Abstract

Pemasaran merupakan aktivitas penting yang berdampak pada berbagai lapisan masyarakat, dari kelas sosial terbawah hingga teratas. Aktivitas ini tidak hanya relevan bagi dunia bisnis tetapi juga dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini mengkaji strategi perencanaan pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia usaha. Kelemahan dalam perencanaan sering ditemui di kalangan pengusaha Indonesia. Seiring perkembangan ilmu manajemen, khususnya pemasaran, perencanaan yang matang menjadi kebutuhan yang mendesak. Mahasiswa, sebagai calon pelaku usaha, harus mempersiapkan diri dengan baik melalui pembelajaran strategi pemasaran yang kompleks dan mutakhir. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan pelatihan intensif selama satu hari yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi, dan simulasi. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta tidak hanya memahami teori tetapi juga mampu mempraktikkannya dalam simulasi yang relevan dengan dunia usaha nyata. Metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan partisipatif terbukti efektif, dengan antusiasme tinggi dan partisipasi aktif dari peserta. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kompetensi mahasiswa dalam merancang strategi pemasaran. Keberhasilan program ini menjadi model yang baik untuk program pengabdian lainnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi generasi muda.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on inspiring and motivating employees to achieve higher performance and achieve organizational goals. Descriptive qualitative methods were used to understand the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance and employee motivation through in-depth interviews, observations and document analysis. This research found that transformational leaders tend to have a clear vision and are able to communicate this vision effectively to employees, so that employees feel inspired and motivated to work better. In addition, transformational leaders also provide emotional and intellectual support to employees, helping them in personal and professional development. This creates a positive and collaborative work environment, which in turn improves overall organizational performance. From the interviews, employees stated that they felt more appreciated and motivated to contribute to the success of the organization when led by a transformational leader. Employees' intrinsic motivation increases because they feel they have an important role in achieving the organization's vision and mission. In addition, transformational leaders also encourage innovation and creativity, which are important factors in improving organizational performance. Overall, transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on organizational performance and employee motivation. Leaders who are able to inspire and motivate employees effectively can create a dynamic and productive organizational culture. Thus, the application of transformational leadership in various types of organizations can be an effective strategy for achieving competitive advantage and sustainable growth.

Abstract

The biggest crisis in the world today is the crisis of example or uswah. The need for a leader who has character like the Prophet Muhammad is very necessary because many people who serve as leaders do not have the character that a leader should have in terms of educational leadership. Leadership is the characteristic of a leader in assuming formal moral and legal responsibility for all the implementation of his authority which has been delegated to the people he leads. As an exemplary leader who is an ideal model of leadership, Rasulullah was gifted with four main characteristics, namely: Sidiq, Amanah, Tablighi and Fathonah. Sidiq means honest in words and deeds, amanah means being trustworthy in maintaining responsibilities, tablig means conveying all kinds of goodness to the people and fathonah means being intelligent in managing society

Abstract

The development of information technology has entered 4.0 in Indonesia now, such as the tiktok application, this is good if taken from the positive side where tiktok is used as an English learning medium to improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the Tiktok application on improving students' English learning. This research method uses quantitative with descriptive analysis. The correspondent data is around 38 students who have the tiktok application. Samples were taken from students who were interviewed. The results of this study are that in this study the researchers concluded the analysis of the effect of the Tiktok application on improving English learning in students with the following analysis: Based on the ANOVA test, a significance level of probability was obtained. then the H0 hypothesis is rejected and the Ha hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence on the Tiktok application on improving English learning in students.

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Insani (MSDI) dalam bisnis syariah memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Dalam konteks ini, MSDI tidak hanya berfokus pada pengelolaan karyawan, tetapi juga pada pengembangan kompetensi yang mendukung kesuksesan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perspektif pendidikan dan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan dalam bisnis syariah, dengan menekankan pentingnya pembinaan yang berorientasi pada nilai-nilai etika dan moral Islam. Pendidikan dan pengembangan kompetensi dalam bisnis syariah tidak hanya mencakup keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga penguatan nilai spiritual dan etika, yang diharapkan dapat mendorong kinerja karyawan yang lebih baik. Selain itu, pengembangan kompetensi juga menjadi alat penting dalam menciptakan SDM yang berkualitas, yang mampu beradaptasi dengan tuntutan perubahan dalam dunia bisnis. Studi ini mengidentifikasi berbagai pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengelolaan karyawan di perusahaan syariah, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi pendidikan dan pengembangan kompetensi tersebut. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan MSDI dalam bisnis syariah, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kesejahteraan karyawan.

Abstract

This paper is to study how Honda Motor Company drives the organization towards success to improve their competitiveness with the best performance by its management. Honda is a production company founded by Soichiro Honda in 1946. Initially, it was known as "Honda Engineering Research" in Hamamatsu, Japan, and two years later the company changed to Honda Motor Company. Honda Motor focuses on its mission and vision that lead the advancement of mobility and provide comfort and convenience to people. Honda Motor is a leading manufacturer of motorcycles and a major producer of automobiles for the world market. Honda produces variety of model that meets customer’s preferences and satisfaction. Honda has always been very enthusiastic in innovating technology and challenging boundaries of mobility advancement. Honda Motor provides high quality service center-Honda Authorized Service Centers, where the tools, expertise and parts are tailored for every Honda. Honda promotes its products through mass media such as advertising, article, magazines, website, social media, billboards. The paper presents the key success factors of Honda and concludes with some recommendation.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research investigating the linkages between Islamic ethics and economic practices from 2015 to 2024, utilizing data from the Scopus database. The analysis examined 241 documents to identify publication patterns, influential authors, geographic distribution, and thematic evolution in the field. The results revealed a steady increase in the study results, with peak publications occurring in 2022-2023 (30 documents annually). Malaysia and Indonesia emerged as leading research contributors, collectively accounting for 35% of publications. Journal articles dominated the type of publication (73.9%), followed by book contributions (16.6%). Network analysis identifies different research groups centered around Islamic banking, sustainable finance, and ethical business practices. The study found that while traditional Islamic principles remain fundamental, research has evolved to address contemporary challenges such as digital transformation, sustainability, and post-pandemic economic recovery. Analysis of citations reveals that the practical application of Islamic ethics in the modern financial system has received significant attention, with authors such as Alserhan, B.A. (50 quotes) and Ali, A.J. (42 quotes) emerging as influential contributors. These findings demonstrate a growing academic interest in integrating Islamic ethical principles with contemporary economic practices while highlighting research gaps in areas such as financial technology and standard ethical frameworks. This analysis contributes to understanding the current state of Islamic economic ethics research and suggests directions for future investigations

Abstract

Pelatihan digital untuk pengembangan kompetensi pelaku UMKM merupakan upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memperkuat dan mengembangkan bisnis mereka. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring melalui platform Zoom pada bulan Januari 2025, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan alat dan platform digital untuk pemasaran, manajemen keuangan, serta pengelolaan operasional usaha. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup topik-topik penting, seperti pemanfaatan media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar, penggunaan sistem digital untuk efisiensi operasional, serta teknik-teknik pemasaran digital yang relevan dengan perkembangan tren pasar. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan transformasi digital yang semakin pesat. Diharapkan, para peserta dapat mengimplementasikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran dan pengelolaan usaha mereka, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan keberlanjutan usaha mereka di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) Strategy plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational performance by aligning human capital with strategic goals. This paper explores the significance of HRM strategies in fostering a high-performance work culture, focusing on how these strategies contribute to productivity, employee satisfaction, and overall organizational success. By analyzing various HRM practices, such as recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, and employee engagement, the study underscores the importance of strategic alignment between HR policies and organizational objectives. The research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing case studies and interviews with HR professionals from various organizations to gather insights on the implementation of HRM strategies. The findings reveal that the integration of HRM strategy with organizational goals ensures that the workforce is motivated, skilled, and well-equipped to meet the challenges in a dynamic business environment. Moreover, the paper examines how effective HRM strategies lead to improved employee retention, increased job satisfaction, and a reduction in turnover rates, which directly influences the overall performance of an organization. In conclusion, adopting a well-crafted HRM strategy is pivotal for organizations aiming to achieve sustainable growth and maintain a competitive edge in the market. The research emphasizes that HRM is not merely an administrative function but a strategic partner in organizational success

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought significant changes in the corporate risk management landscape. The application of Big Data and predictive analytics provides new opportunities for companies to identify, monitor and control risks more effectively and efficiently. This research aims to examine the implementation strategy of Big Data and predictive analytics in corporate risk management through the literature review method. The results show that the integration of these technologies can improve early detection of risks, accelerate data-based decision-making, and automate the risk mitigation process. However, successful implementation is strongly influenced by the readiness of technological infrastructure, human resource competence, data governance, and management commitment. With the right strategy, companies can build an adaptive, responsive and highly competitive risk management system in the digital era.
