Abstract

AbstractThis research tries to reveal the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Unggul Lampeneueurut Aceh Besar. The approach used in this research is qualitative and descriptive research type. Data collection is done through observation and interviews. The subjects of this study were 8 teachers who had implemented the independent curriculum. Then, the observation and interview data were arranged descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the average score of the observation data from the teacher's ability to implement independent curriculum learning is 2.34, which is included in the fairly good category. And based on the results of interviews, the teacher encountered obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum, namely: a) In the socialization or training on the independent curriculum, teachers are not supported by independent curriculum training. This resulted in a lack of teacher involvement in the training process that was held so that only 2 out of 8 teachers studied independently to gain experience and certificates, b) teachers were limited in obtaining references for implementing independent learning, c) sometimes teachers had difficulty accessing digital. media or the internet and d) lack of experience in implementing independent learning. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) The teacher's ability in carrying out learning with an independent curriculum is in a fairly good category. 2) Teachers experience several obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Unggul Lampeneueurut Aceh Besar.

Abstract

Abstract The material for spatial networks is considered material that is challenging for understudies to comprehend. How understudies might interpret the material of spatial structure nets is still low, so a learning model methodology is required to have been ready to work ons how understudies might interpret the material or mathematical nets. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to increase the activities of teacher, students, and student learning outcomes through the Project Based Learning(PjBL) model on the material of building space nets in class V SDN Lamsayuen Aceh Besar. This study aims to increase the activities of teachers, students, and to find out student learning outcomes through the Project Based Learning(PjBL) model on the material of building space nets at SDN Lamsayuen Aceh Besar. The subjects in this study were 29 students, 15 male students adn 14 female students. The data analysis technique used is observation and test. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis using the percentage formula. The results of observations showed that there was an increase in teacher activity in the first cycle the average value was 3,25 (enough), in the second cycle the avarage value was 4,25 (good) and in the third cycle the average value was 4,75 (very good). the student activity in the first cycle has an average score or 2,95 (enough), in the secon cycle the average value is 3,85 (good) and in the third cycle the avarage value is 4,32 (good). Learning outcomes in the first cycle the average value is 65,8 with 31% classical completeness, in the second cycle the average value is 75,3 with 72,4% classical completeness and the third cycle the average value is 81 with 86% classical completeness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of the Think Pair Share model on student learning outcomes on the KPK and FPB material in class IV SDN 1 Mata Ie Aceh Besar. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a significant effect of the Think Pair Share model on student learning outcomes on the KPK and FBP material in class IV SDN 1 Mata Ie. This research approach is a quantitative approach, a quasi-experimental type of research with a One Group Pretest Posttest Design. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Mata Ie. Sampling with saturated sampling technique and the samples in this study were all fourth-grade students of SDN 1 Mata Ie. Data collection techniques using tests, namely pretest and posttest. And the data analysis technique used a t-test at a significant level = 0.05. From the analysis of the data, it was obtained that thitunng ttable = 10.86 1.70. Based on the criteria for testing the hypothesis, it was found that Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted. So the conclusion in this study is that there is a significant effect of the Think Pair Share cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes on the material for KPK and FPB in grade IV SD Negeri 1 Mata Ie Aceh Besar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of classroom teacher social competence in the learning process at SD Negeri 71 Banda Aceh. The approach taken is qualitative with a descriptive type of research. The subjects in the study were 6 class teachers, 1 principal, and 6 students. Data collection was done by observation and interviews. All data collected is processed by data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the results of observations and interviews, there are problems with the 5 indicators of social competence, the six classroom teachers seem to have implemented several indicators of social competence and there are 2 indicators that are not visible and applied by teachers in the learning process, namely the indicators of communicating orally, in writing, and The indication is that there are teachers who do not use various methods and do not apply sign language in the learning process. As well as on indicators of using communication and information technology functionally, it can be seen that there are some teachers who do not use technology, in the use of technology, the lack of application of teachers is still mostly based on textbooks and does not use focus to support the learning process. In interacting with other teachers it is quite good but there is one teacher who does not apply it so communication is not good. The conclusions of this study indicate that the six class teachers of SD Negeri 71 Banda Aceh have implemented social competence in the learning process quite well. Therefore, teachers who have been seen in implementing social competence can maintain this

Abstract

Differentiated learning is learning that is developed to respond to the needs of different students in the learning process. The ability to write poetry here is combined with acrostic techniques. The acrostic technique can be used as a learning strategy to increase motivation to work and at the same time as an alternative to make things easier for students. The research aims to determine the increase in poetry writing abilities and student learning outcomes. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year at Lamkunyet State Elementary School. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK) or Classroom Action Research using 3 cycles. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in the ability to write poetry in class V of Lamkunyet State Elementary School. The application of the acrostic technique in improving learning to write poetry shows an improvement from moderate to very good criteria. The results of the research show that student learning outcomes increase due to the influence of differentiation learning on poetry material using the acrostic technique. There was an increase of 25.94% in learning outcomes, from the initial condition of 30.66% to 56.60%. The final results of this research show that differentiation learning using acrostic techniques is very influential in increasing students' competence in poetry writing skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership policies and personal competencies of sports officials in Aceh Province, Indonesia. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, involving 10 key informants selected through purposive sampling, including deputy regents, heads of departments, and education officers with backgrounds in sports. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews, then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and verification techniques. The findings reveal that sports community members who occupy leadership positions in Aceh demonstrate strong cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies. Their leadership styles are a combination of various models, including democratic, participatory, administrative, and charismatic approaches. Respondents emphasize discipline, teamwork, and alignment with institutional goals while also integrating local cultural values in decision-making and leadership behavior. The study concludes that sports-based leadership in Aceh is shaped by both educational background and sports experiences, which enhance strategic thinking, policy-making skills, and leadership effectiveness. This finding challenges the public perception that such leaders attain positions through favoritism or coincidence. The study contributes to the understanding of how sports experience can foster effective leadership in public administration.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi siswa yang terkandung pada tujuan pendidikan nasional dapat dilakukan melalui suatu metode pembelajaran konstruktivisme yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak pada siswa di sekolah dasar. Bertujuan untuk untuk menjelaskan penerapan model pembelajaran konstruktivisme assisted learning dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak di SD Negeri 1 Beureunuen. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar SD Negeri 1 Beureunuen. Untuk memperoleh data, peneliti menggunakan beberapa cara yaitu kuisioner (angket), wawancara, pengamatan, tes, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data bersifat kualitatif yang dikonsultasikan dengan makna demonstrasi secara aktual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran konstruktivisme dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyimak puisi, hal ini sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan bahwa peserta didik sangat senang dan gembira saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Hambatan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan model pembelajaran konstruktivisme adalah kecilnya daya tampung ingatan jangka pendek sehingga mengalami kesulitan yang diserap waktu menyimak. .Diharapkan kepada orang tua untuk selalu membimbing peserta didik dalam hal yang bisa di contoh dan ditiru seperti bercerita, seringlah membaca dan bercerita dengan anak, sehingga anak- anak dapat dengan mudah menangkap isi dari membaca dengan mengetahui isi dari cerita anak harus menyimak karena dengan menyimak bisa diketahui isi yang ada dalam cerita tersebut

Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia terus mengalami perkembangan salah satunya adalah perkembangan kurikulum. Hakekatnya, transformasi dari pendidikan lewat kebijakan terdapatnya kurikulum merdeka belajar dari zaman yang dilakukan penanamannya pada pendidikan di tingkatan menengah serta dasar yang terdapat di Indonesia. Terdapat 6 elemen yang mana menjadi dasar profil pelajar pancasila, diantaranya yakni: (1) beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia (2) berkebinekaan global, (3) bergotong royong, (4) mandiri, (5) kreatif, dan (6) bernalar kritis. Pembentukan karakter siswa yang terkandung didalam tujuan Pendidikan nasional dapat dilakukan salah satunya melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Ekstrakurikuler wajib yang harus diselenggarakan oleh satuan pendidikan dan wajib diikuti siswa salah satunya adalah pramuka. Dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka terdapat cara untuk membangun profil pelajar Pancasila pada siswa sekolah dasar, khususnya pada dimensi berkebhinekaan global dan bernalar kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dalam pembinaan profil pelajar pancasila siswa SD Negeri 1 Mata Ie. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, pembina atau pelatih pramuka dan siswa kelas IV, V, dan VI sebanyak 85 orang yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Untuk memperoleh data, peneliti menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan tahap reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta menggunakan bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka pembina pramuka membiasakan siswa dengan hal-hal yang dapat membangun sikap berkebhinekaan global dan bernalar kritis pada siswa. Pembina pramuka juga memberikan materi tentang bagaimana sikap seorang pelajar Pancasila khususnya pada dimensi berkebhinekaan global dan bernalar kritis. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka yang dilaksanakan juga berdasarkan program kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang berisiskan fungsi, prinsip dan tujuan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka serta didukung oleh beberapa aspek seperti bentuk partisipasi siswa, pembinaan kegiatan dan sarana/prasarana yang disediakan oleh sekolah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dapat membangun sikap berkebhunekaan global dan bernalar kritis pada siswa SD Negeri 1 Mata Ie.

Abstract

Kegiatan yang dilakukan di sekolah khususnya tentu tidak terlepas dari proses kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran sebagai pengarah, membantu guru sampai pada pengambilan keputusan yang dapat dipahami oleh setiap orang dan dapat diterima oleh seluruh bawahannya. Peran kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Lampeuneurut sudah dilakukan dengan baik dan sekolah ini juga sudah mulai menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Namun, kepala sekolah belum terbiasa dengan perubahan adsmistrasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan juga kurangnya pelatihan spesifik pada kepala sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri Lampeneurut. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas II E, guru kelas III D, dan guru kelas IV B. Untuk memperoleh data, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan tahap reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Lampeuneurut sudah terlaksana dengan baik dalam setiap aspek indikator yaitu pendidik (educator), manajer, administrator, supervisor, leader, inovator dan motivator. Kepala sekolah telah memahami dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka dengan efektif. Namun, dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka masih ada beberapa bagian yang memerlukan perhatian dan peningkatan, seperti penyediaan akses ke sumber belajar yang lebih baik bagi tenaga pendidik dan penyusunan indikator kinerja yang lebih jelas dalam rencana kerja.

Abstract

Pembelajaran project based learning merupakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik, di mana mereka terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran melalui proyek nyata, peserta didik bekerja dalam jangka waktu tertentu untuk menyelesaikan proyek yang menuntut pemecahan masalah, kolaborasi, penelitian, dan kreativitas. Model ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, komunikasi, dan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap materi pelajaran melalui pengalaman langsung. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2024/2025 di SD Negeri Karang Anyar Kab.Nagan Raya Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) atau Classroom Action Research menggunakan 3 siklus. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pada hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Negeri Karang Anyar Kab.Nagan Raya.. Penerapan model Project Based Learning dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran PPPKn menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari kriteria sedang hingga baik sekali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat karna penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada materi Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Terjadi kenaikan sebesar 37,96% pada hasil belajar, dari kondisi awal yaitu 20,43% menjadi 58,39%. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi Bhineka Tunggal Ika.
