Abstract

Indonesia Sharia is a financial institution currently trending but has experienced extraordinary maintain in recent times. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of maintenance Bank Syariah Indonesia on mobile banking economic transaction activities in the territory of Indonesia. This research method is quantitative with descriptive analysis and data collection with questionnaires and the level is the Likert scale of correspondent data on Indonesian Islamic bank customers randomly from various regions of Indonesia affected by a total of 85 people. Abstract

Child neglect in families caught up in loan shark debt is an increasingly worrying social phenomenon in Ngajum Village, Malang District. Economic pressure due to loan shark debt not only disrupts the financial stability of the family, but also has an impact on neglecting the physical and psychological needs of children. This study aims to understand parents' subjective experiences of child neglect due to the pressure of loan shark debt. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing Edmund Husserl's phenomenological method through in-depth interviews and participatory observation of selected informants. The results show that the burden of debt causes family dysfunction, with the main focus of parents on debt repayment, so that the needs of children are neglected. Children experience emotional uncertainty, minimal communication with parents, physical and psychological abuse, and limited fulfillment of basic needs. Furthermore, this study reveals that the experience of neglect committed by parents due to loan sharks' debts contributes to social stigmatization, internal justification for neglect, and emotional disconnection between parents and children. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing financial literacy in families to prevent its impact on child neglect. This research contributes to broadening the understanding of the impact of loan shark debt on family dynamics from a phenomenological perspective and encourages the birth of social interventions that are more empathetic and contextual.

Abstract

Jalan merupakan prasarana transportasi darat yang berperan penting dalam menunjang mobilitas masyarakat dan distribusi barang serta jasa. Ruas Jalan Lintas Payakumbuh – Bukittinggi, khususnya pada segmen Jl. Soekarno Hatta Piladang Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, merupakan jalur strategis dengan volume lalu lintas yang tinggi, termasuk kendaraan berat. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya berbagai kerusakan perkerasan jalan yang berdampak pada penurunan tingkat pelayanan dan keselamatan pengguna jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis dan tingkat kerusakan jalan serta merencanakan ulang tebal perkerasan lentur berdasarkan Metode Bina Marga 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei lapangan untuk mengamati kondisi kerusakan secara visual, pengumpulan data lalu lintas harian rata-rata (LHR), serta pengujian daya dukung tanah dasar menggunakan Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP). Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa kerusakan dominan berupa lubang, retak kulit buaya, dan tambalan dengan tingkat kerusakan sedang hingga berat. Berdasarkan analisis lalu lintas dan nilai CBR tanah dasar, diperoleh desain perkerasan lentur yang terdiri dari lapisan AC-WC setebal 4 cm, AC-BC 6 cm, AC-Base 18 cm, dan lapisan pondasi atas (LPA) setebal 30 cm. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam perencanaan perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas jalan pada ruas jalan dengan karakteristik lalu lintas serupa

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education at SMA Negeri 12 Merangin. The evaluation focuses on three main aspects, namely planning, implementation, and implementation results. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of the principal, vice principal for curriculum, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and grade XI Phase F1 students. The results of the study indicate that learning planning has referred to the principles of the Independent Curriculum through the preparation of ATP, CP, and teaching modules that integrate the values ​​of the Pancasila Student Profile. The implementation of learning shows a shift from a teacher-centered to a student-centered approach, although some teachers are still in the adaptation stage. Evaluation of the results shows an increase in student participation and understanding of Islamic Religious Education material, but obstacles are still found such as limited time, teacher readiness, and adaptation to the use of technology. This study concludes that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMA Negeri 12 Merangin has gone quite well, but further assistance and training are needed to optimize the implementation of the curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership role of the principal of State Islamic Senior High School 2 in Jambi City in building and strengthening religious culture in the madrasah. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with informants consisting of the madrasah principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and student representatives who are active in religious activities. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the madrasah principal plays a central role through exemplary behavior, direction, supervision, and motivation to teachers and students. The presence of the madrasah principal in the activities of dhuha prayer, tadarus, congregational zuhur prayer, and moral development are real examples that strengthen discipline and participation of the madrasah community. In addition, coordination strategies, scheduling, and utilization of worship facilities effectively support the smooth running of religious programs. These findings confirm that the active, communicative, and supportive leadership of the madrasah principal is a key factor in the formation of a consistent religious culture that is embedded in the daily behavior of students, teachers, and all madrasah members.

Abstract

The background of this research is the importance of maintaining social harmony amidst the challenges of globalization and modernization, which have the potential to shift traditional values and societal morals. The primary focus of this study is the integration of Islamic educational values into the Jambi Malay civilization system based on the principle of "Adat Basendi Syara’, Syara’ Basendi Kitabullah" (ABSSBK). The research aims to identify the Jambi Malay civilization system within the ABSSBK framework, explain the forms of Islamic educational value integration within it, and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of this integration process in Jambi City.The methodology employed is a qualitative approach with field research conducted at the Jambi City Malay Customary Institution (Lembaga Adat Melayu - LAM). Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews with customary leaders, and documentation. The data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative method to provide a comprehensive overview of the phenomenon under study. The results indicate that the integration of Islamic educational values in Jambi Malay civilization is implemented through the alignment of customary practices with Islamic Sharia. Values such as honesty (ṣidq), trustworthiness (amanah), deliberation (shūrā), and justice are practically reflected in marriage ceremonies, customary deliberations, and dispute resolution mechanisms. The role of LAM Jambi City is crucial as the guardian and educator of these values to ensure they remain relevant amidst modernization. Supporting factors for this integration include high religious awareness among the community and support from regional policies. However, the study also identified several obstacles, namely the influence of global lifestyles on the younger generation, uneven understanding of the ABSSBK philosophy within the community, and the lack of reinforcement of customary values in the formal education curriculum. This research concludes that the Jambi Malay civilization system serves as an effective medium for instilling noble character and religious identity as long as the principles of Sharia remain its fundamental basis.

Abstract

The thesis research is motivated by the importance of teacher creativity in developing effective and efficient teaching materials, specifically for Quran Hadith learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat. Quality teaching materials must be able to improve learning outcomes, motivate students, strengthen material retention, and activate students in applying knowledge and skills. This is caused by several problems such as a lack of variation in teaching materials, low teacher creativity in integrating learning sources, and limited innovation which impacts low student activeness and comprehension. This study aims to analyze: first, the creativity of Quran Hadith teachers in developing teaching materials; second, the types of teaching materials used by the teachers; and third, the inhibiting and supporting factors of teacher creativity. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, which involves describing field facts through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzing them based on the research variables. The results show that the creativity of the Quran Hadith teachers is reflected in their ability to utilize technology like laptops and projectors in designing digital-based teaching materials, creating modules, compiling core material, evaluation questions, and designing interactive quizzes. Teachers also demonstrate creative thinking ability through aspects of thinking fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The teaching materials used are combinative, including print materials, digital materials, and materials resulting from the teacher's own creativity. The use of diverse teaching materials provides a more interesting and relevant learning experience for students. Inhibiting factors for teacher creativity include time constraints, minimal facilities and infrastructure, administrative burden, and the teacher's technological skills. Meanwhile, supporting factors include teacher competency, availability of facilities, madrasah support, and a conducive work environment. This research asserts that teacher creativity plays a crucial role in improving the quality of Quran Hadith learning and needs to be continuously enhanced through teacher support and professional development.

Abstract

His study aims to analyze the roles of alim ulama, tuo tengganai, and cerdik pandai in building the image of Islamic education and Malay Jambi civilization in Tanah Pilih Pusako Betuah, Jambi City. Islamic education within the Malay Jambi community is not merely understood as the transmission of ritual religious knowledge, but also as a process of moral formation, reinforcement of customary values, and the development of a social order based on the philosophy adat basendi syara’, syara’ basendi Kitabullah (custom is founded upon Islamic law, and Islamic law is founded upon the Qur’an). This research employed a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving alim ulama, tuo tengganai, cerdik pandai, and administrators of the Malay Customary Institution (Lembaga Adat Melayu/LAM) of Jambi City. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that alim ulama play a central role in moral development, religious guidance, exemplary leadership, and the resolution of socio-religious issues within the community. Tuo tengganai contribute to preserving and transmitting Malay customary values that are aligned with Islamic teachings, while also serving as a bridge between tradition and social life. Meanwhile, cerdik pandai play an important role in strengthening intellectual discourse, developing Islamic education, and transforming values through educational and scholarly approaches. The synergy among these three actors forms a holistic and contextual image of Islamic education rooted in local wisdom. The study also reveals that supporting factors include the strong religious culture of the community, public trust in religious and customary leaders, and the existence of active religious and customary institutions. Conversely, inhibiting factors consist of the influence of modernization, the narrowing interpretation of Islamic education as merely ritual practice, and weak regeneration of religious and customary leaders. Therefore, it can be concluded that alim ulama, tuo tengganai, and cerdik pandai constitute the main pillars in sustaining Islamic education and Malay Jambi civilization in Jambi City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts to introduce Nusantara culture through learning Arabic-Malay script at TPQ Jamiatul Berkah, Bagan Pete Village, Jambi City. As part of Nusantara's cultural heritage, Arabic-Malay script has deep historical and cultural significance, but is currently increasingly marginalized among the younger generation. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive methods, through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results show that learning Arabic-Malay script at TPQ Jamiatul Berkah not only functions to improve religious literacy, but also as a means of introducing local cultural identity to students. Through this activity, students are not only able to read and write Arabic-Malay script, but also understand the cultural values ​​inherited in it. Thus, learning Arabic-Malay script plays an important role in preserving Nusantara culture while raising awareness of the younger generation about the importance of maintaining ancestral cultural heritage.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the internalization of character education values ​​in Arabic Education instruction was forced to adapt and undergo various changes, both planning, design, implementation to assessment, and the shifting of the functions of teachers and parents. This article aims to find out the implementation of character education in Arabic Education during the Covid 19 pandemic at elementary schools. The research was conducted at MTs Aswaja Ngunut, Tulungagung. This research was a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection method done with depth interview, participant observation, and documentation. The results of this research showed that the character education of students in Arabic Education instruction was carried out online using the Zoom Meet platform and WhatsApp group. The religious character is instilled by praying together before and after learning, practicing Dhuha prayer at home, online tadarus together, and instilling the values ​​of tolerance in learning. The students are given independent or group assignments to instill an attitude of independence and cooperation. The teacher instilled the importance of the characteristics of the Prophet such as shiddiq, tabligh, amanah, and fathonah to instill integrity. And students are also taught how to love culture and the homeland as a form of nationalism. Arabic Education teachers and parents collaborate and strengthen each other's roles in supporting the strengthening of character education values ​​as long as students carry out learning from home.
