Abstract

This hydrology and hydrogeology study was conducted to analyze the water resource conditions within the Mining Permit Area (IUP) of PT PS, located in Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The study aims to assess rainfall characteristics, runoff discharge, erosion potential, aquifer conditions, and to formulate technical recommendations for mine water management. The data used includes 10-year historical rainfall records, field measurements, geoelectrical surveys, and modeling of discharge and drainage systems. The results show that the site experiences high rainfall with a peak runoff discharge of 96.7 m³/s for a 10-year return period. A shallow aquifer was identified at a depth of 20–30 meters, with an average groundwater level of 20 meters. The recommended infrastructure includes surface drainage channels, sump pits, and settling ponds to manage runoff and mine water efficiently. The study concludes that mining activities in the area are technically feasible, provided that water management systems are implemented in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Abstract

The role of coal as a substitute energy source for oil and gas is getting bigger, especially to increase the pace of development and economic growth. Therefore, Indonesia's coal production and consumption will continue to be increased, especially as direct fuel for power plants, large and medium-sized industries, and home industries. The purpose of this research is to study the characteristics of coal based on proximate analysis while the purpose of this research is to determine the quality of coal based on proximate analysis. The results of the analysis on coal carried out at the PT Tribhakti Inspektama laboratory regarding proximate analysis in the Batu Licin sub-district, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan for moisture, the average value of the 6 samples obtained 18,72% results using the formula that has been determined, the average value for ash analysis was 3,30%, the total average value for volatile matter was 41.02% and for fixed carbon based on the results of analysis in the laboratory the average value was 36.97% then, from the analysis results when compared with the table regarding coal classification according to ASTM, coal in the Batu Licin sub-district, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan is included in the quality of lignite and from the test results the coal can meet the requirements for the cement and metal industry.

Abstract

Coal is formed from organic deposits undergoing conversion through the coalification process. Coal is a solid object containing carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen in chemical combination with a small amount of sulfur and nitrogen elements, which are found in the earth's crust derived from plant remains that have undergone metamorphosis over a long period of time. The purpose and objective of this research is to control the process of transporting coal from the stockpile to the coal haulinvessg el and to determine the quality of the coal in the stockpile and coal haulage vessel. The ash value in the stockpile is 3.98% and the coal haulage is 4.13% so that there is an insignificant increase, then the total sulfur in the stockpile is 0.11% and the coal transport vessel 0.10% is a non-significant decrease. then the total moisture in the stockpile obtained a value of 42.15% and coal hauling ships 42.25% an insignificant increase. fixed carbon in the stockpile obtained a value of 31.94% and coal ships 32.11% an insignificant increase. Then the volatile matter in the stockpile obtained a value of 43.21% and coal transport vessels 42.59% an insignificant decrease. And moisture in the stoockpile obtained a value of 20.87% and coal hauling vessels of 21.17% an insignificant increase, then the calori value obtained in the stockpile value of 4.856 and coal hauling vessels of 4.824 there was an insignificant decrease in calories. From the results of the quality of the coal above, it shows that during the process of transporting coal from the stockpile to the coal hauler, the coal quality parameters did not experience a quality drop or significant quality change, so during the coal transportation process there were no factors that affected the quality change significantly.

Abstract

The intensification of climate change is having serious impacts on coastal areas. Mangrove restoration at Oneeha Beach is a crucial effort to enhance the resilience of the coastal ecosystem while also empowering the socio-economic well-being of the local community. This program actively involved the community in the planting and maintenance of mangroves, as well as socialization and education activities on the importance of this ecosystem. The results of the activities demonstrated a significant increase in community environmental awareness, understanding of the technical aspects of mangrove planting and conservation, and the successful planting of new mangrove seedlings in degraded coastal areas.

Abstract

The research was conducted in regency of Taliabu Island, North maluku province on mining problem studied in this research is to calculate the effectiveness of loading tool production using two methods, namely cross loading and V Shape loading. To solve the problem, firstly do the calculation on the productivity of each of the two methods, such as calculation of cycle time, Fill Factor, Sweel Factor and work efficiency of loading tools. The cycle time from V shape loading method is 30.07 seconds and the cross loading method is 37.40 seconds, the fill Factor for shape loading method is 83% while for the cross loading method is 84%, its Sweel Factor is 80% and the work efficiency from theV Shape Loading method is 79%, while the cross loading method is 76%. Based on results, the effectiveness of the production of V Shape loading method is 308,85 tons/hour while the cross loading method is 248,59 tons/huor.

Abstract

P Diamond Alfa Propertindo merupakan perusahaan pertambangan yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Buton Tengah, Kecamatan Mawasangka Tengan, desa Gundu-gundu Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pit Mr. Cheng. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis produktivitas alat muat dan alat angkut serta nilai keserasian kerja alat dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang di butuhkan dalam peneltian ini adalah cycle time, efesiensi kerja, data density, jam kerja perusahaan, hambatan kerja dan match factor. Setelah melakukan analisis alat muat dan alat angkut dengan metode kuantitaif maka didapatkan hasil simulasi alat muat 40.791,45 ton/bulan dan alat angkut 40.472,03 ton/bulan serta nilai keserasian kerja antara alat muat dan alat angkut 1,26 atau faktor keserasian kerja >1 yang mengindikasikan bahwa alat angkut lebih, sementara alat muat sibuk. Dari hasil simulasi alat muat dan alat angkut disimpulkan bahwa alat muat dan alat angkut mencapai target produksi dengan mengurangi waktu hambatan kerja dan penambahan satu unit alat angkut.

Abstract

Proses pembakaran dan pendinginan klinker berdampak besar terhadap rencana produksi yang ingin dicapai sehingga komposisi umpan kiln mempengaruhi kualitas dari klinker. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui proses dari pengolahan klinker dan mengetahui komposisi umpan kiln. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian secara langsung, tahap pengambilan data meliputi pengamatan, observasi dan wawancara, data penelitian meliputi data komposisi umpan kiln dan data temperatur pembakaran dalam kiln, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi umpan kiln serta temperatur pembakaran merupakan parameter yang penting pada pengendalian operasi pembakaran klinker, jumlah rata-rata perhitungan LSF batugamping telah memenuhi standar, kualitas SM dan AM tidak memenuhi standar disebabkan jumlah komposisi Al2O3 yang tinggi, umpan kiln yang memenuhi standar akan menghasilkan klinker yang berkualitas ditandai dengan klinker berwarna kecoklatan, Sebaliknya klinker yang tidak berkualitas akan berwarna putih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pengolahan klinker meliputi penggilingan bahan baku di raw mill, pembakaran bahan baku di dalam kiln, dan pendinginan bahan baku di grate cooler, serta komposisi umpan kiln yang mempengaruhi kualitas klinker adalah SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, dan CaO.

Abstract

Perencanaan tambang yang baik, diharapkan akan mengurangi risiko ketidakpastian dalam kegiatan penambangan dan target produksi yang diinginkan dapat tercapai sesuai jadwal yang direncanakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan jadwal produksi berdasarkan target produksi. Data awal yang diperoleh adalah data assay, collar, geology, topography, produktivitas alat berat, dan data target produksi. Kemudian data tersebut diolah untuk mengetahui cadangan terkira, selanjutnya menghitung efektivitas jam kerja, menghitung kebutuhan alat berat dan membuat jadwal produksi. Berdasarkan penelitian cadangan terkira nikel laterit adalah 417.617,97 Ton dan volume overburden1.062.324,22 BCM, efektivitas jam kerja rata-rata per bulan adalah 628,41 jam, untuk material overburdenkebutuhan alat berat rata-rata per bulan adalah 2 ADT (Articulated Dump Truck) dan 1 excavator komatsu PC400 dan untuk ore nikel kebutuhan alat berat rata-rata per bulan adalah 5 DT (Dump Truck) dan 1 excavator komatsu PC300. Cadangan terkira nikel laterit 417.617,97 Ton dan volume overburden1.062.324,22 BCM, berdasarkan cadangan dan target produksi, jadwal produksi untuk ore nikel rata-rata per bulan adalah 46.569 Ton dan untuk overburden rata-rata per bulan adalah 123.377 BCM.

Abstract

Pejalan kaki memiliki hak yang sama dengan pemakai jalan lainnya pengendara motor atau mobil yang kerap kali pejalan kaki menjadi korban pengendara lain yang merasa superior. Berdasarkan dengan keselamatan pejalan kaki terutama di lingkungan sekolah, lokasi studi adalah Zebra Cross akses jalan SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka yang terletak di jalan Pemuda, lokasi tersebut dipilih dikarenakan berada di jalan arteri primer yang masuk wilayah perkotaan dan jalan nasional sehingga keberadaan Zebra Cross terhadap lalu lintas kendaraan dianggap sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku dan persepsi penyeberang jalan pada Zebra Cross di jalan pemuda depan SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada waktu jam masuk dan jam pulang sekolah, untuk perilaku penyeberang SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka yang menyeberang melalui Zebra Cross lebih sedikit di bandingkan dengan penyeberang di luar Zebra Cross, waktu rata-rata penyeberang jalan yaitu 6,88 detik/ 88 orang, jumlah kendaraan pada jam masuk sekolah dari dua arah sebanyak 11.219 kendaraan/minggu dan pada jam pulang sekolah dari dua arah sebanyak 11.380 kendaraan/minggu. Sedangkan untuk persepsi penyeberang jalan dari 88 responden mengatakan pemahaman tentang Zebra Cross 81,81% mengatakan tahu, keamanan menyeberang di Zebra Cross 88,64% merasa aman, sosilalisasi tentang Zebra Cross 7,95%, pernah mengikuti sosialisasi, 92,05% merasa tidak pernah mengikuti sosialisasi, faktor sulitnya menyeberang di Zebra Cross 64,77% mengatakan kendaraan terlalu padat dan kencang, 12,5% merasa pandangan terhalang terhadap parkir liar dan pedagang kaki lima, 22,73% megatakan jarak terlalu jauh, fasilitas pejalan kaki di Zebra Cross 51,14% mengatakan cukup, belum memadai 40,91% dan ditambahkan jembatan penyeberangan 7,95%.

Abstract

Nickel slag is a by-product of the nickel ore smelting process and can be used as an alternative to cement and fine aggregates. This community service program aims to develop and apply concrete mixing technology based on nickel slag as an environmentally friendly alternative material for producing concrete blocks and concrete brick in Tambea Village. The community, which is engaged in small-scale construction businesses, is involved in this training. The investigation results indicate that the community gained a better understanding of how to use industrial waste and produce high-quality nickel slag-based concrete. This project is expected to enhance the local economy by implementing sustainable technology based on local materials.
