Abstract

Kurikulum yang berganti akan mempengaruhi proses kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar pada kurikulum merdeka. Metode yang digunakan adalah inquiry naturalistic. Data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan kepala sekolah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Miles Dan Huberman. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah pada kegiatan awal ini guru memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam melaksanakan kegiatan awal terlihat bahwa hanya satu guru yang kurang dalam membangkitkan minat dan rasa ingin tahu siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran yang akan dilakukan dan materi yang akan dipelajari. Kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan inti terdapat kendala yaitu ketika diskusi siswa yang masih bingung, kurang aktif, dan masih ada guru yang kesulitan dalam memvariasikan pembelajaran ini terutama di kurikulum merdeka ini guru dituntut untuk proses pembelajarannya berbasis proyek, menarik, menggunakan model pembelajaran bervariasi, dan fleksibel. Selanjutnya pada kegiatan penutup yang berisi penilaian guru memiliki kemampuan yang baik untuk melakukan penilaian baik itu penilaian formatif dan sumatif.

Abstract

Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka menjadi penting karena menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pembentukan karakter siswa. Melalui kegiatan pramuka, siswa diberikan pengalaman yang bermakna untuk mengasah karakter mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembinaan nilai pendidikan karakter siswa melalui kegiatan pramuka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang berpartisipasi adalah guru pembina dan kepala sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan nilai pendidikan karakter siswa melalui kegiatan pramuka dilakukan melalui berbagai metode yaitu keteladanan, pembiasaan, penugasan, dan hukuman. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi metode yang dapat digunakan dalam melaksanakan pembinaan nilai pendidikan karakter khususnya pada kegiatan pramuka, kemudian kegiatan pramuka lebih digerakkan kembali di sekolah-sekolah.

Abstract

Penanaman nilai-nilai kebangsaan melalui mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila masih menghadapi kesenjangan antara idealisme dan praktik di lapangan. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa adalah dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan PowerPoint interaktif berbantu Canva terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas V di SDN 190 Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimen One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel sebanyak 29 siswa dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dan dianalisis dengan uji normalitas, linearitas, serta paired sample t-test menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 dengan nilai thitung -38.526 yang melebihi ttabel 2.048 pada taraf signifikansi 5% (df = 28), yang berarti H? ditolak. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan PowerPoint interaktif berbantu Canva secara signifikan meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa. Implikasi praktis dari hasil ini adalah pentingnya integrasi media visual dan interaktif dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze student character building through scouting activities at SDN 170 Pekanbaru. Data sources came from scout coaches, students, and documents related to activities. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitative. The results showed that the implementation of scout activities was carried out regularly with various interesting and participatory methods, and the material of scout activities included aspects of general skills, special skills, and the development of Dasa Dharma values. Furthermore, this study identifies the character values formed, namely: the character value of the relationship with God is reflected in prayer activities and gratitude; the character value of the relationship with oneself is seen in the independence, responsibility, and discipline of students; the character value of the relationship with others appears in the attitude of mutual cooperation, tolerance, and social care; and the character value of the relationship with the environment is shown through cleaning activities and love of nature. In conclusion, scouting activities at SDN 170 Pekanbaru are effective in shaping various positive character values in students.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative study examines the implementation of a culture of shame in shaping the character of teacher discipline at MAPN 4 Medan. The culture of shame, which is based on social norms, stresses responsibility for mistakes. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, involving the principal, vice principal, teachers, and administrative staff. Data analysis followed four stages: collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of a culture of shame at MAPN 4 Medan has been effective, although not yet fully integrated. Socialization was carried out through moral training, motivational programs, and instilling the values ​​of a culture of shame. These initiatives aim to build teacher discipline and strengthen moral identity, leading to increased responsibility and professionalism. Positive changes observed include a decrease in rule violations and tardiness. Despite obstacles such as cultural resistance, the overall approach to cultivating shame accompanied by motivation positively affects the character of discipline and moral identity, encouraging greater discipline, responsibility, and professionalism, although individual awareness is still needed.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the positive and significant correlation between mathematics self- efficacy and motivation of elementary school students. This type of research is quantitative using the correlation method. The population of this research was all fifth grade students of Elementary School in Cluster I of Marpoyan Damai District in Pekanbaru, which totaled 705 students. The research sample consisted of 183 students who were selected using cluster techniques. Data collection was carried out using a mathematics self-efficacy questionnaire and a motivation questionnaire and documentation, and the hypothesis was tested using the product moment correlation test and t test. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between mathematics self-efficacy and motivation of fifth grade elementary school students, indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.353 with a fairly strong relationship category, and there was a significant correlation between mathematics self-efficacy and motivation of fifth grade elementary school students, as seen from the tcount = 5.078, greater than ttable = 1.653, at a significance of 5%. The contribution made mathematics self-efficacy to motivation is equal to 12.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa melalui pembelajaran dengan strategi Think Talk Write. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experiment dengan desain penelitian kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol the pretest-posttest. Kelas eksperimen memperoleh pembelajaran dengan strategi Think Talk Write dan kelas kontrol memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran langsung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV salah satu Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Bandung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 siswa yang berasal dari dua kelas. Intrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tes kemampuan pemahaman matematis bentuk uraian. Data hasil penelitian berupa skor N-gain yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-independent t-test dan uji Mann-Whitney. Dari penelitian ini, diperoleh kesimpulan Peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan strategi Think Talk Write lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran langsung

Abstract

This research in background by the importance of good mathematical connection ability must be mastered by elementary students as one of the goals of learning mathematics. The purpose of this study, namely: 1) describe and compare between students who received learning Accelerated Learning Cycle and Conventional Learning to the ability of mathematical connections; 2) describe and compare the ability of mathematical connections and students' early mathematical abilities. This research is a quasi experimental research with experimental design in the form of group comparison. In this research plan the sample used consisted of two groups, where in each group applied different learning. The first group (experimental group) received learning Accelerated Learning Cycle, the second group (control group) applied conventional learning. The research location is in SD Negeri 136 Pekanbaru which is a medium category school. Categories are becoming the researcher's choice, because the schools in this category are mostly schools in Pekanbaru City. Based on the results of data processing, analysis, and discussion that has been presented, obtained the conclusion, namely: 1) improvement of mathematical connection ability of students who obtained learning with Accelerated Learning Cycle better than students who received conventional learning. Where the average mathematical connection ability of students who get Accelerated Learning Cycle (experimental class) is 22.78, while the average mathematical connection ability of students who obtain conventional learning (control class) is 17.03; 2) There is no significant difference in mathematical connection ability of students who obtained learning with Accelerated Learning Cycle in terms of students' mathematical ability. The significance value of equivalence test of mathematical connection data of control class students and experiment class, this is indicated by the significance value of both categories is more than 0.025. Whereas in the initial ability of low category, the significance value less than 0.025, so the null hypothesis is rejected, which means the mathematical connection ability of the experiment class students is better than the control class.

Abstract

Student disciplinary behavior is a crucial component in supporting the success of the learning process at school. Students with a high level of discipline tend to be more focused, responsible, and respectful of applicable rules. In this context, teachers play a strategic role in instilling discipline values through guidance, role modeling, and consistent as well as continuous supervision. This study aims to determine the relationship between the teacher's role and the disciplinary behavior of fourth-grade students at SDN 005 Kempas Jaya, Kempas District. The method used was a quantitative approach with a survey technique. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing to ensure the appropriateness and accuracy of the data collected from respondents. The results showed that out of 15 statement items in the questionnaire, 12 were declared valid based on the Product Moment correlation test using SPSS version 22. The reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha yielded a score of 0.900 for the teacher’s role variable and 0.732 for the student disciplinary behavior variable. Both values exceed the minimum threshold of 0.60, indicating that the instrument is reliable and suitable for use in this study. The normality test showed that the data were normally distributed (Sig. > 0.05), the homogeneity test showed homogeneous data variance (Sig. > 0.05), and the linearity test indicated a linear relationship between variables (Sig. = 0.007 < 0.05). The t-test result showed that tcount = 2.947 > ttable = 2.048 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates a significant relationship between the teacher’s role and students’ disciplinary behavior. In conclusion, the more optimal the teacher’s role in guiding, directing, and enforcing discipline, the higher the quality of student discipline behavior in the elementary school environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop animated video learning media for the subject of Civic Education material “I Like Mutual Cooperation” for grade I elementary school students. This media is designed to increase students' interest and strengthen their understanding of the material. This development research uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development) model with stages including material analysis, media product design, and development which includes validation testing. The research subjects involved two material experts, two media experts, and two linguists as validators. The validation results showed that the animated video was highly valid with an accuracy rate of 95% from the media expert, 86.25% from the material expert, and 85% from the linguist. Overall, the average validation from the three experts reached 88.75% with very valid criteria. This finding contributes significantly to the provision of innovative and relevant learning resources for thematic learning in grade I, especially in facilitating the understanding of the concept of gotong royong in a more interesting and effective way.
