Abstract

Ilmu tasawuf merupakan suatu ilmu yang mengutamakan diri manusia agar memiliki  kebersihan ruhani dan jiwa. Di Pondok Pesantren al-Amien Prenduan menanamkan nilai-nilai yang ada dalam ilmu tasawuf. Hal ini bertujuan agar para santri selalu taat pada perintah Allah Swt. dan memiliki nilai-nilai persatuan antar-sesama santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Adapun metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, pertama, proses internalisasi nilai-nilai tasawuf melalui nilai Ilahi dan nilai insani di Pondok Pesantren al-Amien Prenduan; kedua, bahwa faktor pendukung dalam internalisasi nilai tasawuf melalui upaya pendampingan pendidikan selama 24 jam dan suri tauladan yang baik oleh para kiai dan para guru. Sedangkan faktor penghambat internalisasi tersebut antara lain para santri masih banyak yang melanggar disiplin pondok dan karena latar belakang keberagaman suku yang berbeda-beda baik dari Jawa, luar Jawa atau bahkan dari luar Indonesia.Sufism is a science that prioritizes human beings in order to have the cleanliness of the soul and spirit. The boarding school of al-Amien Prenduan instilled the values that exist in the science of Sufism. The goal is for the students to always obey the command of Allah Almighty and have the values of unity among fellow students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the type of field research. The data collection method uses observation, interview and documentation. Then the data is analyzed with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawal. The results of this study show that: 1) the process of internalization of the Sufism values in boarding schools through divine values and human values; 2) supporting factors in internalizing the value of Sufism with the assistance and education for 24 hours and good suri tauladan from the kiai and teachers. While the inhibitory factor is among the students are still many who violate the discipline of the cottage and because of the background of the diversity of different tribes both from Java, outside Java or even outside Indonesia.

Abstract

Education and pesantren are two parts that cannot be separated for the survival of the students. One of the bad stigmas among society is that a woman is marginalized by men, so there are many cases of harassment or even violence against a woman. With the existence of islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, it turns out that it has a change in the order of society to raise the degree of women in Indonesia. That men are now also activists to maintain the existence of a woman. The existence of this islamic boarding school provides a solution to raise the degree of a woman because in pesantren today it has taught several skills and education based on gender equality education. Thus, female students can grow and develop with confidence to defend themselves to be able to compete with a man. In this study, researchers used a qualitative field approach with a type of case study research. While the method in collecting data, researchers use three methods, namely observation, interview and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is through data reduction, data exposure and data verification. The form of implementation of gender equality education management applied in tarbiyatul mu'allimat al-islamiyah is leadership and management training, worksop improvement of group leaders and organizational skills among female students while the advantage of this implementation is the confidence of each student to be able to compete with a man and have a trustworthy and honest leadership spirit. Meanwhile, the drawback is that there are some students who are indifferent in carrying out and implementing the discipline of islamic boarding schools that have been mutually agreed upon, both kyai, teachers and students.

Abstract

Abstrak Peserta didik merupakan anugerah yang diberikan oleh Allah Swt. untuk dirawat dan dididik dengan baik agar memiliki kaakter yang baik pula. Untuk itu, Pendidikan dan karakter merupakan bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam mencetak para generasi pemimpin negara ini. dimana sekolah harus menjadi bagian dalam mendidik para anak didik agar memiliki karakter yang baik. untuk itu, sekolah harus melakukan penguatan pendidikan karakter para anak didik agar bisa menjadi para penerus bangsa yang memiliki karakter baik. untuk itu, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskripif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpuan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui pelajaran aqidah aklak di madrasah diniyah hablul ulum melalui pembentukan karaker, transformasi, transmisi dan pengembangan potensi diri para santri. dan bentuk implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter di madrasah diniyah hablul ulum melalui pembiasaan shalat jama’ah, kegiatan belajar mengajar buku sullam safina dan aqidah al-awam serta sikap teladan dari para guru juga pembiasaan karakter yang baik.   Abstract  Students are a gift given by Allah Swt. to be well cared for and educated in order to have a good character as well. For this reason, Education and character are an inseparable part in producing generations of leaders of this country. Where the school must be part of educating students to have good character. For this reason, schools must strengthen the character education of students so that they can become the successors of the nation who have good character. For this reason, this research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with a type of case study research. As for the data collection techniques, researchers use observation, interview and documentation techniques while data analysis is used through data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of information. The results of this study are strengthening character education through aqidah aklak lessons in madrasah diniyah hablul ulum through the formation of karaker, transformation, transmission and development of the self-potential of the students. and the form of implementation of strengthening character education in madrasah diniyah hablul ulum through habituation of jama'ah prayers, teaching and learning activities of sullam safina and aqidah al-awam books as well as exemplary attitudes from teachers as well as good character habituation.

Abstract

Etika merupakan salah satu unsur yang sangat urgen dalam menjalani kehidupan, terutama dalam kehidupan sosial. Untuk menjalankan sosialisasi yang baik, etika yang baik menjadi salah satu tolak ukur yang harus diutamakan. Dengan adanya etika yang baik manusia akan senantiasa berbuat baik kepada siapapun, baik dari suku, bangsa, ras, budaya, maupun agama. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini, Bagaimanakah nilai etika menurut Ibnu Miskawaih ?, Bagaimanakah Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Etika Ibnu Miskawaih Di Kalangan Mahasiswa Intensif Putra Institut Dirosat Islamiyah Al-Amien Prenduan? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan jenis penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah studi kasus, dimana peneliti melakukan studi lapangan dikarnakan ketertarikan peneliti pada suatu fenomena yang ada. Pemikiran etika Ibnu Miskawaih ada tiga yaitu kebaikan (al-khair), kebahagiaan (al-sa'adah), dan keutamaan (al-fadhilah), dan keutamaan etika Ibnu Miskawaih terbagi empat yaitu kebijaksanaan, kesederhanaan, keberanian, dan keadilan. Adapun Aplikasi etika Ibnu Miskawaih dari keempat keutamaan yaitu kebijaksanaan, hal ini kebijaksanaan yang diterapkan melalui etika dalam belajar mengajar maupun pergaulan seharihari seperti menghafalkan al-Qur’an. Kedua kesederhanaan yang mana kesederhanaan ini diterapkan melalui dengan tolong menolong sesamanya dan menerapkan rasa malu. Ketiga keberanian, keberanian ini diterapkan kepada mahasiswa intensif putra ma’had idia dengan cara mandiri, membantu perkembangan pondok pesantren serta tegar dalam menghadapi masalah. Kempat keadilan, keadilan yang diterapkan kepada mahasiswa intensif putra ma’had IDIA prenduan melalui dengan ikatan persahabatan antar teman yang berbedah daerah serta menjalankan kewajiban-kewajibannya dan melakukan sunah-sunah Rasulullah SAW.

Abstract

In essence management serves to carry out all activities that need to be carried out in order to achieve the best goals in an organization. Thus, to achieve a good goal, it must be in accordance with the guidance of Islam. Where the Qur'an becomes a guide in this life. So that the concept of management in the verses of the Qur'an can achieve a goal that is desired by the organization. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the type of library research in which researchers examine and analyze the interpretation of Qur'anic verses related to the concept of management. So it can be concluded that the concept of management in the verses of the Qur'an has two meanings namely At-Tadbir (arrangement) and Ar-Rabbu (ruler).

Abstract

The scientific approach makes learning more active and not boring, students can construct their knowledge and skills through facts found in field investigations for learning. In addition, with learning based on this scientific approach, students are encouraged to be more capable in observing, asking, reasoning, and learning and obtained by students carried out with their own senses and minds, so that they are directly in the process of gaining knowledge. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach, while the type of researcher used in the study is descriptive. The data sources in this study consist of primary data, namely principals, teachers, students. While secondary data is in the form of documents in SMP Tahfid Putra Al-Amien Prenduan Sumenep Madura. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques with single case design techniques introduced by Miles and Hiberman are carried out starting from the process of data collection, presentation and verification. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the application of the scientific approach in fiqh learning with the observing stage, where in class the teacher provides lessons that must be observed and understood by students. The questioning stage, the teacher provides a trigger for students' critical thinking. Exploring, students learn to obtain real learning outcomes with experiments. Associating, students carry out a logical thinking process on empirical facts that can be observed to obtain conclusions. Finally communicating, where teachers are expected to provide ample opportunities for students to communicate. While the impact is that students are active in performing mandatory prayers and know the legal basis for mandatory prayers, students are active in reading and interpreting naqli arguments about mandatory prayers, active students in mentioning the conditions of prayer, active students in mentioning the pillars of prayer.

Abstract

In the western modern century it was the main mecca of science for all countries of the world. With the first conference of International Islamic education in Makah in 1977 AD. In the conference, he offered the concept of islamization of science which is a response to the doctrine of the spread of science from the west. This approach uses descriptive qualitative with the type of literature research to find and analyze M. Naquib Al-Attas's thinking about the islamization of Science logically and systematically. While the focus of this research can be divided into two parts: 1. What is the biography of the life of M. Naquib Al-Attas? what is the concept of islamization of science perspective M. Naquib Al-Attas ?. The result of this study is M. Naquib Al-Attas is a descendant of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. And an academic who many of his notebooks. And the Islamization of science that it offers is that all science comes from Allah SWT. which is then interpreted by man.

Abstract

Maraknya doktrin radikalisme agama di negeri ini telah mengakibatkan teror di mana-mana. Untuk itu, agar generasi penerus tidak dihantui kecemasan, maka perlu adanya edukasi kepada mahasiswa di tingkat perguruan tinggi. Apalagi perguruan tinggi yang berafiliasi dengan pesantren. Maka salah satu bukti penolakan terhadap doktrin radikalisme agama dilakukan oleh kampus Universitas Al-amien Prenduan dengan mengimplementasikan pendidikan pancasila yang berbasis nilai-nilai tasawuf. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan berbasis studi kasus. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sehingga hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa akar permasalahan doktrin radikalisme agama dalam perspektif dosen dan mahasiswa disebabkan oleh tiga aspek, yaitu fanatisme ajaran agama, ekonomi dan politik serta memonopoli kebenaran melalui teks-teks suci. Sedangkan implementasi pendidikan Pancasila berbasis nilai-nilai tasawuf di pondok mahasantri ini melalui nilai tasawuf Ilahiyah dan nilai tasawuf Insaniyah dalam bentuk kegiatan keseharian seperti shalat berjamaah, pengajian kitab kuning, pawai konsulat, program ekstrakulikuler, pelatihan kepemimpinan dan manajemen dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

This research analyses the legitimacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran's retaliatory strike against Israel on 1 April 2024 in the context of Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, focusing on the application of the principles of necessity and proportionality in international law. The research method used is descriptive-analytical with a normative approach, where international legal norms and the doctrine of self-defence are analysed to assess the validity of Iran's actions. The results of the analysis show that the claim of self-defence by Iran raises doubts, especially in relation to the principle of necessity, given the 11-day time lag between Israel's initial attack and Iran's retaliation, which may not fully meet the immediacy standard. In addition, the scale of Iran's counter-attack, which involved over 300 drones and missiles, appears disproportionate to the threat faced, raising questions regarding compliance with the principle of proportionality. The implications of these findings point to the need for further affirmation of international legal standards regarding self-defence and an enhanced role for the UN Security Council in overseeing such actions to maintain international peace and security.
