Abstract

Muhammad Athiyah al-Abrasy seorang tokoh pendidikan yang hidup pada masa pemerintahan Abd. Nasser yang memerintah Mesir pada Tahun 1954-1970 M. Beliau adalah seorang sarjana yang lama berkecimpung dalam dunia pendidikan di Mesir yang merupakan pusat ilmu pengetahuan Islam, beliau dilahirkan pada awal April tahun 1897 dan wafat pada Tanggal 17 Juli 1981. Dalam pandangan Muhammad Athiyah al-Abrasy terkikisnya wibawa seorang guru disebabkan kurangnya perhatian seorang pendidik terhadap karakteristik yang harus dimilikinya, sehingga mengakibatkan hilangnya rasa hormat anak didik dan masyarakat terhadap seorang pendidik (Guru). Oleh karenanya, masalah yang dititik beratkan dalam jurnal ini adalah bagaimana pandangan Muhammad Athiyah al-Abarasy terhadap karakteristik pendidik dan anak didik ? Dalam jurnal ini, menggunakan metode deskriftif yaitu, malakukan inventarisasi pemikiran Muhammad Athiyah al-Abrasy tentang pokok permasalahan yang akan dibahas. Pada tahap pengumpulan data akan ditempuh dengan studi kepustakaan (Library Research), selanjutnya analisis data yang dilakukan berupa analisis isi (Content Analysis). Berdasarkan data analisa yang dilakukan terhadap pemikiran Muhammad Athiyah al-Abrasy, Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa seorang pendidik harus memiliki sifat zuhud, bersih dan suci, ikhlas dalam melaksanakan tugas, pemaaf, menjadi seorang ayah sebelum menjadi pendidik, mengetahui tabiat anak didik, menguasai materi. Sedangkan Karakteristik anak didik menurut Muhammad Athiyah al-Abrasy adalah: bersih hati, suci fikiran dari noda dan dosa, selalu mendekatkan diri kepada Allah Swt. memiliki keberanian, konsisten, teguh pendirian, menyenangkan hati, Jujur dalam perkataan dan perbuatan, tidak merepotkan orang lain, bersungguh-sungguh, Bertanggung jawab, Mencintai sesama teman, Mempunyai tekad untuk belajar hingga akhir umur. Pemikiran Muhammad Athiyah al-Abrasy ini masih sangat relevan dengan konsep pendidikan masa sekarang. Melihat kepada terkikisnya wibawa seorang pendidik dihadapan anak didik dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Sistem kontrol motor induksi merupakansuatu cara untuk kontrol motor dengan menggunakanrangkaian direct on line (DOL), dua arah putaran(Forward Reverse), bintang-segitiga (star-delta), danBerurutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancangbangun sistem kontrol motor induksi 3 fasa yangberbasis mikrokontroller. Alat ini dirancang untukmendeskripsikan suatu sistem kerja pengasutan danpemasangan rangkaian motor induksi 3 fasa denganmenggunakan PLC berbasis mikrokontroller sebagaimedia pembelajaran yang mudah dipahami. Metodeyang digunakan dalam pembuatan alat ini adalah studipustaka, observasi, eksperimen, realisasi, dan pengujian.Berdasarkan hasil uji kinerja, alat ini dapat bekerjasesuai dengan deskripsi kerja yang ditetapka

Abstract

Leaders of Islamic Boarding Schools are people who have great influence in a boarding school. As a manager the principal plays a role in managing the educational resources they have. The school principal must be able to bring change to the school he leads to become a quality school by utilizing resources, especially teachers. Teachers are required to master pedagogic, professional, social, and personality competencies, for this reason the real role of the school principal is needed to improve teacher competence. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study aims to identify and describe the role of the principal as a manager in implementing strategies through collaboration and communication at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Tebing Tinggi District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District in terms of Planning, Organizing, Actuating aspects. , Controlling (Supervision), as well as the efforts made by the principal in improving the competence of teachers at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School which includes; school principals' support for teacher competency improvement programs; and facilities provided in an effort to increase teacher competence. The results of this study are that the leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has carried out its role as a manager by carrying out management principles which include Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. Planning (Planning) is carried out by the principal by drafting a school program based on the foundation's policy. Organizing is done by dividing the tasks to each school personnel to jointly run the program that has been made. Actuating (Motivating) is the principal's activity to move each personnel to consciously support the program being run. While Controlling (Supervision) is an activity carried out by the principal to determine the success of the program that has been implemented. The leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has provided full support for the teacher competency improvement program by providing opportunities for teachers to continue their studies and involving teachers in various trainings, workshops, and also training. The school principal facilitates the needs of teachers in an effort to increase teacher competence by providing scholarships to teachers to carry out further studies, allowances and other educational facilities.

Abstract

This study focuses on studying gender construction in the Islamic community in Surabaya. This community is in Kampung Sidosermo Dalam, one of the Islamic area in Surabaya. In everyday social and cultural conditions, women always wear the hijab and men wear koko shirts and sarongs. Women are always constructed as the second social class below men. The social construction that is built is not only agreed upon by men, but women also agree on it. The motto that women live by every day is suwargo nunut neroko katut. That a woman's heaven and hell is with her husband. The aim of the research is to dismantle unfair gender constructions so that hopefully there will be enlightenment leading to correct gender constructions. The research method uses qualitative with a critical ethnographic approach. The data collection technique used in-depth interviews for 15 informant with Sidosermo Dalam figures, kyai, nyai, RT, RW, as well as women who agreed that they were always in the second class. Apart from that, researchers also used participant observation techniques to explore data. The research results show that women have always experienced oppression since childhood. Every day they receive different treatment from men. The doctrine that women are always subordinate to men has been taught to the population from generation to generation. The construction of suwargo nunut neroko katut becomes a guide for interaction. This social construction is built and maintained using religious arguments as legitimacy. This patriarchal and oppressive condition must be immediately changed and corrected by the government, mass organizations and citizens themselves.

Abstract

Kemampuan penalaran ilmiah memiliki arti yang beragam dan luas. Kemampuan penalaran ilmiah adalah keterampilan yang memungkinkan seseorang untuk memahami, mengevaluasi, dan mengaplikasikan metode ilmiah dalam memecahkan masalah atau menjawab pertanyaan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kemampuan penalaran ilmiah siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA berdasarkan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode campuran dengan desain Embedded Experimental Model. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 siswa SMP dalam mata Pelajaran IPA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan wawancara. Instrumen tes yang digunakan berupa soal essay yang disusun oleh peneliti yang telah melalui proses validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan pedoman wawancara berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada sekelompok siswa berdasarkan temuan pada hasil tes dan proses pembelajaran. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t berpasangan atau wilcoxon untuk menilai kemampuan penalaran ilmiah siswa dan pengkodean untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai kemampuan penalaran siswa dan permasalahan dalam pembelajaran proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran PjBL terhadap kemampuan penalaran ilmiah siswa. Hal ini didukung oleh hasil analisis peningkatan kemampuan penalaran ilmiah siswa yang berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran ilmiah siswa. Melalui PjBL, siswa memperoleh kesempatan untuk terlibat langsung dalam proses ilmiah, mulai dari merumuskan pertanyaan hingga menganalisis data dan menarik kesimpulan berdasarkan bukti empiris. Untuk penelitian lanjutan, disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai aspek yang dapat lebih mengoptimalkan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran ilmiah

Abstract

This research analyzes the authority of the Commercial Court in resolving bankruptcy cases of Sharia business institutions with a focus on Supreme Court Decision No. 1016 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2016 highlights legal protection for policyholders and considers Sharia principles in handling these cases. This research uses normative research methods with qualitative analysis. The result of this research is that the Sharia Economic Bankruptcy Settlement Law regulates financial issues in the Sharia economy using Islamic law principles. The process includes handling debts, religious courts, debt restructuring, and protecting creditor rights. This law ensures bankruptcy resolution per Sharia principles, protects creditors' rights, and fulfills financial obligations. Religious courts have jurisdiction, but more explicit regulations regarding handling sharia insurance bankruptcy are still needed. Commercial Court decision regarding the PT case. Mubarakah Sharia Insurance is based on the law, and the bankruptcy requirements are met. Policyholders and legal protection for them are also essential concerns, requiring better supervision, considering the principles of sharia law and justice.

Abstract

Sharia is intertwined with fiqh. In English terminology, Sharia is translated as “Islamic law based on the Quran.” In the context of reforming Islamic law in Indonesia, the method of talfiq is needed, selectively choosing opinions that align with the conditions in Indonesia. It is believed that the Islamic legal tradition, in terms of formation, reform, or legal development, is closer to the Anglo-Saxon legal system known as precedent law. This is because Muslims fully accept that all the dogma, principles, and Islamic sharia are already perfected in the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet. The question at hand is how these legal texts can be guaranteed to remain relevant and capable of meeting the needs of all times, places, cultural contexts, and social levels. This study delves deeper into the Sharia within the Contemporary Era, relating to the Typology of Islamic Legal Reform Actualization and the Application of Islamic Law in Indonesia. The research is a literature study, focusing on the examination of figures and the object of study, which is Sharia in a modern context. This study employed a qualitative approach to analyze the Typology of Islamic Legal Reform Actualization and the Application of Islamic Law in Indonesia. The dynamics of Islamic law in Indonesia are expected to continue evolving and innovating so that in the future, Islamic law with universal value will not only pertain to the realm of fiqh muamalat (transactions) and akhwal sakhsiah (personal matters) but will also contribute positively to the development of national law in Indonesia in various aspects.

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to determine the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, 2) to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors for the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, 3) to determine the implementation of the human resource management compensation system in improving teacher performance at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village. This type of research is field research, namely research conducted directly with the object of research and data collection is carried out in the field. Researchers are trying to uncover Public Relations Strategies in Increasing New Students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The results of this study are (1) the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village is all income in the form of money, direct and indirect goods received by teachers as compensation for services provided to MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village . This compensation takes the form of salary, benefits, incentives, and benefits. (2) Inhibiting factors: delays in giving salaries because many SPP payments are in arrears and there are bailouts, there is often overtime work outside working hours so that more funds are needed for payment, employees are often absent without prior coordination so working hours are not filled by officers this results in reduced compensation. Supporting factors: not a large number of educational and educational staff so it is easier to coordinate internally. (3) Implementation of a human resource management compensation system in improving teacher performance, namely at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, the provision of compensation can be said to be effective in increasing the performance of teachers and employees. Teachers feel more responsible for carrying out their duties and performance appraisals that can improve employment status can have an impact on the welfare obtained and continue to motivate teachers in carrying out their duties. The better the performance appraisal of a teacher, the increase in status and compensation received can be considered.

Abstract

The principal is the person responsible for improving teacher performance at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's leadership behavior in improving teacher performance at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District. Research using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of documentation, observation and interviews. The research subjects were school principals and teachers. This research shows that: (1) The formulation of the principal's policy in improving the ability of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District, has made written and oral rules in accordance with the school's vision and mission by involving teachers, school objectives and school principals to formulate activities to improve teacher abilities. These results enable teachers to teach better so that students more easily understand lessons and can feel comfortable while at school and achieve a better quality of education; (2) The principal's program as a leader in improving the discipline of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by using good communication (not rude, direct supervision, not arrogant and authoritarian), compiling a KKG program, seminars and workshops with this program show encouraging results, teachers are more disciplined so they can complete their tasks well; (3) The principal's strategy as a leader in increasing the responsibilities of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by involving all teachers and providing direct examples and (4) The factors that influence the leadership of the principal in improving teacher performance are his desire to improve school performance so that he has better performance at the Acehnese and national level. This is the main factor that influences it along with other general factors, such as: the personal condition of the school principal, school organization, external environment.
