Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui (1) apakah prestasi belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih baik daripada pembelajaran konvensional, (2) apakah prestasi belajar matematika siswa a yang mengikuti asesmen kinerja lebih baik daripada asesmen konvensional serta (3) pengaruh interaksi model pembelajaran dan asesmen pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan posttest only control group design dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA SMAN 1 Ubud Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik random sampling. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji Anava Dua Jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, prestasi belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih baik daripada pembelajaran konvensional (t hitung = 4,622 > t tabel = 1,659 ); kedua, prestasi belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan asesmen kinerja lebih baik daripada asesmen konvensional (t hitung = 6,732 > t tabel = 1,659 ); ketiga, terdapat pengaruh interaksi model pembelajaran dan asesmen pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa ( F hitung = 3,950 > F 0,05(1,140) = 3,84 ) serta pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan asesmen kinerja menunjukkan hasil yang paling unggul.Kata Kunci : Model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, asesmen kinerja, prestasi belajar matematika siswa This research aims at investigating (1) whether mathematics learning achievement of students following problem-based learning model is better than those following conventional learning, (2) whether of mathematics learning achievement of students following learning with assessment of performance is better than those following conventional assessment, and (3) the effect interaction model of learning and assessment of learning to mathematics learning achievement of students. This research used posttest only control group design with research type is quasi experiment. The population in this research is all students in grade X MIPA in SMAN 1 Ubud in academic year 2015/2016. Sample selection is done by random sampling technique. The hypotheses were tested using t-test and Two-Way Anova-test. The result of the research shows that: first, mathematics learning achievement of students following problem-based learning model is better than those following conventional learning (t hitung = 4,622 > t tabel = 1,659 ); second, mathematics learning achievement of students following learning with assessment of performance is better than those following conventional assessment( t hitung = 6,732 > t tabel = 1,659 ); third, there is the effect interaction model of learning and assessment of learning to mathematics learning achievement of students ( F hitung = 3,950 > F 0,05(1,140) = 3,84 ) and learning with problem-based learning model and assessment of performance shows the best results.keyword : problem-based learning model, assessment of performance, mathematics learning achievement of students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) meningkatkan aktivitas belajar matematika siswa, 2) meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika siswa, dan 3) mengetahui tanggapan siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan investigasi dalam pembelajaran matematika.Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII A1 SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja Tahun ajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Prestasi belajar matematika siswa diukur dengan tes uraian, aktivitas belajar matematika siswa diamati dengan lembar observasi aktivitas belajar dan tanggapan siswa dikumpulkan dengan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada akhir penelitian, 1) rata-rata skor aktivitas belajar matematika siswa meningkat dari 41,04 pada siklus I dengan kategori kurang aktif menjadi 52,94 pada siklus II dengan kategori cukup aktif dan meningkat kembali pada siklus III sebesar 63,52 dengan kategori aktif. 2) rata-rata skor prestasi belajar siswa meningkat dari 65 pada siklus I dengan kategori tidak tuntas menjadi 73,17 pada siklus II dengan kategori tuntas dan meningkat kembali menjadi 82,33 pada siklus III dengan kategori tuntas. 3) rata-rata skor tanggapan siswa terhadap penerapan pendekatan investigasi yaitu pada kategori positif dengan rata-rata 56,63 Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: pendekatan investigasi, aktivitas belajar matematika siswa, prestasi belajar bidang geometri siswa This study was aimed at: 1) increasing mathematics learning activities of students, 2) increasing geometry field achievements of students, and 3) finding out students’ responses by applying investigation approach in mathematics learning. This study was a classroom action research which was conducted in three cycles. The subjects of this research were the seventh grade A1 students of SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja in academic year 2013/2014 which altogether consisted of 30 students. Data of students’ mathematics learning achievements were collected by essay, students’ mathematics learning activities were observed by using observation sheets, while data of students’ responses were collected by using questionnaire. The results of this research showed that 1) the average of students’ mathematics learning activities scores increased from 41.04 on the first cycle with ‘less active’ category to 52.94 on the second cycle with ‘fairly active’ category and increased again on the third cycle to 63.52 with ‘active’ category, 2) the average of students’ learning achievement scores increased from 65 on the first cycle with ‘not complete’ category to 73.17 on the second cycle with ‘complete’ category and increased again to 82.33 on the third cycle with ‘complete’ category, and 3) the average score of students’ responses toward the implementation of investigation approach was 56.63 which was in positive category. keyword : investigation approachment, students mathematical study activity, students’ geometry field achievement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Matematika (strategi NHT dan konvensional) dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestatsi belajar matematika siswa. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 12 kelas, 4 kelas dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Jumlah total sampel adalah 92 siswa. Kelas VIIA dan VIID sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan VIIE dan VIIF sebagai kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen dibelajarkan dengan strategi NHT dan kelompok kontrol dibelajarkan dengan strategi konvensional. Desain penelitian ini adalah Posttest only control group design dengan treatment by level. Instrumen yang digunakan mengukur motivasi berprestasi adalah kuesioner motivasi berprestasi, sedangkan instrumen mengukur prestasi belajar matematika siswa adalah tes prestasi belajar matematika. Penganalisisan data menggunakan Anova dua jalur dan pengujian tindak lanjut (post hoc testing). Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dilihat sebagai berikut: a) ada pengaruh yang signifikan dalam prestasi belajar matematika siswa antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan strategi NHT dan konvensional dimana skor rata-rata siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan strategi NHT lebih tinggi daripada skor rata-rata siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan strategi konvensional, b) terdapat interaksi yang signifikan antara strategi pembelajaran (strategi NHT dan konvensional) dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, c) ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi dibelajarkan dengan strategi NHT dengan siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi dibelajarkan dengan strategi konvensional, d) ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi rendah dibelajarkan dengan strategi NHT dengan siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi rendah dibelajarkan dengan strategi konvensional.Kata Kunci : strategi NHT, motivasi berprestasi, prestasi belajar matematika siswa This study was aimed at investigating the effect of teaching strategy (NHT and conventional) and achievement motivation on students’ math achievement. The subjects were seventh year student of SMPN 3 Singaraja in academic year 2014/2015. The population was 12 classes which 4 classes were taken as the sample of the study. The total number of sample was 92 students. The VIIA and VIID class were assigned as the experimental group and VIIE and VIIF class as the control group. The experimental group was taught by using NHT strategy and the control group by using conventional strategy. The research design was post test only control group design. Analysis data used two way Anova and then continued by post hoc testing using Tukey test. The findings of the study were: a) there was significant difference in math achievement between the students who were taught by using NHT strategy and conventional strategy, where the mean score of students taught by using NHT strategy was higher than the mean score of students’ math achievement for students taught by using conventional strategy, b) there was interaction between of teaching strategy (NHT and conventional) and the achievement motivation on students’ math achievement, c) there was a significant difference in math achievement between the students with high achievement motivation taught by using NHT and conventional strategy, d) there was a significant difference in math achievement between the students with low achievement motivation taught by using NHT and conventional strategy. keyword : NHT strategy, achievement motivation, students’ math achievement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKS berbasis software GeoGebra yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja. Pengembangan LKS berbasis software GeoGebra ini menggunakan model pengembangan four-D. Namun, mengingat keterbatasan waktu dan biaya yang dimiliki penelitian ini hanya dilakukan sampai tahap ketiga yaitu tahap develop. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket, lembar observasi dan tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif. Validitas dilihat dari isi dan konstruk, menggunakan angket, kepraktisan dilihat dari respon siswa dan guru dan keefektifan dilihat dari prestasi siswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKS dan media GeoGebra yang dikembangkan valid, praktis dan efektif.Kata-kata kunci: LKS, GeoGebra, prestasi belajar, kualitas perangkat pembelajaran

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam format KKN-PPM di Desa Timpag ini ialah untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat umum terkait beberapa strategi baru yang telah dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi untuk memecahkan permasalahan di Desa Timpag terkait bidang ekonomi-kerakyatan, budaya, seni, dan pendidikan karakter, TI untuk desa, serta kesehatan yang berlandaskan pengejawantahan konsep Tat Twam Asi. Kegiatan KKN-PPM ini dilakukan di Desa Timpag, Kecamatan Kerambitan, Kabupaten Tabanan, Provinsi Bali. Pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan KKN-PPM ini diantaranya: 3 anggota pengabdian dan 20 mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha yang mengikuti program KKN. Jangka waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah selama 31 hari. Pelaksanaan KKN-PPM ini menggunakan metode yang sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan program yang merujuk pada standar keberhasilan kegiatan di masing-masing bidang untuk mewujudkan Desa Timpag yang kolaboratif, inovatif dan berbudaya. Hasil dari KKN-PPM ini menampilkan adanya antusias tinggi dari seluruh elemen masyarakat Desa Timpag dalam mengikuti semua kegiatan dan program-program KKN-PPM yang telah dijalankan sebagai strategi pemecahan masalah dan upaya untuk mewujudkan desa yang kolaboratif, inovatif dan berbudaya. metodepelaksanaan, hasildankesimpulan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika antara kelompok siswa yang diberikan tes formatif dengan frekuensi tinggi, sedang dan rendah serta untuk mengetahui hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diberikan tes formatif dengan frekuensi yang bagaimanakah dapat memberikan hasil belajar matematika terbaik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Post Test Only Control Group Design. Pada penelitian ini, hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diteliti yaitu pada ranah kognitif yang meliputi tingkatan pengetahuan, penalaran dan penerapan. Data hasil belajar matematika siswa diperoleh dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar matematika yaitu berupa tes uraian. Skor tes hasil belajar matematika siswa dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji ANAVA satu jalur. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika antara kelompok siswa yang diberikan tes formatif dengan frekuensi tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut ANAVA yaitu dengan uji Scheffe ̀. Hasil uji Scheffe ̀ menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diberikan tes formatif dengan frekuensi tinggi lebih tinggi daripada frekuensi sedang dan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diberikan tes formatif dengan frekuensi sedang lebih tinggi daripada frekuensi rendah. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa frekuensi pemberian tes formatif memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa dan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang paling baik adalah kelompok siswa yang diberikan tes formatif dengan frekuensi tinggi.Kata Kunci : Frekuensi, Hasil Belajar Matematika, Tes Formatif This research is aimed to know whether there are differences in mathematics learning outcomes between the groups of students given formative tests with high frequency, medium and low and to know the result of students' mathematics learning outcomes given formative tests with how frequencies can provide the best mathematics learning outcomes. The population in this research was eight grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja in academic year 2014/2015. Sampling was done by cluster sampling technique. The research design used in this research is the Post Test Only Control Group Design. In this research, students' mathematics learning outcomes studied were in the cognitive domain that includes the level of knowledge, reasoning and application. The data of mathematics student learning outcomes obtained using math achievement test, formed of essay test given at last. Math achievement test scores of students were analyzed using ANOVA one lane. Hypothesis testing results show that there are differences in mathematics learning outcomes between the groups of students given formative tests with high frequency, medium and low. Then proceed with further test is to test Scheffe ANOVA. Scheffe test results showed that the students' mathematics learning outcomes given formative tests with high frequency higher than the frequency with medium frequency and mathematics student learning outcomes given formative test with medium frequency was higher than the low frequency. Thus, it can be concluded that the frequency of formative tests positive impact on learning outcomes of students' mathematics and the best mathematics student learning outcomes was a group of student given formative tests with high frequency.keyword : Frequency, Formative Test , Mathematics Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan lembar kerja siswa (LKS) interaktif berbasis software GeoGebra pada pokok bahasan lingkaran yang valid, praktis, dan efektif serta mendeskripsikan karakteristiknya. Uji coba produk dalam penelitian ini melibatkan empat orang dosen ahli, dua orang guru matematika, dan 36 siswa kelas XI MIA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Bangli. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur pengembangan 4-D, yang dilaksanakan sampai 3 tahapan saja yaitu define, design, dan develop. Pada tahap define dilaksanakan analisis awal dan analisis kurikulum. Analisis awal bertujuan untuk mengetahui masalah yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran matematika di kelas XI SMA, dan analisi kurikulum bertujuan untuk mengetahui kurikulum yang diterapkan di sekolah. Pada tahap design dihasilkan draf awal LKS dan alat evaluasi. Tahap develop bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKS yang valid, efektif, dan praktis. Data validitas LKS dikumpulkan melalui lembar validasi. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa LKS memenuhi kriteria valid, dimana skor validasi LKS adalah 92,54. Melalui uji coba terbatas diketahui bahwa respon siswa dan guru terhadap LKS berada pada katagori sangat positif, dan lebih dari 85% siswa tuntas dalam pembelajaran lingkaran. Sehingga LKS yang dikembangkan dapat dikatakan praktis dan efektif.Kata Kunci : pengembangan, lembar kerja siswa, lingkaran, GeoGebra This research aimed to develop interactive student worksheet based on software GeoGebra on subject circle that valid, practical and effective, and to describe its characteristics. Product trials in this research involved four expert lecturers, two math teachers, and 36 students of class XI MIA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Bangli. This reseacrh used 4-D development procedure that implemented through 3 stages only such as define, design and develop. In the define stage, conducted a preliminary analysis aimed for identifying the mathematics problems that occurred in class XI, and analysis of curriculum aimed for determining the curriculum that applied in school. In the design stage produced an early draft of worksheet and evaluation tools. The develop stage aimed for developing worksheet that valid, effective, and practical. The data of worksheet validity was collected by validation sheet. This data showed that worksheet is valid, and the validation score is 92.54. Through the limited trial was known that the response of the students and teacher about the worksheet were in the category very positive, and more than 85% of students passed the circle learning. Abstract

Many studies have been conducted related to the influence of COVID-19 pandemics on mathematics learning. Some studies showed a positive effect, but many also showed a negative effect. During the COVID-19 pandemic, mathematics learning management, especially in junior high schools, needs to be carried out properly so that the learning processes and outcomes are in accordance with the established standards. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an evaluative study to find out how mathematics learning management has been carried out, especially in junior high schools in Singaraja City. This study was conducted using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, and product) involving 21 respondents consisting of principal, vice-principal of curriculum, and mathematics teachers. Respondents were determined using the purposive sampling technique in 4 public schools, namely SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja, SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja, SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja, and SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results, the context variable was positive (+), the the input variable was positive (+), the the process variable was negative (-), and the the product variable was negative (+). Thus, CIPP evaluation results based on the Glickman Quadrant (+ + - -) showed that mathematics learning management during COVID-19 pandemics in junior high schools in Singaraja City  was in a quite effective category.

Abstract

The effectiveness of flipped learning can be realized if the dominant aspects that become positive and negative inequalities are known from the beginning. Positive inequality is used to indicate aspects that support the successful flipped learning implementation. Negative inequality is used to indicate aspects that need attention for improvement in a better direction. The reality is very difficult to determine the aspects that are included in the positive and negative inequalities. Therefore, an innovation of the IT education evaluation model is needed to be able to solve those problems. The DIVAYANA model that is modified with the Discrepancy model and integrated with the Daiwi Sampad and Asuri Sampad concepts can be used as an innovation in the field of IT education evaluation. The main objective of this research was to show the design quality of the new evaluation model integrated with Balinese local wisdom. It is called the DIVAYANA model based on the Discrepancy Daiwi Asuri Sampad which can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of flipped learning implementation at IT vocational schools. This research was carried out by following the stages of the Borg and Gall development model. This research only focused on five stages from a total of ten development stages. Those stages included: 1) research and field data collection, 2) planning, 3) design development, 4) initial trials, and 5) revision of initial trials. The subjects involved in collecting field data were six people. The subjects involved in planning and designing of evaluation model were three people. The subjects involved in the initial trials were 44 people. Subjects involved in the revision of initial trial results were three people. Questionnaires were used to collect field data and conduct preliminary trials. The results of data collection from the initial trial results were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques by percentage descriptive calculations. The results showed that the quality level of the DIVAYANA model design based on the Discrepancy Daiwi Asuri Sampadwas 88.25%. So that the design was included in the good category and can be used to determine the dominant aspects that become the positive and negative inequalities in flipped learning implementation. Abstract

One source of learning in universities is a digital library. In the era of industry 4.0, most universities have implemented digital libraries in supporting the learning process. However, the reality shows that digital library management is still ineffective. Therefore, the implementation of digital libraries needs to be evaluated for determining the digital library effectiveness used as learning resources in supporting the learning process in universities. Many evaluation tools are used to evaluate the effectiveness of digital libraries but have not provided accurate recommendation results to support decision-making. This research presents an innovation in the form of an evaluation tool that can be used to evaluate the digital library effectiveness in universities. That evaluation tool is called the Alkin-WP-based digital library evaluation software. This software is a desktop platform that contains aspects of measuring the digital library effectiveness by referring to the components of the Alkin evaluation model and the WP (Weighted Product) method. This research aimed to show the effectiveness level of the utilization of Alkin-WP-based digital library evaluation software. This research method was R & D (Research & Development) which refers to the ten development stages of the Borg and Gall model. In this research, development was focused only on a few stages, included: usage trials, final product revision, dissemination, and implementation. The subjects involved in assessing the implementation/utilization of the Alkin-WP-based digital library evaluation software were 35 people, in the usage trials were six people, in product revision were three people, and at the stage of dissemination were 15 people. The tools used to collect data were questionnaires and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative. The effectiveness level of utilizing the Alkin-WP-based digital library evaluation software was 88.34%. It showed that the evaluation software had effective. The impact of this research results on the scientific field of educational evaluation is being able to show the existence of a new evaluation tool based on educational evaluation and artificial intelligence.
