Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian by using image media in learning. This research is classroom action research (CAR) which consists of two cycles. Each cycle was held for three meetings with the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data subjects of this study were the fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 3 Kasimpureng in the even semester of the 2021/2022 school year, totaling 23 people. The results showed that the application of image media in learning succeeded in improving students' Indonesian learning outcomes. Based on the test of student learning outcomes carried out in two cycles, it showed that student learning outcomes had increased, from the first cycle the average value was 72 with a percentage of completeness of 65%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' visual, auditory, and kinesthetic understanding after learning to use PAI learning videos for jama' and qasar prayers for 7th-grade students of Junior High School (SMP Negeri 3 Makassar). This type of research uses a mixed approach (mix method). The research data is divided into primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, tests, observations, documentation, and interviews. The research instrument was a learning style questionnaire, comprehension test, interview guide, observation guide, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques or methods. Data analysis through the process of data reduction, categorization, and synthesis. The results showed that students who had (1) a visual learning style met the indicators of re-explaining, interpreting, classifying, compare and concluding well. Meanwhile, the ability to give examples and applications is still not fulfilled. The results of understanding achieved are influenced by the ability of the eye to see information in the learning video. (2) auditory learning style fulfills the re-explaining, interpreting, classifying, and comparing indicators. Meanwhile, giving examples, concluding, and applying is still not fulfilled. The result of understanding achieved is influenced by the ability of the sharpness of the ear to listen to the explanation of the information in the learning video. (3) the kinesthetic learning style meets the indicators of the ability to re-explain, classify, compare and conclude. while the ability to interpret, give examples and applications is still not fulfilled

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberi pendampingan literasi menulis kepada siswa-siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pendampingan. Pendampingan literasi yang diberikan berupa pemahaman keterampilan menulis melalui kegiatan kemah literasi. Peserta pendampingan merupakan siswa SD Negeri 637 Bonglo kelas IV, V, dan VI yang berjumlah 26 orang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini yaitu siswa merasa senang dan tertarik untuk mendeskripsikan perasaan melalui tulisan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether applying Collaborative Learning in Islamic Religious Education Subjects can achieve the learning outcomes of grade VIII students of Datok Sulaiman Junior High School Palopo Girls. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The number of informants used in this study was 37 respondents. The results showed that the application of collaborative learning began with the teacher giving greetings, praying, dividing groups and materials, students conducting discussions and presentations in front of the class and, at the end of learning, doing quizzes as a form of evaluation. The application of collaborative learning provides ease in understanding learning more active, pleasant atmosphere. Obstacles in implementing cooperative learning include lack of cooperation, delivery of material in a small voice, relatively short processing time, limited internet access and differences of opinion. Learning outcomes through collaborative learning provide very satisfactory learning outcomes with a pass rate of 100% above KKM.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan menulis peserta didik sebelum dan setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran induktif kata bergambar, serta keefektifan model induktif kata bergambar terhadap pembelajaran keterampilan menulis. jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Quasi Experimental (eksperimen semu). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri 34 Bara Kota Palopo dengan sampel peserta didik kelas III-A berjumlah 15 orang dan peserta didik kelas III-B berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes yang terdiri dari pretest dan posttest, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah dalam analisis data pada penlitian ini terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji N-ngain/uji efektivitas. Hasil keterampilan menulis peserta didik pada kelompok eksperimen sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran induktif kata bergambar memiliki nilai terendah 12 dan nilai tertinggi 22, dengan nilai rata-rata 17,2, yang tergolong sangat rendah. Setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran induktif, nilai kata bergambar di kelompok eksperimen meningkat menjadi nilai terendah 21 dan tertinggi 36, dengan nilai rata-rata 29,5, yang tergolong tinggi. Sementara itu, pada kelompok kontrol pretest memiliki nilai terendah 13 dan tertinggi 17, dengan nilai rata-rata 15,0, tergolong sangat rendah, sedengkan posttest memiliki nilai terendah 13 dan tertinggi 21, dengan nilai rata-rata 15,4, tergolong tinggi. Analisis uji N-Gain Score menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok eksperimen, nilai rata-rata N-Gain Score pada pemberian Teknik Pengkondisian Aversi adalah 67,7%, termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif. Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol, nilai rata-rata N-Gain Score pada pemberian Teknik Pengkondisian Aversi adalah 11,4%, termasuk dalam kategori tidak efektif. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran induktif kata bergambar terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis peserta didik kelas III SDN 34 Bara Kota Palopo.

Abstract

This research aims to increase students' learning concentration in learning to read in class III elementary schools by applying the ice-breaking technique. This classroom action research was carried out over two cycles. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the use of ice-breaking techniques is effective in increasing students' learning concentration. The questionnaire showed an increase in concentration from "poor" in the initial stage to "very good" in the second cycle. Observations of student activities also showed a significant increase from "poor" to "very good" in the second cycle. This research has important implications in the educational context, namely that teachers can utilize ice-breaking techniques to increase learning effectiveness and create a positive classroom environment. Although there are several limitations to this study, the results provide an important contribution to the educational context and provide a basis for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the implementation of project assignments in cultural arts learning, and (2) determine the response of student learning independence in grade V elementary school project assignments. This research is designed in the form of qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study were class V teachers, and grade V students at SDN 60 Salubattang. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation study methods. Data is analyzed through four stages data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study show that (1) the implementation of project assignments given by teachers to students is collage artwork, whereas, in the implementation process, it is carried out with two meetings. Determine teacher grades using assessment guidelines based on observations during the process of creating a collage project assignment. (2) The response of students to the tasks given in the form of collages is very positive and enthusiastic, students are also willing to prepare tools and materials that will be used in the process of making collage fine artworks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the life of religious harmony in Seko District, North Luwu Regency, living in harmony, safety, peace without discrimination among religious believers. As well as knowing the factors that determine the life of harmony, harmony, peace and tolerance in the life system of the majority Christian and Muslim minority communities. Data obtained by observation, interview, and decumentation are processed qualitatively descriptively by data reduction analysis, data display and data conclusion. The results highlight that minority Muslims are able to maintain harmony and tolerance in a majority Christian society. Factors such as kinship, solidarity, and the maintenance of traditional values are the main foundations in maintaining harmonious relations between religious communities. The study also examines the contribution of religious, educational, and public policy institutions in creating an environment that supports tolerance and mutual respect. Empirical results show that well-maintained practices of harmony, solidarity, and tolerance in Seko are clear examples of successful integration. Second, identify the factors that cause harmonious religious life in Seko with a focus on kinship, the role of customary law, collaboration between parties, economic equality, and the maintenance of local identity. These results provide important insights for efforts to maintain harmony amid the complexities of multicultural societies and provide a holistic view of the importance of collaboration in building a peaceful, harmonious and tolerant environment in the region

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the ideology represented by the preachers through Friday sermons expressed in the form of local wisdom in Palopo City. This study used a qualitative approach to describe and to interpret research data. The data generated from words, phrases, and sentences contain social and religious ideology for data acquisition used a recording instrument. The data source was obtained from the preacher's narrative through expressions of local wisdom. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the techniques of description, interpretation and explanation. The results showed that the narrative of ideology combined with the expression of local wisdom in the Friday sermon formed the competence of reasoning power and attractiveness of the congregation. It motivates, influences, and encourages worshipers to engage in increasing pious social behavior. Thus, the essence of the sermon's purpose, which states the invitation, has been realized in the practice of diversity (social and religious). الملخص لملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الفكر الذي نقله الخطباء في خطبة الجمعة المعبر عنه في شكل الثقافة المحلية التي جرت في مدينة بالوبو. في هذه الدراسة، تستخدام المنهج النوعي لوصف وتفسير بيانات البحث. مصدر البيانات مأخوذ من تعبير الخطباء المعبر عن الثقافة المحلية. تحتوي البيانات من الكلمات والعبارات والجمل الفكرية الدينية الإجتماعية. للحصول البيانات، تستخدام أداة تسجيل . ثم تحلل البيانات باستخدام تقنيات الوصف والتفسير والشرح. وقد وجد أن سرد الفكر المتكامل مع تعبير الثقافة المحلية في خطبة الجمعة يمكن أن يحفز قوة التفكير وجاذبية المصلين. هذا يحفز المصلين ويؤثر عليهم ويشجعهم على عمل وإرتقاء التقوى الإجتماعية. وهكذا ، فإن جوهر الغرض من الخطبة هو الدعوة وقد تحقق في ممارسة التنوع (التقوى الإجتماعية). الكلمات المفتاحية: التمثيل الأيديولوجي. حكمة محلية؛ شكل لفظي خطبة الجمعة Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap ideologi yang direpresentasikan para khatib melalui khutbah jumat yang diekspresikan dalam bentuk kearifan lokal yang berlangsung di Kota Palopo. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kualitatif mendeskripsikan dan menginterpretasi data penelitian. Sumber data diperoleh dari penuturan khatib berupa ungkapan kearifan lokal. Data dihasilkan dalam bentuk kata, frasa dan kalimat mengandung ideologi religius sosial. Untuk perolehan data digunakan instrumen perekam. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan teknik deskripsi, interpretasi, dan eksplanasi. Ditemukan bahwa penuturan ideologi yang dipadu dengan ungkapan kearifan lokal dalam khutbah jumat membentuk kompetensi daya nalar dan daya tarik jamaah. Hal tersebut memotivasi, mempengaruhi dan mendorong jamaah melakukan perilaku kesalehan sosial yang semakin meningkat. Dengan demikian, hakikat tujuan khutbah yang menyatakan ajakan telah diwujudkan dalam pengamalan keberagaman (religius sosial). Abstract

This thesis discusses research into the development of creative puzzle learning media in beginning reading material for class I at SDN 05 Salamae, Palopo city. This research aims to: (1) Analyze the need for creative puzzle media in beginning reading materials (2) Find out the level of validity of creative puzzle learning media in developed beginning reading materials (3) Find out the level of practicality of creative puzzle learning media in developed beginning reading materials tested. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE development model of 5 stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. This research was carried out in 2023 involving 22 class I students at SDN 05 Salamae. Meanwhile, the object of the research is creative puzzle learning media which was developed according to student needs. Research data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and tests and then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the results of the validity of creative puzzle media which has been validated in categories, design experts get a score of 73% in the valid category. Meanwhile, linguists got a percentage score of 96% in the very valid category. The results were very satisfying and positive with the final score obtained from the practicality test results being 95.09% in the very practical category and the class I teacher with the score obtained from the practicality test results being 82% in the very practical category.
