Abstract

Buku teks sekolah merupakan media untuk mengkomunikasikan sejumlah besar pengetahuan dan guru sangat bergantung pada praktik pembelajaran bagi peserta didik. Selain pengetahuan tentang mata pelajaran sekolah, buku teks juga menunjukkan berbagai pesan ideologis, termasuk representasi gender. Studi ini mengeksplorasi representasi gender dalam buku teks di kalangan sekolah dasar kurikulum 2013 yang ditujukan kepada kelas satu, yang saat ini sedang diajarkan. Dengan mensinergikan analisis isi dan Analisis Wacana Kritis sebagai metode Analisa dalam penelitian ini, karena dengan Analisis Isi saja tidak cukup untuk mengeksplorasi representasi gender dan ideologi wacana buku teks buku sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa representasi gender direproduksi dalam buku teks tertentu, dengan menghadirkan laki-laki mendominasi ruang publik, dan memimpin kehidupan perempuan dan keluarga mereka.

Abstract

This study aim to analyze the performance of the Regional Revenue Agency of West Manggarai Regency is measured using the Balance Scorecard method both in the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, as well as learning and growth perspective. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with analytical tools for measuring performance through the balanced scorecard method, namely the customer perspective is measured by value for money, the customer perspective is measured by the community satisfaction index, the internal business process perspective is measured by the attributes of facilities and infrastructure, and the attributes of performance processes. then the learning growth perspective is measured by the attributes of motivation, the attributes of self-development opportunities, the attributes of innovation, and the attributes of the atmosphere at work. The results of the research show that the financial perspective which is assessed from the effectiveness shows that the average is not effective, then in terms of efficiency it shows that the average is efficient and from an economic point of view it is categorized as economical on average. The customer perspective shows the service quality value of West Manggarai Regency BAPENDA is categorized as B (Good). Furthermore, from the perspective of internal business processes, the attributes of Western facilities and infrastructure are in the good category, while the performance process attributes are in the very good category. Then from the growth and learning perspective, the motivational attribute is categorized as very good, while the opportunity attribute for self-development, innovation attribute, and working atmosphere attribute is in good category.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to examine the effect of KCl and hormax on growth and production of curcuma alba interaction and individual treatment. The research was conducted at the experimental farm of Faculty of Agriculture Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru from June to Bovember 2014. The completely randomized design was used with 4 x 4 factorial and 3 threatments. The first factor was KCl dose with four treatments i.e., without KCl, 3.5 g/plant, 7.0 g/plant, and 10.5 g/plant. The second factor was hormax concentration with four treatments, namely 0 cc/l, 3 cc/l, 6 cc/l, and 9 cc/l of water. The observed parameters were plant height, number of leaf, number of shoot, rhizome weight, and dried remnant weight per plant. The results were analyzed statistically at the 95% of confident level. The KCl and hormax intereactions had no significant effect on observed paameters. KCl dose had a significant effect on all observed parameters with the best treatment of KCl with doses of 10.5 g/plant. Furthermore, hormax concentration had a significant effect on all observed parameters with the best concentration of 9 cc/l of water.

Abstract

Tulisan ini memberikan penilaian kritis alas konsep Bank Dunia tentang 'Good Governance' (Kepemerintahan yang Balk) dengan melibat konsep ini melalui pendekatan Foucauldian, yaitu bukan hanya sebagai fenomena pengetahuan tetapi jugs sebagai fenomena kekuasaan,yaitu kekuasaan untuk normalisasi. Penelaahan atas asal mula dan evolusi konsep ini menyarankan bahwa keberadaan konsep ini tidaklab netral dan bebas kepentingan dan karena itu sebenarnyajuga tidak selalu universal atau dapat diterapkan dalam semua keadaan. Pengen'ian Good Governance yang didefinisikan sebagai kebijaksaan ekonomi yang baik dan pembangunan kelembagaan yang kuat, pada alehirnya telab memperkuat pola-pola hegemoni dan kelembagaan global dan menghasilkan dominasi atau hegemonisasi dari pengetahuan' Bank Dunia (atau sebenarnyajuga ekonomi internasionalyang lain scperti IMF) terhadap 'bentuk pengetahuanyang lain', dengan akibal bahwa model alternatif pembangunanyang lain akan terpinggirkan atau sama sekalipunah.

Abstract

Kemplang crackers are a traditional food that is very popular with Indonesian people. In the process of making it, it requires proper drying process so that when frying it produces crispy kemplang crackers when eaten. The problem in society is that the drying process is not optimal due to weather factors resulting in a reduced production process or product quality not as desired. For this reason, the Chemical Engineering Study Program held PKM in Jejawi village. By designing a kemplang cracker dryer by utilizing the greenhouse effect it is designed to overcome the existing problems. From the results of direct testing in the field in Jejawi village, the water content can be separated up to 6.95%.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that use a digitalized financial reporting system can gain easier access to financial services. Structured and accurate financial reports can assist them in applying for loans or obtaining financial support from financial institutions or investors. This study aimed to explore the use of digitizing financial reports for MSMEs in Tulungagung Regency, Indonesia. This study is qualitative observational research. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. As many as 30 MSMEs in the culinary field, which are still operating in Tulungagung in 2023, were included in this study. MSMEs are not yet optimal in utilizing digitization due to several reasons, including limited MSME resources, lack of understanding, and limited knowledge of MSME owners who may not have sufficient understanding of the benefits and process of digitizing financial statements and fear of data security and confidentiality. MSMEs may worry about the security of their data when using digitization systems, preference for conventional methods, implementation of digitization systems requires adjustment and integration with existing systems in MSMEs, technical challenges such as inadequate technological infrastructure, limited internet access, or lack of technical skills in operating the system can be an obstacle for MSMEs to use digitization of financial statements.

Abstract

The corona Virus or Covid-19 is forcing people to change their lifestyles, and the presence of the corona virus threatens the stability of the Indonesian economy. Some companies have achieved efficiency gains, from salary cuts to layoff decisions. Introduce a system of cancellation of employment contracts. The state of the home economy has a great impact on the lower middle class, so it is necessary to make lifestyle changes and bad habits to spend money on things that are not important to you. But to survive in difficult times, it is necessary to apply some coping strategies for life. It is about establishing spending management strategies to deal with uncertainty regarding when the epidemic will end. In addition, to achieve this, the ability to maintain economic stability is needed. it is necessary to decide what strategy to take to start developing new concepts for the future and ensure the survival of the company in the future. This crisis planning includes understanding where the basic focus is in the store network, planning crisis inventory in the event of a supply shortage, and identifying alternative supplies. In addition, by establishing a policy of working from home and remote meetings and adhering to health protocols, you can ensure that employees in crucial positions that contribute to the success of your business can continue to work more flexibly. This is because the government and the community can avoid deterioration and losses due to the negative impact of the corona virus on the household economy and local economy by working together on projects that benefit both parties. Descriptive and validation methods are used in the study, and the analysis tool is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM, Lisrel). Given the current corona virus has a significant impact on the Indonesian economy, the findings indicate that the role of Change Management in strategic management accounting is very influential

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial performance on stock prices. Economic performance is measured using liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. Current Ratio (CR) is used to measure liquidity ratios, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) is used to measure solvency ratios, and Return on Equity (ROE) is used to measure profitability ratios. The research sample used consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2021-2023 period, with the regression model used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially, the Current Ratio (CR) does not have a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Equity (ROE) significantly influence stock prices. The ratios presented in financial reports provide sufficient information that investors need in making decisions. With relevant information from the financial reports presented by the company, investors can avoid mispricing which often occurs in share prices in the capital market.

Abstract

Mewujudkan kemandirian desa merupakan salah satu pembangunan nasional tujuan dan kebutuhan potensi desa, potensi sosial masyarakat, yang menjadi pelaku sekaligus objeknya sedang dibangun. Selain itu, dalam kemandirian juga perlu dilakukan optimalisasi partisipasi masyarakat desa. Namun kenyataannya masih banyak desa yang melakukan hal tersebut tidak tahu cara mengoptimalkan peningkatan perekonomian desa. Tujuan dari PKM ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan inisiasi sampah sebagai potensinya penguatan perekonomian desa Kabupaten Jombang yang memberikan dampak positif dalam menunjang perekonomian sebagai pendapatan asli desa. Metode Kegiatan dengan Participatory Actve Propram dengan melibatkan masyarakat sebagai kelompok sasaran dalam kegiatan PKM ini. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bank sampah terintegrasi (Bank Santri) sebagai unit usaha yang potensial sebagai bagian dari upaya meningkatkan dan menguatkan perekonomian masyarakat dengan Konsep Bank Sampah Terintegrasi (Bank Santri)
