Abstract

Currently, educational institutions are required to have an innovation that can support educational and teaching activities, such as combining the education system with an informatics system. However, there are still many educational institutions that do not know much about informatics technology, such as Madrasah Aliyah Al-Imam Sawoo, so this community service activity aims to provide innovation and improve the quality of education by implementing an internet-based education system or learning management system. This is attempted so that the aims and objectives of education can be carried out as well as possible by adjusting to the times, especially since many students at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Imam Sawoo already have electronic devices in the form of cell phones and laptops. This PKM activity uses socialization, training, and mentoring methods. In this PKM activity, it provides a new innovation in helping education and teaching activities, namely a special digital platform for MA Al-Imam Sawoo. The platform uses Moodle, which is a special digital platform that can be accessed both via the Web and mobile. Thus, it can be a solution for teaching and learning that is effective and in accordance with the times. and become new solutions and innovations that MA Al-Imam Sawoo uses in their daily learning process in the hope that this method will improve the quality of learning and provide new colors to students in their teaching and learning activities at school.

Abstract

Community Service is carried out by lecturers and students located in Bondrang village, Sawoo sub-district at TPQ Al-Amin, where there are concrete problems, namely TPQ teaching human resources, where there is a lack of potential for young people to teach the Koran at TPQ and the majority of young people in the village has worked and helped families in gardening or animal husbandry, in addition to that the teacher's lack of understanding of the Qiro'ati method, so the teaching method was less effective, and made students less interested in the method. This PKM uses the method of socialization, counseling, training, and mentoring. This activity was carried out by providing training in teaching the Qiro'ati method to teachers and students, as well as attracting new teaching staff from local youth. And made textbooks on the Qiro'ati method, Mutaba'ah (Assistance) books for Santri Parents, and development of the TPQ Al-Amin curriculum.

Abstract

Mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Ponorogo. Yang mana Pesantren ini merupakan lembaga yang berbasis wakaf, sehingga seluruh aset pada Pesantren tersebut adalah aset wakaf. Salah satu aset wakaf yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan adalah channel YouTube Darul Himah TVJadi kegitan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah tindak lanjut dari kegiatan mitra, yang bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan manajemen pengelolan wakaf produktif yang berupa konten YouTube, dan sekaligus melatih pembuatan konten video yang lebih menarik, sehingga dapat mendukung tujuan utama PKM ini yaitu keberlangsungan Ekonomi Digital. Akan tetapi terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pihak mitra, pertama permasalahan pengetahuan, dimana pihak mitra minim pemahaman dan kesadarannya dalam mengelola wakaf produktif berupa konten video YouTube, serta minimnya skill dan kreatifitas santri dalam membuat konten video. Kedua permasalahan manajemen, minimnya keaktifan santri dalam memberdayakan channel Darul Hikmah TV Maka solusi yang ditawarkan dalam mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut adalah mengupayakan meningkatkan pemahaman santri terhadap pengelolaan wakaf produktif yang berupa konten video YouTube, serta meningkatkan keaktifan, skill, dan kreatifitas santri dalam pembuatan konten video. Motede yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan terhadap penggolaan wakaf produktif yang berupa konten video YouTube, pelatihan skill dan kreativitas pembuatan konten video, dan pendampingan dalam mengupayakan keaktivan santri.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) focuses on providing counseling about the legal status of adopted children's inheritance rights from their adoptive parents. An adopted child is a child whose rights have been transferred from the family environment and authority of the biological parents, legal guardians, or other persons responsible for caring for, educating and raising the child. The legal status of adopted children in the perspective of laws in Indonesia and Malaysia is legal, however it then becomes an issue when faced with their rights within the inheritance assets of their adoptive parents. In Islamic inheritance law, adopted children do not have legal power over inheritance rights from their adoptive parents, except through obligatory wills (wasiat wajibah). Meanwhile, in positive law, adopted children obtain equal status as biological children, so that adopted children can become heirs. This PKM program is carried out for all USIM civitas (lecturers, staff, employees, workers) in collaboration with the USIM Faroid Study Center. This PKM program aims to provide an understanding of the inheritance rights status of adopted children. This PKM program uses socialization, counseling, and mentoring methods.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the economic sector in Indonesia. Several MSMEs experienced a decline in profits and the business ceased. This is also the case with mushroom cultivation in Prajegan village, Ponorgo. The aim of this service is to provide training on how to brand products via social media, especially TikTok, to mushroom cultivators in Prajegan Village and register IPR for these products. The method used is by creating a TikTok business account and registering IPR to protect goods from plagiarism. The results of this service resulted in MSMEs cultivating Pak Deki mushrooms as a product with digital branding via TikTok which has been registered with IPR in Prajegan village, Ponorogo.

Abstract

**English**This study is motivated by the thoughts of K.H Muhammad Sarni al-Alabi about the permissibility of the person receiving the pledge to take advantage of the pawned goods with the term "Sanda Agreement with a Disconnected Sale Agreement". Meanwhile, in principle, the person receiving the pawn may not take advantage of the pawned item because it will be included in usury qardh which is forbidden. Therefore, this thought is very interesting to analyze further how the istinbath method used by KH Muhammad Sarni al-Alabi and how the social conditions that influence his thinking in the book Mabadi Ilm al-Fiqh. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative library research with a qualitative approach historical, sociological, anthropological, legal istinbath. The hypotheses of the findings of this study are first, in general the istinbath method used by K,H Muhammad sarni al-Alab on "Sanda Agreements with Dismissal Contracts" sourced from the Koran, Hadith, Ijma , Qiyas, Maslahah and Urf. Second, his thoughts were not born just like that, but there were social factors that influenced him, namely the condition of the Banjar people who practiced using pawned goods a lot. So this is in accordance with the rules of changing the law due to changing times, times and places.   **Indonesia**Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pemikiran K.H Muhammad Sarni al-Alabi tentang kebolehan orangyang menerima gadai untuk mengambil manfaat dari barang yang digadaikan dengan istilah “Sanda Perjanjian Dengan Akad Jual Putus”. Sedangkan secara prinsipnya orangyang menerima gadai tidak boleh mengambil manfaat dari barang yang digadaikan karena akan masuk dalam riba qardh yang diharamkan. Oleh karena itu pemikiran ini sangat menarik untuk dianalisa lebih lanjut bagaimana metode istinbath yang digunakan oleh K.H Muhammad Sarni al-Alabi dan bagaimana kondisi sosial yang mempengaruhi pemikirannya dalam kitab Mabadi Ilm al-Fiqh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah library reseach yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan istinbath hukum. Hipotesa temuan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, pada umumnya metode istinbath yang digunakan oleh K,H Muhammad sarni al-Alabi tentang “Sanda Perjanjian Dengan Akad Jual Putus” bersumber dari al-Quran, Hadits, Maslahah dan Urf.  Kedua, pemikiran beliau tidak lahir begitu saja melainkan ada faktor sosial yang mempengaruhinya yaitu kondisi masyarakat Banjar yang banyak melakukan praktik memanfaatkan barang gadai. Sehingga hal ini sesuai dengan kaidah berubahnya hukum karena berubahnya zaman, waktu dan tempat.

Abstract

Working in Islam is an effort to meet the needs of life; the main goal is to achieve mashlahah. However, if someone works in a conventional bank, is the law still permissible because bank interest is clearly forbidden in Islam? This study discusses the law of working in conventional banks from the perspective of Maqshid Syariah. This study uses qualitative methods with library research data collection techniques. The data used is secondary data in the form of data regarding the law of working in conventional banks from the perspective of Maqshid Syariah, obtained through journals, official documents, books, and articles related to the object of research. The study's findings concluded that, while working in a traditional bank is prohibited by law, when circumstances force people to fulfill their needs for the benefit of preserving life so that it is not threatened, the law is makruh on the condition that they continue to seek other jobs that are permitted by Islam.

Abstract

Production is one of the most important economic activities. Production is also an important factor in determining company profits, because production is an activity or process in the manufacture of goods and services, which aims to meet the needs of the community. The goods or services produced can be in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary needs. In the production process, there must be good principles and ethics, as in Islamic economics, that the principles and ethics of production must have noble aims, namely meeting consumer needs, no one is harmed, goods and services must be halal. The Qur'an defines production as a link in the chain of consumption and distribution. So without production activities, economic activity will stop and die. So the essence of production activities in Islamic economics is to achieve the goal of maslahah, namely the public interest in meeting the needs of the community, by taking profits that are in accordance with production costs, and not aiming to achieve satisfaction, because if the highest point is satisfaction, then a producer will do everything he can. way of doing production.

Abstract

In the marketing strategy, Endorsement is one of the strategies of business actors to introduce goods or service products to consumers through the intermediary of actresses, youtubers, or selebrgram, especially on Instagram or youtube social media. And celebrities have accounts on social media, especially Instagram and their youtobe accounts have many followers, and make an impact on many parties seeing the uploads of these actresses, youtobers and selebgrams. In this transaction using a service rental system that is paid and has a grace period. The freedom of business actors in using endorsement services has many impacts, both positive and negative impacts. This shows that the endorsement strategy is an ijarah contract that uses a written contract in terms of freedom, the endorsement strategy has several negatve impacts. And this endorsement strategy includes 3 parties, namely business actors who use endorsement services, actresses, youtubers and celebrities who receive endorsement services, and finally consumers who buy the products after seeing products that have been introduced through endorsement services. But there are also many endorsements of goods or services that are not in accordance with the shari’a which can damage the ijarah contract, and cause the contract to be invalid or defective because it does not meet the requirements and pillars of ijarah conract. Then, discrepancies were found regarding buying and selling between business actors and consumers, resulting in fraud gue to online transaction that cannot meet face to face and it is difficult to know whether these business actors are truly trustworthy or can harm consumers. Then regarding Islamic business ethics between actresses, youtobers, and celebrities against brand account followers who become consumers for business actors on social media, several discrepancies were also found regarding the concept of Islamic business ethics and the principles of Islamic business ethics

Abstract

BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta is the second BPRS in Surakarta. The need for housing is a primary need and until now houses are still a rarity for most Indonesian people. Not everyone can afford to buy a house in cash. In connection with the collaboration between BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta and PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) as a secondary housing finance company, and in order to realize the community's need for home ownership, BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta issued KPR Syariah iB Hebat product. Sharia Mortgage (KPR) is a type of service provided by BPRS to customers to obtain housing loan financing based on a sharia contract. This research aims to describe the implementation of sharia contract in the letter of agreement on KPR Syariah iB Hebat products at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta. This research used a qualitative approach, descriptive, field research. The results obtained, the implementation of contract agreements in BPRS must pay attention to legal aspects and positive legal regulations which have a very important position so that they can provide legal basis and prevent risks that have an impact on BPRS, on the other side, sharia principles must also be considered in implementing these agreements. The contract used in the KPR Syariah iB Hebat product at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta is a murabahah contract (Fatwa DSN-MUI No: 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Murabahah), istishna’ parallel (Fatwa DSN-MUI No: 22/DSN-MUI/III/2002 concerning Sale and Purchase of Istishna’ Parallel), and musyarakah mutanaqishah (Fatwa DSN-MUI No: 73/DSN-MUI/XI/2008 concerning Musyarakah Mutanaqishah). The provisions listed in the Fatwa DSN-MUI are then compiled into a letter of agreement, namely the letter of agreement that used murabahah without wakalah contract, murabahah bil wakalah contract, istishna’ paralel contract, and musyarakah mutanaqishah contract.
