Abstract

This research analyzes the decision-making process regarding the purchase of ScarlettWhitening skincare products through the role of influencer marketing. The researchutilized the Systematic Literature Review approach for its investigation. After conductingthe systematic literature review, the researchers discovered a total of 78 articles througha search conducted on Google Scholar. Subsequently, these articles were narroweddown to a final selection of 23 for descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that thefactors influencing the success of influencer marketing in influencing the purchasedecision of Scarlett Whitening products are trustworthiness, expertise, attractiveness,similarity, liking, and respect. The results of this study are expected to be considered byScarlett Whitening company in selecting influencers who align with these factors toencourage consumers to decide to purchase the product.

Abstract

In the digital era, social media demonstrates significant potential as a platform for digital marketing. However, consumers are becoming increasingly critical of marketing content, challenging businesses to create innovative and engaging content. In the competitive fashion industry, controversial marketing strategies have emerged as a way to attract consumer attention. Porteegoods, a local shoe brand, has built a reputation for unique and controversial marketing. Porteegoods faces allegations of design plagiarism, coupled with a unique and provocative marketing strategy on social media. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method supported by library research and basic observations from social media to describe the effectiveness of Porteegoods' marketing communication. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of Porteegoods' controversial marketing strategy on social media. The results of this study indicate that the controversial marketing communication strategy implemented by Porteegoods can be considered effective in attracting attention, building brand awareness, and even increasing sales for Porteegoods. However, the communication process is still considered less effective due to the presence of noise

Abstract

The Bandung City Government (TBCG) strives to maintain price stability and ensure the availability of essential commodities. However, the characteristics of trade and distribution in Bandung remain insufficiently identified, limiting effective policymaking. This study explores these characteristics to support policy formulation for price stability and supply availability. Using a qualitative approach, the research involved surveys of 11 large-scale and 125 small-scale retailers, documentation studies, interviews, observations, and focus group discussions (FGDs). Data analysis included transcription, coding, and characteristic description. The findings highlight that four key products: rice, sugar, flour, and cooking oil, require particular attention for supply stability and price control. Stable prices are achieved through cooperation between producers, traders, consumers, and TBCG, which actively monitors the availability of affordable goods. TBCG also shows a strong commitment to protecting the public and traders from price fluctuations, especially during harvest and off-season periods. This study contributes valuable insights into Bandung’s commodity trade dynamics, offering guidance for policymakers to strengthen regulations that ensure the sustainability of supply chains and price stability. Recommendations include enhancing monitoring systems, improving collaboration among stakeholders, and introducing adaptive regulations to address seasonal fluctuations and safeguard long-term food security.

Abstract

Why would someone join a community business? This article aims to explain the existence of community businesses in agriculture in Jatinangor and the attachment of farmers in Jatinangor to the agricultural community business. The concepts used are community business and sense of community. The method used is a qualitative case study. This article finds that Jatinangor Urban Farming (JUF) and Gunung Geulis Communication Forum (FKGG) are community businesses engaged in agriculture in Jatinangor. With distinctive characteristics, farmers who join JUF and FKGG have community attachments based on four things: membership bonds, influence from the community, unity, and fulfillment of common needs, and mutual emotional relationships.Mengapa seseorang bergabung dalam sebuah bisnis komunitas ? Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan eksistensi bisnis komunitas dalam bidang pertanian di Jatinangor dan keterikatan para petani di Jatinangor ke dalam bisnis komunitas pertanian tersebut. Konsep yang dipergunakan adalah bisnis komunitas dan keterikatan komunitas. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah kualitatif studi kasus. Artikel ini menemukan bahwa Jatinangor Urban Farming (JUF) dan Forum Komunikasi Gunung Geulis (FKGG) merupakan bisnis komunitas yang bergerak dalam bidang pertanian di Jatinangor. Dengan karakteristik yang khas, para petani yang bergabung dengan JUF dan FKGG memiliki keterikatan komunitas berdasarkan empat hal, yakni: ikatan keanggotaan, pengaruh dari komunitas, adanya penyatuan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan bersama, serta adanya hubungan emosional bersama.

Abstract

Stunting is a significant public health concern in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas like Pangandaran  Regency. This study investigates the role of Community Health Cadres (CHCs) in reducing stunting in  Ciliang Village, Pangandaran Regency, West Java Province. Employing a qualitative case study  approach, the research involved in-depth interviews with 50 CHCs and data collection from 200  households with children under five. The study found that CHCs played a crucial role in improving  nutritional knowledge among parents, promoting balanced dietary practices, and ultimately reducing  stunting prevalence. CHC-led interventions led to a significant increase in parental awareness of  essential nutrients and a marked improvement in dietary diversity. Consequently, stunting rates among  children under five decreased from 25% to 18% within a year. However, CHCs face cultural barriers,  resource limitations, and sustainability issues. The study underscores the importance of comprehensive training programs, adequate resources, and consistent funding to support CHC activities. Integrating  CHC programs into broader health and nutrition policies is recommended to ensure these successful  interventions' long-term sustainability and scalability. This research contributes valuable insights into  the effectiveness of community-based approaches in addressing stunting and improving child health  outcomes in rural Indonesia.

Abstract

TikTok merupakan media sosial yang memiliki peningkatan pengguna dari awal rilisnya sampai kini. Hal ini dikarenakan TikTok menjadi sebuah media yang menggabungkan antara media komunikasi dan media berbelanja, tentu ini menjadi sebuah kesempatan yang besar bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran produk hingga meningkatkan penjualan kepada calon konsumen seluas-luasnya melalui jejaring komunikasi pemasaran. Salah satu alat yang disediakan oleh TikTok adalah TikTok afiliasi, hingga kini strategi ini dinilai ekonomis, praktis dan memberikan keuntungan yang maksimal. Program TikTok afiliasi tidak hanya memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan tetapi juga memberikan keuntungan bagi seorang afiliator dalam bentuk komisi akan konten yang dibuat bagi para pengikut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh viral marketing dan fear of missing out (FoMO) terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan Bandung Cheesecuit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 97 responden, yang merupakan pelanggan Bandung Cheesecuit dan mengikuti akun resmi Instagram merek tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa viral marketing dan FoMO memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Viral marketing berperan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan daya tarik produk melalui media sosial, sedangkan FoMO mendorong pelanggan untuk segera melakukan pembelian agar tidak ketinggalan tren.

Abstract: This research investigates the impact of affiliate marketing in digital marketing and its influence on sales at PT Shopee International Indonesia. The aim of this study is to explore the role of affiliate strategies in the context of digital marketing and how these strategies contribute to sales growth. The research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing literature review, interviews with Shopee users, and sales data from PT Shopee International Indonesia. The findings of this study reveal the significance of the affiliate's role in driving sales and highlight its potential as an effective marketing tool in the digital era. The research concludes by emphasizing the importance of implementing affiliate strategies in digital marketing campaigns to enhance sales performance. Abstract

The issue of stunting is a global concern that requires serious attention from all stakeholders. In 2024, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia aims to reduce the stunting rate to 14%. Based on this objective, the Pangandaran Regency government, particularly in Cintaratu Village, has implemented various activities to prevent and address stunting. The method used in this PKM activity is counseling to optimize the management of small, healthy, and prosperous families. Stunting prevention and intervention ef orts have been carried out through counseling, the provision of supplementary food (PMT), and the empowerment of family businesses. These activities have been implemented according to plan and are running ef ectively. Additionally, health services through Posyandu (integrated health post) are operating regularly and ef iciently. Field research results indicate that there are no toddlers identified as stunted in Cintaratu Village, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency.Masalah stunting merupakan permasalahan dunia yang perlu perhatian serius dari semua stakeholder. Pemerintah Republik Indonesia di tahun 2024 ini mencanangkan penururan stunting sampai 14 %. Berdasarkan alasan tersebut bagaimana pemerintah Kabupaten Pangandaran, khususnya di Desa Cintaratu  melakukan kegiatan pencegahan dan penanganan stunting. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan PKM ini, berupa penyuluhan optimalisasi manajemen keluarga kecil, sehat dan sejahtera. Kegiatan pencegahan dan penanganan stunting  melalui  penyuluhan, pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT), dan pemberdayaan usaha keluarga sudah dilaksanakan sesuai rencana dan berjalan dengan baik, layanan kesehatan melalui posyandu sudah berjalan baik dan teratur. Hasil penelitian lapangan tidak ada balita terindikasi stunting di Desa Cintaratu Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of competency and career The implementation of flexible working arrangements allows for adjustments to work patterns according to individual needs, which impacts performance. Flexible working arrangement at multi-brand virtual kitchen company has been applied but there is still no evidence that the implementation has significantly improved employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of flexible working arrangements on employee performance at a multi-brand virtual kitchen company. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive-verificative approach. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and surveys via Google Form. The research sample consisted of 54 employees at the headquarters (HQ) of a multi-brand virtual kitchen company, selected using purposive sampling according to criteria. The data analysis used was hypothesis testing  and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS software to carry out data analysis. The study results indicate that flexible working arrangements significant positively effect on the performance of employees at multi-brand virtual kitchens. These findings indicate that HQ employees at multi-brand virtual kitchen who work with flexible working arrangements show better performance.
