Abstract

ABSTRACT This article discusses the strategy for implementation of school based on entrepreneurship in enhancing student autonomy and creativity through school cooperation. The implementation of vocational school based on entrepreneurship requires some strategies. Firstly, we can do it with educational program and practice executed by vocational school and by the activity of school cooperation. Its final purpose is to make vocational school grade have the soul of entreprenueurship and also improve student autonomy and creativity so that they can learn how to compete in creating work field. Abstract

Aktivitas pembelajaran untuk melatih dan meningkatkan kecepatan mengetik siswa dengan menggunakan sebuah program di komputer belum dilakukan oleh guru SMK Indonesia Raya Batang Anai. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya kemampuan mengetik guru dan siswa. Padahal saat ini telah banyak program-program gratis yang ditawarkan di dunia maya (internet) sebagai alternatif metode mengajar. Program Typing Master merupakan salah satu program yang dapat dimanfaatkan guru dalam hal ini. Pelaksanaan pelatihan untuk guru dan siswa merupakan solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi hal ini. Pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah memanfaatkan program Typing Master sebagai media yang dapat digunakan untuk melatih kecepatan mengetik siswa dengan teknik blind system dan 10 jari. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dalam bentuk ceramah dan diskusi sekaligus memberikan pelatihan mengenai pengoperasian program Typing Master. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan ini berjumlah 20 orang yaitu guru dan siswa SMK Indonesia Raya Batang Anai. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berjalan dengan sukses dan lancar karena mendapatkan dukungan dari banyak pihak. Peserta kegiatan memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dan sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan sehingga berniat akan serius untuk berlatih.

Abstract

 This study purposing to determine the process of maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure in Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 3 Padang.This research is categorized as qualitative descriptive with data sources coming from interviews, direct observation to the object of research and documentation. The validity of the data was tested using Source Triangulation. The results showed that overall maintenance activities had not been carried out optimally. This is caused by: 1) difficulty in disbursing funds used for maintenance activities, 2) inadequate library space, 3) lack of bookshelves in the library room, 4) the school does not use control cards as proof of liability answer. Maintenance activities are carried out by means of periodic, continuous and preventive maintenance. Meanwhile, the solutive action taken is to repair itself if there are damaged facilities or infrastructures, striving to create and increase the number of bookshelves in the library room. By carrying out optimal maintenance activities, it can extend the economic value and maximize the utilization of the facilities and infrastructure in the school. Keywords: Analysis, Maintenance, Facilities and Infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze: (1) The effect of student's perceptions on lecture infrastructure in student's satisfaction on the students of Department of Economics Education UNP, (2) The effect of student's perceptions on academic administration services in student's satisfaction on the students of Department of Economics Education UNP, (3) the effect of students' perceptions on lecture infrastructure and academic administration services simultaneously on student satisfaction. The type of this study is quantitative descriptive. The study population was economic education students from the class of 2014-2016, the population amounted to 273 people with a sample of 163 people taken using the proportionate random sampling method with a cluster sampling technique. Data was analyzed by analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that (1) there is a positive significant effect between the perceptions of students about lecture infrastructure facilities on student satisfaction, it can be seen from sig 0,001 < 0,05, (2) there is a positive significant effect between students' perceptions of academic administration services towards student satisfaction, as seen from sig 0,028 < 0,05, (3) there is a positive significant influence between the perceptions of students about lecture infrastructure and academic administration services simultaneously on student satisfaction, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMKN 2 Pariaman. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kausatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh siswa kelas SMKN 2 Pariaman dan ditentukan 153 sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah jenis data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada siswa. Regresi berganda dengan SPSS digunakan untuk metode analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengalaman praktik kerja industi dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMKN 2 Pariaman, (2) Pengalaman praktik kerja industri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa di SMKN 2 Pariaman. (3) Motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMKN 2 Pariaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Model Pembelajaran Online Terhadap Minat Belajar Ekonomi Siswa Kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 4 Pariaman. (2) Pengaruh Fasilitas Belajar di Rumah terhadap Minat Belajar Ekonomi Siswa Kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 4 Pariaman. (3) Pengaruh Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Model Pembelajaran Daring dan Fasilitas Belajar di Rumah Terhadap Minat Belajar Ekonomi Siswa Kelas XII SMA Negeri 4 Pariaman. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 4 Pariaman tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 105 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini 84 siswa. Uji coba instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dengan menggunakan angket. Uji prasyarat analisis yang dilakukan meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji F, koefisien determinasi dan uji t.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes and student activity in the PKK (Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan) subject by introducing project-based learning. The model used in implementing this research is the classroom action research model developed by John Elliott. The research population was 34 students of class XI OTKP 2 SMK Negeri 3 Padang. This research was conducted through two cycles where each cycle consisted of two sessions. Observations, documentation and tests were carried out in collecting the data. In analyzing the data used descriptive, comparative and critical methods. From the research that has been done in class, it shows that the activities and learning outcomes of class XI OTKP 2 students at SMK Negeri 3 Padang have increased. In Cycle I, the average student learning activity was 56.16 percent, increasing to 73.47 percent in Cycle II. For learning outcomes in Cycle I the average was 77.94 percent and increased to 82.53 percent in Cycle II. From this it can be concluded that the activities and learning outcomes of class XI OTKP 2 OTKP 2 SMKN 3 Padang students can be further improved if project-based learning is integrated with creative and entrepreneurial product learning.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the use of social media whatsapp as a medium of economic learning at SMAN 13 Padang and (2) find out the obstacles to using social media whatsapp as a medium of economic learning at SMAN 13 Padang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Research informants are Economics teachers and Social Studies students in grades X, XI, and XII at SMAN 13 Padang. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses source triangulation. The results showed that (1) the use of Whatsapp as a Social Media for Economic Learning at SMAN 13 Padang is almost the same as face-to-face activities, like preparing the subject matter; students and teachers communicating and discussing; giving assignments, and collecting assignments. (2) The problem with using Whatsapp social media as a medium of economic learning at SMAN 13 Padang is that students lack focus; internet signal disturbances, full cell phone quotas and charges, low student willingness to learn, lack of interaction, difficulty understanding the material provided by the teacher, the living environment does not support the learning process, impaired student eye health, and queued absenteeism.

Abstract

Based on the results of observation an interviews, learning media used when the covid-19 pandemic is limited to the use of e-book for students to learn independently and there was no explanation of direct material by the teacher. This research aimed to develop podcast-based audio learning media in the subject of Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian class XII OTKP. The method of research was a development research by using ADDIE model. The application of this model only used the analysis, design, and development. The data collection technique were interviews and validation sheet. Data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative. The research results show that podcast-based audio learning media on Spotify have met valid criteria, with assessment details of 93% on material aspects and 75% on media aspects. Based on the results, it was concluded that the learning media based audio podcast Spotify can be used as learning media.

Abstract

The goal of this outreach activity is improving the ability of high school teachers hardskill and SMK Padang Pariaman Regency business management in terms of: 1) makes learning media with macro media flash, 2) makes RPP that contains model cooperative learning as an application of student centred learning (KTSP curriculum is the curriculum demands and 2013), 3) makes proposals PTK, 4) PTK with the application of the model of cooperative learning and learning media macro media flash 5) make reports and article PTK. The method of the approach being used is as follows: 1) for training and learning media making workshop with Macro Media Flash at once mengeksplorasikan and associate video learning cooperative Learning method using lectures, q &amp; a, discussion, demonstration, granting, granting and tutorials, 2) for training and workshops make the RPP that contains the model of Cooperative Learning using the method using the method of lectures, q &amp; a, discussion, granting, demonstrations, and tutorials, 3) for training and workshops making use of PTK proposal methods lectures, q &amp; a, discussion, demonstration, granting, granting and tutorials, 4) for training and create reports and workshops Article PTK method using lectures, q &amp; a, discussion, demonstration, granting, granting and tutorials, 5) For mentoring do PTK with the application of the model of cooperative learning and learning media macro media flash use methods tutorials. The result of the activities of this devotion is 1) it generates media learning with macro media flash by a large majority (85%) of teachers of subjects high school economics teacher and vocational areas of expertise (business management) of Padang Pariaman, 2) it generates RPP with the syntax of the model of cooperative learning (KTSP curriculum and curriculum demands 2013) by a large majority (85%) of teachers of subjects high school economics teacher and vocational areas of expertise (business management) of Padang Pariaman, 3) it generates a proposal by PTK most (85%) of teachers of subjects high school economics teacher and vocational areas of expertise (business management) of Padang Pariaman, 4) it generates PTK Reports by a large majority (85%) of economic subjects in high school teachers and teachers of vocational areas of expertise (business management Padang Pariaman Regency), 5) it generates article PTK by a large majority (85%) of teachers of subjects high school economics teacher and vocational areas of expertise (business management) of Padang Pariaman.
