Abstract

Abstract, Fiscal and monetary policies have an important role in sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of fiscal and monetary policies in achieving sustainable economic growth. The research method applied is descriptive analysis using secondary data obtained from various trusted sources. The research results show that fiscal policy, which includes budget regulation, taxes and subsidies, has made a positive contribution to economic growth. However, efforts are still needed to improve the efficiency of budget management and transparency in the use of public funds. Meanwhile, monetary policy, which includes setting interest rates and the money supply, also has a significant impact on economic growth. However, the need to balance price stability and economic growth remains a challenge. In conclusion, to achieve sustainable economic growth, close coordination between fiscal and monetary policies is needed. In addition, comprehensive structural reforms and increasing institutional capacity are very important to create a supportive environment to ensure sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, creative and innovative marketing strategies are an important factor to attract consumer attention and encourage sales. This article presents a case study from a shoe and sandal shop NeedShoes which succeeded in improving its business performance through a unique and interesting creative campaign. Using historical methods, literature studies, and case studies, this article explores the background of the shoe and sandal retail industry, analyzes NeedShoes' creative campaigns in depth, and identifies success factors, challenges, and valuable lessons that can be adopted by other businesses.

Regardless of their structure or objectives, organizations are established with a vision and mission aimed at fulfilling human needs, and they are operated by individuals. The management of human resources is essential for organizational success. This article provides a concise analysis of managerial strategies that can be employed through the Reward System to enhance performance and boost motivation, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization or company.

Abstract

This study alims to alnallyze the effect of talste alnd promotion on consumer purchalsing decisions alt McDonalld's Talmaln Pinalng Sidoalrjo. McDonalld's, als one of the lealding bralnds in the industry, hals succeeded in crealting mouth-waltering signalture flalvors alnd developing smalrt promotionall straltegies to influence consumer purchalsing decisions. This resealrch wals conducted alt McDonalld's Talmaln Pinalng Sidoalrjo involving 100 respondents als al resealrch salmple. The resealrch method used is qualntitaltive using multiple linealr regression alnallysis techniques. Daltal wals obtalined through al questionnalire consisting of questions albout talste, promotions alnd purchalsing decisions. The results showed thalt the respondents' responses to the talste of McDonalld's Talmaln Pinalng Sidoalrjo were in the sufficient caltegory, while the responses to promotions were allso in the sufficient caltegory. However, the response to the purchalse decision is in the very good caltegory. The test results of the coefficient of determinaltion show thalt talste alnd promotion caln explalin albout 5.5% of the valrialtion in purchalsing decisions. The remalining 94.5% caln be explalined by other falctors not exalmined in this study. Hypothesis testing allso shows thalt talste hals al positive alnd significalnt influence on purchalsing decisions, while promotion hals no significalnt effect. This study concludes thalt the talste of McDonalld's Talmaln Pinalng Sidoalrjo plalys aln importalnt role in shalping consumer preferences alnd influencing purchalsing decisions. Promotion allso hals aln effect, allthough not staltisticallly significalnt. They need to continue to develop alnd improve their unique flalvors alnd effective promotion straltegies to malintalin their position in the falst food industry alnd meet the expectaltions of consumers who walnt pralcticall alnd quallity food.

Abstract

Di era informasi yang cepat berubah, pengembangan kompetensi karyawan menjadi krusial bagi perusahaan agar tetap kompetitif. Namun, metode pembelajaran tradisional sering kali tidak mampu mengimbangi perubahan yang cepat ini. Microlearning muncul sebagai solusi inovatif, di mana konten pembelajaran disajikan dalam bentuk singkat, fokus, dan mudah diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas microlearning dalam pengembangan kompetensi karyawan, dengan menyoroti kelebihan metode ini dalam hal fleksibilitas waktu, adaptabilitas terhadap kebutuhan belajar individu, serta kemampuannya untuk meningkatkan retensi informasi. Berdasarkan kajian literatur dan studi kasus penerapan di berbagai perusahaan, ditemukan bahwa microlearning dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dan efisien dalam meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan, terutama di industri yang bergerak dinamis.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memperkuat pemahaman siswa/i MAN Manggarai Barat terhadap Manajemen keuangan yang berlaku, sehingga mereka dapat menerapkan konsep dalam konteks dunia kerja dengan lebih efektif. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap. Tahap pertama persiapan, pada tahap ini pengabdi menentukan tema yang berkaitan dengan pentingnya manajemen keuangan dalam membangun jiwa enterpreneur siswa/i, serta menyususn materi manajemen keuangan, studi kasus, hingga pada berbagai jenis profesi wirausaha maju. Tahap kedua melaksanakan pengabdian sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah disusun. Tahap ketiga evaluasi, pada tahap ini dilakukan postest melalui sesi tanya jawab secara lisan untuk mengetahui pemahaman yang diperoleh siswa setelah mengikuti program pengabidan pentingnya Manajemen Keuangan dalam Membangun Jiwa Enterpreneur Siswa/i MAN Manggarai Barat. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pengabdian ini berhasil memberikan pemahaman konsep-konsep Manajemen Keuangan yang baik dan benar dan membuat siswa/i MAN lebih percaya diri dalam menghadapi tantangan kewirausahaan di masa mendatang. Sehingga, pengabdian ini telah memberikan dampak positif dalam membangun pola pikir enterpreneurial di kalangan siswa/i MAN Manggarai Barat.

Abstract

The English language skills are also a determinant factor in the process of global knowledge exchange in various fields, including health, science, and technology. The connection between student needs and inadequate teaching approaches emphasizes the urgency of reforming English curricula in higher education. Identifying students’ needs in learning English is an important step in designing more effective and relevant curriculum and teaching methods. At STIK Bina Husada Palembang, English learning discusses the integration of four basic English language skills, namely speaking, listening, reading, and writing including aspects of grammar and vocabulary into the scope of nursing services and work both in clinical/community practice and in classroom and/or laboratory learning. In English language learning, need analysis helps educators design a curriculum that is appropriate to students' learning needs. By understanding these needs, teachers can develop relevant materials and target the language skills that are most useful to students in a particular context, such as academic, business, or everyday English. In this study, 150 students of the Nursing Science study program at STIK Bina Husada Palembang participated in the 2024/2025 academic year, but only 149 students filled out the Google form completely. The instrument used is a questionnaire that focuses on personal information, English language proficiency, and English language goals. The result showed that English language programs have been introduced early, and many university students still face challenges in communicating and understanding English, especially in public speaking, academic essay writing, and comprehending scientific articles. Low confidence and limited vocabulary are the main obstacles.

Abstract

. This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between quality and service quality Against Customer Loyalty With Customer Satisfaction As Variable Intervention At Customers PT FAC Sekuritas Indonesia in Yogyakarta. The population is a customer of PT FAC Securitas Indonesia with more than 1.5 years of PT FAC Sekuritas Indonesia. The sample is 100 customers of PT FAC Sekuritas Indonesia. The analytical technique uses several techniques supported by t test and Coefficient Determination test with the help of SPSS for windows 17.0 program. The results showed that (1) Customer Relationship Management has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (2) Quality of Service has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (3) Quality of Experience has a positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Customer Satisfaction has negative and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty. (5) Customer Relationship Management has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty. (6) Quality of Service has a negative and insignificant influence on Customer Loyalty. (7) Quality of Experience has a positive and significant relation to Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between perceived leadership style, job satisfaction, and turnover intention among employees in the marketing department. The method used is a literature review, where data is collected through identifying and collecting relevant scientific articles. The research results show that the transformational leadership style has a positive influence on job satisfaction and a negative influence on turnover intention. In addition, job satisfaction functions as a mediator in the relationship between perceived leadership style and turnover intention, where employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have lower intentions to leave the company. This research recommends the importance of implementing a supportive leadership style and managing job satisfaction in order to reduce the level of turnover intention among marketing employees.

Abstract

Every organization must utilize all its resources, including human resources, HR is responsible for helping each employee maximize organizational performance. This research is useful for evaluating the significance of human resource management in improving company performance. This research adopts a qualitative approach with an interactive analysis model developed by Miles and Huberman. Repeated and interactive analysis is carried out until the data becomes saturated, and involves reduction, delivery, and drawing conclusions. Studies show that management and business performance are better with human resource management (HR).
