Abstract

This research was conducted because researchers found that teachers only apply conventional learning models (lectures) so that educators talk more than students. In addition, students rarely pay attention and record the teacher's explanation. Then there was no feedback from students during the question and answer session, and they did not have the courage to express their opinions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Crossword Puzzle Assisted Team Games Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Learning Model on Student Learning Activeness in PAI Material at SMP N 3 Koto Baru, Dharmasraya Regency. This type of research is quantitative, using Quasy Experiments. The population of this study were all students of class VIII, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used was to collect UTS values, then normality and homogeneity tests were carried out, then the samples were determined randomly. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses the t-test. The results showed that the average student activity in the experimental class was 112.20 and that of the control group was 77.20. The results of the analysis using the Independent Sample T-test between experimental and control classes obtained a t-count of 10.014 and a t-table of 2.024, and a significance level of 0.000. So it can be concluded that the activeness of students using the Crossword Puzzle-assisted Team Games Tournament (TGT) is better than students using the conventional model (teaching) in class VIII SMP N 3 Koto Baru.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan selalu berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikannya salah satunya yaitu mendisiplinkan siswanya. Sebuah lembaga pendidikan harus memikirkan langkah yang harus dilakukan supaya siswanya lebih bisa lagi disiplin. Salah satu caranya yaitu membuat sebuah program untuk menegakkan kedisiplinan seperti penerapan sistem poin di lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Setelah diterapkan sebuah program maka sebuah lembaga pendidikan harus melakukan evaluasi suapaya bisa melihat bagaimana pengaruh program tersebut supaya bisa di inovasi kembali program tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki penggunaan sistem poin sebagai ukuran disiplin bagi siswa di SMAN 1 Canduang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik evaluasi CIPP. Cara mendapatkan datanya menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen untuk pengumpulan data. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem poin sebagai langkah disiplin bagi siswa tidak konsisten dengan aturan dan konsep yang sudah mapan. Rekaman hanya berfungsi sebagai formalitas, tanpa tindakan selanjutnya yang diambil oleh instruktur bimbingan mentor sekolah. Penerapan sistem poin hanya berlaku untuk semester Januari-Juni 2021. Setelah periode ini, sistem menjadi tidak aktif dan hanya konsekuensi langsung, seperti membaca Al-Qur’an dan membersihkan lahan sekolah, akan dikenakan pada siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi program Tahfidz Kurikulum Utrujah di Sekolah Islam Markaz Ashabul Qur’an menggunakan Model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan evaluasi Model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk mengevaluasi program Tahfidz Kurikulum Utrujah di Sekolah Islam Markaz Ashabul Qur’an. Metode R&D dipilih untuk tidak hanya mengevaluasi program yang ada tetapi juga untuk mengembangkan rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam program Tahfidz tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Program Tahfidz Kurikulum Utrujah di Sekolah Islam Markaz Ashabul Qur’an berhasil mencetak generasi hafidz Al-Qur'an dengan prestasi akademik yang baik. Meskipun dihadapi tantangan seperti variasi kemampuan siswa dan keterbatasan waktu, program ini didukung oleh lingkungan yang pro-pendidikan Islam dan dukungan kuat dari keluarga. Kurikulum yang terstruktur baik mendukung proses hafalan dan pemahaman ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dengan materi pembelajaran yang kuat dan kualifikasi guru yang memadai. Metode pengajaran yang beragam dari tradisional hingga modern serta manajemen waktu yang efektif menjadi kunci kesuksesan dalam program ini. Evaluasi berkala dan bimbingan individual membantu memantau kemajuan siswa, sementara dampak positif terlihat dalam perkembangan karakter dan spiritualitas siswa.

Abstract

Abstract. This article is a theoretical study of the importance of the learning evaluation process. This article was written through library research, namely collecting information that is relevant to the topic or problem that is the object of discussion. The data sources for this research are books, journals, articles related to the topic of the concept of evaluation in learning. Data analysis techniques are reading, studying, analyzing and then concluding. The results of this article provide an important message for teachers or educators to review and re-understand the concept of evaluation, evaluation principles, forms of evaluation, objectives and functions of evaluation, evaluation procedures and techniques, uses and benefits of evaluation.

Abstract

This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection involves observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data are then descriptively analyzed using the data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing process. Data validity is ensured through degrees of confidence and source/method triangulation. The results of the data analysis reveal several findings: (1) in the planning phase, it begins with the formation of the school development team (TPS), consisting of the school principal, vice principals such as curriculum vice principal, student affairs vice principal, public relations vice principal, infrastructure vice principal, administrative staff, senior teacher representatives, and the committee. They collectively formulate the school program in line with the school's vision and mission. (2) During the plan implementation stage, the majority of educators already use diverse teaching methods and media based on the lesson plans created at the beginning of the academic year. However, there are still some educators using conventional teaching methods. (3) In the evaluation stage, at the beginning of the new academic year, the school conducts a general opinion hearing (DPU) to review and evaluate the school's activities over the past year. Learning evaluation is carried out through daily assessments, mid-semester assessments (PTS), and end-of-semester assessments (PAS). (4) In the follow-up stage, the results show that the output of students from SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi is competitive enough for preferred higher education institutions such as UGM, ITB, UI, IPB, ITS, Undip, Unnes, UNY, UNJ, UIN, and state institutions like STAN, STIS, STSN.

Abstract

The low level of PAI learning activity among students is the driving force for this study. It is believed that the use of learning techniques is inextricably linked to this low activity in PAI learning. Index Card Match is one of the instructional strategies that is thought to have an impact on students' learning activities. to determine if there is a noteworthy impact on Index Card Match use. In order to go toward active learning, the author must carry out experimental study. The Quasy Experiment Design approach was used as the research method in this quantitative study. The location of this study is SDIT Juara Padang Panjang. Class IV A, IV B, and IV C, which were selected at random from 76 students' PTS scores, made up the study's population. Class IV A served as the experimental class and Class IV B as the control class. A questionnaire was one of the research tools utilized in this study (questionnaire). The t-test and F-test were used in the analytical process. The f-test was employed in the experimental class and the t-test in the control class to analyze the data. Based on the data processing results, the study findings indicate that there is a substantial difference in the usage of the Index Card Match technique on students' active PAI learning, supporting the first hypothesis. The fact that tcount (2,560) is higher than ttable (1,677) indicates this. Furthermore, it is evident that there is a considerable impact since the second hypothesis, Fcount, is 96.057 at a significance level of 0.010 <0.05, leading to the rejection of Ho and the acceptance of Ha. Thus, it can be said that using the Index Card Match Method has a big impact on active PAI learning.

Abstract

Retorika dakwah merupakan suatu seni berbicara yang dapat mengajak seseorang kepada jalan Allah sesuai kaidah-kaidah Islam. Dalam beretorika seorang komunikator tidak hanya memperhatikan gaya bahasa, akan tetapi juga memerlukan bahasa tubuh untuk membujuk audien, karena gaya bahasa dan bahasa tubuh yang indah merupakan akar dalam beretorika. Penelitian ini terfokus untuk menjawab Bagaimana Retorika Dakwah Ustadz Handy Bonny Pada Channel Youtube Handy Bonny. Untuk mengindikasi persoalan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi (content analisis), dan proses pengumpulan data di lakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan teknik kepustakaan. Penelitian ini mengambil tiga judul video ceramah ustadz Handy Bonny pada channel youtube Handy Bonny. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahawa gaya bahasa yang digunakan ustadz Handy Bonny adalah gaya bahasa percakapan dengan menggunakan lansung dan tidaknya pencapaian makna berupa retoris yang mana memiliki unsur asonansi, eufemismus, hiperbola dan litotes. Pada unsur asonansi ustadz Handy Bonny melakukan pengulangan kata diantaranya seperti pada kata-kata “gagal dalam percintaan”. Pada unsur eufemismus ustadz Handy Bonny memberikan ungkapan-ungkapan yang dapat menyinggung perasaan mad‟u nya, diantaranya seperti padaa kalimat “Kata Allah, hei sayang. Akutu sayang sama kamu kata Allah, Akutu slalu mencintai kamu, aku tau kamu sudah melampoi batas, tapi please jangan pernah berputus asa dari rahmatku, aku masih menerima kamu. Balikannya sama Allah aja”. Kata hiperbola dalam ceramah usatadz Handy Bonny diantaranya seperti kata “Mabuk dan Termuntahkan”. Unsur litotes dalam video dakwah Ustadz Handy Bonny diantaranya seperti pada kalimat “Bukan berarti ustadz itu slalu baik, ada buruknya juga. Handy Bonny pasti ada buruknya juga, Donkems ada buruknya juga. Bukan berarti Hndy Bonny lebih baik dari Donkems, atau Domkems lebih buruk dari pada Handy Bonnya. Nggak ada yang tau”. Untuk menunjang beretorika agar saat penyampaian pesan, pesan dapat tersampaikan dengan baik, ustadz Handy Bonny menampilkan gerakan tubuh dengan sikap badan yang tidak kaku, penampilan dan pakaian yang sesuai dengan tren anak muda, ekspresi dan gerak tangan serta kontak mata yang mampu menarik perhatian mad‟u.

Abstract

In Minangkabau tradition, there are many areas related to human life, including education. Therefore, in this research the researcher discusses Minangkabau customs in the world of special education in Padang Panjang City. Taken from various books, journals, as well as interviews with several people who have competence about Minangkabau customs in Padang Panjang City, West Sumatra Province, as well as several documentation. So, this research itself will aim to explain and introduce widely about one of the education areas in Minangkabau, namely the city of Padang Panjang, to the wider community. This research itself is a descriptive literature study with a qualitative approach. The results of this research itself are that education in Minangkabau customs is actually not much different from the definition of education in general, because the aim of custom itself is to regulate humans to behave in accordance with customary rules that have been mutually agreed upon and in the current curriculum, Minangkabau customs have become local content in the independent curriculum. , in the form of theory and practice. The practitioners are from the indigenous people of Padang Panjang City

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is considered the main pillar in shaping the character of Muslims; however, in the era of globalization, entrepreneurship has become essential. The integration of entrepreneurship enables students to connect religious values with the real world, develop self-potential, and become agents of positive change. Inclusive management of Islamic religious education towards entrepreneurship is not only a necessity but also a challenge to create innovative curricula. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method through a literature review approach to examine the management of education and entrepreneurship in Islamic religious education. The goal of Islamic Religious Education is to shape individuals with profound knowledge of Islamic teachings, capable of applying them in daily life, fostering love and obedience to Allah SWT, imparting Islamic values and ethics, and encouraging critical, analytical skills, and entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurship in Islamic religious education aims to mold a younger generation of Muslims who can become successful entrepreneurs and are morally and ethically responsible. The integration of entrepreneurship involves teaching entrepreneurial values and principles, as well as developing entrepreneurial skills such as creativity and management. A conducive environment for entrepreneurship, including the empowerment of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM), training, mentoring, access to financing, and incentives for entrepreneurs, is deemed essential. By integrating entrepreneurship into Islamic religious education, it is expected that students can prepare themselves to face the challenges of the job market and contribute to the welfare of society.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the low grdae VI studensts of MI Istiqomah Sako in the subject of islamic cultural history. The can be seen from the low midtrem exam scores and the way of learning in the learning process of islamic cultural history. In the learning proces educators tend to only use conventional learning methods so that learning is less attractive to students. One effort that can overcome this is the learning process using the role playing methods to improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine how much influence the use of the role playing methods has on the the learning outcomes of islamic cultural history of students in calss VI MI Istiqomah Sako Pangean district Kuantan Singingi regency Riau. The research is a quantitative research with a quasi eksperimental type with the non Eqiuvalent control group design. The sample in this study was in class VI consisting of two experimental classed and the control class. The result of the study stated that the calculation of the hypothesis test using the SPSS t-tets. The result of the calculation is that the propability value is Sig.(2-tailed) 0.00<0.05 thet it is accepted. From these result it can be concluded that there is an influeence of the role playing methods on leraning outcomes of islamic cultural history in the material of Sunan Kalijaga in class VI MI Istiqomah Sako Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency Riau
