Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is one of the technologies that can present information about building elements through 3D modeling. One of the BIM software that can be used to model buildings in 3D is Autodesk Revit. The purpose of this research is to model the Joint Lecture Building of Lampung State Polytechnic in 3D by applying the BIM concept to obtain the volume of work as a reference for making decisions when operational and maintenance will be carried out and comparing the results obtained with the existing Bill of Quantity (BoQ). The data used in this research refers to the as plan drawing. The modeling process involves setting units, creating grids and levels, creating structural families and modeling them, creating architectural families and modeling them, entering identity data, conducting clash checks, and then issuing the volume of work. This research produces the volume of work on wall paint, doors, windows, tiles (ceramic/granite), and ceilings with scenarios in the form of volume for each room on each floor. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that modeling the Joint Lecture Building of Lampung State Polytechnic using the BIM concept with Autodesk Revit 2023 software is a more effective and efficient method because the volume output obtained is not only comprehensive but can be specialized on certain floors or rooms.Key words : Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk Revit, operational and maintenance

Abstract

Education personnel play a crucial role in the success of primary education, yet they continue to face challenges related to competence, distribution, and professional development. This study aims to examine the conditions of competence and availability of education personnel in Indonesian primary schools, as well as to analyze the issues related to their quality. Education personnel, consisting of both teaching and non-teaching staff, play a vital role in supporting the learning process and school operations. However, the unequal distribution of educators, the shortage of adequately competent personnel, and the limited opportunities for training and professional development remain major challenges. This research employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze various relevant previous studies. The findings indicate that the competence of educational personnel particularly in pedagogical, professional, social, and personal aspects still needs improvement. Equitable availability of education personnel, effective training, and fair placement policies are also critical factors in enhancing education quality. Therefore, systematic efforts and inclusive policies are required to address these issues and achieve better quality in primary education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Significant changes in educational supervision and administration procedures have been brought about by changes in Indonesia's national curriculum, particularly with the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The purpose of this study is to examine how curriculum modifications impact the functions and tactics of educational administration and supervision at the level of educational units. A literature review using a descriptive qualitative technique is the research methodology employed. The study's findings suggest that in order to facilitate the adoption of the new curriculum, which places a strong focus on adaptability, teamwork, and technology use, educational supervision and administration must be transformed. Supervisors and administrative personnel must develop their capacity in order to meet the needs of a changing curriculum.

Abstract

Sistem distribusi royalti lagu di Indonesia masih menghadapi bebagai permasalahan, seperti ketidaktransparanan perhitungan royalti, lemahnya penegakan hak cipta, dan kurangnya modernisasi teknologi dalam pengelolaan data. Kondisi ini berdampak pada ketidakpastian imbalan bagi musisi dan belum optimalnya perlindungan hak ekonomi pencipta lagu. Penelitian ini betujuan menganalisis peranan Lembaga Manajemen Kolektif Nasional (LMKN) dalam program royalti lagu sebagai upaya untuk memberikan kepastian dan penghargaan yang layak bagi musisi di Indonesia. LMKN berfungsi sebagai pusat kliring royalti, pengawas lembaga manajemen kolektif, dan penentu tarif royalti yang adil, sehingga menjamin transparansi dan kepastian hukum bagi musisi. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur digunakan untuk menganalisis kerangka hukum, fungsi, serta tantangan yang dihadapi LMKN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LMKN sangat strategis dalam membangun sistem distribusi royalti yang efisien dan transparan, meningkatkan perlindungan hak ekonomi musisi, serta mendorong penghargaan tidak hanya berupa kompensasi finansial tetapi juga pengakuan profesional melalui edukasi dan program sosial. Namun, masih diperlukan penguatan regulasi, modernisasi teknologi, dan peningkatan kesadaran publik agar sistem royalti dapat berjalan optimal dan berkeadilan. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa peran LMKN krusial untuk menciptakan ekosistem musik Indonesia yang sehat, berkelanjutan, dan mendukung keberlangsungan karir musisi sebagai bagian dari pembangunan ekonomi kreatif nasional.

Abstract

Father involvement in parenting is an important factor in the process of children’s growth and development.This study aims to explore and find out how fathers are involved in parenting the children with separationanxiety disorder. The qualitative method is employed in this research. This study included structuredinterviews for data collection. Purposive sampling was used to choose participants. Three fathers whosechildren with Separation Anxiety Disorder (SAD) involved in this study. The results showed that theinvolvement of fathers in childcare plays an essential role in the development of children with SAD. Fathershave done a good role in parenting for SAD children, as well as a good relationship between fatherand children with SAD. Fathers have varied activities to stimulate their SAD children, such as positivecommunication comes from fathers to their children. Fathers give good understanding to their childrenand provide follow-up on their parenting participation and involvement. This study contribute to themodel of father involvement in special needs children, especially children with separation anxiety disorder.

Abstract

Limbah plastik merupakan persoalan global yang juga dialami masyarakat di Nagari Sipangkur, Kecamatan Tiumang, Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Rendahnya tingkat daur ulang dan kesadaran masyarakat menyebabkan volume sampah rumah tangga terus meningkat. Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Negeri Padang dilaksanakan untuk mengedukasi sekaligus memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan sampah plastik menjadi ecobrick. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan aplikatif, melibatkan 20 mahasiswa KKN, 52 ibu rumah tangga, 16 anak-anak, 5 perangkat nagari, serta tokoh masyarakat. Tingkat keterlibatan aktif mencapai lebih dari 90% pada setiap tahapan kegiatan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi dari rumah ke rumah, pengumpulan dan pembersihan sampah, praktik pembuatan ecobrick, hingga perakitan hasil menjadi plang nama nagari berbasis ecobrick. Dari kegiatan ini dihasilkan 326 unit ecobrick yang dipasang dalam rangka besi bertuliskan “SIPANGKUR”. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan dan mengolah sampah, sekaligus memperkuat kesadaran kolektif tentang isu lingkungan. Program ini membuktikan bahwa ecobrick dapat menjadi solusi sederhana namun efektif untuk pengelolaan sampah berbasis komunitas, serta mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
