Abstract

Along with the growth of the vehicle population, there is an increase in fuel consumption, where fuel is a source of fossil energy, so at some point, this fossil energy source will run out. For this reason, saving efforts are needed. The growth in the motorized vehicle population is also accompanied by an increase in school-aged or teenage motorcyclists, so efforts to save fuel consumption should also involve school-aged or teenage riders. Eco-driving behaviour needs to be socialized to them. This PKM activity aims to provide knowledge to school-aged or teenage motorbike riders so that there is a willingness to cultivate eco-driving behaviour. Based on the analysis carried out using the paired t-test, the knowledge of socialization participants increased significantly. With this increase in knowledge, it is expected that eco-driving behaviour can become a driving culture, especially for school-aged or teenage drivers.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Thin Capitalization, Size and Capital Intensity on Tax Aggressiveness. The sample used in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018- 2022 period. The sampling technique used in this research was the purposive sampling method. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies with a population of 22 companies and a sample of 17 companies. The research method used is secondary data. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the panel data regression method using a fixed effect regression model and assistance from E-views 12 software. The results of this research show that thin capitalization and capital intensity have no effect on tax aggressiveness, while size has an effect on tax aggressiveness. Simultaneously thin capitalization, size and capital intensity influence tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

The progestin hormone is used as male hormonal contraception. Giving progestin to normal men can  suppress libido and testicular function effectively, and reduce testosterone levels so that it can interferer with the spermatogenesis process. This study is about the effectiveness of black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) extract on morphology and number of spermatozoa in mice (Mus musculus L.)  induced by progestin. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) which has divided into four treatment groups, each group contained 5 mice and treated according to the experimental design. Group P0 as a control (given H2O), P1 (induced by 1,25 mg progestin), P2 (induced by 1,25 mg progestin and 3.33mg/Kg BW ethanol extract of black pepper), and P3 (induced by 1,25 mg progestin and 3.33mg/Kg BW distilled water extract of black pepper). The Progestin hormone is given twice (week 1 and week 2). Black pepper extract was given daily for 35 days. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and continued with the LSD test with a level of 5%. The result showed that giving of ethanol extract and distilled water extract from black pepper could improve the normal morphology and number of spermatozoa in mice after induced by progestin hormone so that fertility in men increases.

Abstract

Early childhood education plays an important role in building the foundation of a child's character and potential. Ethnoparenting, which combines cultural values, is an effective approach to achieving this goal. This socialization aims to increase parents' understanding of the concept of ethnoparenting and its application in educating young children. Through this activity, it is hoped that parents can understand local cultural values that can be integrated into the childcare process, as well as improve the quality of childcare at TK Islam Qonita. This socialization was carried out through several stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The results of the ethnoparenting socialization activities at the TK Islam Qonita have succeeded in increasing parents' understanding of the concept of ethnoparenting and its application in educating young children. This activity also succeeded in improving the quality of care at TK Islam Qonita through the integration of local cultural values in the learning and care process for children.

Abstract

Based on research in ASIA, Indonesia is still in the lowest position in the term of literacy. Moreover, the students’ interest of using and exploring conventional teaching materials is also still low. One of the materials given in every level of education now is PLH or Environment Education. The government concerns about environment education should be supported by the availability of appropriate and interactive teaching media. Therefore, this study aims to develop and produce digital teaching media for the subject under the topic of environment pollution as well as improving students’ literacy and understanding of the subject material in PLH subject. The research employed research and development design started with analysis process, designing process, development process, implementation and evaluation process. The result of the research is E-Magazine as one of the Learning resources that contain learning materials that are displayed attractively with more interesting features such as images, videos, and interesting display. The result of the product’s implementation shows that the students’ digital literacy of environmental pollution is increased by the score of 82,11%. Based on results analysis of the students’ understanding of the environmental pollution for the subject, the N-gain score was 0,83 and it was higher than 0,70 as the standard for high level effectiveness.

Abstract

Teh cascara merupakan salah satu produk inovasi minuman teh yang diolah dari limbah kulit kopi. Tahapan pengolahan teh cascara dimulai dari sortasi dan pencucian buah kopi, selanjut pengupasan dan pengeringan kulit buah kopi. Meskipun kulit buah kopi mengandung berbagai senyawa yang berkontribusi terhadap rasa namun tidak semua kulit buah kopi memiliki aroma dan rasa yang sangat menonjol. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki atau meningkatkan aroma dan rasa pada seduhan teh cascara adalah dengan mengkombinasikan dengan bahan herbal yaitu jahe emprit. Komponen jahe emprit yaitu gingerol, shogaol dan minyak atsiri dapat menutupi dan mengurangi rasa sepat serta aroma yang dihasilkan teh cascara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan bubuk jahe emprit dan mengetahui perlakuan terbaik penambahan bubuk jahe emprit (Zingiber officinale var. Amarum) terhadap karakteristik teh cascara kopi liberika (Coffea liberica). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan jahe emprit (0 %, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%) dan 3 kali ulangan sehingga diperoleh 18 satuan percobaan. Adapun parameter yang diamati yaitu aktivitas antioksidan,pH, total fenol, derajat warna dan aspek organoleptik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA taraf 1% dan 5%. Apabila data yang diperoleh berpengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan terbaik pada penambahan bubuk jahe emprit 30% dengan aktivitas antioksidan 67,08%, pH 3,89, total fenol 7,77 mgGAE/g, dan uji organoleptik meliputi mutu hedonik rasa 4,64 (rasa jahe emprit), mutu hedonik warna kuning kecoklatan, mutu hedonik aroma 4,76 (beraroma jahe) dan penerimaan keseluruhan 4,56 (suka).

Abstract

Innovative learning media in primary education remains limited, affecting students’ comprehension. Cultural diversity is often taught conventionally, making it less interactive. This study develops a QR Code-based Pop-Up Book as a learning tool combining three-dimensional elements and digital technology. The Research and Development (R&D) method was applied using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Experts validated the content, media, and language, while trials were conducted with fifth-grade students at SDN 160/IV Kota Jambi. Results showed high validity scores (91% content, 89% media, 93% language), with 90% practicality and 91.8% attractiveness. The QR Code-based Pop-Up Book effectively enhances students’ understanding and has strong potential for wider use in primary education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer perceptions and business opportunities for medicines and herbal supplements made from aquatic resources in Kendari City. There were 54 respondents in this study consisting of 4 shop owners and 50 consumers who were determined using a purposive sampling method. Data obtained from primary data, namely observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis using chi square analysis method and quantitative descriptive method. The results showed that the statistical test results of the person chi square value were the relationship between age and consumer perception of 0.563, the relationship of education to consumer perception of 0.634, the relationship of income to consumer perception of 0.563. Qualitative analysis of opportunities, namely per unit which is quite attractive, affordable price, no side effects, especially the Gold-G brand which is made from sea cucumbers. Conclusions that can be drawn from the results of this study are 1). Consumer income, age, and education have no significant effect on consumer perceptions of products, prices, and product benefits. 2). The business of herbal medicines and supplements made from aquatic resources has a chance to develop in Kendari City

Abstract

Generation Alpha, born in 2010 and onwards, is the first generation to fully grow up in a digitally connected world. They are highly exposed to technology, from smart devices to social media, which have become an inseparable part of their lives. However, although technology offers various benefits such as faster access to information and opportunities for creativity, major challenges also arise, such as the risk of dependence on technology, decreased social skills, and exposure to unverified information. Therefore, technology education is a very important element in preparing Generation Alpha to face the challenges of the 21st century. This article aims to analyze the role of technology education in shaping the character and skills needed by Generation Alpha. The main focus of this discussion is on digital literacy, where children are not only taught how to use technology, but also invited to understand basic concepts such as digital ethics, privacy, and critical information management. In addition, this article also explores how technology education can contribute to character building, such as increasing creativity, problem solving, cooperation, and social responsibility. Through a literature review referring to previous research, this article highlights the importance of collaboration between parents, teachers, and the community in assisting children in managing the use of technology. Technology-based education must ensure that children not only master digital tools and devices, but also have strong social and emotional skills to be able to interact with the world positively. Thus, the right technology education will prepare Generation Alpha to become creative, critical, and adaptive individuals to changes that occur in global society.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan peraturan terbaru PMK 131 tahun 2024 mengenai PPN serta sistem perpajakan terbaru, yaitu Coretax. Peserta kegiatan ini terdiri dari berbagai latar belakang, seperti dosen, pengusaha, staff accounting, mahasiswa, Perusahaan Kena Pajak (PKP), dll. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara offline di Politeknik Negeri Lampung dan online melalui Zoom dan Youtube. Dari hasil kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta dapat memahami materi terkait dengan peraturan dan perhitungan PPN terbaru PMK 131 tahun 2024. Selain itu, peserta kegiatan diharapkan dapat membuat faktur pajak yang valid, khususnya pengkodean faktur pajak melalui Coretax. Kegiatan ini bermitra dengan TaxandTeam sebagai partner bagi tim pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk mensosialisasikan peraturan terbaru PMK 131 tahun 2024 mengenai PPN serta memberikan pelatihan pembuatan faktur pajaknya melalui Coretax.
