Abstract

Edufarmers Foundation is an institution under the auspices of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk., was established to accelerate farmers' productivity and develop the potential of Indonesian youth in agriculture. As part of this initiative, they have created a farmer field school program, where empowerment activities for farmers to increase agricultural productivity occur. One of the activities involves mentoring farmers in producing alternative photosynthetic bacteria fertilizers made from affordable materials to help increase crop productivity while reducing input costs. This activity aims to educate and assist farmers in reducing farming costs by utilizing alternative fertilizers made from materials available at home while still emphasizing the productivity of cultivated crops.

Abstract

Empowerment of Women Farmers Group (KWT) must be done so that local potential can be utilized and agricultural products can be processed into high-value economic products. One of the local potentials that can be developed is Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). Besides being beneficial for health, TOGA also has high economic value when sold as raw materials for traditional medicine and instant herbal drinks. The empowerment effort carried out is counseling on making the innovative herbal drink GoldenBlend Tonic, a combination of high-quality spices. Community Service activities were carried out at the Gelam Village Hall, Candi District, Sidoarjo, attended by 25 people from the Gelam Village KWT. This activity aims to empower the local women farmers by providing knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products into high-value economic products. The method used is counseling involving presentations, discussions, and direct practice. The result of this activity is an increased understanding and skills of the KWT regarding innovative herbal drink products. In the future, it is expected that the Gelam Village KWT can develop new products, increase productivity, and strengthen the economy of their families and communities.

Abstract

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the snack food sector is an important strategy to improve the local economy and empower rural communities. This research explores the effectiveness of aid distribution and outreach as an effort to develop snack food MSMEs in Galengdowo Village, Wonosalam, Jombang. Using a qualitative approach, a case study was conducted to examine the impact of capital assistance, training, and the introduction of digital technology on increasing production capacity, product quality, and market access for MSMEs. The study results show that the assistance provided has had a significant positive impact, including improvements in business management, online marketing, and development of partnership networks. Socialization regarding marketplaces and digital marketing strategies has also proven effective in increasing product visibility and creating added value for MSMEs. However, challenges such as limited information technology infrastructure remain obstacles that need to be overscome to support the sustainable growth of MSMEs in the future.

Abstract

Content Marketing Optimization to Increase Consumer Engagement at Brand Necerel on Instagram Platform. Introduction, Marketing 4.0 provides an important role for marketers to guide the customer journey from the initial stage to the final stage. Content Marketing is a marketing strategy that ensures definite identification with strong analysis to attract the attention of potential customers distributed through digital media. The main purpose of implementing content marketing is to increase customer engagement. Methods: MBKM Independent Internship activities for students of the National Development University “Veteran” East Java at Qurota Academy as Digital Marketers at @Necerel.id began on February 19 - June 19, 2024. Internship activities are carried out face-to-face (Offline) at the Office located at Jalan Selat Karimata Block E3/1, Sawojajar, District. Kedungkandang, Malang City, East Java, 65139. The results of this study help optimize Content Marketing to Increase Consumer Engagement in the Brand Necerel on the Instagram platform.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a strategy for developing innovative technology-based coffee agroindustry in Kare District, Madiun Regency. The application of modern technology, such as roasting and wet processing, has proven to improve robusta coffee's quality and added value and increase competitiveness in the domestic and international markets. In addition, empowering farmers through training and technical assistance is key to improving their skills in post-harvest technology management. The research method used is mixed-method, with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data was obtained through a survey with a Likert scale questionnaire, in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. SWOT analysis evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in developing coffee agroindustry in the region. The study results show that the coffee industry in Kare District has significant strengths and opportunities, although it still faces challenges related to capital and technology limitations. The recommended strategies are product diversification, institutional capacity building, and more intensive promotion, as well as the development of coffee agro-tourism as a step to improve farmers' welfare and expand market access

Abstract

Sebagai studi kasus dalam menghadapi tantangan budidaya kopi berkelanjutan dari segi sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan, penelitian ini menganalisis green financing untuk praktik budidaya kopi berkelanjutan di Kecamatan Tutur Kabupaten Pasuruan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, 89 petani kopi diwawancarai dan lapang kopi di Kecamatan Tutur diamati. Hasil analisis, yang dilakukan menggunakan WarpPLS 8.0, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi signifikan antara kesejahteraan petani, praktik agroforestri, dan akses ke lembaga keuangan terhadap pelaksanaan pembiayaan hijau di Kecamatan Tutur, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Green financing tidak hanya memberikan akses ke sumber daya untuk praktik pertanian berkelanjutan, tetapi juga sesuai dengan tingkat pendidikan dan pengetahuan petani kopi tentang green financing.

Abstract

Bango soy sauce is one of the popular brands that ranks first in the Top Brand Award, but has experienced a decline in the Top Brand Index value starting in 2021, indicating a decrease in consumer repurchase intention. This decline is related to the weakened perceived quality and brand image of Bango soy sauce. Thus, the purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of brand image and perceived quality on repurchase intention among Bango soy sauce product users in Surabaya City. Surabaya City was purposefully selected as the research location, with a focus on modern retail. A total sample size of 100 respondents was determined using the Cochran formula, and the accidental sampling method was used as the sampling technique. SmartPLS 4.0 software is used for data analysis using Partial Least Squares based on Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The analysis's findings demonstrate that repurchase intention is positively and significantly influenced by perceived quality and brand image.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan dari beberapaperlakuan dalam pembuatan tepung biji durian. Kegiatan dilakukan denganmenggunakan metode eksperimen secara langsung diKecamatanWonosalam,KabupatenJombang, dengan membandingkan dua perlakuan utama, yaitu pengupasan bijisebelum perebusan dan perebusan biji sebelum pengupasan. Hasil dari pengabdianmenunjukkan bahwa (1) pengupasan terlebih dahulu memudahkan dalam menyortirbiji durian yang layak diolah, namun membutuhkan ketelitian, kesabaran, dan waktulebih lama karena biji mengandung lendir dalam jumlah banyak; (2) perebusan terlebihdahulu mempercepat proses karena dapat mengurangi lendir pada biji durian,tetapi kelemahannya adalah sulit membedakan antara biji yang berisi dan biji kosongsejak awal. Keberlanjutan kegiatan diarahkan pada pendampingan masyarakat untukmengembangkan teknologi pengolahan yang lebih efisien serta diversifikasi produkberbasis tepung biji durian, sehingga dapat mendukung konsep zero waste danmeningkatkan nilai ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The growth of coffee shop businesses in Indonesia, including in Madiun, shows increasingly fierce competition as people's lifestyles evolve in terms of choosing places to socialize and enjoy coffee products. This situation presents both opportunities and obstacles for entrepreneurs to continuously innovate. This research aims to examine the factors influencing customer contentment. at Kahyangan Coffee and Eatery Madiun. This study seeks to investigate the elements that contribute to customer satisfaction at Kahyangan Coffee and Eatery Madiun. A quantitative methodology was applied using accidental sampling, involving 100 respondents aged at least 15 years who had made at least two purchases. Information was gathered employing a survey instrument and subsequently evaluated using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodology, facilitated by WarpPLS 7.0 software. The structural model evaluation was based on p-value testing and path coefficient. The research findings indicate that price perception has a positive and significant correlation with customer satisfaction (p-value<0.05; path coefficient=0.234). Similarly, location shows a significant positive effect (p-value<0.001; path coefficient = 0.402), product quality has a significant positive impact (p-value = 0.012; path coefficient = 0.216), and service quality also has a significant positive influence (p-value = 0.002; path coefficient = 0.281). This study offers practical implications for Kahyangan Coffee and Eatery in optimizing its marketing and operational strategies to increase customer satisfaction levels in a competitive coffee shop industry environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan digital marketing, menganalisis pendapatan usaha, dan membandingkan kinerja transaksi antara pemasaran konvensional dan digital pada perusahaan tersebut. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis biaya-penerimaan dan uji-t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perusahaan menerapkan digital marketing melalui media sosial untuk meningkatkan branding dan transaksi; (2) total penerimaan dari digital marketingsebesar Rp88.400.000 lebih tinggi dibandingkan konvensional sebesar Rp79.800.000, dengan pendapatan bersih tahunan mencapai Rp104.088.515; (3) hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari penerapan digital marketing terhadap peningkatan pendapatan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi strategi pemasaran digital berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan usaha bunga potong skala kecil dan menengah. Secara praktis, temuan ini memberikan justifikasi empiris bagi pelaku usaha agribisnis untuk mengalokasikan sumber daya ke pemasaran digital guna memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan profitabilitas.
