Abstract

Penelitian ini mengumpulkan persepsi masyarakat Desa Perkebunan Pulahan Provinsi Sumatera Utara untuk menguji pengaruh alokasi dana desa terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelititian ini juga menggunakan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa sebagai variabel moderasi. Dengan teknik purposive sampling, total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 93 masyarakat desa. Data yang telah terkumpul, dianalisis dengan estimator ordinary least square (OLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alokasi dana desa berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga berhasil membuktikan bahwa akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa dapat meningkatkan pengaruh alokasi dana desa terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Akuntabilitas tersebut dapat memicu terwujudnya efisiensi dalam menyusun skala prioritas penggunaan dana desa untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas literasi produk asuransi kecelakaan diri di PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo) pada pegawai Biro Perekonomian Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Meskipun asuransi kecelakaan diri memiliki manfaat penting dalam memberikan perlindungan finansial, tingkat literasi di kalangan pegawai masih rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara untuk mengeksplorasi pemahaman pegawai tentang produk ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya perbedaan pemahaman di antara pegawai, serta kendala seperti terminologi yang rumit dan kurangnya edukasi. PT Askrindo berperan penting dalam meningkatkan literasi asuransi melalui program edukasi dan sosialisasi, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan perlindungan finansial yang lebih baik dan berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi yang lebih stabil.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the mitigation strategies employed by Bank Sumut Syariah KCSy Medan Ringroad in addressing risks associated with subsidized mortgage (KPR) financing. As housing remains a fundamental human need, the demand for housing continues to rise annually in line with Indonesia’s population growth—one of the key factors driving the housing shortage. To address this, the government has initiated collaborative efforts to provide adequate housing for low-income individuals through subsidized housing schemes. These programs aim to facilitate home ownership, particularly in Medan and its surrounding regions, by offering financial support in the form of subsidized installment payments via partner banking institutions. This research adopts a qualitative approach utilizing descriptive-analytical methods. It employs a case study design centered on Bank Sumut Syariah KCSy Medan Ringroad and incorporates data triangulation to ensure the credibility and reliability of the findings. The data used in this study consists of primary data sourced from the bank itself and secondary data collected from recipients of subsidized mortgage financing. The findings indicate that the primary risk mitigation strategy implemented by the bank is Risk Reduction. The application of this strategy has proven effective, as reflected in the bank’s Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratios: 0.62% in 2022, 0.82% in 2023, and 2.11% in 2024—all of which remain well below the 5% maximum threshold established by Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic Human Development Index (IHDI) and total Islamic banking assets (APS) on Indonesia's economic growth using Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) analysis. This type of research data uses time series data for the period 2010-2023. This study uses a quantitative approach to Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) analysis. This research is short and long term regression, as well as the Granger causality test to evaluate the relationship between variables. The population in this study reports IHDI, Total Islamic Banking Assets, and economic growth in the period 2010-2023 so that the sample of this study amounted to 168 months analyzed using EViews software. The results showed that in the short term, IHDI and APS have a positive and significant influence on economic growth. However, in the long run, although the effect is positive, the relationship is not significant. The Granger causality test reveals that the causality relationship is one-way, where APS affects IHDI and APS affects PE. This confirms the role of APS in improving Islamic value-based quality of life and supporting economic growth. In contrast, the causal relationship between IHDI and PE was not shown to be significant in either direction. This study recommends increasing Islamic financial literacy, strengthening regulations that support APS growth, and integrating IHDI into development policies to create inclusive and sustainable economic growth. These findings are relevant in developing development strategies based on Islamic values for Indonesian society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the selling price of palm sap brown sugar in Pegajahan District using the plus cost price method. Palm sap brown sugar is a processed product that has high economic value and is in great demand by the public, both for direct consumption and as an industrial raw material. However, selling prices that often fluctuate are a challenge for producers in determining reasonable and profitable prices. This study identifies the costs involved in the production process of palm sap brown sugar, such as raw material costs, labor, and other costs, as well as determining the feasible profit margin to set the selling price of the product. The cost plus price method is used to calculate the selling price by adding the corresponding profit margin to the total cost of production. The results of this study are expected to provide useful recommendations for palm sap brown sugar producers in Pegajahan District in determining the optimal selling price, as well as contributing to local economic development. In addition, this study also provides insight into the cost efficiency in palm sap brown sugar production in the area.

Abstract

Quality health services are a right for every individual, including participants of the Health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS). This study aims to analyze the services provided to BPJS Health participants in the North Padang Lawas area, with a focus on North Padang Lawas Health BPJS. The research method used is a descriptive approach with qualitative methods, direct observation, interviews with participants and officers, as well as analysis of secondary data related to service performance. The research results show that although BPJS Health has provided wider access to health services for the community, there are several challenges faced by participants in the North Padang Lawas area. Some of these are limited health facilities, especially in rural areas, long waiting times to receive services, and sometimes inadequate availability of medicines. The quality of service is also a major concern, where there are complaints regarding the attitude and responsiveness of officers and the availability of adequate medical personnel. In this context, increasing training for officers and improving health infrastructure in this region are very necessary to improve services to BPJS Health participants. This research contributes to the understanding of the quality of health services in the North Padang Lawas area, as well as providing a basis for BPJS Health and local governments to make necessary improvements to increase the quality and accessibility of health services for the community.

Abstract

Through the nine elements of the business model canvas, this study seeks to identify or develop a strategy for the development of a palm sap-based brown sugar business at CV. Ritawati Silau Rakyat Brown Palm Sugar, Serdang Bedagai, Indonesia The goal is to establish partnerships to work together to increase revenue and market share. A qualitative approach combined with phenomenological analysis was used to investigate the phenomenon that arises in the field connected to the growth of a brown sugar enterprise based on palm sap in Silau Rakyat Village. Results of the Business Model Canvas Analysis at CV. Ritawati Palm Brown Sugar is a customer segment, local consumers who are looking for natural sweeteners. It has a distinctive taste and authentic aroma. Its distribution is carried out through collectors for the local market. Building customer relationships and communication directly and through social media. Revenue streams: The main source of income is the sale of palm sap brown sugar. Key Resources: The main resource includes palm sap water as a raw material. Key activities, including procurement of raw materials. Key Partnership: Partnership with oil palm farmers. Cost structure, including production, distribution, taxes, and packaging. However, challenges, such as seasonal dependence and raw material availability, remain. The solution to these challenges is to implement key partnerships in the form of procuring palm sap from surrounding areas to address declining palm sap production in Silau Rakyat Village.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pendekatan emosional dan rasionalitas mahasiswa ketika mengambil keputusan menabung di perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner. Sebanyak 154 responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak dengan menggunakan metode proporsional random sampling dan algoritma Slovin. Siswa Febi berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, dan analisis regresi berganda adalah metode yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan ditolaknya Ho dan diterimanya Ha, maka terdapat hubungan antara variabel emosional dengan pilihan mahasiswa terhadap bank syariah, sesuai dengan temuan uji t untuk variabel emosional (X1). Karena variabel rasionalitas (X2) berpengaruh terhadap variabel rasionalitas dalam pemilihan bank syariah oleh mahasiswa, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diperbolehkan. Dengan demikian, keputusan mahasiswa memilih menabung di bank syariah dipengaruhi oleh rasionalitas dan pendekatan emosional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak perkembangan teknologi AI dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional bank syariah pada bank Sumut Cabang Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, studi literasi dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, studi literatur, dan CIR dapat diketahui teknologi AI berdampak pada kinerja karyawan lebih efisien, meningkatka kualitas layanan, meminimalisir risiko manajemen, dan mengurangi biaya operasional. Hasil tersebut didukung dengan meningkatnya efisiensi operasional perusahaan dengan rata-rata tingkat efisiensi sebesar 2,936% pada 2017-2022

Abstract

This investigates the impact of Microsoft Word on people's tasks and needs, with a focus on students. A mixed-method approach (quantitative and qualitative) was used, collecting data through Instagram story features (voting, quizzes, etc.) from 60 respondents (mostly students). The results indicate that Microsoft Word significantly helps people, especially students, with their tasks. Examples of tasks completed using Microsoft Word include essays, research papers, articles, journals, and reports
