Abstract

While experiencing hyperinflation, teenager needs to adjust and reevaluate their choices especially when they witness large price fluctuations and unexpected changes in their financial situation. Furthermore, they tends to focus on what’s happening on their social media. The main aim of this research is to examine how society behaved during the hyperinflation period in Türkiye using Bourdieu's theoretical framework. According to our research conducted through in-depth interviews and netnography, teenagers use three coping mechanisms to overcome their levels of cultural and economic capital. They often use coping mechanisms to create their own culture that helps them maintain their identity. This can help better understand behavior & habits of teenager buyers, especially in high inflation environments.

Abstract

Business competition is getting tougher day by day for both small and large-scale businesses. And the Covid-19 pandemic has also greatly impacted the decline in sales, including the Yuro Sport Store which sells online at Shopee. The owner of the Yuro Sport Store wants to know whether there is a relationship that affects consumer perceptions of the decision to purchase children's soccer clothes at the Yuro Sport Store. By examining consumer perception variables consisting of sensation, organization, and implementation dimensions as well as purchasing decision variables consisting of product choices, brand choices, dealer choices, purchase amounts, purchase timings, and payment methods, researchers used the Pearson correlation test to determine the relationship between the two variables. And the results show the relationship between consumer perceptions of purchasing decisions. Researchers also propose development strategies, including designing attractive product photos on the main display and adding new product lines.

Abstract

Social media marketing memiliki peran penting dalam strategi pemasaran modern, terutama dalam industri pelayanan kesehatan. RSU Pindad Bandung telah memanfaatkan platform Instagram untuk meningkatkan interaksi dan kepercayaan konsumen, namun efektivitasnya perlu di evaluasi. Dengan mempertimbangkan brand trust sebagai variabel mediasi, penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh marketing sosial media Instagram terhadap proses keputusan pembelian layanan kesehatan di RS Umum Pindad Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif, dengan desain eksplanatori dan jenis penelitian survei yang digunakan. Penelitian ini memiliki 100 orang sebagai responden dari populasi 17.469 pengikut akun Instagram @rspindad, dan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan penelitian kepustakaan. WMS dan SEM-PLS digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran media sosial memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian. Penelitian menemukan bahwa pemasaran media sosial memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kepercayaan merek dengan pengaruh tinggi, dan kepercayaan merek memiliki efek positif terhadap proses keputusan pembelian dengan pengaruh sedang. Kepercayaan merek juga berfungsi sebagai faktor intervensi yang signifikan dalam peran mediasi yang sedang dalam pengaruh sosial media.

Abstract

Social media allows marketers to connect and engage potential customers. This led many marketing professionals to refocus on their social media marketing strategy. Menantea Toko is one of the most talked Food and Beverage Brand in 2021. Their existence surprised the public because they gained 100k followers in just 3 days. The purpose of this research is to determine how to evaluate the usage of social media Instagram Menantea and to propose a social media marketing strategy for Menantea. This form of research is taken as descriptive quantitative research. The research population is followers of Instagram Menantea. This study used a non-probability sample approach known as purposive sampling, with the minimal sampling size obtained using the slovin formula. Methods for gathering data include in-depth interviews, surveys, and Forum Group Discussions (FGD). Pearson's product moment validity test and the Cronbach's Alpha formula were used to evaluate the questionnaire's reliability. The results demonstrated that social media marketing on Instagram Menantea was effective and generated a positive response from followers.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian makanan di Deilicious Kitchen. Motivasi konsumen dalam penelitian ini akan dikelompokkan berdasarkan motif pembelian konsumen, yaitu motif pembelian rasional dan motif pembelian emosional. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan dijadikan dasar untuk memperbaiki strategi produk dan harga di Deilicious Kitchen agar dapat berkembang dan bertahan di tengah-tengah persaingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 88 konsumen Deilicious Kitchen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat motif pembelian yang paling dominan dalam mendorong atau merangsang konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian makanan di Deilicious Kitchen, yaitu: variasi menu dengan nilai rata-rata 4,43; kualitas produk dengan nilai rata-rata 4,38; harga dengan nilai rata-rata 4,07; dan penampilan produk dengan nilai rata-rata 3,78. Empat motif yang paling dominan ini kemudian disarankan untuk menjadi prioritas dari bisnis Deilicious Kitchen dalam perbaikan strategi produk dan harga.  Kata kunci: motivasi konsumen, motif rasional, motif emosional

Abstract

Tujuan proyek ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan strategi social media marketing Instagram PT Amati Indonesia dengan fokus pada peningkatan konten, engagement rate dan integrasi media. Metode yang digunakan dalam proyek ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan observasi mendalam. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis konten Instagram PT Amati Indonesia dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait di perusahaan. Analisis menggunakan teknik Key Performance Indicator (KPI) berbasis prinsip SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-Bound) dan teori RACE (Reach, Act, Convert, Engage). Temuan dari proyek ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Instagram PT Amati Indonesia memiliki banyak followers, engagement ratenya masih rendah. Konten program adalah konten yang paling banyak diminati sedangkan jenis konten lifestyle masih kurang diminati. Berdasarkan analisis KPI dan analisis dimensi yang digunakan, sejumlah indikator belum tercapai yang menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan dalam strategi social media marketing agar tujuan yang diinginkan dapat tercapai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the readiness for artificial intelligence (AI) adoption in marketing among business actors in the creative industry sector in West Java. The research employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through surveys and questionnaires from 226 respondents. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between technological, organizational, and environmental factors on business performance. The results indicate that organizational context factors significantly influence AI adoption in marketing, while technological and environmental contexts do not show a significant impact. These findings provide insights for business practitioners in formulating more effective strategies for AI adoption to enhance business performance in the creative industry sector.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of mega, macro, and micro influencers in promoting beauty products through the TikTok platform using the AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, and Share) approach. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of influencers in attracting attention, building interest, encouraging information search, triggering purchases, and encouraging audiences to share promotional content. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach and content analysis from TikTok social media. The results show that each level of influencer has a significant role in increasing consumer buying interest. Micro-influencers can reach specific audiences with authentic content, macro-influencers are trusted to provide in-depth reviews that are educative, while mega-influencers help increase brand awareness with a wider audience reach. This promotional strategy is proven to increase engagement, build trust, and impact sales of beauty products

Abstract

Niwa Garden is a coffee shop located in the city of Malang, East Java. This coffee shop hasbeen around for almost three years. Having a daily income that can be saidto be quite large forMSMEs, lately, Niwa Garden has experienced a decline in sales.There are so many peoplewho are in the location of the coffee shop, but little incomeis received. After being traced, it turns out that there are several people who are members of a consumer group who do notmake purchases, but still use the facilities provided by the coffee shop. Seeing this, an alternative solution to the problem was found by implementing bundling promos, which are specifically for consumers who come in groups. This research was conducted to explain whether the application of promos to products can increase consumers' purchase requests,thereby influencingtheir purchasing decisions. This resource is intended to explain the affect of promo toward purchase interest, include the influence of promo to increase purchaseinterest that related to purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of influencer marketing in increasing the brand awareness of Glxssy Beaute. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and secondary document analysis. The research informants consist of the CEO and Founder of Glxssy Beaute, a Digital Marketing Strategist from a marketing agency, two Glxssy Beaute consumers, and two prospective consumers from the target market. The findings indicate that influencer marketing implemented by Glxssy Beaute plays an important role in increasing brand awareness through various campaign stages. Glxssy Beaute optimizes storytelling in influencer marketing by giving influencers the freedom to create authentic content. Overall, the strategy implemented is quite effective; however, improvements are still needed in content quality management to enhance Glxssy Beaute's competitiveness.
