Abstract

 Limbah domestik rumah tangga merupakan salah satu sumber polusi yang signifikan dan menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Pemanfaatan limbah ini menjadi solusi yang tidak hanya mengurangi pencemaran, tetapi juga memberikan nilai tambah dalam bentuk produk yang berguna. Tulisan ini membahas berbagai jenis limbah rumah tangga, metode pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan, serta manfaat yang dapat diperoleh dari pengelolaan limbah domestik secara efektif.. Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Fakultas Teknik Universitas PGRI Palembang akan memberikan edukasi kepada siswa SMK PGRI Tanjung Raja di Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, yang akan dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2024. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan ini, siswa diharapkan dapat berbagi pengetahuan kepada seluruh keluarga mereka, dan keluarga mereka dapat berbagi dengan tetangga mereka, dan seterusnya. Ini akan memberikan dampak positif yang besar bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah, terutama dalam pengelolaan limbah organik dan anorganik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of inclusive education at State Elementary School (SDN) 30 Palembang, focusing on the challenges and forms of support faced in its implementation. Inclusive education is an approach that ensures all children, including children with special needs (ABK), get equal access to education in a friendly and open environment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the results of the study indicate that the main challenges in the implementation of inclusive education at SDN 30 Palembang were the lack of disability-friendly facilities, as well as the ongoing stigma from the community towards ABK students. Other technical obstacles are the limited ratio of ABK per class set by government policy and the lack of supporting resources. However, this study also found significant support, such as teacher training, principal involvement, and cooperation with external institutions that encourage the sustainability of inclusive education. This study concludes that the implementation of inclusive education at SDN 30 Palembang shows positive developments even though it still faces structural and social challenges. Policy strengthening, teacher capacity building, and community support are needed so that the inclusive education system can run more optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there were problems among some of the class I0 students at subsidized elementary schools SMA is less enthusiastic when learning, there are students who are sleepy and there are also students who look passive and pay little attention to the teacher when explainin the lesson material, this is because students prefer to be in their own world such as drawing, talking and playing with his des mates, joking and making noise, these problems indicate weakness student’s motivation to study. Therefore, the class I teacher tries to create a pleasant class atmosphere by using the ice breaker game. The aim of this research is to reveal the types, impact and supporting and inhibiting factors carried out by class I teachers in using ice breaking. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The results of the research are the type of ice breaking waht wase done was ice breaking, applause, shouts, songs, body movements and games. Impact of implementation ice breaking students are happy when the ice breaking is done, students are enthusiastic and more active in learning. Supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing ice breaking, supporting factors for students being happy when ice breaking is carried out, students become enthusiastic and more active in learning, the inhibiting factors are: different student characteristics and time constraints.

Abstract

GoGezit adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dibuat oleh anak daerah Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, berfungsi untuk membantu mengembangkan UMKM dengan tujuan melayani kebutuhan keseharian masyarakat serta membuka peluang pekerjaan. Dalam meningkatkan performanya agar tetap unggul perlu meningkatkan user experience yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku penggunanya. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang akan digunakan adalah user experience questionnaire (UEQ) dengan menggunakan 6 skala pengukuran pengalaman pengguna untuk menentukan masalah yang dihadapi oleh pengguna saat menggunakan aplikasi GoGezit. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk menganalisis user experience aplikasi GoGezit menggunakan user experience questionnaire (UEQ). Hasil pengukuran pengalaman pengguna skala daya tarik 1.73, kejelasan 2.00, ketepatan 1.58, stimulasi 1.39, kebaruan 0.27. Kemudian hasil kualitas dengan nilai attractiveness 1.73, pragmatic quality 1.75, hedonic quality 0,83. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa aplikasi GoGezit memperoleh impresi positif namun untuk skala kebaruan perlu ditingkatkan lagi untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih baik lagi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya seperti membuat aplikasi GoGezit semakin terdepan dibandingkan produk serupa dan selalu melakukan inovasi atau perubahan dalam mengembangkan produk.

Abstract

Hadirnya JKN mobile memberikan beragam kemudahan bagi masyarakat, terkusus pada layanan kesehatan. Inovasi yang telah dilakukan oleh BPJS Kesehatan diharapkan bisa mewujudkan kepuasan pengguna sebagai peserta JKN-KIS. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan sistem informasi mobile JKN di RSU Az-Zahra menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data yaitu menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Kuesioner pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan UEQ Data Analysis Tool. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada item Pendaftaran Peserta Baru pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN memperoleh nilai diatas rata-rata (Above Average) yaitu dengan nilai Variabel Daya Tarik (1.22), Kejelasan (1.22), Efisiensi (1.38), Ketepatan(1.29), Stimulasi (1.30), Kebaruan (0.78). Pada item Info Peserta pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN dapat memperoleh nilai diatas rata-rata (Above Average) yaitu dengan nilai Variabel Daya Tarik (1.36), Kejelasan (1.43), Efisiensi (1.40), Ketepatan (1.23), Kebaruan (0.91) Variabel Stimulasi (1.39) memperoleh nilai bagus (Good). Pada item Info Lokasi Faskes pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN memperoleh nilai diatas rata-rata (Above Average) yaitu dengan nilai Variabel Daya Tarik (1.40), Kejelasan (1.38), Efisiensi (1.30), Ketepatan (1.35), Kebaruan (0.99), Variabel Stimulasi (1.38), memperoleh nilai bagus (Good). Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa pada item Pendaftaran Peserta Baru, Info Peserta, dan Info Lokasi Faskes pada Aplikasi Mobile JKN memperoleh nilai positif. The presence of mobile JKN, it has provided various conveniences for the community, especially in health services. It is hoped that the innovations that have been carried out by BPJS Health can create user satisfaction as JKN-KIS participants. The aim of this research is to determine the utilization of the JKN mobile information system at Az-Zahra General Hospital using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The method used in this study uses quantitative. Data collection techniques are using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The questionnaire in this study was conducted using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. Analysis was performed using the UEQ Data Analysis Tool. The research results show that the New Participant Registration item on the JKN Mobile Application obtained a value above average (Above Average), namely with the variable values Attractiveness (1.22), Clarity (1.22), Efficiency (1.38), Accuracy (1.29), Stimulation (1.30), Novelty (0.78). In the Participant Info item on the JKN Mobile Application, you can get a score above average (Above Average), namely with the value of the Attractiveness Variable (1.36), Clarity (1.43), Efficiency (1.40), Accuracy (1.23), Novelty (0.91) Stimulation Variable (1.39) get a good score (Good). The Health Facilities Location Info item on the JKN Mobile Application obtained a value above average (Above Average), namely with the variable values Attractiveness (1.40), Clarity (1.38), Efficiency (1.30), Accuracy (1.35), Novelty (0.99), Variable Stimulation (1.38), get a good score (Good). The conclusion of this research is that the items New Participant Registration, Participant Info, and Health Facility Location Info on the JKN Mobile Application received positive scores.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between independent variables, including: Current Ratio,Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio and the dependent variable Stock Price, with the moderatingvariable in this research being Total Assets. Research was conducted on 12 infrastructure companies listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), using non-probability sampling techniques-quota sampling in theperiod 2018 to 2022, a period of 5 years. This study explored whether having good fundamentals wouldhave a direct effect on price increases. the shares of the issuing company are moderated by the condition ofthe company's total assets. The findings of research studies on infrastructure companies show that theCurrent Ratio, if it stands alone, will have a positive effect on share prices, but if it is moderated by totalassets, it will have a negative effect on share prices. Return on Assets has no effect if it stands alone, but ifmoderated by Total Assets then Return on Assets has a positive effect. Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect onshare prices, whether alone or moderated. Simultaneously in this research study, Current Ratio, Return onAssets and Debt to Equity Ratio, moderated by Total Assets, have an effect on stock prices. This study offersa regression analysis on infrastructure companies, the results provide a basis for future research in thisarea. And company management can provide information about the relationship between fundamentalfactors and the company's share price which is moderated by total assets.

Abstract

The English language skills are also a determinant factor in the process of global knowledge exchange in various fields, including health, science, and technology. The connection between student needs and inadequate teaching approaches emphasizes the urgency of reforming English curricula in higher education. Identifying students’ needs in learning English is an important step in designing more effective and relevant curriculum and teaching methods. At STIK Bina Husada Palembang, English learning discusses the integration of four basic English language skills, namely speaking, listening, reading, and writing including aspects of grammar and vocabulary into the scope of nursing services and work both in clinical/community practice and in classroom and/or laboratory learning. In English language learning, need analysis helps educators design a curriculum that is appropriate to students' learning needs. By understanding these needs, teachers can develop relevant materials and target the language skills that are most useful to students in a particular context, such as academic, business, or everyday English. In this study, 150 students of the Nursing Science study program at STIK Bina Husada Palembang participated in the 2024/2025 academic year, but only 149 students filled out the Google form completely. The instrument used is a questionnaire that focuses on personal information, English language proficiency, and English language goals. The result showed that English language programs have been introduced early, and many university students still face challenges in communicating and understanding English, especially in public speaking, academic essay writing, and comprehending scientific articles. Low confidence and limited vocabulary are the main obstacles.

Abstract

Properties and quality of fibreboard products are much influenced by quality of the fiber materials, pressing process, and the amount and type of the used adhesive. The use of malic acid adhesives in the manufacture of medium density fibreboards (MDF) from mahang wood has low mechanical properties, especially modulus of static value. This paper studies on the effect of adding long fibers of pine wood and petung bamboo to improve the properties of MDF mahang wood with malic acid adhesives. The compositions ratio of mahang wood, pine wood, and petung bamboo fiber are 100/0/0, 90/10/0, 80/20/0, 90/0/10, 80/0/20, and 80/10/0, malic acid content of 25 wt % based on dry weight fibers and hot pressing at 180ºC for 10 minutes. Physical and mechanical tests were accomplished according to JIS 5905-2003 testing standard. Result shows the addition of long fibers of pine wood and petung bamboo increased the mechanical value of MDF from mahang wood. The best mixture of fiber is 90% mahang wood fiber and 10% petung bamboo, with value internal bonding 0.7 MPa, modulus of rupture 9.11 Mpa, and modulus of elasticity 2.5 GPa.

Abstract

Corporations always interact with external entities to maintain the integrity of a law-abiding company (“in good faith”), highlighting the importance of corporate legality in commercial endeavors. One of the most critical aspects is the legality of a company or business organization, as it embodies the fundamental principle that enables a company to be recognized by society and legitimized. A company must be considered valid in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, under which it is protected or safeguarded by various legal documents until they acquire legal force. Forms of Corporate Legitimacy: Corporate nomenclature, brand identity, and commercial operating licenses are some forms of identification that confer legitimacy upon a company. Corporate legitimacy also serves as legal protection, a promotional tool, evidence of legal compliance, facilitates project acquisition, and accelerates business growth. A company established without legal formalization can result in significant losses for other entities consistently involved in its business activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas 4 terhadap materi "Indonesiaku Kaya Budaya" di SDN Keputran I Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan model TSTS dan tantangan yang dihadapi selama proses pembelajaran. Metode penelian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest, sampel terdiri dari 36 siswa kelas 4-B yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam nilai pemahaman siswa, dari rata-rata pretest 55,14 (kategori rendah) menjadi 87,89 (kategori sangat baik) pada posttest. Analisis N-Gain menghasilkan skor rata-rata 0,74 yang tergolong kategori baik. Simpulan menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan signifikan dalam nilai pemahaman siswa, dari rata-rata pretest 55,14 (kategori rendah) menjadi 87,89 (kategori sangat baik) pada posttest. Analisis N-Gain menghasilkan skor rata-rata 0,74 yang tergolong kategori baik.
