The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and price perception on consumer sastisfaction of Dzikra Laundry in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a survey method with data obtaibed directly through a questionnaire to 100 responden taken from the consumer Dzikra Laundry. The technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there is a simultaneous significan effect between service quality partially has a price perception on consumer satisfaction and price perception partially has a signifiacan effect on consumer satisfaction decisions Dzikra Laundry in Tasikmalaya City.

This research is conducted by the objective to know the effects of motivation and work discipline on the work of performance government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with the causality method. Data collection techniues were obtained directly questionnaires distributed to 45 respondents who were government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City. the data analysis tool used in this study is path analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that: (1)There is an influence of motivation on work discipline government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City positively and significantly. (2) There is an influence of motivation on the work performance government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City positively and significantly. (3) There is an influence of discipline on the work performance government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City positively but not significantly (4) There is an influence of motivation on work discipline on the work of perfomance government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City positively and significantly. (5) There is no influence and it is not significant motivation towards work performance through work discipline government employees on the Village in Tamansari District Tasikmalaya City.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Tasikmalaya Cell Warehouse. The method used in this research is the causality method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 94 respondents who were employees of CV. Tasikmalaya Cell Warehouse. The data analysis tool used in this research is path analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline on CV. Cell Warehouse in Tasikmalaya; (2) Motivation directly has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance on CV. Cell Warehouse in Tasikmalaya; (3) Work Discipline directly has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance on CV. Cell Warehouse in Tasikmalaya; (4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Discipline on CV. Tasikmalaya Cell Warehouse.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee work discipline (a study on the Anugrah Adi Jaya Tasikmalaya Company). The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained directly through questionnaires which were distributed to 47 respondents who were employees of Anugrah Adi Jaya Tasikmalaya Company. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions for salt products in Tasikmalaya at PD. Pomegranate in Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is the census method. The population in this study were PD salt customers. Pomegranate in Tasikmalaya. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling, so that the entire population in this study is used as the research sample. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it is known that partially the Promotion variable is not significant to Purchase Decision. Service Quality variable is significant to Purchase Decision. Meanwhile, promotion and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase salt products in Tasikmalaya at PD. Pomegranate in Tasikmalaya

This research is conducted by the objective to know the effects of leadership and work environment on the quality of work on the teaching staff of MAS YIA Panembong Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with the causality method. Data collection techniues were obtained directly questionnaires distributed to 25 respondents who were teaching staff of MAS YIA Panembong Tasikmalaya. the data analysis tool used in this study is regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that: (1)The picture of leadership in MAS YIA Panembong Tasikmalaya has been very good, the work environment has also looked good, and the quality of work of the teaching staff has been very good. (2) There is an influence of leadership and work environment on the quality of work of teaching staff in MAS YIA Panembong Tasikmalaya which is positive and significantly. (3) There is an influence of leadership on the quality of work of teaching staff in MAS YIA Panembong Tasikmalaya which is positive but not significantly. (4) There is an influence of work environment on the quality of work of the teaching staff in MAS YIA Panembong Tasikmalaya which is positive and significantly.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of Quality of service, Promotion, Consumer Purchase Interest in Cicadas Mini market Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is method a survey. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the Quality of service, Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest. Quality of service partially significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest. promotion has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of communication and organizational culture on employee performance (a case study on employees of Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya). The method used in this research is causality through a case study approach. With a research sample of 135 employees of the Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Communication has a very good assessment classification, Organizational Culture has a very good assessment classification, while Employee Performance has a good classification at Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya Employees. Together, Communication and Organizational Culture have a significant influence on Employee Performance at Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya Employees. Partially, communication has a significant effect on employee performance at Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya employees. Partially, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at Matahari Department Store Tasikmalaya employees

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and work environment on employee spirit (a survey of employees at RM. Hj Ocoh Jl. Mangin and RM. Hj Ocoh Jl. Sutisna Senjaya Tasikmalaya). The method used in this study is causality through a census approach. With a research sample of 60 employees of PT. Independent Power of Grace. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is Path Analysis using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Motivation has a very good rating classification, the Work Environment has a very good rating classification and Work Spirit has a good rating classification for RM Employees.
