Abstract

Researchers conducted research at MTsN 01 Solok against the background of the current many complaints from educators regarding the teaching of Al-Qur'an Hadith material, especially in terms of reading the Al-Qur'an. This research aims to find out how many students still do not read the Al-Qur'an fluently and the efforts made by teachers to overcome this problem at MTsN 01 Solok. These problems are researched using descriptive qualitative research methods which are aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena and events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, thoughts of people individually and in groups using field research. To analyze the data, researchers grouped it based on existing problems. Based on the findings of research conducted by researchers, it shows that several obstacles faced by students at MTsN 01 Solok regarding Tutoring for Learning to Read and Write Al-Qur'an, one of which is that many of the students are not correct in pronouncing Makhorijul letters, fluency in reading Al-Qur'an. -Qur'an, provisions on recitation and methods in writing the Koran. The efforts made by the teacher in tutoring to read and write the Al-Qur'an before starting learning are that the teacher applies before starting the first 10 minutes of learning, students are asked to read the Al-Qur'an in turns and other students listen before learning begins.

Abstract

The curriculum is very important in the educational process because it is the driving force that determines the direction of education. Designing, managing, and developing curriculum requires something called curriculum administration. The administration of this curriculum aims to support the learning process and achieve the expected goals. This article is written using literature research methods and documents with readings relevant to the research being discussed. Curriculum administration activities include curriculum planning, implementation, supervision and evaluation. Curriculum administration helps to improve the appropriateness of the use of resources to increase the relevance and effectiveness of the learning process

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi strategi pengelolaan pendidikan karakter di era digital, di mana perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan, terutama bagi kaum muda. Meskipun perangkat digital meningkatkan komunikasi dan akses informasi, perangkat tersebut juga berisiko mengikis nilai-nilai moral melalui isu-isu seperti misinformasi, agresi daring, dan kecanduan digital. Berlandaskan teori Lickona dan Muslich, serta didukung oleh literatur dan data lapangan dari dua sekolah di Yogyakarta, penelitian ini menyoroti upaya-upaya seperti program etika digital, penggunaan media sosial untuk penguatan nilai, dan kampanye literasi berbasis komunitas. Meskipun terdapat inisiatif-inisiatif ini, tantangan tetap ada dalam hal kesiapan guru, pengawasan orang tua, dan paparan siswa terhadap konten berbahaya. Studi ini merekomendasikan upaya kolaboratif antara pendidik, orang tua, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengembangkan pendekatan adaptif, etis, dan kreatif terhadap pembentukan karakter dalam masyarakat yang terhubung secara digital.

Abstract

Administrasi ataupun pengelolaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan merupakan suatu hal yang mutlak bagi sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Terlebih dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini. Dimana dunia Internasional telah memasuki era digital 4.0, tentu hal ini membawa dampak bagi sistem pendidikan termasuk di Indonesia. Sehingga administrasi dan pengelolaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan era digital ini merupakan peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi akademisi pendidikan. Mulai dari sistem rekruitmen hingga pemberhentian pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan bisa dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan dunia digital sehingga lahirlah data yang terintegrasi dari pusat hingga daerah. Beranjak dari fenoma tersebut maka dalam tulisan ini kita akan membahas bagaimana pengelolaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan secara profesional pada era digital 4.0.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kondisi kecerdasan spiritual siswa yang masih jauh dari nilai-nilai keislaman. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan masih banyaknya peserta didik yang lalai dalam shalat dan sering mengundurkan waktu shalat, siswa yang tidak ikut serta dalam pelaksanaan shalat zhuhur berjamaah, siswa yang kurang pandai dalam baca tulis al-qur’an, siswa yang masih banyak berbicara kasar sesama teman serta siswa yang tidak amanah dalam menjalankan tugas yang diberikan kepada siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskritif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah menggunakan observasi langsung ke sekolah dengan cara melihat kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa di kelas VII, wawancara dengan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, Wakil Kurikulum dan Siswa kelas VII serta dokumentasi seperti RPP dan Absebsi Shalat Dhuha dan Shalat Zhuhur siswa kelas VII. Adapun analisis data dilakukan dengan menelaah seluruh data, kemudian melakukan penyeleksian kembali terhadap data yang ada, kemudian melakukan display data, verifikasi data dan mengklarifikasikan data yang telah didapat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas yang dilakukan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki rasa ingin tahu terhadap siswa, mengajukan pertanyaan berbobot, memberikan gagasan dan usulan terhadap suatu masalah, mempunyai daya imajinasi, dan mengembangkan atau merinci suatu gagasan. Selain itu ditemukan faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa, faktor penghambat yaitu siswa yang cepat terpengaruh terhadap lingkungan tempat bergaul dan juga kebiasaan siswa atau lingkungan sekitar. Faktor pendukung dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa yaitu pihak keluarga, pihak sekolah, serta adanya sarana dan prasarana dan respon siswa yang begitu baik.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to evaluate and analyze innovations in the development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in schools and madrasahs, focusing on the implementation perspective, curriculum concepts, and student literacy development. The background of this research is the need for an adaptive, relevant, and innovative PAI curriculum to address modern educational developments. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through semi-structured interviews with teachers and school principals, classroom observations, and curriculum and teaching material documentation. Data were analyzed thematically, including data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and triangulation to ensure the validity of findings. The results indicate that the current PAI curriculum has several strengths in supporting religious literacy learning but still requires innovation in technology integration, creative teaching methods, and adaptation to local contexts. The study emphasizes the importance of developing students’ digital and religious literacy as part of an effective curriculum innovation. In conclusion, continuous evaluation and innovation of the PAI curriculum are essential to make learning more adaptive, creative, and relevant to the needs of students in the modern era. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis inovasi pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah dan madrasah, dengan fokus pada perspektif pelaksanaan, konsep kurikulum, dan pengembangan literasi peserta didik. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kebutuhan akan kurikulum PAI yang adaptif, relevan, dan inovatif dalam menghadapi perkembangan pendidikan modern. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan guru dan kepala sekolah, observasi pembelajaran, serta studi dokumentasi kurikulum dan bahan ajar. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum PAI yang diterapkan saat ini memiliki sejumlah keunggulan dalam mendukung pembelajaran literasi keagamaan, namun masih memerlukan inovasi dalam integrasi teknologi, metode pembelajaran kreatif, dan penyesuaian dengan konteks lokal. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan literasi digital dan keagamaan peserta didik sebagai bagian dari inovasi kurikulum yang efektif. Kesimpulannya, evaluasi dan inovasi kurikulum PAI harus terus dilakukan agar pembelajaran lebih adaptif, kreatif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik di era modern. Abstract

Implementation Syllabus design is an important component of the curriculum that serves as the main guide in the implementation of learning. The development of digital technology demands innovation in the development of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum to remain relevant to the needs of the times. The problems studied include the lack of teacher understanding of digital syllabus design, limited technological infrastructure, and minimal digital pedagogical training as the main inhibiting factors. Therefore, a systematic effort is needed in designing a digital-based PAI curriculum development syllabus that is able to answer these challenges. This study aims to analyze and design a digital-based PAI curriculum syllabus design model that is appropriate to the needs of learning in the modern era. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a digital-based PAI syllabus can create a more adaptive, participatory, and contextual learning process with the development of modern educational technology. Abstract

The urgency of this research lies in the importance of implementing deep learning as a strategy to improve the quality of education and shape 21st-century competencies. These competencies include character building, critical thinking skills, creativity, collaboration, communication, and civic awareness. The deep learning approach offers learning that focuses on conceptual understanding, the integration of theoretical and applied knowledge, and the application of concepts in real-world contexts. The Deep Learning method and its application in the creation of teaching modules enable teachers to integrate the principles of mindful, meaningful, and enjoyable learning. This research uses a literature review method by analyzing various relevant literature sources to explore the challenges and opportunities in implementing deep learning in elementary schools. The results show that despite obstacles in terms of teacher readiness and educational infrastructure, the implementation of deep learning can increase student engagement, strengthen material understanding, and encourage the formation of critical and creative thinking patterns. Furthermore, this approach can be supported through ongoing teacher training, the application of educational technology, and flexible and innovative policies. With collaboration between educators, educational institutions, and other stakeholders, deep learning can become a catalyst for a more adaptive and relevant educational transformation. Therefore, structured steps are needed to overcome existing obstacles and maximize the potential of in-depth learning to create competent graduates who are ready to face global competition

Abstract

Abstract. The background of this research is the students' low memory for class VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman, which the researchers can see from the low UTS scores and the way students learn during the SKI learning process. In learning the teacher still uses the lecture method so that students tend to feel bored and not focus on following the learning process. One effort that is thought to be able to overcome this is by applying mind maps to the SKI subject for class VIII students at MTsN 3 Pasaman. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of applying mind maps to students' memory in class VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman. This research is a quasi-experimental quantitative research with a true experimental research design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII at MTsN 3 Pasaman. Sampling was done randomly or Random Sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 68 students. Students of class VIII 3 as the experimental class and students of class VIII 6 as the control class. The instrument used by the researcher was the results of the students' SKI posttest in the form of multiple choice of 25 questions with the material on the Intellectual Glory of Muslim and Ulama Sciences during the Abbasid Daulah period. The results showed that the proportion of mastery of the experimental class students was higher than the proportion of mastery of the control class students. In the experimental class, the number of students who completed there were 27 people with a proportion of 79% and those who did not complete were 7 people with a proportion of 21% of the number of students in the experimental class, namely 34 students. Whereas in the control class, 1 person completed with a proportion of 3% and students did not complete 33 students with a proportion of 97% of 34 students. so that there is a 35.5% effect of applying the mind map on students' memory in grade VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman. From the results of the hypothesis test tcount = 8.762 and ttable 1.6909. Because tcount > ttable means that H0 is rejected at the significant level α = 0.05. From these results it can be written reject H0 and accept H1, meaning that there is an influence of the application of the mind map media on students' memory on the intellectual triumph of Muslim scientists and scholars during the Abbasid dynasty in class VIII MTsN 3 Pasaman.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari motivasi dan efikasi diri guru terhadap kinerja mereka di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi sekitar 83 guru penggerak di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik antara efikasi diri terhadap kinerja guru penggerak di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat efikasi diri, semakin baik kinerja dalam mengajar, dan seterusnya. Skor rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 4,35, dengan tingkat respon sekitar 86,92%. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan yang mencolok dalam hal motivasi terkait pekerjaan terhadap kinerja guru penggerak di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. Hasilnya menunjukkan tren positif, dengan rata-rata 4,43 dan tingkat respons sebesar 88,51 persen. Terdapat juga perbedaan yang signifikan dalam hal motivasi terkait pekerjaan dan efikasi diri terkait kinerja guru penggerak di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota.
