Abstract

Previous studies on the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance have revealed inconsistencies. To address these discrepancies, a new research model was developed, placing marketing capability as a mediating variable. The study is also based on the challenges that SMEs face in improving their marketing performance. This quantitative study uses a survey method to examine batik SMEs in the Ciayumajakuning region of West Java, Indonesia. The sample size consists of 200 SME owner-managers, selected using disproportionate random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modelling with the AMOS program. The results indicate that marketing capability mediates the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. These findings are significant in that they identify a research model that addresses the challenges faced by SMEs in improving their marketing performance by focusing on market orientation and the role of marketing capability as a mediator. The results of this study have practical implications for SMEs in the batik industry in the Ciayumajakuning region, helping them to overcome problems with marketing performance by adopting a market-oriented approach.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of non-medical employees at RSUD. Asembagus Situbondo with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample with a total sample of 50 employees. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a negative but significant effect on Employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Cine Crib is a youtube channels that focuses on the most popular movie review content in Indonesia. Through his Youtube channel, Cine Crib consistently uploads film review videos and has gained 239,000 subscribers. The Cine Crib film review videos has the potential to influence the decision of Cine Crib subscribers to watch the reviewed film. Therefore, this study aims to see the influence of film review content on the Cine Crib youtube channel for the subscriber's watching decision with quantitative research method in an explanation format. Through the slovin formula, 400 respondents were obtained who are subscribers of Cine Crib using simple random sampling as sampling technique. After the questionnaire was gathered via google form, thedata found were then processed using SPSS for windows version 25 with simple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that there was an influence of film review content on the Cine Crib youtube channel on the subscriber's watching decision by 34% who fell into the weak category, and the rest were influenced by other variables that were not included in this study by 66%. With these results, it can be concluded that the impression of Cine Crib's film review content does have an influence on her subscribers, but the influence exerted tends to be weak and the impression of review content on Cine Crib's Youtube channel is not the only variable that affects her subscribers' viewing decisions.

Abstract

Zakat has the excellent potential to overcome social welfare problems. Baitul Mal Aceh (BMA) is a body that can maximize the benefits of zakat funds for the welfare of the poor in Aceh province; therefore, it is necessary to strive for better management of zakat to obtain better results. This study aims to determine the management of zakat in BMA in terms of a good governance approach. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data obtained through interviews, observation, and document study. The research results show that the zakat management in Aceh is quite good. Management should be based on the principles of good governance, such as openness and transparency; societal participation; accountability; and effectiveness and efficiency. Hopefully, BMA can continue to maintain and even improve its performance in managing zakat, so that it can improve the welfare of zakat recipients in Aceh.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the growth rate of nilam plants based on the planting media's composition and the cuttings' source. This research was structured using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 2 factors, namely the first factor, namely the source of patchouli plant cuttings, namely stem cuttings (S1) and branch cuttings (S2), then the second factor, namely the planting media combination with a combination of M1 (2kg cow manure: 2kg husk: 1kg sand: 1kg soil), M2 (1kg cow manure: 1kg husk: 1kg sand: 1kg soil), M3 (2kg cow manure: 2kg husk: 2kg sand: 2kg soil). The parameters observed were the percentage of growth power (%), cutting height growth (cm), shoot height (cm), number of shoots, number of shaped leaves (strands), and root length (cm). The best growth rate for patchouli plant cuttings is stem cuttings (S1) with an average growth percentage (96.67%), increase in cutting height (11.66 cm), shoot height (2.82 cm), number of shoots ( 7), and the number of shaped leaves (17,13). The best type of planting media composition is the M1 treatment for observing the growth of cutting height, shoot height, number of shoots, number of leaves formed, and root length. The best interaction treatment is the source of stem cuttings with a combination of planting media (S1M1).

Abstract

Di era globalisasi sekarang ini, ternyata tidak hanya saja perkembangan teknologi menjadi canggih akan tetapi juga pola hidup manusia sekarang ini menjadi modern dan serba mudah. Begitu pula dengan cara masyarakat menikmati musik. Saat ini, semakin banyak bermunculan aplikasi hiburan yang salah satunya adalah aplikasi Music Streaming JOOX yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat di Indonesia. Brand Image kuat yang dimiliki oleh JOOX membuatnya mudah diingat oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Sebagian besar pengguna merasa bahwa brand image kuat yang tersebar lewat electronic word of mouth menjadi salah satu alasan masyarakat menggunakan aplikasi music streaming khususnya JOOX.Kemajuan teknologi internet menjadikan penyebaran word of mouth tidak hanya terbatas pada komunikasi tatap muka, namun sudah dalam bentuk digital. Electronic word of mouth dapat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen salah satunya adalah minat beli konsumen terhadap produk. Minat beli muncul ketika pengguna internet membaca komentar positif dan menarik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand image terhadap minat pembelian fitur VIP JOOX. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian berjenis explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survey yang dilakukan kepada 100 orang yang masih atau pernah menggunakan JOOX dengan pemakaian minimal 3 bulan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan mengguanakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis F, variabel pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand image secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian. Hasil uji t juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand image secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian dengan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi minat pembelian ialah variabel brand image.Kata Kunci : Electronic Word Of Mouth, Brand Image, Minat Pembelian, Music Streaming, JOOX

Abstract

Abstrak Kapasitas beban struktur beton bertulang eksisting seringkali tidak mencukupi untuk memenuhi standar saat ini. Hal ini dikarenakan peningkatan kebutuhan beban dan degradasi material beton serta korosi tulangan akibat kondisi lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pengaruh penambahan tulangan vertikal pada perkuatan beton bertuang dengan menggunakan metode deep embedment (DE). Dalam penelitian ini dipersiapkan tiga buah benda uji balok beton bertulang, yaitu Balok-CS, Balok-D8, dan Balok-D12. Ketiga benda uji mempunyai ukuran penampang 150 mm x 200 mm dan panjang bentang 1400 mm. Ada dua ukuran tulangan yang digunakan sebagai tulangan perkuatan DE, yaitu tulangan diameter 8 mm dan 12 mm. Pengujian Balok-CS dibebani sampai runtuh, sementara Balok-D8 dan Balok-D12 dibebani 2 kali. Pembebanan pertama dilakukan sampai balok tersebut mengalami retak pertama dan pembebanan ke dua dilakukan sampai runtuh setelah balok tersebut diperkuat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkuatan dengan metode DE yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan kapasitas beban ultimit sampai dengan 43% dibandingkan dengan benda uji kontrol. Sementara itu kekakuan pada balok yang diperkuat dengan metode DE juga meningkat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kekakuan balok yang diperkuat pada fase linear meningkat sampai dengan 70% sementara kekakuan balok pada kondisi ultimit meningkat sampai dengan 91% dibandingkan dengan kekakuan benda uji kontrol. Kata kunci: perkuatan, beton bertulang, metode DE, beban ultimit, kekakuan Abstract Current standards for load capacity are often not met by existing reinforced concrete (RC) structures due to increased loads and corrosion-related degradation of concrete and steel reinforcement bars. This study has developed a technique for repairing RC beams through the use of deep embedment (DE) bars. Three beams, each with a cross-section of 150 ´ 200 mm and a total length of 1400 mm, were constructed with plain bars of 8 and 12 mm diameter as DE bars. Two loading schemes were employed during testing: loading the beam up to failure and precracking to simulate the damage in RC structures. Results showed that the contribution of DE bars to the load capacity was significant. The load capacity of the strengthened beam was 43% higher than that of the control beam. The stiffness of the DE-reinforced beam also increased, with an up to 70% increase in the linear phase and an up to 91% increase in the ultimate condition. The use of embedded DE bars is an effective method for repairing and strengthening RC beams that do not meet load capacity standards. These findings have practical implications for the structural engineering industry, offering a viable solution for deteriorating RC structures. Keywords: strengthening, reinforced concrete, DE method, ultimate load, stiffness

Abstract

Keamanan informasi dan kerahasiaan data sangat penting dalam pertukaran informasi melalui jaringan komunikasi. Hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengamankan data dari pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengamankan informasi saat ini adalah kriptografi dan steganografi. Salah satu metode yang sering digunakan dalam steganografi adalah Least Significant Bit (LSB), dan metode ini dapat diperbaiki dengan menambahkan nilai biner yang diganti dengan nilai modern (3LSB). Eksperimen yang dilakukan adalah tingkat keberhasilan penyisipan, ekstraksi, perubahan kapasitas, dan perubahan kualitas suara audio stego. Hasil dari 20 percobaan diperoleh persentase keberhasilan sebesar 100% pada proses pengkodean dan penguraian informasi. Kapasitas informasi pada media juga meningkat sebesar 2,21% dari metode konvensional (2LSB). Dan kualitas suara audio stego modern yang dihasilkan tidak jauh berbeda dengan cara konvensional. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode modern dapat meningkatkan kapasitas dan tidak terlalu mengubah kualitas suara dibandingkan metode konvensional

Abstract

Drug abuse is an increasing problem across communities, affecting not only physical health but also the psychological and social aspects of the individual. Therefore, rehabilitation is an important step to help drug users return to a healthier and more productive life. The process of rehabilitation for drug abuse requires an effective approach to assisting the resident to deal with emotional trauma, that is, to write. Regular visits to “Temuleh bah bagah puleh” for drug rehabilitation in a psychiatric hospital are intended to provide psychological support to residents undergoing drug rehabilitation through a writing activity. It involves residents writing down their experiences, feelings, sighing, and expectations during rehabilitation The method used in this writing is the descriptive method which it is a method related to writing for the purpose of describing the problem at hand. So the results show that writing contributes positively to helping residents cope with emotional challenges during rehabilitation, as well as holistic recovery. Abstrak: Penyalahgunaan narkoba merupakan masalah yang terus meningkat diberbagai lapisan masyarakat, tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan fisik namun juga pada aspek psikologis dan sosial individu. Oleh karena itu, rehabilitasi menjadi langkah penting untuk membantu para pengguna narkoba kembali ke kehidupan yang lebih sehat dan produktif. Proses rehabilitasi bagi penyalahgunaan narkoba memerlukan suatu pendekatan yang dianggap efektif dalam membantu residen untuk mengatasi trauma emosional, yaitu dengan menulis. Kegiatan kunjungan rutin “Temuleh Bah Bagah Puleh” ke rehabilitasi narkoba di Rumah Sakit Jiwa bertujuan untuk memberikan dukungan secara psikologis kepada para residen yang sedang menjalani rehabilitasi narkoba melalui aktivitas menulis. Kegiatan ini melibatkan para residen dalam menuliskan pengalaman, perasaan, keluh kesah, serta harapan mereka selama menjalani rehabilitasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode deskriptif yang dimana metode ini adalah metode yang berkaitan dengan menulis yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan masalah yang terjadi. Sehingga hasil yang didapat menunjukkn bahwa menulis memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membantu residen menghadapi tantangan emosional selama rehabilitasi, serta mendukung pemulihan mereka secara holistik.

Abstract

This training aims to develop creativity in creating valuable products from patchwork to stimulate the community's economy. The method used is ABCD (asset-based community development), which focuses on utilizing local assets to build community capacity. The results of the service show that woven fabric is a typical fabric of the city of Kediri, with types such as sarong gombyor, misris cloth, semi-silk, and silk. The process of making woven cloth involves the use of fine threads and goes through two stages of work with 14 stages. The large number of rags or fabrics left over from production is the potential that is utilized in this training. The patchwork is processed into various accessories, such as brooches and key chains, that can be used by all groups. It is hoped that the use of patchwork as an accessory will attract the attention of various levels of society because of its affordable price. This allows people who are constrained by high prices to still collect woven fabric-based products at lower prices, thereby contributing to improving the local economy.
