Abstract

The discussion in this journal highlights the importance of understanding Asbabun nuzul, the context behind the revelation of Qur'anic verses. The Qur'an is the word of Allah revealed to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) through the Angel Jibril, in both its wording and meaning, serving as guidance for humanity toward a clear and straight path, as the foundation for a life rooted in faith in Allah and His message. This study aims to examine Asbabun nuzul comprehensively, including its historical development, types, methods of understanding it, and its significance in interpreting Qur'anic verses. The method used is library research, which involves collecting, reading, and recording data and theoretical foundations from various sources such as books, scientific works, previous studies, journals, articles, and other references relevant to the topic. The results of the study show that understanding Asbabun nuzul facilitates accurate interpretation and reduces doubts when interpreting Qur'anic verses. In conclusion, Asbabun nuzul serves as a crucial basis for explaining the background of the revelation of specific verses or groups of verses, often related to particular events or questions directed to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the career development of state civil apparatus at the population and civil registration office of Bima city. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. From this research the results obtained that: 1) The State Civil Apparatus has Education and competence in accordance with the position it is engaged in, it has also been determined that the Educational qualifications in each part of the work that is occupied. 2) The most important training is to develop knowledge about methods and strategies to serve the community and training using technology to improve the ability of employees to face the times. There is limited funding to conduct training, so it is not possible to conduct training every year. Therefore, the central government needs to hold training to support employee abilities, because the transfer of knowledge from the central government is certainly better and can make all employees more enthusiastic in improving their work abilities. 3) The State Civil Apparatus in the disdukcapil is ready to accept the mutation decision issued by the mayor of Bima, because the mayor of Bima has the absolute right to transfer employees within the Bima city government.

Abstract

This research aims to determine empirically the influence of the physical work environment and non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Gowa Regency Transportation Service office. The population used is all Civil Servants at the Gowa Regency Transportation Service office. The sample used was 51 employees who were used as respondents. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach using primary data. Technical data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study indicate that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction, and the physical work environment and non-physical work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta Utara. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, pembina ekstrakurikuler, dan orang tua. Struktur organisasi melibatkan tim khusus yang terdiri dari guru agama, wakil bidang kesiswaan, dan siswa sebagai pelaksana utama, menciptakan lingkungan kolaboratif. Kegiatan seperti kajian rutin, hafalan Al-Qur'an, praktik ibadah, dan peringatan hari besar Islam dilaksanakan secara terstruktur, memberikan dampak positif terhadap kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kepemimpinan siswa. Pengendalian dilakukan melalui evaluasi berkala dengan umpan balik dari siswa dan orang tua, memastikan keberlanjutan program dan peningkatan kualitas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan secara efektif mendukung pembentukan karakter religius siswa melalui pendekatan partisipatif, kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan, dan mekanisme pengendalian yang efektif.

Abstract

Problematic internet use adalah suatu perilaku ketidakmampuan seseorang untuk mengontrol penggunaan internet yang dapat tampak dalam tekanan psikologis dan dapat memperburuk fungsi seseorang dalam keseharian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku problematic internet use pada penggemar Korean Pop (K-Pop). Subjek pada penelitan ini adalah 90 orang penggemar K-pop berusia 18-25 tahun, dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan Problematic Internet Use Questionnaire (PIUQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Demetrovics dan di adaptasi dengan kedalam bahasa Indonesia oleh Widyastuti dan Agriyani (0,892). Penelitian ini menggunakan uji deskriptif dengan hasil didapatkan bahwa responden cenderung masuk kedalam problematic internet use rendah. Artinya, penggemar mampu untuk mengontrol penggunaan internetnya. Sementara penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada hasil penggemar yang termasuk dalam problematic interent use tinggi untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang menyeluruh. Penggemar yang termasuk dalam problematic internet use tinggi masih kesulitan untuk mengontrol dan menurunkan intensitas dalam penggunaan internetnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, problematic internet use dapat berkembang karena adanya motif dan expectencies (positve dan avoidance). Di mana, pada penelitian ini motif media sosial dan penggemar yang membutuhkan hiburan secara bersamaan menjadi faktor terbentuk dan memperkuat perilaku problematic internet use. Peneliti penyarankan untuk mematikan notifikasi, menggunakan aplikasi pembatas waktu serta memprioritaskan untuk beraktivitas secara offline.

Abstract

Hydroponics as an urban farming model is very meaningful to the community, including the Inkiya Farm business in Bajubodoa village, Maros district. There are several obstacles in the production of lettuce vegetables in hydroponics that are run so that they experience fluctuations, by natural disturbances causing plant damage and even crop failure (wilting or dying), limited space, drought resistance and less than optimal growth which is generally experienced because 100% using the NFT system. The implementation of Bell-Siphon on Ebb Flow system hydroponic technology is an alternative solution that is cheaper, environmentally friendly, space saving and more optimal plant production. The Bell-Siphon unit driving the tidal system is simply assembled, placed in a hydroponic container. This science and technology application activity results in additional knowledge for partners on how to build or assemble a Tidal System with Bell Siphon to increase the amount of production, reduce the risk of crop failure, and the potential for better production of lettuce plants. The activity resulted in at least 6 units of Ebb-Flow hydroponics in containers (tubs) with various media, installation and training for women members of the partners. Sustainability of implementation is expected at Partners as well as at the household scale in each member who has received training.

Abstract

The Utilization of Digital Applications in Education Facilitates the Teaching and Learning Process. Quizlet, as one such application for language learning, is examined in this research to assess its effectiveness in enhancing Early English vocabulary for 5-6 years old. The research employs a quantitative method through surveys, collecting data via questionnaires based on theoretical frameworks. Results indicate that the use of Quizlet enhances English vocabulary for young children, as evidenced by their recognition of English words. This suggests that Quizlet can aid teachers in introducing English to early learners, providing an alternative method to improve English vocabulary for young children. Future research may explore further developments in the utilization of similar applications.

Abstract

Jati Village has a unique potential in processing organic waste into Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC). The waste processing is an effort to preserve the environment and also provide added economic value to the local community. However, in making sales, the community in Jati Village has not implemented the right marketing strategy. Digital marketing offers various tools and platforms that can be used to promote POC. Digital marketing strategies that can be applied include the use of social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Youtube to promote POC through interesting and educational visual content, as well as direct interaction with consumers. By implementing digital marketing strategies, Jati Village can increase the visibility of their POC products, expand their customer base, and increase revenue. This can support the SDGs program, especially point 8, namely Equitable Village Economic Growth. Utilizing technology for marketing can help POC sales sell evenly.

Abstract

Digital technology has become a habit in human life. To face this digital era, an understanding of digital literacy is needed that can increase students' literacy skills. This study was conducted with the aim of describing a literature review on Strategies in Increasing Students' Reading Interest with Digital Literacy in Learning. This research method uses a literature review method. The data sources for this study are 5 journals in the last 5 years. The results of the study show that the 5 journals have differences, but there are similarities, namely regarding digital literacy. Digital literacy is an effective means of increasing the effectiveness of student learning if used properly and according to the goals to be achieved. The thing that distinguishes digital literacy from reading and writing literacy is the sources used by students in the form of reading sources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the linguistic structure of the Indonesian language with a focus on morphology as a reference for proper and effective language use. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing literature review and content analysis of various written sources such as textbooks, journals, and scholarly works related to Indonesian morphology. Data are systematically analyzed to identify patterns of word formation, including affixation, reduplication, and compounding in the Indonesian language. The results indicate that affixation is the most dominant and productive morphological process in word formation, followed by reduplication which functions to intensify meaning, and compounding which produces compound words. This study contributes significantly to the development of morphological studies in Indonesian and serves as a valuable reference for language users to gain a deeper understanding of word structures.
