Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan konsentrasi pupuk lengkap yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bayam merah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura dari tanggal 7 Desember 2016 sampai 7 Januari 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari satu faktor perlakuan dengan 4 taraf yang berbeda, diulang sebanyak 5 kali dan setiap ulangan terdiri dari 3 sampel tanaman. Perlakuan yang dimaksud yaitu               p0= AB Mix 10 ml/L air (kontrol), p1= 250 mg/L air, p2 = 500 mg/L air,                 p3 = 750 mg/L air dan p4 = 1000 mg/L air. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk lengkap dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil bayam merah pada semua variabel pengamatan, yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, volume akar, berat kering tanaman, luas daun dan berat segar. Perlakuan pupuk lengkap dengan konsentrasi 1.000 mg/L air merupakan perlakuan terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bayam merah secara hidroponik.Kata Kunci : Bayam Merah, Hidroponik, Pupuk Lengkap.

Abstract

Penelitian Pengaruh Kompos Eceng Gondok Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Terung Pada Tanah Aluvial. dilaksanakan di Fakultas Pertanian. selama 68 hari dari tanggal 22 Mei 2012 sampai 28 Juli 2012. Penelitian menggunakan metoda Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, setiap ulangan terdiri dari 3 sampel tanaman. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah k1 (118 g/polybag), k2 (469 g/polybag), k3 (821 g/polybag), k4 (1.173 g/polybag) dan k5 (1.525 g/polybag). Parameter pengamatan terdiri dari : tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun pertanaman, luas daun pertanaman, berat kering tanaman, volume akar tanaman, jumlah buah pertanaman, berat buah pertanaman dan pengamatan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompos eceng gondok memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap pengamatan volume akar, jumlah daun dan tinggi tanaman pada minggu ke-6 dan ke-8, karena tinggi tanaman sudah memasuki fase generatif dengan ditandai munculnya buah. Berpengaruh nyata terhadap luas daun, berat kering tanaman, tinggi tanaman minggu ke-2 dan ke-4, jumlah buah dan berat buah. Berdasarkan pengamatan pemberian kompos eceng gondok sebanyak (k5) 1.525 g menunjukkan hasil yang terbaik pada semua variabel pengamatan. Kata kunci : Kompos Eceng Gondok, Terung, Tanah Aluvial

Abstract

ABSTRACTPepper (Piper nigrum Linn) is an important spice plant that can’t be replaced with other herbs, especially in Indonesia. However, productivity and production is currently low due to the large number of trees being felled and replaced with oil palm and rubber, whereas the demand for these commodities is still high in the form of white pepper and black pepper, therefore pepper cultivation in West Kalimantan is still very promising but it must be done improvement of pepper cultivation technique especially since from breeding. This study aims to determine the organic material that provides the best growth as a mixture of pepper cuttings breeding the place. This research was conducted in Pontianak, street parit Demang road for 4 months from August 28th 2017 to January 2nd2018. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) design, consisting of 4 replication treatments 6 and plant samples 5. Observational variables included live percentage, plant height, number of leaves, root volume, shoot dry weight, root dry weight and environmental observation. The results showed that the utilization of organic material as a mixture of pepper cuttings nursery media has no significant effect on all observation variables. Based on the research done it can be concluded that all organic materials used as a mixture of media can provide the same growth of pepper cuttings nursery.  Keywords: Nursery Media of Pepper Cuttings, Papper.

Abstract

Soybean (Glycine max Linn) is a food crop as a source of raw materials of various nutritious food products. Almost all levels of society love the food made from this plant, especially in Indonesia. However, the current production of soybean has not been able to meet the domestic demand, therefore it is necessary to adjust the soybean varieties in the areas that have the potential to produce for domestic needs by providing income on the land to be used. This reseach aims to see the interaction of soybean varieties to a certain dose of chicken manure on alluvial soil. This research was conducted at Parit Husin Punggur Besar Kecamatan Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Barat for 3 months from October 17th 2017 to January 20nd 2018. The research used Factorial Completly Randomized Design (RAL) Design, consist of first factor 3 varieties and second factor 3 treatment dosage of chicken manure with 3 replicates and 4 plant samples. Observation variables included plant height, root volume, number of active root nodules, total dry weight, flowering time, harvest time, number of productive branches, number of pods plant, number of seeds pod, dry weight of seed plant and weight of 100 seeds of environmental observation. The result showed that there was interaction between varieties and chicken manure to observation variable of plant height 3 weeks, 4, 5 after planting, harvest time, number of pods per plant and dry weight of seed plant. Keywords: Chicken Manure, Soybeans, Varieties,

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi POC guano serta untuk mengetahui konsentrasi terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit lada pada tanah aluvial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 10 Januari sampai 4 April di rumah penelitian yang terletak di Asrama Mahasiswa UNTAN Jalan M. Syafe’i No. 1, Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara, Kelurahan Bansir Laut. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan konsentrasi POC guano yaitu g1 = 5 ml/liter air, g2 = 10 ml/liter air, g3 = 15 ml/liter air, g4 = 20 ml/liter air, g5 = 25 ml/liter air, g6 = 30 ml/liter air. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali, dan setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari 4 sampel tanaman. Variabel pada penelitian ini yaitu jumlah tunas, tinggi tunas, jumlah daun, volume akar, berat kering akar dan berat kering tunas. Hasil analisis keragaman pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi POC guano berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua variabel pengamatan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsentrasi yang dicoba dari 5 ml/liter air sampai dengan 30 ml/liter air menunjukkan pertumbuhan sama baiknya.Kata kunci : Aluvial, Lada, POC, Guano.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn West Kalimantan there are several types of local black rice varieties, among others; Beliah, Gula, Itam, Tabah, Ukah, Poe Arank, Senakin, Sekadau 1, Sekadau 2, and two varieties of comparison: Ciherang, and Inpago 8, which have been cultivated for generations. Local black rice is very popular by the community because it is easy in the implementation of cultivation, cheap production costs, and rice product can be made into various types of food, in which the results are better than white rice. The objective is to find out the response of 9 types of local black seeds in West Kalimantan to the drought stress in the germination phase. This research was Designed in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method. The observed parameters were; vigor index (%), germination (%), growth rate (% / etmal), plumule length (cm), root length (cm) and normal germination weight (g). Polyethylene Glycol (PEG 6000) concentration of 20% used as a treatment to drought stress (mg). The results showed that the seeds of local black rice rice from West Kalimantan namely Beliah, Gula, Itam, Senakin, Sekadau 1, Sekadau 2, Ukah, Poe arank treaded applied with PEG 6000 solution as drought stress simulation showed good response when viewed from benchmark vigor seed (vigor index, and growing speed). While black seeds of Tabah showed a bad response (20% vigor index, growth rate 13.03% / etmal, 4.09 cm long plumule). Keywords: rice seed, PEG 6000, seed response, salinity

Abstract

Identifikasi sifat penting padi lokal perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui potensinya yang dapat digunakan dalam program pemuliaan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter atau ciri morfologi padi lokal Desa Anik Kecamatan Manyuke Kabupaten Landak. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Parit Haji Muksin 2 Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok      ( RAK). Percobaan menggunakan lima varietas padi lokal Desa Anik yaitu Poek Salayatn, Sarendah, Ragih, Mareka dan Poek PB dengan 3 (tiga) ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter yang berbeda dari kelima jenis padi lokal yaitu tinggi bibit, tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah anakan produktif, panjang daun, lebar daun, jumlah gabah per malai first heading, main heading dan umur tanaman. Karakter yang sama dari kelima jenis padi lokal yaitu bentuk lidah 2-cleft dan warna leher daun hijau muda. Faktor yang mempengaruhi keragaman sifat atau karakter dari padi lokal adalah faktor genetik dan lingkungan. Kata Kunci : Kabupaten Landak, Karakterisasi, Morfologi, Padi Lokal

Abstract

This study aims to determine the combination dose of N, P, K and biological fertilizers on the growth and yield of red onion in alluvial soils. This research was conducted in the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak, which took place on April 19, 2019 until June 23, 2019. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments, 5 replications, and 4 sample plants. Giving a combination of N, P, K and biological fertilizer that is A1 100% N, P, K + 0% biological, A2 75% N, P, K + 25% biological, A3 50% N, P, K + 50% biological , A4 25% N, P, K + 75% biological, A5 0% N, P, K + 100% biological. Observations made were the number of leaves, plant height, number of tubers, fresh weight of tubers, and dry weight of tubers. The results showed that the combination of N, P, K and biological fertilizers significantly affected the variable number of leaves, plant height, fresh weight of tubers and dry weight of tubers but had no significant effect on the observed variables of number of tubers. Based on the results during the study it can be concluded that the administration of a combination of 50% N, P, K fertilizer and 50% biological fertilizer is a more effective dose than other doses for growth and yield of shallots in alluvial soils. Keywords : Red Onion, NPK Fertilizer, Biofertilizer, Alluvial.

Abstract

This study aimed to find the best combination of manure and Urea fertilizer dosage on the growth and yield of spring onions on peatsoil. This research took place from February 7 - April 8, 2019 and was located on Jalan Parit Haji Muksin II Kubu Raya. This study used an experimental method Completely Randomized Design, consisting of types of manure combined with N fertilizer consisting of 6 levels of treatment, encoded A (chicken manure + Urea 100 kg / ha), B (chicken manure + Urea 200 kg / ha), C (chicken manure + Urea 300 kg / ha), D (cow manure + Urea 100 kg / ha), E (cow manure + Urea 200 kg / ha), F (cow manure + Urea 300 kg / ha). Each treatment were repeated 4 times so that there were 24 expermental units whith  4 samples per replication so that the total of plant number were 96 plants. The observation variables in this study were plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, root volume, leaf dry weight, root dry weight, fresh leaf weight. Observations were also made on the environmental conditions of the study, such as rainfall, air temperature, humidity. The results showed that the administration of manure and N fertilizer with a dose of chicken manure 20 tons / ha and 100 kg / ha Urea was an effective dose on the average of each observation variable of leeks on peat soil. Keywords: spring onion, manure, N fertilizer and peat.

Abstract

        Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh POC Super Nasa terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy pada tanah alluvial. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan dan masing – masing ulangan terdiri dari 3 sampel tanaman. Total dari seluruh sampel penelitian adalah 75 tanaman. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah p1= 1ml/l air, p2 = 2 ml/l air, p3 = 3ml/l air, p4 = 4ml/l air, p5 = 5ml/l air. Adapun variabel pengamatan yaitu jumlah daun, berat segar tanaman, luas daun total, volume akar, dan berat kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian POC Super Nasa berpengaruh nyata terhadap luas daun total, berat segar tanaman dan berat kering tanaman. Pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap pemberian POC Super Nasa ditunjukkan pada variabel pengamatan volume akar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian POC 2 ml/l air yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy. Pemberian POC 1 ml/l air adalah dosis yang efektif  untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil pakcoy pada tanah alluvial.Â
