Abstract

The emergence of new eateries with creative and contemporary approaches has made the culinary sector more competitive. Legendary eateries have proven resilient in the face of this, continuing to operate for decades or even centuries. These eateries offer a distinctive environment for understanding the elements that ensure their sustainability by fusing historical relevance with evolving customer tastes. A more thorough examination of these interactions in renowned restaurants is required, despite previous research emphasizing the significance of consumer experience, customer loyalty, and multichannel behavior. By examining the variables with the highest average ratings, such as customer experience, multichannel behavior, customer loyalty, and visit frequency, this study seeks to identify the critical success aspects of iconic restaurants in Bandung. We gathered data through questionnaires, interviews, and observations at four renowned restaurants, using a descriptive-quantitative methodology. The findings reveal that sensory comfort, emotional fulfillment, and transaction convenience strongly influence positive customer experiences. The simplicity of accessing information and the seamless transactions enabled by digital platforms support multichannel behavior. Product pleasure, intriguing experiences, and motivating interactions all increase customer loyalty. The majority of patrons show regular engagement by coming to the eateries once a month. In conclusion, iconic eateries in Bandung remain relevant by meeting customer demands, cultivating enduring relationships with patrons, and balancing their historical character with digital advances. T o obtain a more comprehensive understanding of cultural heritage preservation in the digital age, future studies should examine the long-term effects of these variables and broaden their geographic scope.

Abstract

Changes in work preferences among generation Z have positioned work-life balance as one of the key aspects that companies need to pay attention to. An imbalance between work demands and personal life has the potential to decrease employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on the performance of generation Z employees at PT XYZ. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique applied is saturated sampling, involving all 42 generation Z employees at PT XYZ. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 30. The results indicate that the employees’ work-life balance is in the good category, as is their performance. The coefficient of determination value of 0.431 shows that work-life balance contributes 43.1% to employee performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that the better the work-life balance perceived by employees, the higher the level of performance they tend to achieve.

Abstract

The accelerating environmental crisis has driven the emergence of Ecopreneurship as a transformative approach that integrates business innovation with environmental responsibility and social sustainability. Asia, as the world’s fastest-growing economic region, faces critical environmental challenges while simultaneously fostering a new generation of sustainable entrepreneurs. This study aims to map scientific research trends and identify future directions in Ecopreneurship studies in Asian countries through a bibliometric analysis based on the Scopus database, covering the period from 2002 to August 2025. Using the PRISMA method for systematic screening, 561 articles were analyzed and visualized using VOSviewer to identify thematic clusters, publication trends, and research collaborations. The results reveal a significant surge in publications since 2014, coinciding with the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Agreement. China and India dominate publication output, followed by Malaysia and Indonesia, reflecting Southeast Asia’s growing academic engagement in sustainable entrepreneurship. Seven major keyword clusters were identified, spanning individual-level factors (e.g., motivation, self-efficacy), organizational strategies (e.g., green innovation, sustainability orientation), and macro-level issues (e.g., policy, social entrepreneurship). The findings indicate that Ecopreneurship research in Asia is increasingly multidisciplinary, incorporating digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to advance the green economy. This study contributes by providing a comprehensive overview of research evolution, identifying key gaps, and outlining future research directions. In particular, it highlights the need for deeper investigation into digital integration, policy frameworks, and multi-level interactions among individual, organizational, and ecosystem factors to strengthen sustainable entrepreneurship in Asia.

Abstract

This study aimed to collect information on consumer journey studies published in Scopus, Emerald Insight, and ScienceDirect from 2013 to 2023. In addition, the procedures were carried out using the principles of content analysis and a systematic mapping study mechanism, with seven aspects of analysis. A total of 60 articles were analyzed, and significant fluctuations were observed. The results showed that the highest number of articles was produced in 2019 and 2022, with the most productive countries being the United Kingdom (UK) and the United States. The study's predominant focus was consumer journey channels, with retail as the most significant locus. The results revealed that most articles used qualitative study methods, content, and thematic data analysis techniques, and an exploratory design. Consumer journey research has several important novelties for future studies. First, increased investment and international collaboration are needed to advance research in less-developed countries. Second, the future of this research includes technology personalization, studies of cultural, social, and inter-generational differences, and longitudinal studies. Third, research locations such as art festivals, hotels, and banks present great opportunities for exploration. Fourth, mixed methods were suitable due to their flexibility and depth of analysis. Fifth, exploratory methods are very effective for uncovering new aspects.
