Abstract

Learning environments with high-pressure demands require students to possess resilience as a crucial capacity to adapt and persist through academic and social challenges. However, a lack of resilience among students often emerges as a fundamental issue that affects their learning outcomes and well-being. Resilience is influenced by several internal factors, particularly emotional health and learning readiness. This study aims to examine the influence of emotional health and learning readiness on student resilience in social studies learning. Employing a quantitative approach with a fact-exposure (ex post facto) design, the study uses multiple regression analysis to determine the relationship among variables. The sample consists of 76 junior high school students selected through purposive sampling. The findings reveal that (1) emotional health significantly affects student resilience, as indicated by a t-value of 2.621 and a p-value of 0.011; (2) learning readiness has a stronger significant influence on resilience, with a t-value of 11.703 and a p-value of 0.001; and (3) jointly, emotional health and learning readiness positively affect student resilience in social studies learning, as evidenced by an F-value of 112.909 and a significance level of 0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.756, indicating that 75.6% of the variance in student resilience is explained by the two predictors. These results imply that educators and school institutions should prioritize strategies that enhance students' emotional well-being and preparedness to learn, in order to strengthen their resilience and support their academic success in demanding learning contexts

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi fondasi utama dalam modernisasi bisnis di Indonesia, termasuk sektor UMKM. Studi ini bertujuan mengevaluasi manfaat, tantangan, dan strategi optimalisasi integrasi database eksternal guna mendukung efisiensi dan adaptivitas bisnis digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur kuantitatif dan kualitatif terhadap sepuluh publikasi terindeks SINTA dan GARUDA periode 2018–2025. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa teknologi seperti Open API, middleware, ERP, HRIS, cloud platform, dan analitik akuntansi digital mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional hingga 41% serta akurasi transaksi hingga 88%. Tantangan meliputi perbedaan format data, keterbatasan infrastruktur TI, dan rendahnya literasi digital, khususnya di UMKM. Studi ini berkontribusi dengan menyajikan pendekatan integratif berbasis pemetaan kuantitatif yang belum banyak diangkat dalam studi sebelumnya, serta menawarkan strategi berbasis teknologi dan penguatan kapasitas SDM sebagai kunci transformasi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Coffee is a key commodity in Indonesia's plantation subsector, offering prospects both locally and internationally. The rise in Indonesian coffee production over the last decade has coincided with shifts in people's coffee consumption habits. The expansion of coffee shops and cafés in Indonesia has had a considerable impact on coffee demand, especially for processed coffee products. This creates an opportunity for coffee producers and the coffee agroindustry to supply high-value-added coffee goods, such as specialty coffee powder created by Gunung Mas Jaya Agroindustry. The purpose of this study was to assess the value added of specialty coffee powder at Gunung Mas Jaya. The descriptive-quantitative technique employed both primary and secondary data sources. Respondents were chosen using purposive sampling at Gunung Mas Jaya Agroindustry. The Hayami approach was used in data analysis to calculate value-added. The analysis results suggest that the value added of specialty ground coffee is 87.56%, placing it in the top category (VA > 50%). The profit rate for specialty ground coffee is 98.08%, showing that it has a lot of room for growth due to its high profitability. Abstract

 To determine the success and success of the company is the performance of employees, one that affects employee performance is training and competence. This study aims to analyze the impact of training and competence on employee performance in the Software Laboratory Center (SLC) division of Bina Nusantara University, Anggrek Campus Jakarta. The data used in the study used quantitative methods with data collection through questionnaires and distributed to employees of the Software Laboratory Center (SLC) division of Bina Nusantara University, Anggrek Campus Jakarta. The population of this study amounted to 65 respondents with non-probability respondents using saturated sample technique. This study presents the results of Training (X1) has no partial influence and significance on employee performance (Y) obtaining a t-count value of 1.756 < t-table 1.999 with a significant level of 0.084 > 0.05. Conversely, Competence (X2) has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance (Y), with a t_count value of 5.945> t_table 1.999 with a significant level of <0.001 <0.05. For simultaneous F test results state that training (X1) and competence (X2) have a positive and significant impact simultaneously on employee performance (Y), with a value of F_hitung 54.848 l> F_tabel 3.14 and a significant level of <0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer experience dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Perusahaan Travelio. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi pelanggan Travelio, dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 165 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 27.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer experience dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,843 yang berarti 84,3% variabel loyalitas pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh customer experience dan kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan sisanya 15,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengalaman positif dan kepuasan pelanggan dalam membangun loyalitas konsumen di industri penyewaan properti online.

Abstract

Peminatan konsumsi ikan sejak dini terutama pada anak yang menginjak sekolah dasar sangatlah minim. Hal ini disebabkan oleh minimnya pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya konsumsi ikan dan kecenderungan olahan ikan yang kurang menarik. Dalam menanggulangi hal ini diperlukan sosialisasi gemar makan ikan sejak dini pada lingkungan sekolah dasar. Target luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuam mengenai pentingnya konsumsi ikan, dan menarik minat anak anak SDN Rejasari dan MI Cokroaminoto Rejasari untuk mengkonsumsi olahan ikan. Metode pengabdian meliputi survey lokasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian, kegiatan penyampaian materi sosialisasi gemar makan ikan, kegiatan sesi tanya jawab, dan kegiatan pemberian sampel nugget ikan. Hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan di SD dan MI di desa rejasari berhasil menambah pengetahuan dan minat siswa/i terhadap konsumsi ikan. Hal ini dibuktikan pada sesi tanya jawab dengan rasa keingintahuan yang mendalam seputar gizi dan berbagai jenis olahan ikan. Selain itu sampel nugget ikan lele yang diberikan tim pengabdi juga sangat disenangi oleh siswa/i di desa rejasari. Olahan sampel nugget ikan lele yang tim pengabdi berikan juga membuat siswa/i di desa rejasari ingin mencoba olahan lainnya yang terbuat dari ikan.
