Abstract

Children are the nation's most valuable assets. They have the constitutional right to grow and develop optimally, and they have the right to be protected from all forms of violence and discrimination. In Indonesia, child protection is guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution and reinforced by the ratification of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. However, the reality is that many children are still neglected and live without an official identity, which prevents them from accessing basic rights such as education, health care, and legal protection. One of the state's efforts to address this issue is the issuance of the Child Identity Card (KIA). This is done through Permendagri Number 2 of 2016. The KIA serves as a legal document that guarantees children's identities and facilitates their access to public services. This study aims to examine the implementation of KIA regulations for neglected children in South Jakarta and identify obstacles to its implementation. The study employs a legal-empirical method with a qualitative approach. The study employs the theories of law enforcement by Robert Seidman and of legal certainty by Gustav Radbruch and Jan Michiel Otto, which assert that law in society is influenced by social, political, economic, and cultural forces. Additionally, the theory of legal certainty emphasizes three core values: justice, legal certainty, and utility. It also highlights the importance of having clear, consistent, and easily accessible legal rules. The research findings indicate that, despite its significant potential to ensure legal protection for abandoned children, the KIA still faces various challenges in implementation, including low public awareness, limited infrastructure, and insufficient coordination among relevant agencies. The study recommends enhancing public education, simplifying administrative procedures, and strengthening cross-sectoral coordination to achieve effective, comprehensive legal protection for abandoned children in Indonesia.

Abstract

Different learning strategies are needed to increase students' motivation in learning mathematics. It is also important to integrate local culture into the educational process, so that students can understand the relationship between mathematical concepts and their environment. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes by implementing the STAD type cooperative learning model and the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach. The learning media used are Powerpoint and the Wordwall application as teaching materials for whole number counting operations in class VI at SD Labschool Unesa 2. This research uses Kurt Lewin's paradigm in the form of classroom action research (PTK). The research was carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. Based on research data from cycle I, there was an increase in learning outcomes by 60.87% and a decrease in the number of incomplete students by 9 people. Learning outcomes increased to 86.96% in cycle II, there were 3 students who were declared incomplete. The application of the CRT approach and STAD model supported by PowerPoint media and the Wordwall application succeeded in improving student learning outcomes in whole number counting operations material in class VI at SD Labschool Unesa 2.

Abstract

The lack of variety in approaches and media used in the learning process has resulted in conventional, teacher-centered learning activities, leading to low student achievement in Indonesian language learning. This study is a classroom action research aimed at improving student achievement through the implementation of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach assisted by picture cards. The research was conducted in two cycles, which included planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the study were 24 students from class III-B at SD Labschool Unesa 2. Data were collected from teachers and students through observations and evaluation tests. The data analysis techniques used were both quantitative and qualitative descriptive analyses. The results showed an improvement in student achievement in each cycle. Overall, the average percentage of students' learning mastery in the first cycle was 21%, which then increased to 62% and reached 83% in the second cycle. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the CRT approach assisted by picture card media successfully improved student achievement as it met the predetermined success criteria, with more than 80% of students achieving the minimum competency score (KKM) of ≥ 80.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the friction force box teaching aid on students' science process skills. The research subjects were class X students of MA Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan. This type of research is experimental research with the one group pretest-posttest design method. Increasing students' science skills (KPS) can be analyzed using the normal gain test, which is equal to 0.55 in the moderate category. This shows that the friction force box teaching aid can improve students' KPS. In addition, an analysis of student responses was carried out in using the friction style box teaching aid which showed that the teaching aid was very suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) adalah program akademik yang wajib diikuti oleh mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari kurikulum pendididkan tinggi. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang nyata dan aplikatif bagi mahasiswa dalam menerapkan teori dan konsep yang telah dipelajari di bangku kuliah. Salah satu kegiatan dalam KKN ini ialah memberikan pelatihan ecoprint di desa Ngemplak, Kecamatan Kartosuro, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pelatihan ecoprint ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM dalam menghasilkan produk yang ramah lingkungan dan memiliki nilai ekonomis. Metode yang dilakukan pada pelatihan berupa metode pendampingan. Analisis permasalahan dari pelaku UMKM di desa Ngemplak belum dikenalkan ecoprint yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat Pendidikan untuk mengajarkan konsep-konsep alam dan kreativitas. Hasil dari pelatihan ecoprint dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah dalam peningkatan pendapatan, mengurangi biaya produksi, mengurangi limbah dan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan .

Abstract

In the transformation, entering the era of society 5.0, learners are required to proficient the 6C skills, where critical thinking ability becomes one of the essential competencies that need to be developed from elementary school levels. However, research on the integration of gamification approaches to enhance critical thinking at the elementary level remains limited, so a literature review is necessary to identify trends, challenges, and future development opportunities. The purpose of this research is to explore how using gamification can enhance critical thinking abilities in elementary schools between 2020 and 2025 using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. It was established through an analysis of 22 research papers that the gamification strategy significantly enhances the critical thinking abilities of primary school pupils. Additionally, gamification helps to enhance critical thinking abilities in addition to strengthens students' cognitive, affective, and social aspects by increasing motivation, creativity, and more meaningful engagement in learning.

Abstract

HAM merupakan hak dasar yang melekat pada manusia tanpa terkecuali. Bahkan perlindungan terhadap Hak Asasi Perempuan menjadi pusat perhatian secara global. Hal ini karena perempuan seringkali memperoleh perlakuan yang diskriminatif dan dianggap lemah sehingga terbatas dalam pengembangan diri. Dalam konstitusi negara Indonesia telah menjamin mengenai persamaan kedudukan laki-laki dan perempuan, sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 27 ayat (1) UUD Tahun 1945. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat terutama siswa/i di lingkungan sekolah mengenai hak asasi perempuan. Hal ini karena perlindungan terhadap hak asasi perempuan telah diatur dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia, salah satunya melalui pengarusutamaan gender. Hal ini penting untuk dipahami oleh siswa/i karena pemberian pemahaman yang baik sejak dini dapat secara efektif menumbuhkan budaya hukum yang baik. Kegiatan ini menjadi sebuah solusi agar indikasi-indikasi ketidakadilan gender di lingkungan sekolah dapat dihindari. Sehingga sasaran khalayak dalam kegiatan ini adalah Siswa/i dan perwakilan guru. Lokasi kegiatan dilaksanakan di MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu melalui ceramah, dan diskusi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa: pemahaman tentang Hak Asasi Perempuan dalam mendorong Pengarusutamaan Gender di Lingkungan Sekolah telah meningkat hingga 85% dari sebelumnya 45%. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan beberapa indikator diantaranya: Peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang hak asasi; hak asasi perempuan; jenis hak asasi perempuan; dan hak asasi perempuan dalam pengarusutamaan gender. Selain itu, kegiatan ini dapat berhasil dengan baik dikarenakan adanya dukungan dari Universitas Lampung, dan kepala sekolah serta guru.
