Abstract

The skills to analyze systematics and language of scientific work are very important for students to master. However, based on observations, several Indonesian language teachers at SMAN 4 Semarang still apply teacher-dominated learning, namely lectures and power points as learning media which make learning not student centered so that when participating in learning the students feel bored. Therefore, the ASSURE model was tested using Quizwhizzer media in learning to analyze the systematics and language of scientific work in class XI.MIPA3 SMAN 4 Semarang with the aim of creating student-centered learning, increasing student interest in learning and activeness, and optimizing student learning outcomes. This research method is descriptive qualitative with test and non-test instruments (questionnaire). Test instruments are used with test techniques as material for analyzing the effectiveness of the learning process. While the non-test technique is used with observation and questionnaire techniques as material for analyzing the characteristics of students and assessing the effectiveness of the learning process. The results of this study can be concluded that the ASSURE model with Quizwhizzer media is appropriately applied in learning to analyze the systematics and language of scientific work. The results of this study are useful as reference material in choosing learning models and media, especially learning models and media to analyze the systematics and language of scientific work.

Abstract

Contextual learning through Outdoor Learning is a learning approach that can enable students to gain knowledge through real objects directly. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of implementing contextual learning in class V science subjects at SD Negeri 009 Teluk Pauh through Outdoor Learning on student learning motivation. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach, with the research subjects being class V students at SD Negeri 009 Teluk Pauh, totaling 11 boys and 4 girls. The results of this research show that the application of contextual learning in science subjects has an effect on students' learning motivation, and can help improve the critical thinking skills of class V students at SD Negeri 009 Teluk Pauh.

Abstract

Personal development in the context of modern life requires emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) to face increasingly complex challenges. This research aims to explore the future principles oriented towards EQ and SQ and identify the role of both in improving the quality of life of individuals. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews with individuals who are known to have high levels of EQ and SQ. The results of the study show that individuals with balanced EQ and SQ have high self-awareness, are able to build meaningful social relationships, and have a vision of life oriented towards spiritual values. The implications of this study suggest that the integration of EQ and SQ can help individuals face change more resiliently, make informed decisions, and achieve more holistic well-being. Findings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of bankruptcy in broiler farms using the Altman Z-Score method using financial statements for the 2017-2019 period. This research was conducted from August to September 2021, this research was conducted by conductibf interviews with the Company Owner. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, namely by collecting, classifying, analyzing and interpreting the data obtained from the company so that it can provide an overview of the actual situation. The method used by researchers for data collection is by interview and documentation. The results showed how to overcome bankruptcy based on financial data, the company had total debt which was one of the causes of the company going bankrupt and another reason the company closed because in 2019 the price of chicken decreased. Factors causing the decline in broiler prices in 2019 were due to oversupply from broiler chickens, oversupply from Day Old Chicks (DOC), a decrease in people's purchasing power and distribution channels that were disrupted due to the issue of the cartel mafia.

Abstract

A developed and rapidly developing nation is one of the strategies implemented through character education with an honest, creative attitude and a sense of responsibility. The challenge in the current era of globalization is that character formation has not been realized due to a lack of control from parents and the environment, basically they are used to lying, low ethics and morals, loss of identity, rampant crime has penetrated every part of social life, hence the obligation of the education process. The real obstacle is that educational institutions use the metaphor of human resource (HR) products as having complete competence, known as the popular name digitalization competence in the 5.0 era. fundamental changes are inversely proportional to previous life governance. Educational science is a one-on-one medicine for diagnosing social ills in society from small to large circles. This research has a target regarding how teachers develop character education for students at State Elementary School 060970 Medan City. The method used in this research is qualitative description. The samples in the research were educators, homeroom teachers and students at State Elementary School 060970 Medan City. The instruments in this research are questionnaires to measure character education, stationery and video equipment. Research data was obtained through an interview and observation process. This research obtained results in the form of several students having positive and negative character education. Based on the results of interviews with educators and class teachers, character education planning is very effective, this is in line with national education goals, character education goals and the vision and mission of school 060970 SDN Medan CityKeywords: Analysis, Character Education, Students, Elementary School Teachers.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan kondisi medis dimana terjadi peningkatan tekanan darah secara kronis. Dikatakan tekanan darah tinggi jika tekanan sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg, atau tekanan diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg, diukur di kedua lengan tiga kali dalam jangka waktu beberapa minggu. Pengobatan Hipertensi dapat berupa tindakan farmakologi dan nonfarmakologi. Kentang merupakan umbi-umbian diketahui memiliki kandungan senyawa bioaktif yang bersifat sebagai antihipertensialami yaitu protein dioscorin yang memiliki sifat fungsional seperti aktivitas antioksidatif, oxygen scavenger (mengikat oksigen sehingga tidak mendukung reaksi oksidasi), dan sebagai penghambat enzim. Beberapa penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa dioscorin mampu menghambat angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) yang memicu terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah. Simpulan, kentang merupakan salah satu alternatif dalam menanggulangi penyakit hipertensidikarnakan kandungan kentang terdapat dioscorin yang berfungsi sebagai penghambat ACE. Abstract

Penyakit paru obstruksi kronis (PPOK) merupakan penyakit yang dikarenakan hambatan pada saluran nafas yang tidak sepenuhnya reversibel. Hambatan ini bersifat progresif serta berhubungan dengan respon inflamasi paru terhadap partikel atau gas beracun dan berbahaya. Seorang pria berusia 66 tahun, didiagnosis PPOK dengan kekhawatiran terjadinya pemberatan pada penyakitnya. Memiliki risiko internal yaitu usia 66 tahun, riwayat merokok sejak usia 30 tahun sebanyak 10 batang per hari, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang PPOK, serta kurangnya higienitas diri. Faktor risiko eksternal yaitu kurangnya dukungan dan pengetahuan keluarga mengenai penyakit pasien. Pada anamnesis dan pemeriksaan fisik didapati sesak nafas dan batuk berdahak bewarna putih, penggunaan otot bantu pernafasan, barrel chest (+), ronkhi dan wheezing (+). Dilakukan intervensi terhadap pasien dan keluarga tentang penyakitnya, bahaya merokok, menjaga higienitas serta pentingnya tindakan preventif untuk mencegah komplikasi penyakitnya dalam 4 kali kunjungan rumah. Pada evaluasi ditemukan pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai penyakitnya, perubahan perilaku pasien, higienitas yang membaik serta gejala yang diderita pasien sudah mulai berkurang. Penyakit kronik yang tidak dapat disembuhkan harus membutuhkankerjasama yang bersifat berkesinambungan dan terus menerus antara pasien, keluarga serta petugas kesehatan agar tidak terjadi perburukan dan mengalami komplikasi.Kata kunci: pelayanan dokter keluarga, PPOK
