Abstract

Marine pollution is a condition that endangers the lives of marine life, natural resources, the health of marine ecosystems, and human health. To reduce marine pollution produced by ships, all crew members (ABK) are responsible and have the necessary knowledge and skills. Garbage Management Plan is a plan for handling waste. This includes understanding the types of waste and how to manage it effectively so that it can be separated and disposed of according to its kind. The author conducted research on a ship based on qualitative research, where the author has carried out sea practice for more than a year on the SV. Patrona 118. In this sea practice the author observed the use of the Garbage Management Plan on the Patrona 118 Supply Vessel according to MARPOL Annex V. The results of this study are: 1) To protect the marine environment effectively, the ship's crew must increase awareness and discipline in following these regulations. Companies need to ensure that all types of waste, especially plastic, are managed and disposed of properly by applicable provisions; and 2) Although the majority of the crew have understood and complied with the existing procedures, increased supervision, and training are essential steps to achieve knowledge of the entire crew and full compliance and prevention of marine pollution by MARPOL 73/78 Annex V.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di tingkat sekolah dasar memiliki peran penting dalam membangun dasar keterampilan berbahasa siswa di era globalisasi. Namun, berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan media pembelajaran interaktif dan metode pengajaran konvensional masih menjadi tantangan. Program pendampingan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di SD Inpres 6/86 Balle melalui permainan edukatif bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa serta keterampilan berbahasa mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), dengan tahapan meliputi persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, monitoring, dan pengembangan. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis permainan edukatif mampu meningkatkan daya ingat kosakata, kepercayaan diri dalam berbicara, serta motivasi siswa dalam belajar bahasa Inggris. Meskipun demikian, masih diperlukan upaya lanjutan dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif serta pelatihan bagi guru agar metode ini dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The childfree phenomenon has been developing and has become an interesting topic of discussion in Indonesian society, triggering diverse pro and contra reactions. The increased visibility of this issue is partly influenced by the statement of influencer Gita Savitri Devi, which subsequently fostered public discourse concerning the childfree life choice. Given the significance of this phenomenon and the polemic it has generated, this research aims to analyze the childfree phenomenon in Indonesia and examine how the perspective of Maqashid al-Syari’ah addresses this life choice. This study employs library research, utilizing Normative Theological and Sociological Approaches. The research findings indicate that the childfree life choice is underpinned by various considerations and reasons from the individuals or couples who make this decision. From the perspective of Maqashid al-Syari’ah, gaining an in-depth understanding of these reasons is crucial for the analysis. Consequently, if the reason for choosing childfree aligns with the principle of maslahah dharuriyyat within the framework of Maqashid al-Syari’ah, the decision could potentially be deemed permissible, and vice versa

Abstract

Bangsa Indonesia saat ini masih terus dihadapkan pada krisis multidimensial . Dari hasil berbagai kajian disiplin dan pendekatan, tampaknya ada kesamaan pandangan bahwa segala macam krisis itu berpangkal dari krisis akhlaq atau moral baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. Konstribusi pendidikian Islam dalam konteks ini adalah pada pembangunan mentalitas manusia yang merupakan produknya. Sebagai agen perubahan sosial, pendidikan Islam yang berada dalam atmosfir modernisasi dan globalisasi dewasa ini dituntut untuk mampu memainkan perannya secara dinamis dan proaktif. Kehadirannya diharapkan mampu membawa perubahan dan kontribusi yang berarti bagi perbaikan umat Islam, baik pada tataran intelektual teoritis maupun praktis. Globalisasi berpandangan bahwa dunia didominasi oleh perekonomian dan munculnya hegemoni pasar dunia kapitalis dan ideologi neoliberal yang menopangnya. Untuk mengimbangi derasnya arus globalisasi perlu dikembangkan dan ditanamkan karakter nasionalisme guna menghadapi dampak negatif dari arus globalisasi. Untuk mengantisipasi berbagai tantangan di era ini maka pembelajaran agama Islam di Sekolah maupun di Perguruan Tinggi harus ditunjukkan kontribusinya.

Abstract

Subsidized fertilizer is a government program to increase agricultural productivity, consisting of various fertilizers: UREA, SP-36, ZA, NPK, and Organic fertilizer. This study aims to identify the distribution pattern of subsidized fertilizer based on the Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 4 of 2023 in Latimojong District, Luwu Regency, as well as to review its distribution from the perspective of Islamic law. The research method used is qualitative research. The data sources consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques employed are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study results show that the distribution pattern of subsidized fertilizer in Kadundung Village, Latimojong District, Luwu Regency, has not been optimal. This is due to recurring issues of fertilizer stock shortages, causing difficulties for farmers and forcing some of them to purchase non-subsidized fertilizer.

Abstract

As technology and science continue to advance rapidly, it is necessary to update the curriculum and learning methods constantly. This helps to meet the demands of the times and the ever-evolving landscape of science and technology. In Indonesia, the government has implemented an independent curriculum to strengthen character education. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used to research and obtain objective and reliable results. The research showed that educational institutions at all levels have implemented the independent curriculum to support national education goals.

Abstract

This Islam has determined that the state is tasked with regulating the entire education system so that it can be accessed and obtained easily by the people. The Qur'an emphasizes the importance of observing and contemplating existing natural phenomena. This research aims to determine the development of educational technology from the perspective of the Qur'an. This research uses the library research method. The technique used in collecting data in this research is by searching for literature in the form of articles or journal publications available via the web (internet) or manually. The development of science and technology has existed since the time of the Prophet, even before the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Qur'an has discussed and explained knowledge and technology, including surah Al-Baqarah (2): 31, surah At-Taubah (9): 122, surah Al-Mujadilah (58): 11, surah Al-’Alaq (96): 1-5, surah Al-Jatsyiah (45): 13, surah Al-Anbiya (21): 80-81, surah Yasin (36): 41-42, and surah Al-Fiil (105): 1-5.

Abstract

The government is committed to providing education to all parts of the country in order to enhance the quality of education for everyone. The independent curriculum, which focuses on independent learning at independent campuses, aims to improve the quality of learning in educational institutions, particularly vocational education. This approach is based on the students' abilities, thus enabling them to compete globally by providing the skills required in the business and industrial workforce. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used in this research, which involves a systematic sorting of scientific sources before determining which ones are suitable for the purpose of obtaining more objective and reliable results. The research findings demonstrate that the independent curriculum through independent learning - independent campuses approach can enhance the quality of learning, especially in vocational education institutions, where it is crucial to prepare students for real-life work.

Abstract

The aim of education is to provide an interesting and comfortable atmosphere for students to learn and achieve their goals. It is the duty of an educator to assess and understand the class in order to determine the best method to be used for teaching. The material taught in the class also plays a crucial role in determining the approach to be taken. Based on a systematic literature review (SLR), the problem-based learning model is an effective method for achieving educational goals and improving critical thinking skills in students. This model is also highly recommended for leadership learning in educational institutions because it fosters a sense of independence, democracy, and responsibility by developing students' potential.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental basis for building national civilization. Educational institutions in the transportation sector continue to transform to enhance the quality of education. In connection with the violence in the educational environment, it is vital to carry out this study to provide an overview for the community, teaching, and education staff, and educational policymakers, especially in the transportation sector. The study was carried out using a method in the form of a literature study also called a literature review. The results of this study include: 1) Conflicts in educational institutions usually occur between individuals, groups, or between parts of the environment; 2) Conflict management in educational institutions can be conducted by mediating promptly to prevent conflicts from escalating.; and 3) Implementation of conflict management strategies can be done by creating professional code of ethics learning policies and routine activities to increase team collaboration outdoors (outbound).
