Abstract

Timbang terima mempunyai peran sebanyak besar dari masalah penyebab medical error, timbang terima yang tidak efektif dapat mengakibatkan banyak permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan pasien seperti kesalahan dan pelanggaran dalam keselamatan perawatan pasien. Timbang terima, atau sering disebut operan merupakan suatu teknik atau cara untuk menyampaikan dan menerima suatu laporan yang berkaitan dengan pasien. Ketidaktepatan timbang terima dan pelaksanaan yang belum optimal menjadi penghambat dalam tercapainya tujuan keselamatan pasien. Perlu analisis yang lebih mendalam agar timbang terima menjadi lebih baik sehingga mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan medis. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan timbang terima dengan ketepatan pelaksanaan implementasi rencana asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit TK. II Ridwan Meuraksa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan metode cross sectional. Waktu penelitian selama 1 minggu. Populasi yang di gunakan perawat pelaksana di salah satu ruang rawat inap sebanyak 30 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan wawancara dengan media kusioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan proses timbang terima perawat berada pada kategori baik sebanyak 22 orang (73,3%), ketepatan pelaksanaan implementasi rencana asuhan keperawatan mayoritas pada kategori baik sebanyak 20 orang (66,7%). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna (significant) antara proses timbang terima perawat dengan ketepatan pelaksanaan implementasi rencana asuhan keperawatan P value = 0,041 (< 0,05). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna (significan) antara proses timbang terima perawat dengan ketepatan pelaksanaan implementasi rencana asuhan keperawatan P value = 0,041 (< 0,05). Saran bagi pihak manajemen Rumah Sakit TK. II Ridwan Meuraksa memerlukan evaluasi pelaksanaan proses timbang terima perawat sesuai Standar Prosedur Operasional (SOP) untuk mencegah kesalahan dalam transfer informasi yang berdampak pada keselamatan pasien.

Abstract

Improving customer service really needs to be done by a company. one form of service improvement is to provide convenience to customers to submit financing applications that can be done anytime and anywhere. Knowledge management systems (KMSs) are tools aimed at supporting knowledge management. Utilization of Knowledge Management System (KMS) has a positive impact on the continuity of the organization's business, this happens because KMS is an effective way to translate work experience on an ongoing basis in the form of knowledge. The tiwana framework was chosen for the reason that tiwana has advantages compared to other methods for designing KM. The problem faced by cooperatives is that in submitting financing activities it is still manual, namely customers have to come to the Al Salaam sharia cooperative, this is very inconvenient for customers who want to apply for financing and the absence of a container that accommodates all information related to financing products, the type of marketing media used by Al-Saalam is brochures. The purpose of this research is to develop a knowledge management system to improve customer service with the main focus being to provide loan application features. The method used in this study is the Tiwana framework. The results of the research is a prototype of knowledge management system that can be accessed anytime and anywhere by customers.

Abstract

Pasar modal merupakan suatu sistem keuangan yang memfasilitasi perdagangan. Di Indonesia, pasar modal memiliki peran penting dalam penghimpunan dana bagi perusahaan serta memberikan peluang investasi kepada masyarakat. Melalui penelusuran literatur dan data terkini, kami menyajikan gambaran umum tentang bagaimana pasar modal di Indonesia beroperasi, termasuk lembaga-lembaga terkait seperti Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Selain itu, kami menjelaskan tentang peran pasar modal dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia melalui penggalangan dana untuk perusahaan, likuiditas pasar, dan meningkatkan akses modal bagi berbagai pelaku ekonomi. Kami juga membahas beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pasar modal Indonesia, seperti perubahan regulasi, volatilitas pasar, dan kebijakan investasi. Langkah-langkah seperti peningkatan pengawasan, edukasi investor, dan peningkatan aksesibilitas pasar modal menjadi fokus utama. Dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi pasar modal, pemerintah Indonesia terus mendorong reformasi dan perbaikan di sektor ini. Langkah-langkah seperti peningkatan pengawasan, edukasi investor, dan peningkatan aksesibilitas pasar modal menjadi fokus utama. Kesimpulannya, pasar modal di Indonesia memiliki potensi besar sebagai sumber pendanaan dan penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi. Meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan, langkah-langkah reformasi terus dilakukan untuk memperkuat pasar modal investasi di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to provide recommendations for the implementation of COVID-19 patient transfers and handovers between rooms carried out by nurses to be more optimal. The method used is a case study at the Jakarta Military Hospital. The results of the study through interviews and document searches found that in the planning function, there is no SOP for handovers between rooms, the SOP for handovers between rooms is combined with the SOP for handovers between shifts where the SOP contains more of the handover process between shifts. In addition, there is no monitoring and evaluation (money) form for the implementation of handovers and documentation of handovers between rooms. In conclusion, the situation analysis obtained at the Jakarta Military Hospital, the handover process between rooms, and the COVID-19 patient transfer process still needs to be developed. Abstract

Immature parents are a phenomenon in the form of emotional immaturity by parents who get toxic parents treatment in previous parenting which affects the next parenting pattern. What would happen if a parenting pattern was applied equally by custom and era. Meanwhile, the problems and circumstances of each era always develop and seem striking in terms of differences. The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to parents who are currently in a state of emotional immaturity due to the treatment of toxic parents in the previous care, so as not carry out the same parenting patterns to the next generation. By interpreting verses from the Qur’an and using this type of research with a qualitative approach, and assisted by primary and secondary literature sources which are then critically analyzed to form a framework of thought for researchers, which result in psychotherapy by performing the worship commanded by Allah SWT in the form of patience and prayer can train and build the soul to be stronger when it has experienced heavy buedens, deep pressures, and bad experiences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis Keterampilan Proses Sains siswa SMA pada materi kinematika gerak lurus sehingga termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1)mendeskripsikan Keterampilan Proses Sains siswa SMA pada materi kinematika gerak lurus dan 2)mendeskripsikan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Keterampilan Proses Sains siswa SMA pada mata materi kinematika gerak lurus. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 71 siswa dari SMA PGRI Rogojampi, SMA Sultan Agung Rogojampi, dan SMA An-Nuur Al-Fadhol yang masing-masing diambil satu kelas dari tiap sekolah. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah tes pilihan ganda beralasan sebanyak 20 soal dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Keterampilan Proses Sains siswa SMA pada materi kinematika gerak lurus termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 51.81%. Keterampilan Proses Sains pada aspek eksperimen merupakan Keterampilan Proses Sains yang mempunyai persentase yang paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 67.13%, sedangkan keterampilan yang paling rendah adalah Keterampilan Proses Sains pada aspek mengumpulkan dan mengolah data yaitu sebesar 42.13%. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh pada Keterampilan Proses Sains siswa SMA pada materi kinematika gerak lurus yaitu faktor ekstern. Faktor ekstern adalah faktor yang berada di luar individu, faktor ini meliputi faktor lingkungan sosial dan non-sosial. Kata kunci: analisis, keterampilan proses sains, kinematika gerak lurus

Abstract

Hybrid Power Plant (PLTH) is a power plant connected from various types of renewable energy sources or with non-renewable energy sources. The limited conventional energy sources are the reasons behind the growing use of renewable energy in Indonesia. One of the potential energies to be developed in Indonesia is solar energy and wind energy. This study aims to design a small-scale PLTH, then analyze the output power generated when the hybrid generator operates using batteries as an indicator. The control process occurs by using voltage display as a means to determine the voltage on each genset and battery. The first method used is a study of the potential of these two energies. Then calculate the capacity needed for each component. Next is to prepare the design of the generator whose capacity has been calculated to become a hybrid generator. The final step is to implement the genset design to be applied to small-scale household loads of 40 Watts including 2 lights and 1 fan. Based on the design results obtained from the solar cell, the module size is 40 Wp, the fill factor is 0.73, and the efficiency is 13%, while the wind turbine design produces power of 1.169 Watts with a wind speed of 3.5 m/s and the highest efficiency reaching 64%. Then the solar charge controller capacity is 2.32 A, the inverter capacity is 50 Watts, and the total battery energy is 3.33 Ah. Battery charging takes 6.6 hours in clear weather and 8.3 hours in cloudy weather, reaching 20%-100% of its capacity.

Abstract

Electricity is an essential energy requirement in communal living. Nowadays, the electricity demand is increasing day by day, while the resources needed to generate this energy are diminishing. Therefore, we must consider its usage carefully. There are medium-voltage electricity customers provided with separate transformers by PLN, for example, the Glugur Together Advanced Supermarket. This research comprehends the calculation of the electrical power used because it differs from residential and industrial customers. The load factor of the Glugur Together Advanced Supermarket is 54%, indicating that there is still room for improvement in its activities; the volume can still be increased. The readiness of the electricity supply at the Glugur Together Advanced Supermarket is quite flexible in anticipating the development of the number of study programs and the number of students. This can be seen from the FDM, which is still at 19.5%.

Abstract

Motivation is carried out by the head of the village for pottery artisans; in this case, the motivation is carried out to increase the empowerment of pottery crafts. The background of writing this thesis is to examine data and facts regarding the motivations of the village head for pottery artisans in increasing the empowerment of pottery handicraft products in Sitiwinangun Village, Jamblang District, Cirebon, West Java. The purpose of this research was to find out how the motivation and empowerment provided by the village head in improving community welfare, what kind of empowerment was carried out by the village head in improving community welfare, what obstacles were found by village officials in improving community welfare, what efforts were made by village officials in improving community welfare. The research method used by researchers in this study is descriptive qualitative. It is called a qualitative research method because this research uses qualitative data, namely data collected through library research and field studies, which include interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the research results, the motivation of the village head in increasing the empowerment of pottery artisans as a whole has been carried out quite well.

Abstract

This research aimed to test whether or not teacher-made vocabulary exercises in Instagram stories have a significant positive effect on students’ vocabulary achievement. Therefore, a quasi-experimental research design was applied. The researcher conducted this study during the Ramadhan period with 48 students as the sample participants. They were divided into two groups, experimental and control groups. The researcher taught each group in about two meetings, and most of the time was dedicated to the students to learn vocabulary. They learned vocabulary by doing an exercise provided by the researcher. However, one thing that made them different was the treatment. In learning vocabulary, teacher-made Instagram stories were used as the treatment for the experimental group, while the control group only used the regular tests. After that, all groups did a post-test in the form of multiple-choice. Based on the post-test result, the experimental group gained a mean score of 61.25 and 76.87 for the control group. Then, the researcher used SPSS to analyze the data by employing an independent sample t-test to make a valid conclusion. The result showed that the value of Sig. 2-tailed was lower than 0.05 (0.001<0.05), indicating a significant difference in mean score between the experimental and control group. However, the t value was negative (-3.476). It means that there is no significant positive effect of using teacher-made vocabulary exercises in Instagram stories on students’ vocabulary achievement.
