digunakan teknik interaktif miles dan huberman dengan empat langkah yaitu reduksi, sajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Kemampuan anggota Polri dalam mengatasi terjadinya kriminalitas di kalangan masyarakat masih belum sepenuhnya berhasil dengan baik. Hal ini terjadi disebabkan oleh pengguna kemampuan teknis yang menyangkut dengan penggunaan metode yang belum maksimal. Motivasi anggota Polsek Krueng Raya dalam menanggulangi kriminalitas di lingkungan masyarakat juga belum mampu ditingkatkan terutama kebutuhan fisiologis yang masih terus kendala pada waktu istirahat sehingga menjadi tidak maksimal dalam menjalankan tugas. Demikian pula halnya dengan kebutuhan rasa aman masih terkendala pada aspek fisik. Kemudian anggota Polsek Raya juga tidak pernah menerima penghargaan eksternal dari pihak yang membutuhkan jaminan keamanan. Dalam hal motivasi aktualisasi diri anggota Polsek Krueng Raya belum mampu melakukan inovasi dengan baik.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan berasal dari kata “pimpin” memiliki arti memimpin, menunjuk, menunjukan jalan, mengapalai, melatih mendidik dan mengajari, selain memiliki pengertian menunjuk jalan, memimpin juga berarti mempengaruhi dan pepimpin mempunyai tanggung jawab baik secara fisik maupun spiritual terhadap keberhasialan aktivitas kerja dari orang- orang yang dipimpinnya. oleh karnanya kepemimpinan merupakan elemen yang sangat berpengaruh dalam rangka pencapainya tujuan organisasi, karena itu maju mundurnya sebuah organisasi hal itu sangat tergantung pada pemimpin. untuk itu sebuah organisasi sangat membutuhkan seorang pemimpin yang sangat berpengaruh dalam rangka pencapain tujuan organisasi. rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bangaimana gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap staf dan guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri 13 Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen Kendalam apa saja yang dihadapi oleh Kepala Sekolah Dasar terhadap Kemampuan Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri 13 Jangka Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di sekolah, Sekolah Dasar Negeri S13 Jangka Kabupatan Bireuen adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang sedikit militeristik di mana gaya militeristik ini juga mirip dengan tipe kepemimpinan otoriter yaitu gaya kepemimpinan di mana kepala sekolah selaku pemengang kekuasaan memusatkan segala keputusan dan kebijakan yang diambil dari dirinya sendiri secara penuh, namun juga tidak sepenuhnya di katagorikan dalam tata militeristik karna ada saatnya pengambilan keputusan harus melalui rapat dengan para staf dan guru sekolah untuk bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik di sekolah. Selanjutnya, Kemampuan guru dengan meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dasar negeri 13 jangka kabupaten bireuen, berlangsung dengan baik dimana kemampuan guru dalam hal pengembangan kepribadian sudah berjalan dengan baik terutama ketika guru berinteraksi dengan siswa disekolah, Sebagai Kesimpulan penelitian ini menjunjuk bahwakepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja guru dalam proses belajar mengajar pada sekolah.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in implementing religious literacy in schools through a workshop activity. The background of this program is rooted in the fact that religious literacy plays a crucial role in shaping students’ religious character, yet it has not been fully integrated effectively into the learning process. The implementation method consisted of three stages: preparation (needs analysis and module development), workshop activities (lectures, discussions, simulations, and microteaching), and evaluation through pre-test, post-test, observation, and questionnaires. The results of the program indicated a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills regarding the concepts and strategies of religious literacy implementation. In addition, workshop participants successfully developed follow-up plans to integrate religious literacy into classroom teaching. Therefore, this workshop proved effective in developing the competence of PAI teachers and in fostering a culture of religious literacy within the school environment.

Abstract

The era of disruption 5.0 is an era of massive development of information technology. Able to change culture, lifestyle patterns, family order quickly, the changes that occur tend to make family life unstable, not sustainable, differences in attitudes, changes in lifestyle, commitment as an external attack due to cultural shifts so that family life is unable to survive, increasing divorce rates, violence in the family. Generally, people who have families prioritize kafa'ah in choosing a partner, especially aspects of social status, wealth, career and position. From the existing phenomenon, it is necessary to implement maqasid kafa'ah towards family resilience of the era disrution 5.0 the Fiqh Perspective. The research method used is library research, the using triangulation method by classifying data, presenting and drawing conclusions and analyzing it through content analysis. Finddings reseach: First, it is necessary to choose partner who is as good as aspects of piety and noble morals, leading to realizing a sakinah, mawaddah family life while implementing Islamic values ​​in the family. Abstract

It is very important for the head of school to manage and oversee school activities to a goal. School leaders, in the growing era of digital technology, must also be able to integrate the principles of digital ethics into their curricula to form a responsible and ethical generation in the use of such technology. In addition, the head of the school must be able to motivate the teachers to behave well and provide guidance, coordination, activities, and supervision, as well as carry out the necessary supervision in the school management. School leaders must be able to manage school resources, incorporate digital ethics principles into the curriculum, motivate teachers, and carry out effective supervision and control. They also have to be innovators, leaders, honest, responsible, and able to make decisions. In this growing technology age, school leaders must be able to incorporate the principles of digital ethics into their curricula so that they can form a generation that uses technology well and responsibly. Abstract

Innovation and digital transformation today play an important role in affecting various aspects of people's lives, including in the social, cultural, economic, and political spheres.
