Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of applying the team quiz method to the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 122381 Pematang Siantar on theme 8 sub-theme 2. There are 2 hypotheses in this study namely, (1) there is an effect of applying the team quiz method to learning outcomes Science class V students (H1) and (2) there is no effect of applying the team quiz method to the science learning outcomes of class V students (H0). The method used in this study is an experimental method with a pre-experimental research design with a one group pre-test post-test design. The number of samples in this study were 24 people. Data collection was carried out by conducting tests, observation and documentation, the research data obtained was analyzed using statistical analysis. Based on the results of the T-test data analysis, it is known that the tcount is 10.4 while the ttable is 1.714 with a significance level of 0.05. So from saying that tcount > ttable. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the team quiz method on the science learning outcomes of class V UPTD SD Negeri 122381 Pematang Siantar. This means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the contextual teaching and learning model on student learning outcomes in theme 8 sub-themes 1 in class V UPTD SDN 124388 Siantar Martoba. There are 2 hypotheses in this study, namely: (ha) there is an influence of the contextual teaching and learning model on student learning outcomes in theme 8 sub-theme 1 in class V UPTD SDN 124388 Siantar Martoba and (Ho) there is no effect of the contextual teaching and learning model on student learning outcomes on theme 8 sub-theme 1 in class V UPTD SDN 124388 Siantar Martoba. This research was carried out in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research method is an experiment with a pre-experimental research design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttes Design research design. The sample of this research was 36 students consisting of 19 male students and 17 female students. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and tests. The data is processed using statistical analysis techniques. From the results of data analysis, it was found that tcount = 16.40 and ttable = 1.68 so that it can be concluded that tcount > ttable, so there is an influence of the contextual teaching and learning model on student learning outcomes in theme 8 sub-theme 1 in class V UPTD SDN 124388 Siantar Martoba . This means Ha = accepted and Ho = rejected.

Abstract

This study systematically reviews the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in elementary education, focusing on the role of AI in enhancing teaching effectiveness, personalized learning, and student engagement. The research synthesizes various studies from the past decade to identify key AI technologies, the challenges faced, and the requirements for successful adoption in primary schools. The findings reveal that AI technologies, such as biosensors, voice recognition systems, and AI-powered platforms, significantly contribute to creating adaptive learning environments and providing real-time feedback, thus supporting personalized and experiential learning. However, the study also highlights challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, teacher competence, and ethical concerns regarding data privacy and algorithmic bias. Addressing these challenges requires investment in infrastructure, ongoing teacher training, and clear ethical guidelines to ensure equitable access to AI-driven learning. The study concludes that while AI holds great potential to transform primary education, its successful implementation depends on overcoming these barriers and fostering a culture of innovation within schools. The results offer practical recommendations for educators, policymakers, and technology developers to optimize AI use in primary schools, ensuring that it becomes an inclusive tool for enhancing educational outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Mind Mapping terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas V SD Swasta Taman Asuhan. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi-Experimental Design) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri dari 63 siswa yang terbagi ke dalam kelas eksperimen (n=32) dan kelas kontrol (n=31). Kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan dengan model Mind Mapping, sementara kelas kontrol diajar dengan model konvensional. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes yang telah diuji validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, dan daya bedanya. Data dianalisis dengan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji-t untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen (86,88) secara signifikan lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol (43,55). Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t_hitung = 8,629 > t_tabel = 2,000 dengan Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menyebabkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Mind Mapping memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas V SD Swasta Taman Asuhan Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab rendahnya kemampuan membaca siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 091254 Batu Anam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 24 siswa kelas III dan guru wali kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya kemampuan membaca siswa disebabkan oleh dua faktor utama, yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi rendahnya motivasi dan minat membaca serta keterbatasan kemampuan kognitif siswa dalam memahami kosakata dan mempertahankan konsentrasi. Faktor eksternal meliputi kurangnya dukungan orang tua, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana sekolah (seperti perpustakaan yang terbengkalai dan kurangnya buku bacaan), serta metode pembelajaran yang masih monoton. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung peningkatan kemampuan membaca siswa melalui penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai, penerapan metode pembelajaran yang variatif, serta peningkatan peran orang tua dalam mendorong kebiasaan membaca di rumah.
