Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan melatih keterampilan menulis karya ilmiah serta mensubmit artikel ilmiah pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi bagi guru PPKN SMP di DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang penulisan karya ilmiah bagi guru PPKN SMP tersebut yaitu dalam bentuk penerimaan materi tentang penulisan karya ilmiah, diskusi, dan bimbingan teknis (bimtek) secara langsung tentang menulis artikel ilmiah dan cara mensubmit dalam jurnal nasional terakreditasi. Adapun peserta dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah para guru PPKN SMP di DKI Jakarta sebanyak 30 orang yang tergabung dalam komunitas MGMP guru PPKN SMP DKI Jakarta. Hasil pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kemampuan dan pemahaman peserta dalam memahami tata cara menulis karya ilmiah berupa artikel ilmiah yang disubmit ke jurnal nasional. Keberhasilan tersebut terlihat dari antusias peserta yang sangat baik pada saat pelatihan secara langsung serta adanya beberapa artikel yang sudah siap disubmit ke jurnal nasional terakreditasi. Kata kunci: Pendampingan, Karya Ilmiah, Kompetensi Profesional.

Abstract

In the learning of Pancasila and Civic Education, discussions about BPUPK are often attached to the debates about the formulation of Pancasila as the national principle. In fact, the debates in the BPUPK meeting did not only concern to the national principle, but also about the concept of the state and the citizen. This research aims to analyze how the debate over the concept of the state and citizen is in the treatise of the BPUPK meeting. This research used a qualitative approach with library research methods and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this research showed that the debate on the concept of the state was divided into two, namely the debate in the form of the state which is faced with the form of a unitary state, union state and  state union, and the debate in the form of government which was faced with the monarchy and republic. Furthermore, the debate about citizens was also divided into two, namely the debate on citizenship for foreign descendants which debates whether or not to make foreign descendants as Indonesian citizens in the Constitution, and the debate on the rights of citizens that debates whether to include or not, the rights of citizens in the Constitution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan terkait hukum perlindungan anak yang ditinjau dari perspektif pendidikan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tipe yuridis normatif dengan sumber data berupa data sekunder dan data primer. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan dan mengintepretasi data yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini membahas pertama, hak anak dalam mendapatkan pendidikan; kedua, pengaturan terkait hukum perlindungan anak dalam memperoleh pendidikan; ketiga membangun kesadaran hukum di sekolah; keempat, peran keluarga dan masyarakat dalam membangun kesadaran hukum anak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian terkait perlindungan mengenai hak anak di atur dalam 1) Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945; 2) Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak; 3) Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional; 4) Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak; 5) Peraturan Menteri Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Indikator Kota Layak Anak; dan 6) Peraturan Menteri Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Nomor 8 Tahun 2014 Tentang Kebijakan Sekolah Ramah Anak. Dalam membangun kesadaran hukum anak perlu adanya kerjasama antara pihak keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat agar melahirkan anak yang berkesadaran hukum, berbudi pekerti luhur, dan berkarakter.

Abstract

Technological advances in Era 4.0 have encouraged the Indonesian Government to implement technology-based public services, including in the land sector with the enactment of ATR/BPN Ministerial Regulation Number 1 of 2021 concerning Electronic Certificates. Land certificates previously in physical form are now being converted into digital documents to increase efficiency, reduce land disputes, and increase legal certainty. This research aims to analyze public participation and perceptions of electronic certificates and the obstacles faced in their implementation. The method used is normative legal research with an analytical approach to legal concepts and statutory regulations as well as in-depth interviews with 10 informants from various backgrounds. The research results show that some people have started using electronic certificates, but there are still those who are hesitant because they are worried about digital data security and lack technology skills. Several respondents acknowledged the benefits of electronic certificates in facilitating the land ownership process but emphasized the importance of better data protection. The main obstacles in implementing electronic certificates are uneven internet infrastructure and networks, as well as the public's lack of technology knowledge. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the legal aspects and community readiness in facing the digitization of land certificates in Indonesia.

Abstract

Positive character is an attitude that is formed from environmental education either at home or at school. Children unintentionally have a positive character on the upbringing of parents and teachers. The purpose of this service is parenting as a method to broaden understanding of the role of parents in order to increase the inculcation of positive character attitudes in early childhood at Bustanul Athfal (BA) Aisyiyah Meduro. This training also aims to produce changes in early childhood behavior so that they can apply positive character traits in their surroundings. The method applied in this activity is parenting and providing training on positive character education so that parents and teachers can apply strategies and ways to instill morals in early childhood. The results of the service activities obtained are that parents can understand the needs of children so they can provide the best service by making their children a person with character. as well as being able to apply it to children to have positive personalities such as discipline, mutual help, honesty, independence, responsibility and courtesy towards others in the surrounding environment as well as students in everyday life.

Abstract

This research is included in qualitative descriptive method research which aims to describe personalized learning by elementary school teachers by applying the book Simple Media in Learning. The steps that will be taken in this research are conducting a background analysis of the research carried out by analyzing elementary school teachers, about personalization of learning, and about Simple Media Books in Learning. The second step is to formulate the problems that occur in the field. The third step, determine the research objectives. The fourth step, collect data in the field. Fifth, process the data that has been collected in the previous stage. And the last thing is to draw conclusions about how to personalize elementary school teachers learning through Simple Media Books in Learning. The results obtained on the personalization learning focus component and the need for personalization learning in the Simple Media in Learning book are very good, this can be seen from the data which shows that all sub-components have ratings of three and four, namely good and very good. As for the characteristics component of personalized learning, several inputs were obtained which can be used as material for improving the book.AbstrakPenelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian metode deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran personalisasi oleh guru Sekolah Dasar dengan menerapkan buku Media Sederhana dalam Pembelajaran. Langkah-langkah yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melakukan analisis latar belakang penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menganalisis guru sekolah dasar, tentang personalisasi belajar, dan tentang Buku Media Sederhana dalam Pembelajaran. Langkah kedua adalah merumuskan permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan. Langkah ketiga, menentukan tujuan penelitian. Langkah keempat, mengumpulkan data di lapangan. Kelima, mengolah data yang telah dikumpulkan pada tahap sebelumnya. Dan yang terakhir adalah membuat kesimpulan tentang bagaimana personalisasi belajar guru SD melalui Buku Media Sederhana dalam Pembelajaran tersebut. Hasil yang diperoleh pada komponen fokus personalization learning dan kebutuhan personalization learning pada buku Media Sederhana dalam Pembelajaran sudah sangat baik, hal ini terlihat dari data yang menunjukan seluruh sub komponen memiliki penilaian tiga dan empat, yaitu baik dan baik sekali. Adapun pada komponen karakteristik personalization learning diperoleh beberapa masukan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan perbaikan buku.

Abstract

This research aims to comprehensively examine scientific publications on 'learning organizations' through a bibliometric analysis of 1,551 scientific publications from 1976 to 2023, sourced from the Scopus database. Using a quantitative approach, this study focuses on two main aspects: performance analysis and science mapping. The bibliometric analysis follows the steps proposed by Donthu et al. (2021). The study highlights various metrics, including the number of publications and citations, subject areas, affiliations, universities, countries, prolific researchers, and influential documents. Additionally, it identifies recent research topics within the field. The findings show that publications and citations have increased over the last four decades, with significant growth starting in 1994 (24 publications) and peaking in 2020 (87 publications). Key findings include analyses of document types, source types, popular languages, subject areas, research trends, top countries, influential institutions, prolific authors, active sources, top keywords, and citation patterns. Notably, this research highlights the limitations inherent in using a single database (Scopus) for data collection.Finally, the study suggests directions for future research in learning organizations, providing valuable insights for scholars and practitioners in the field.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation process and the cultivation of the value of gotong royong through collaborative learning type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) in the subject of Pancasila Education in junior high school. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Primary data sources were obtained through six student informants in class VIII, one key informant of Pancasila Education teacher. While secondary data were obtained through literature study and documentation. The data collection procedures carried out in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings in this study show that Pancasila Education teachers use Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type collaborative learning to instil the value of gotong royong to students. Then, when collaborative learning of Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type takes place, learners in their groups show: Firstly, caring for group members who have difficulties. Second, learners are aware of their abilities. Third, learners are able to interact and discuss well. Fourth, group members are able to co-operate well. Fifth, responsibility for the division of tasks obtained from the learning group. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan dan penanaman nilai gotong royong melalui pembelajaran kolaboratif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data primer didapatkan melalui enam informan peserta didik kelas VIII, satu key informan guru Pendidikan Pancasila. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Pancasila menggunakan pembelajaran kolaboratif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) guna menanamkan nilai gotong royong kepada peserta didik. Kemudian, ketika pembelajaran kolaboratif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berlangsung, peserta didik di dalam kelompoknya menunjukkan: Pertama, peduli terhadap anggota kelompok yang mengalami kesulitan. Kedua, peserta didik sadar akan kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Ketiga, peserta didik mampu berinteraksi dan berdiskusi dengan baik. Keempat, anggota kelompok mampu melakukan kerjasama dengan baik. Kelima, tanggung jawab terhadap pembagian tugas yang didapatkannya dari kelompok belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the future of Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) research and publication by looking at trends, countries, institutions, authors, and hotspots in education. This research method uses a literature review with a flow of gathering, filtering, bibliometric, mapping, and reviewing data sources from the Scopus index database amounting to 222 documents. This study uses data analysis based on the Vosviewer software. The study's findings showed that the trend of Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) research continues to grow. Globalization and the advancement of communication technology encourage teachers to develop teaching skills using CRT-oriented pedagogics. The concept and implementation of CRT in learning are still dominated by the most productive countries, organizations, and figures in the United States. This is a challenge for any country, especially Indonesia, which is multicultural. To increase research and publications in the field of CRT, the increase in teachers' awareness of cultural, ethnic, and racial diversity, Mastery of various multimodal teaching, and taking teaching resources from the local cultural context require serious attention together. The hotspots that can be done for future CRT research are directed at terms or variables that have not been explored much, such as pre-service teacher, self-efficacy, CRT practice, impact, STEM, class, instruction, disability, work, equity, implementation, and technology.

Abstract

Strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru dalam pembelajaran IPS menjadi salah satu hal yang membosankan, karena pembelajaran lebih berpusat pada guru sehingga interaksi guru dan siswa terbatasi. Konsep pembelajaran berpusat pada penugasan dan hal ini dapat berpengaruh pada beban kognitif siswa sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Make A Match terhadap hasil belajar IPS ditinjau dari minat belajar siswa kelas V SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu dan desain faktorial 2x2. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purpose random sampling, sehingga sampel diperoleh pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol masing-masing berjumlah 56 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS siswa yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Make A Match lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional. 2). Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS siswa yang memiliki minat belajar tinggi dengan strategi pembelajaran Make A Match dibandingkan strategi pembelajaran konvensional. 3). Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS siswa yang memiliki minat belajar rendah dengan strategi pembelajaran Make A Match lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional. 4). Terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran Make A Match dan strategi pembelajaran konvensional ditinjau dari minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa.
