Abstract

Real-time personalized marketing techniques are becoming important in improving consumer experience and driving impulse shopping behavior in digital e-commerce. However, the impact of these techniques on various cultural demographics remains underexplored, particularly in the context of consumer impulsivity. This research aims to systematically examine how real-time personalization influences impulse buying behavior in various cultural settings, using a systematic literature review approach. Through the PRISMA method, relevant studies are collected from databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and JSTOR. Key findings suggest that cultural values ​​significantly moderate responses to real-time personalization, with consumers from individualist cultures showing higher levels of impulsivity compared to collectivist cultures. This research contributes to the e-commerce literature by identifying cultural dynamics in real-time personalization strategies, providing practical insights for marketers to design adaptive and effective personalization strategies in global markets.

Abstract

Rapid changes in consumer behavior in the post-digital era demand adaptation of e-commerce marketing strategies, especially related to the increasing demand for value-based content. This research aims to identify and analyze effective marketing strategies in meeting consumer expectations for relevant, ethical and meaningful content. By using the approach Systematic Literature Review (SLR) through the PRISMA framework, this research finds that a value-based storytelling approach, the use of AI, and integration of sustainability are the main strategies in meeting this demand. The implications of this research indicate that e-commerce companies need to adopt value-based content to build stronger relationships with consumers and create long-term loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of social media in influencing the development of brand awareness and consumer loyalty for micro-businesses in the e-commerce sector. Using a quantitative approach, a survey was conducted on 268 micro business owners who use Instagram in Central Java. Analysis was conducted through structural equation modeling to explore the relationship between the intensity and effectiveness of social media marketing, brand awareness, and consumer loyalty. The findings show that both the intensity and effectiveness of social media marketing have a significant impact on brand awareness, which in turn affects consumer loyalty. This research also identifies the direct influence of social media marketing on consumer loyalty, compared to its influence through brand awareness. The results of this study demonstrate the importance of strategic engagement on social media for e-commerce micro businesses, emphasizing that the quality of engagement is more important than its frequency. This study provides insight into how micro-businesses with limited resources can leverage social media to gain a competitive advantage in the e-commerce sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media marketing, electronic word of mouth and brand image on purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was users of Emina Cosmetics in Kuningan with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. This research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire in a google form that is distributed directly to respondents. Data processing techniques use tests of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linier regression analysis and coefficient of determination with the help of IBM SPSS version 25 application. The research results showed that (1) social media marketing, electronic word of mouth and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

One element of society that is vulnerable to the influence of radicalism is teenagers or young people known as the "youth" whose ages range from 16-19 years at the high school level in Indonesia. There are several factors that allow for the emergence of radicalism among adolescents, including mental health, economic factors, socio-political conditions and religious commitment from religious understanding. One of the places where this understanding has developed is schools, especially during this pandemic where many activities are carried out online or various information can be easily accessed via the internet. In order to counteract radicalism so that it does not influence the youth, the role of the family is critical. This study aims to investigate the role of family resilience in fighting and countering radicalism among the youth during the Covid 19 pandemic in Sompilan, Berbah, Selman, Yogyakarta. The study found that the family resilience is built through three key components which form the basis for maintaining resilient attitude, including the family belief system, organizational processes, communication and problem-solving.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan Passing pemain Sepakbola SMP Pembangunan UNP Kota Padang. Banyak metode latihan yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Passing diantaranya yaitu Small Sided Games. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh Small Sided Games terhadap Kemampuan Passing Sepakbola SMP Pembangunan UNP Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu yang dilakukan dilapangan Sepakbola SMP Pembangunan UNP Kota Padang dimulai dari bulan Desember sampai Januari 2024.Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 25 siswa dari sekolah menengah UNDP di Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak digunakan dan jumlah sampel adalah 20 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes. Tes terdiri dari pre-test, 16 wawancara dengan mini-games dan post-test. Data dianalisis dan hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan uji-t pada tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05 . Jika thitung =4,091, ttabel =2,101 dan n=9 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05, maka thitung>ttabel (4,091>101) dan hipotesis yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu mini-game memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mini-game memiliki pengaruh terhadap performa pemain dalam tim sepak bola UNUB. Dengan kata lain, mini-game efektif dalam meningkatkan performa pemain di tim sepak bola Universitas Batangas UNUB.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi strategi manajemen perubahan yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan sekolah dalam menghadapi dinamika pendidikan di SMP Swasta Al-Washliyah-1 Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Fokus utama penelitian adalah menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, menggerakkan, dan mengendalikan proses perubahan di lingkungan sekolah, khususnya dalam hal kurikulum dan manajemen sumber daya manusia.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berperan secara aktif dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran pentingnya perubahan, membangun komunikasi yang terbuka, memberikan motivasi kerja, serta menerapkan evaluasi berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan kinerja guru dan hasil belajar siswa. Meskipun dihadapkan pada sejumlah kendala seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan, kurangnya fasilitas, dan sikap siswa yang kurang disiplin, strategi yang diterapkan terbukti cukup efektif dalam menciptakan budaya kerja kolaboratif dan progresif di sekolah. Dengan demikian, manajemen perubahan yang dijalankan secara sistematis dan partisipatif dapat menjadi kunci keberhasilan peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

This research departs from consumer behavior in responding to issues of environmental damage. It pays attention to the halal status of a product, mainly imported products that follow Islamic Sharia principles. This study aims to determine the effect of green products, halal certification, and halal awareness on purchasing decisions for Oriflame products in Banjarmasin. This research is a type of field research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumers of Oriflame products in the city of Banjarmasin. The number of samples in this study amounted to 96 with the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 25 application. The results showed that green products, halal certification, and halal awareness simultaneously and partially positively and significantly affected purchasing decisions for Oriflame products in Banjarmasin City.

Abstract

Mining activities are one of the activities that have high risks at every stage of their operational activities, so every potential hazard and risk that exists must be controlled to prevent accidents from occurring. This research aims to identify, assess, and control hazards and risks at every stage of mining activities at PT Golden Great Borneo. This research uses a semi-quantitative method, where hazard and risk assessment is carried out with a matrix of parameters of likelihood, exposure, and consequence. From the results of the research, the highest occupational safety risk in loading activities is that the distance between units is too close which can result in units crashing/nudging other units, the highest risk in hauling activities is thick dust so that visibility is less than 40 meters, and the highest risk in dumping activities is that the supervisor is in a blind spot area. Kegiatan penambangan merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang memiliki risiko tinggi pada setiap tahapan kegiatan operasional nya, sehingga setiap potensi bahaya dan risiko yang ada harus dikendalikan untuk mencegah terjadi nya kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi, penilaian, dan pengendalian bahaya dan risiko pada setiap tahapan kegiatan penambangan di PT. Golden Great Borneo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif, dimana penilaian bahaya dan risiko dilakukan dengan matrik parameter tingkat kemungkinan, paparan, dan konsekuensi. Dari hasil penelitian risiko keselamatan kerja tertinggi pada kegiatan loading adalah jarak antar unit terlalu dekat yang dapat mengakibatkan unit menabrak/menyenggol unit lain, risiko tertinggi pada kegiatan hauling debu yang tebal sehingga jarak pandang kurang dari 40 meter, dan risiko tertinggi pada kegiatan dumping adalah pengawas berada pada area blind spot.

Abstract

The aimed of this research is to determine the effect Perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use on online buying interest in the West Java region. This study uses a quantitative exploration strategy through the use of surveys. The population of this research is internet users who come from West Java, Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this study namely purposive sampling. Overall, there were 190 questionnaires distributed, and 178 (93.7%) questionnaires that could be used for statistical testing. The statistical analysis technique used in this study is the regression test using STATA. This research found perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use can affect online purchase intention. The contribution that can be made from this research is that perceived usefulness has the biggest impact on online purchase intention.
