Abstract

Waduk Cirata merupakan salah satu waduk di Jawa Barat yang memiliki perkembangan pesat keramba jaring apung (KJA). Hal itu dibuktikkan dengan jumlah KJA yang terus mengalami peningkatan hingga 94.402 petak pada tahun 2021. Jumlah KJA tersebut sudah melampaui ketentuan SK Gubernur Jawa Barat Nomor 41 Tahun 2002 mengenai batas maksimum petak KJA. Banyaknya jumlah petakan KJA berpotensi menghasilkan limbah total-P dan total-N dari sisa pakan dan limbah metabolik ikan. Tingginya konsentrasi kedua senyawa tersebut di perairan menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya kematian masal pada ikan dan penurunan kualitas air. Maka dari itu, dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh sebaran KJA terhadap nilai total-P dan total-N di Waduk Cirata melalui pengolahan data sekunder di Command Center Satgas PPK DAS Citarum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebaran KJA memberikan pengaruh terhadap distribusi nilai total-P dan total-N. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan asumsi bahwa setiap satu petak KJA menyumbang 0,17857 mg/L/hari total-P dan 4,32 mg/L/hari total-N. Sedangkan berdasarkan data hasil sampling yang dilakukan dibeberapa titik lokasi, nilai total-P dan total-N yang diperoleh lebih besar dibandingkan perhitungan asumsi. Kondisi tersebut, dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti arah aliran arus, kualitas sumber masukan air, topografi kedalaman, dan karakteristrik masing-masing senyawa.   Kata kunci: Keramba jaring apung; Total-N; Total-P;Waduk

Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu keterampilan yang dapat di latihkan agar siswa-siswa menjadi manusia yang dapat berkontribusi bagi masyarakat dan memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi adalah keterampilan untuk beragumentasi secara ilmiah. Tetapi kenyataan di lapangan sekolah-sekolah pada umumnya belum melatihkan kemampuan ini. Pembelajaran Argument Driven Inquiy dipandang dapat melatihkan kemampuan argumentasi karena pembelajaran Argument Driven Inquiy membelajarkan kemampuan argumentasi secara eksplisit, hal ini dimaksudkan agar siswa terbiasa terlibat dalam diskusi untuk membangun sebuah argumen ilmiah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat peningkatan kemampuan argumentasi tertulis siswa melalui pembelajaran Argument Driven Inquiy. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas VII di salah satu di salah satu SMP Negeri di kabupaten Garut sebanyak 66 orang yang terbagi kedalam dua kelas dimana satu kelas lainnya menggunakan pembelajaran inquiry terbimbing. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penerapan model pembelajaran Argument Driven Inquiry secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan argumentasi tertulis siswa dibandingkan pembelajaran dengan inquiry terbimbing. Nilai rata-rata N-gain setiap komponen argumentasi pada kelas eksperimen lebih besar dibandingkan kelas kontrol, dimana komponen argumen yang paling meningkat adalah komponen klaim di kelas yang menggunakan pembelajaran Argument Driven Inquiry sedangkan di kelas yang menggunakan pembelajaran Inquiry terbimbing komponen yang paling meningkat adalah komponen pembenaran,.Key words: Pembelajaran Argument Driven Inquiy, Kemampuan argumentasi tertuli

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis strategi bisnis pada Startup Digital X melalui identifikasi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal perusahaan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk merealisasikan kebijakan penting dalam bisnis perikanan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Startup Digital X selama bulan Mei 2024. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan data. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu analisis faktor internal memiliki nilai sebesar 3,72 yang menunjukkan bahwa Startup Digital X berada di atas rata-rata dari keseluruhan posisi strategisnya. Sedangkan, analisis faktor eksternal memiliki nilai sebesar 3,49 yang menunjukkan bahwa Startup Digital X berada pada posisi eksternal diatas rata-rata. Hasil analisis matriks SWOT menunjukkan adanya sembilan alternatif strategi yang digolongkan berdasarkan empat (4) tipe strategi yaitu integritas kebelakang penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar, dan pengembangan produk. Hasil analisis matriks IE (Internal-Eksternal) menunjukkan bahwa Startup Digital X berada pada posisi kuadran satu yaitu strategi yang diperlukan untuk perusahaan saat ini adalah grow and build strategy.   The purpose of the study is to analyze the business strategy of Digital Startup X through the identification of internal factors and external factors of the company as a consideration to realize important policies in the fisheries business. This research was carried out at Digital Startup X during May 2024. The method used in this study is a case study using primary data and secondary data that uses the purposive sampling technique as a data collection technique. The data analysis used was quantitative descriptive data analysis using SWOT analysis. The results obtained are internal factor analysis has a value of 3,72 which shows that Digital Startup X is above average of its overall strategic position. Meanwhile, the external factor analysis has a value of 3,49 which shows that Digital Startup X is above average of its overall external position. The results of the SWOT matrix analysis show that there are nine alternative strategies classified based on four (4) types of strategies, namely integrity behind market penetration, market development, and product development. The results of the IE (Internal-External) matrix analysis show that Digital Startup X is in the first quadrant, namely the strategy needed for the company today is the grow and build strategy.

Abstract

Fish feed is an important factor in aquaculture, where the physical properties of sinking feed affect its efficient use by fish. Waste fish filets have potential as an alternative feed, but farmers have difficulty finding high-quality feed at affordable prices. This study aims to determine the physical properties of feed with the addition of fermented fish filet waste flour (TLFIF). The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replicates: P0 (control, without TLFIF), P1 (10% TLFIF), P2 (20% TLFIF), P3 (30% TLFIF), and P4 (40% TLFIF). Parameters observed included: appearance test, aroma, texture, durability test, homogeneity test, and feed sinking speed test. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and descriptive analysis. The best TLFIF addition research results were found in the 10% treatment (P1), which had a durability of 98.80%, homogeneity of 42.67%, and a sinking speed of 7.15 seconds/20 cm. The feed's appearance is light brown in color, cylindrical in shape, and fairly uniform in size, with a dense, fibrous texture, a slightly rough surface, and a slight fermentation aroma.

Abstract

Scenedesmus sp. is one of the microalgae that is used as natural food for fish seeds or larvae. Scenedesmus sp. contains 8-56% protein, 10-52% carbohydrates, 2-40% fat, and 3-6% nucleic acid. Scenedesmus sp. also contains fatty acids in the form of lauric acid (0.22%), myrsiric acid (0.34%), linolenic acid (16.16%), glycerol trilaurate (3.73%), and vanil laurate (35.52%). Cultivation of Scenedesmus sp. can be done using inorganic fertilizer or waste water media. The types of inorganic fertilizer commonly used for cultivation are urea, KCL, TSP, Intermediate, Raja Bandeng brand. Meanwhile, waste water media can be used for cultivating Scenedesmus sp. namely tofu liquid waste water, milk waste water, bean sprout extract media, textile waste water. The results of cultivation in this media have an influence on the productivity of Scenedesmus sp.

Abstract

The heart is a vital organ in the human body, responsible for pumping blood throughout the body via the circulatory system. The heart is responsible for the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to tissues, as well as the removal of carbon dioxide and other waste products. Any disruption to the heart's functioning has the potential to be fatal to human survival. One such disruption is heart failure disease, also known as congestive heart failure (CHF). It is of the utmost importance to detect heart failure at an early stage. The early detection of heart failure disease can be achieved through the utilisation of machine learning, which can mitigate the low probability of this disease. This research employs a machine learning system based on artificial intelligence, utilising logistic regression and adaptive boosting (adaboost) algorithms. The research findings indicate that the classification of heart failure can be accurately determined using a range of parameters. The highest accuracy results, derived from this study, are 90% accuracy, 84% precision, 88% recall, and 88% F1-score. These results are exclusively attributable to the adaboost algorithm. In comparison to the logistic regression algorithm, the resulting accuracy is still below that of the adaboost algorithm, with the results being 86% accuracy, 76% precision, 79% recall, and 88% F1-score. It can therefore be concluded that the adaboost algorithm is more effective than the logistic regression algorithm in classifying heart failure disease. This is particularly the case when the selected data set exhibits an unbalanced number of labels.

Abstract

Essential fatty acids play a crucial role in fish growth and health. A quality feed containing the right amount of fats can promote fish growth and support metabolic functions. Fatty acid requirements vary depending on the fish species and habitat, with freshwater fish tending to require more n-6 fatty acids, while marine fish require more n-3 fatty acids. The use of fat in feed should be well regulated, as too high levels can interfere with the digestive and metabolic processes of the fish. The use of fish oil mixed in feed as much as 1.5% can help improve the growth performance of carp. Magot oil mixed into the feed as much as 15%/100 g gives the best growth performance in carp. Soybean oil used as much as 10% in feed can increase the content of omega 3, EPA, and DHA in catfish meat. Coconut oil used in feed at 6% proved to have a good impact on the DHA content of tilapia. Abstract

Fish feed is critical to the success of aquaculture as it fulfills nutritional needs, promotes growth, and improves fish health. Several feed forms are used routinely, such as flake, pellet, and cake, each with its characteristics and applications, depending on the fish species and growth stage. Flake feed is a good choice for ornamental fish and small fish that consume on the surface or in the water column because it allows it to float longer on the water surface, making it easier for small fish to consume. Cake-shaped feed is soft, denser, and has a distinctive cake aroma. Cake-shaped feed is usually used for larval-stage fish species with small mouth openings. In addition, pelleted feed, available in various sizes and densities, is becoming more popular in consumer fish farming because it is easy to apply and can meet balanced nutritional needs, especially for sizeable juvenile fish. Pellets can be adjusted to match the water density for fish feeding at the water's top, column, or bottom. Therefore, it is crucial to know the forms of feed and their uses so that farmers can choose the optimal feed for their fish by understanding the characteristics and applications of each type of feed.

Abstract

Aquaponics is a sustainable aquaculture technology that integrates a recirculation aquaculture system with plant cultivation in one system. The aquaponic system can be a solution that can be used as an intensive fish farming system and increase fish farming production. However, intensive cultivation will cause dissolved oxygen concentration to decrease rapidly. It will affect the water's quality, so an aeration system is needed to maintain the balance of dissolved oxygen in the water. The difference in the use of aeration systems in aquaponic systems will certainly provide different water quality results. So, this study aims to determine the type of aeration system most effective for cultivation activities in the aquaponic system. The method used in this study is a descriptive exploration of various literature and research results that have been published, both from books, national journals, and international journals. Based on a comparison of the results of previous studies, it can be concluded that aeration technology with microbubble sizes such as MNB and FBs can increase oxygen higher and more stable than conventional and venturi aeration technologies. The application of MNB and FBs aeration technology can produce water quality with dissolved oxygen concentration >7 mg/L, reduce ammonia concentration to <0.01 mg/L, nitrate concentration to <0.6 mg/L, and phosphate concentration <0.3 mg/L, as well as reducing total solids to 16% and volatile solids to 32%.

Abstract

Pemberian pakan merupakan faktor yang penting dalam proses budidaya ikan air tawar. Pemberian pakan secara manual, meskipun masih umum digunakan, sering kali menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti ketidakpastian jumlah pakan, ketepatan waktu, serta kebutuhan akan tenaga kerja yang intensif. Sistem otomatis yang bisa digunakan pada budidaya ikan adalah dengan membuat dan menggunakan alat pemberi pakan ikan otomatis atau automatic feeder. Automatic feeder merupakan perangkat mekanis atau elektronik yang dirancang untuk memberikan pakan kepada ikan secara otomatis pada interval waktu yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini memakai metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yaitu metode penelitian yang sistematis dan obyektif untuk mengumpulkan, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis bukti-bukti relevan yang bersumber dari literatur yang telah dipublikasikan. Autofeeder terdiri dari 4 komponen utama yaitu tempat penyimpanan pakan, control box/timer, takaran dan pelontar. Automatic feeder bekerja menggunakan tenaga listrik yang dapat menaburkan pakan ikan secara otomatis dan dapat diatur frekuensi pemberian pakannya sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Pemberi pakan ikan otomatis juga dapat mengurangi tenaga dan waktu bagi pembudidaya dalam memberi makan ikan. Automatic feeder modern dilengkapi dengan sistem kontrol dan pemantauan yang dapat diakses secara remote, memungkinkan petani untuk mengatur dan memonitor pemberian pakan dari jarak jauh.
