Abstract

This study aims to (1) Examine and analyze the legal relationship between consumers and developers due to the Home Purchase Agreement. (2) reviewing and analyzing the legal protection of Home consumers due to the obligations of the developer due to the house sale and purchase agreement. The research method used is juridical normative by using conceptual (conceptual approach). Data analysis is done qualitatively by utilizing relevant positive theories and laws. Legal protection of consumers is regulated in law No. 8 of 1999 on consumer protection this law is expected to protect consumers in buying and selling homes through home ownership credit facilities. Based on the rules of law ,then in making the sale and purchase of houses must be made in the form of an authentic deed that is a deed that is made in the form specified by law and made before the competent public officials. Deed of sale and purchase under Article 617 of the Civil Code Kepmenpera number 09/1995 and PP24 / 1997, The Deed of sale and purchase must be signed by the seller and buyer in the presence of PPAT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis profil kualifikasi dan kompetensi guru di SD Negeri 208 Luginasari Kota Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan analisis data sekunder, yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan penelitian dokumen sekolah. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi kualifikasi akademik, kompetensi, dan status kepegawaian guru, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan prosedur analisis data kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru memiliki kualifikasi akademik yang sesuai, dengan mayoritas telah menyelesaikan pendidikan S1. Kompetensi guru terbagi antara guru kelas dan guru mata pelajaran, dengan pengalaman kerja lebih dari lima tahun memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kemampuan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran. Selain itu, distribusi status kepegawaian menunjukkan variasi antara guru PPPK, PNS, dan Guru Honor Sekolah, yang memengaruhi stabilitas dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar diadakan pelatihan rutin, peningkatan kesejahteraan, dan fasilitas pendukung untuk memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran. Dengan langkah-langkah tersebut, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di SD Negeri 208 Luginasari dapat terus berkembang sesuai dengan tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka.This study aims to analyze the qualifications and competency profiles of teachers at SD Negeri 208 Luginasari in Bandung City. The approach used is descriptive, with secondary data analysis obtained through observation and school document research. The collected data includes academic qualifications, competencies, and employment status of teachers, which are then analyzed using the qualitative data analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The results show that most teachers have appropriate academic qualifications, with the majority having completed a bachelor's degree (S1). Teacher competencies are divided between classroom teachers and subject-specific teachers, with work experience of more than five years contributing positively to their ability to address learning challenges. Additionally, the distribution of employment status shows variation among PPPK (contract-based government employees), PNS (civil servants), and honorary school teachers, which influences job stability and motivation.  This study suggests the need for regular training, improved welfare, and supporting facilities to enhance the quality of teaching and learning. With these measures, it is expected that the quality of education at SD Negeri 208 Luginasari will continue to progress in line with the demands of the "Merdeka Curriculum."

Abstract

Kurangnya pemahaman konsep penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan pada peserta didik juga minimnya metode dan media pembelajaran yang efektif dan konkret dalam proses pembelajaran dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar yang kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Experimental dan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh peserta didik kelas V SDN 56 Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 63 peserta didik. Sampel penelitian terbagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 32 peserta didik dan kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 31 peserta didik, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling total. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pemberian assessment pre-test dan post-test yang menggunakan instrumen berupa tes pilihan ganda yang terdiri dari 5 soal dan essay yang terdiri dari 5 soal. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, peneliti menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar menggunakan metode Drill and Practice berbantuan media Blok Pecahan dan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran konvensional, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode Drill and Practice berbantuan media Blok Pecahan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan di kelas V SDN 56 Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Matematika merupakan sarana untuk memecahkan suatu masalah yang bertujuan agar memiliki suatu pemikiran yang logis. Konteks kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika ini lebih spesifik pada materi pengolahan data yang meliputi mean, median, dan modus. Pengolahan data memiliki banyak peran atau manfaat dalam berbagai masalah kehidupan. Materi pengolahan data yang mencakup mean, median, dan modus tidak hanya memahami konsep saja, tetapi harus dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika, salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dapat guru gunakan yaitu dengan metode Drill And Practice. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana aktifitas belajar siswa dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dengan menggunakan metode drill and practice terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas VI SDN 10 Tangan-Tangan Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aktifitas belajar siswa dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dengan menggunakan metode drill and practice terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas VI SDN 10 Tangan-Tangan Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 10 Tangan-Tangan Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 18 siswa Kelas VI SDN 10 Tangan-Tangan Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua aspek yang diamati pada aktifitas kegiatan siswa tidak ada di dalam kriteria kurang. Semua aspek berada di dalam kriteria cukup, baik, dan sangat baik. Dan untuk hasil pre-test kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 21,78 dan hasil post-test kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 82,78 yang mengalami peningkatan dengan ketuntasan klasikal 77,78%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode drill and practice dapat diterapkan pada materi pengolahan data yang meliputi mean, median, dan modus untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa di kelas VI SDN 10 Tangan-Tangan Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya.

Abstract

Mathematics has a central role in solving various problems in everyday life. Despite this, many students find mathematics difficult and intimidating. This research aims to overcome the problem of lack of creative thinking abilities in class V students at SDN 10 Banda Aceh by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The research method used was an experiment with a True Experimental Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population of this study was all fifth grade students at SDN 10 Banda Aceh (40 people), and samples were taken using purposive sampling technique, with 20 students as the experimental group and 20 students as the control group. The PBL model was applied to the experimental group, while the control group did not use the Problem Based Learning model. Data was collected through pretest and posttest in both groups. Data analysis uses statistical tests with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.0150.05. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the PBL model on problem solving abilities in equivalent fraction material in class V at SDN 10 Banda Aceh. Thus, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The PBL model succeeded in increasing students' creative thinking abilities significantly. This research makes a positive contribution to the development of mathematics learning methods that can increase student engagement and their creative thinking abilities. The practical implication of this research is the need to apply the PBL model in improving the quality of mathematics learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

The character of caring for the environment must be instilled by getting children used to washing their hands during recess and washing their hands before eating and after eating. All students are also taught to keep the bathroom and hand washing area clean. School cleanliness is the responsibility of all school members without exception. The formulation of the research problem is how to implement the instilling of environmentally caring attitudes in students in grades III and V at SD Negeri 15 Bandar Baru? The aim of the research is to describe the implementation of instilling environmentally caring attitudes in students in grades III and V at SD Negeri 15 Bandar Baru, Pidie Jaya Regency. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The research location is SD Negeri 15 Bandar Baru, Pidie Jaya Regency. The research subjects taken were the school principal, class IIIA, IIIB and class V homeroom teachers. Data collection techniques were through observation and interviews, while data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in this research are that the implementation of environmental care character education is very good, the teachers understand what is being directed and the purpose of this, starting from focusing on the cleanliness of the school environment and also adding to the beauty of the school, but there are still things that can be improved and developed. such as education about the differences in waste, it can be seen from the results of observations for the program for separating or differentiating waste between organic and inorganic waste. Not all students understand this and it is also possible that education is only given by the district office and without a clear follow-up program. Implementation for high classes (Class V) has begun to be implemented well by implementing routine school cleaning and problems such as rubbish left behind or putting paper waste under desk drawers may still be a problem.

Abstract

This research aims to describe student activities, teacher activities and to determine student learning outcomes through the application of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model in social studies lessons in class V of SD Negeri 32 Banda Aceh. The subjects in this research were 24 students, consisting of 13 women and 11 men. The data collection techniques used are observation and tests. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis using the percentage formula. The results of the data analysis carried out showed that there was an increase in teacher activity in managing learning in cycle I, getting an average score of 3 with good criteria, cycle II got an average score of 3.5 with very good criteria. Student activity in learning showed an increase in cycle I with an average score of 52.62 with sufficient criteria, in cycle II the average score was 83.43 with very good criteria. Student learning outcomes show an increase, this is shown by the average value of test results for cycle I of 65 and cycle II of 84.58. This increase has reached the complete indicator. From the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the application of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) learning model in social studies lessons could improve the learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 32 Banda Aceh.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how teachers try to implement honest character in class IV students at Lawe Kongker State Elementary School, Southeast Aceh Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects in this research were teachers and students of class IV at Lawe Kongker State Elementary School, Southeast Aceh Regency. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the discussion, the teacher's efforts to implement the honest character of class IV students are by teaching students to be honest when speaking, honest when interacting, true commitment, true in keeping promises, and true to who they are. Teachers continuously teach, guide, educate, train, advise, direct and accustom students to always be kind and honest to teachers, friends, parents and other people. The honest character can be applied to fourth grade students by providing class media in the form of honesty hours, advising, reprimanding, and controlling students when carrying out an activity both inside and outside the learning process. Students who have an honest and trustworthy character are very good and noble traits. The fourth grade teacher is firm and continues to provide motivation, encouragement and support to students so that they are not afraid to do good and honest actions even when admitting mistakes that have been made to others..

Abstract

The learning process that focuses on the teacher is actually learning that is not effective, this causing student learning outcomes to drop and do not reach the KKM (Minimum Learning Criteria).The research question in this study is whether there is a significant effect on the use of the Discovery Learning (DL) model on learning outcomes (values) in class IV KPK material at SD Negeri 5Banda Aceh?. The purpose of this study was to find out how significant the influence of the use of the Discovery Learning model was on student learning outcomes in class IV KPK material at SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh.By using a quantitative approach and equipped with a quasi-experimental design with the type of control group (Pre-Test and Post-Test) Nonequivalent (Nonequivalent pretest and post test Design). The research location is SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh which is located at Jalan Sultan Alaidin Johansyah, Seutui, Baiturrahman District, Banda Aceh City.The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique with a sample of all students in grades IV A and IV B with a total of55 students. The test is the main instrument in the form of pretest and posttest. Analysis of the research data used IBM SPSS STATISTIC Version 25 for Windows and the hypothesis was tested with the Paired Samples Test t-test. The results of testing the hypothesis with the Paired Samples Test t-test statistic obtained a significance value (2 tailed) of: 0.000 0.05. Then the conclusion of the results in making a decision is that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the use of the Discovery Learning model on student learning outcomes on KPK material at SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) To find out the learning activities of students in participating in learning using musi board media in class IV FPB material at SDN Cot Angan Aceh Besar District 2) To determine the effect of applying musi board media to student learning outcomes in class IV FPB material in SDN Cot Angan, Aceh Besar District. The design in this research is classroom action research with an experimental approach consisting of 2 cycles, and each cycle includes 4 stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The population in this study were 20 grade IV students of Cot Angan Public Elementary School, Aceh Besar District. Data collection techniques using observation sheets and tests. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the average activity of students during the learning process by applying the musi board media in the first cycle was 2.85 and in the second cycle it increased to 3.57. Student learning outcomes show a significance value (2-tailed) on the test, namely 0.000 0.05, where the average student learning outcomes in cycle I is 62.25 and in cycle II the average learning outcomes experience an increase of 83, 00. The average value of learning outcomes obtained by these students can meet the KKM. So it can be said that there is an influence of multi-function board media (musi) on student learning outcomes in FPB material.
