Supply chain berperan penting dalam peningkatan efektivitas dalam produksi. Supplu chain dibutuhkan untuk merancang, memproduksi, dan mendistribusikan produk dari pemasok ke pelanggan akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memitigasi risiko pada supply chain di Departemen Logistik PT Adaro Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan yaitu House of Risk (HOR) dimana dilakukan pendekatan dengan deskriptif kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan pengolahan data berdasar metode House Of Risk. Berdasarkan analisis, ditemukan empat penyebab risiko utama tingginya permintaan mendadak, keterlambatan pengiriman oleh vendor, keterbatasan anggaran pengguna, dan kendala jenis transportasi. Strategi mitigasi yang direkomendasikan mencakup koordinasi dengan vendor dan departemen terkait, pemantauan proses pengiriman, dan evaluasi kinerja vendor. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas rantai pasok dan mengurangi risiko operasional. Kata kunci: House of Risk; mitigasi risik; rantai pasok ;

The aim of this research is to study the role of Satpol PP in maintaining public order in the city of Surabaya. Satpol PP is responsible for complying with Regional Regulations and maintaining public order in accordance with the Law. This research uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive approach. This study found that the role of the Surabaya City Satpol PP is in controlling street vendors, controlling unlicensed buildings, and controlling advertising. City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2020 concerning Implementation of Public Order and Community Peace regulates this action.

Manufacturing companies are working hard to maximize the use of their information technology, especially on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, in today's sophisticated, competitive, and technology-driven environment. By leveraging a central database and operating in a consistent system environment, ERP systems unify all company activities. This integrated system can combine information from multiple departments to make decision making easier and better suited to the internal and external needs of the business. The choice of an ERP system is an important investment intended to improve the financial, strategic and profitable performance of a company. This study clarifies the key factor of success faced by manufacturing companies while utilizing ERP software.

AbstractExtended Reality (XR), encompassing Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR), constitutes immersive computer-generated technologies. While predominantly implemented in larger enterprises, XR adoption in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is notably sparse. XR's projected significance in product marketing, such as Meta Company and industry experts, this paper investigates XR adoption in Indonesian MSMEs from 2020 to 2023. Our review identifies ten instances of XR implementation in MSMEs, primarily in early developmental stages with limited user experience. The application of the (TAM) underscores the importance of user-centric evaluations in the adoption process. The balance between affordability, technological readiness, and consumer appeal will be key factors influencing the future dynamics of XR adoption in the business sector. Theoretical implications suggest a potential shift in marketing dynamics for MSMEs, while practical implications underscore the need for enhanced XR integration strategies to unlock the technology's full potential in empowering smaller enterprises.

This research discusses efforts to preserve Indonesian culture through the Summer Semester program held at Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep, Thailand. The main focus of this activity is to exchange Indonesian culture as a form of cultural diplomacy and increase Indonesia's soft power in the international arena. Through this activity, Indonesia can introduce cultural values and traditions to the global community, which contributes to strengthening Indonesia's positive image in the eyes of the world. This activity not only functions as a means of cultural promotion, but also as a medium for education and cultural exchange between nations, allowing participants from various backgrounds to learn and interact directly with Indonesian culture for participants from various countries

Abstract: Progressively increase consumer of HP (hand phone) at this time, make a celluler provider in this country compete to give programs can make consumer interest. Like a IM3 which give telephone and SMS tarif cheap to consumer. IM3 many use advertising like a print and electronic to introduce program they are to consumer celluler. But often advertising present good by IM3 or other celluler provider too abundant, so that make consumer swallow the bait. In this fact, need consumer donâ€™t feel swallow the bait. With consumer involvement in searching information about brand, expect consumer can know good or bad a program from celluler provider, to be make brand loyalty from consumer to product from celluler provider. Because that the purpose from this research is to know consumer involvement to sim card brand through advertising so that can make brand loyalty. Sample which use in this research is consumer IM3â€™s sim card of old age minimum 16 year which buying repeat voucher more from 10 time and use more from 1 year. Dataâ€™s gathering do by submit list of question to respondent (questioner). Analysis used in research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result from this research is can know that advertising effectiveness influential positive to customer involvement. So also with consumer influential positive to brand loyalty. Efficient supply chain performance is a critical factor for a company's success. This research aims to design a supply chain management (SCM) performance evaluation system using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach as a basis for determining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at CV Jumjum Station. The research method employed is descriptive quantitative, with primary data collected through interviews, pairwise comparison questionnaires, and secondary data from literature studies. Data analysis is conducted using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) using Super Decision 3.20 to measure the level of importance among hierarchies and BSC perspectives. The results indicate that the financial aspect is the top priority in evaluating SCM performance, followed by employee development, customer service, and the company's internal processes. Delivery reliability, product development, and productivity ratios are identified as key areas that need improvement to optimize the company's SCM performance.

This study uses the foreign exchange rate to investigate how the Indonesia Stock Exchange's Composite Stock Price Index is affected by growing oil prices and economic growth. The study's population consists of all data on the Indonesia Stock currency's Composite Stock Price Index (JCI), as well as all data on foreign exchange rates, GDP, and worldwide oil prices from Bank Indonesia for the quarters ending in 2010 and 2020. The analysis technique uses path analysis which is an extension of multiple linear analysis, or path analysis is the use of regression analysis to estimate the causal relationship between variables (causal model), the population used is all composite stock price index data and the sample used is a saturated sample of all combined stock price index data. The results of the study show that the Composite Stock Price Index is influenced by the World Oil Price. There is no contribution from Economic Growth to the Composite Stock Price Index. Foreign exchange rates have an effect on the Composite Stock Price Index based on the price of oil globally. Through foreign exchange rates, economic progress affects the composite stock price index.

This assistance aims to develop the economic sector of MSMEs in Kutorejo Kec. Kertosono village of nganjuk regency through the KPM-IK STAI Miftahul'ula Kertosono Nganjuk program. The methods in this study use the Asset Based Community Developmet (ABCD) approach or asset-based community empowerment approach. Through this Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach can continuously form community independence in increasing income so as to improve their well-being. The development of MSMEs is carried out through the Online Market and is proven to have a positive impact with the increasing turnover of income from MSMEs "Convection Yoris".

PT. Era Bangun Telecomindo Regional East Java (PT EBTEL JATIM) is a company dedicated to providing fiber optic cable network services starting from the installation of new networks, network repairs and network rejuvenation in East Java which experiences problems in waste management and the emergence of high project fines due to lack of knowledge of risk identification, risk mitigation and green supply chain management. The purpose of the research is to find out the risk mitigation analysis that occurs in implementing Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the House Of Risk (HOR) method to analyze the risks within the company's Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) framework. Data collection through the interview and questionnaire process, and data processing uses formula functions in Microsoft Excel. The results of the study found that there is risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation from the company's Green Supply Chain Management framework, which can reduce the cost of fines incurred by the company.
