Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menelaah serta menganalisa perumusan kesimpulan kebijakan merdeka belajar dalam penerapan pembelajaran di era endemi covid-19. Kita ketahui bahwa wabah covid- 19 ni menhambat ruang aksi warga dalam beraktifitas paling utama cara penataran di sekolah. Alhasil dengan terdapatnya kebijaksanaan merdeka berlatih bisa membagikan tahap solutif buat menanggulangi cara penataran di era pandemic covid-19. Tata cara riset yang dipakai merupakan pendekatan analisis amatan pustaka dengan tata cara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil riset membuktikan bahaya serta kelemahan sedang memimpin daya serta kesempatan yang terdapat, ketersediaan SDM, alat teknologi data serta sokongan penguasa yang berhak sedang dibenturkan dengan kenyataan alun- alun di warga yang sedang gelagapan dalam memahami teknologi dan keterbatasan perhitungan dalam mengatur serta mensupport suksesnya penerapan kebijaksanaan merdeka berlatih di era pandemic covid- 19. Dengan terdapatnya postingan ni yang menelaah kebijaksanaan merdeka berlatih di era pandemic covid- 19 diharapkan hendak terdapat riset sambungan yang langsung memantau di alun- alun buat mendapatkan cerminan yang lebih konkrit buat membagikan pemecahan pengganti dalam koreksi kebijaksanaan penguasa berikutnya.

Abstract

Profesionalisme guru dan dosen merupakan suatu kemampuan guru dan dosen dalam menerapkan dan konsisten terhadap kompetensi-kompetensinya ketika melaksanakan tugas, seperti kemampuan guru untuk dapat mengembangkan potensi dan membangkitkan minat peserta didik, memiliki rasa percaya diri, dapat memberikan motivasi dan inspirasi kepada peserta didik, visioner, inovatif terhadap pembelajaran, mampu mengendalikan diri, komitmen, serta tanggung jawab. Guru dan Dosen profesional bukanlah hanya untuk satu kompetensi saja yaitu kompetensi profesional, tetapi guru dan dosen profesional harus mampu memiliki keempat kompetensi sebagaimana yang diamanatkan Undang-Undang No. 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen, Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19 Tahun 2005 agar guru memahami, menguasai, dan terampil menggunakan sumber- sumber belajar baru dan menguasai kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi profesional, dan kompetensi sosial sebagai bagian dari kemampuan guru. Kebijakan profesi guru di Indonesia ini diatur dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen (selanjutnya disebut UUGD). Undang-undang ini mengatur mengenai konsep-konsep, prinsip- prinsip dan ketentuan yang berkaitan dengan guru yang merupakan salah satu bagian dari kebijakan dalam bidang pendidikan. Untuk itu, adanya Undang-Undang Guru dan Dosen merupakan salah satu dasar hukum yang menjadi kajian dalam hukum pendidikan. Sejak adanya Undang-Undang Guru dan Dosen, guru diakui sebagai tenaga pendidik professional.

Abstract

Asesmen nasional dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengubah paradigma evaluasi pendidikan di Indonesia sebagai upaya mengevaluasi dan memetakan sistem pendidikan berupa input, proses, dan hasil bukan mengevaluasi capaian peserta didik yang sebelumnya digunakan dalam Ujian Nasional.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan tentang pedagogie dan penilaian pendidikan (akm = asesmen kompetensi minimum, survey karakter dan survey lingkungan belajar). Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode library research. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu Untuk meningkatkan mutu SDM di Indonesia, kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan telah membuat kebijakan baru yang dinamakan kebijakan “Merdeka Belajar”. Kebijakan ini dibuat guna untuk memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia yang masih dikatakan rendah. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan ini dilakukan agar warga negara Indonesia dapat mengikuti perkembangan glo/balisasi dan juga dapat bersaing dengan beberapa negara maju. Jika peningkatan mutu pendidikan ini tidak dilakukan, maka negara Indonesia akan terus tertinggal dari negara lain. Mengingat hal ini tidak boleh terjadi, maka pemerintah Indonesia berusaha membuat beberapa kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Salah satu kebijakan terbaru di Indonesia saat ini yaitu, kebijakan merdeka belajar.

Abstract

Pentingnya sistem pendidikan Islam yang harus didapatkan masyarakat Indonesia menjadikan Indonesia itu sendiri membuat peraturan dengan mengadakan lembaga pendidikan yang berlandaskan pada pendidikan agama Islam yang mendasar dan pokok pelajarannya pada Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian berlandaskan pada sejarah, pencarian buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan materi yang sudah diberikan. Dengan berlandaskan kepada buku buku yang mengandung pengertian bahwasannya dalam sistem pendidikan Islam yang ada di Indonesia. Kesimpulan dari pembahasan mengenai sistem pendidikan Islam yang ada di Indonesia menjelaskan definisi dari sistem pendidikan Islam, komponen yang harus ada dalam sistem pendidikan Islam, serta pembahasan sistem pendidikan Islam di Indonesia seperti apa.

Abstract

Changes in the curriculum of al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan 1 course at the Muhammadiyah University of Palembang became a challenge for lecturers in preparing semester learning plans and implementation of learning to adjust to the National Standards of Higher Education, because in addition to being a national compulsory subject known as Islamic Religious Education with the number 2 credits are also compulsory courses at the University of Muhammadiyah Palembang. This study uses the Countenance evaluation model popularized by Stake, namely two main matrices in the description of descriptions and judgments As for the results of this research found, the documents contained in the al-Islam semester learning plan Kemuhammadiyahan 1 (Islamic Religious Education) have met the criteria of the National Standards of Higher Education but in the learning methods section and assessment indicators do not meet the criteria of the National Standards of Higher Education. While the learning process of the al-Islam Muhammadiyah Center 1 Faculty of Economics and Business shows a discrepancy with the semester learning plan of the Kemuhammadiyahan al-Islamic course due to ineffective use of time in the learning process. And students can understand and try to practice well the basics of the Islamic religion.

Abstract

This study draws the conclusion that the PAI learning strategy at SMPLB A PRPCN is to use strategies with lecture, question and answer methods, assignments and direct practice or demonstration. the most effective strategy in learning PAI for blind children in SMPLB A PRPCN is direct practice or demonstration in special ways with the creativity of the teacher that is intended for blind students. and the factors that influence the effectiveness of the PAI learning strategy at SMPLB A PRPCN in Palembang, there are two factors, namely supporting and inhibiting, the supporting factors are the students' interest, motivation and enthusiasm within the students themselves, the presence of positive responses and attention from students and the creation of a harmonious and intimate relationship between teachers and students, as well as teachers and parents of students. While the inhibiting factors are physiological and psychological factors, physical or physiological conditions and psycholosis of visually impaired students in SMPLB A PRPCN Palembang City suffered damage to the students' sense of sight that hindered the learning process of Islamic religious education, school social environment, non-social environment, which includes the lack of facilities and the media, the saturation of blind students in receiving Islamic religious education learning materials.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is whether there is a significant relationship between self efficacyand student learning outcomes of PAI subjects in SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, whether there is a significant relationship between learning interest and student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, and whether there is a significant relationship between self efficacyand interest in learning together with student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang. The purpose of the study was to analyze the significant relationship between self efficacyand student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, to analyze the significant relationship between learning interest and student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, and to analyze significantly between self efficacyand interest in learning together with student learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang. The type of this research is the type of correlation research. In this study, the research sample was 60 students. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and questionnaire. The data analysis technique is through quantitative descriptive analysis.First research results, based on the results of the hypothesis test showed that there was a positive relationship between self-efficacy and learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education subjects in SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, r count of 0.546 with a significant level of 5%. Secondly, based on the results of the hypothesis test, there is a positive relationship between learning interest and the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education subjects in SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, r count of 0.773 with a significant level of 5%. Third, based on theresults of hypothesis testing, there is a positive relationship between self efficacyand interest in learning together with the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education subjects in SMP Negeri 3 Palembang with a multiple regression value of 0.773 with a significant level of 5%.

Abstract

Tulisan ini di latarbelakangi tentang keberadaan mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah dan madrasah yang mengalami perjalanan panjang dan rumit seiring dengan kondisi sosial politik yang menyertai. Adapun tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana kebijakan Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah dan Madrasah. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah mengakaji literatur terhadap kebijakan Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberpihakan Negara terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan pembelajaran Agama Islam di sekolah dan madrasah semakin meningkat. Pemerintah Indonesia menetapakan kebijakan Pembelajaran Agama Islam untuk setiap warga negara yang muslim. Kebijakan ini mengarah pada pelayanan pengembangan pendidikan melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah dan Madrasah secara Efektif. Kebutuhan peserta didik muslim terhadap pengembangan potensi spiritual memperoleh dukungan kebijakan dari pemerintah.

Abstract

Outbreak cases of pandemic covid 19 when it makes the student to shift the activities of learning to teach for a while time diverted home respectively. To prevent the spread of covid 19 inenvironmental education, then held learning distance away in the network (Online). The low ability of student in Islamic Religios Education Subjects and the lack of student and teacher interaction during the Covid 19 pandemic can slow down the formation of values ​​in teaching and learning. The objectives of this research are 1). To find out the application of cybernetics learning theory in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 54 Palembang. 2). To find out the obstacles to the application of cybernetics learning theory in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 54 Palembang. This type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed: (1) The application of cybernetics learning theory in the teaching and learning process is to determine instructional objectives, determine the subject matter, study the information systems contained in the material, and determine the learning approach that is in accordance with the information system, arrange the material in an order according to the system. information, presenting material, and guiding students to learn in a pattern that is in accordance with the sequence of lessons. (2) Constraints in the application of cybernetics learning theory during the Covid 19 pandemic, namely the ineffectiveness of internet network access, quotas, difficulty understanding the subject matter, inadequate technology, and Lack of teacher's ability to operate digital technology.

Abstract

This article discusses women's leadership in increasing entrepreneurship in Darussalam Prabumulih Modern Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this study was to see the leadership characteristics developed at the Modern Darussalam Prabumulih Islamic Boarding School in increasing entrepreneurship. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Selection of informants by purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The results show that the criteria for women's leadership through entrepreneurship are demonstrated through the ability to anticipate change, develop a vision, and strategy. Ability to anticipate changes made, among others, examine any changes that occur, develop alternatives, carry out evaluations and carry out monitoring actions. The ability to develop a vision includes focusing on organizational goals, developing a vision for the future of the organization, and always being aware of changing customer needs. Meanwhile, the ability to have a strategy in the form of formulation or planning, implementation or action, and evaluation stage. To increase entrepreneurial activities, it is necessary to carry out continuous activities by entrepreneurial leaders and administrators. Teamwork and communicationare the main keys to implementing an entrepreneurial activity program.
