Abstract

Domestic violence is the most common case in the community. Women and children are victims of domestic violence. In Denpasar, Indonesia, currently, data collection system of victims of domestic violence (KDRT) is conducted by the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Agency. It is still has some limitations because it is operating manually. Through this web-based data collection system of domestic violence, a complaint report on domestic violence can be done digitally so it does not need to report manually to the authorities. In this system, the victims will be given freedom to show or hide their identity. This system receives input filled form of violent reports; next, the complaints report can be known by others (not admin) anonymously. After the complaint report get into in the system, it will be done the next process which is verification. The results of the verification process will determine the validity of complaint reports. After passing the verification process, report data will be recorded in the system and will be done the formulation of follow-up to the action of the case by the legislation authorities.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools as educational institution that adopt vocation based curriculum get the advantages and benefits of the development of the teaching factory. Teaching factory is a product and business oriented concept of learning in response to the challenges and development of the industry. However, during the pandemic period, teaching factory management faces many obstacles, one of which is in the performance of the network. The current network uses static routing network protocol which has no backup line or track. It is, therefore, suggested to apply dynamic routing OSPF and BGP with the VRRP, HSRP, and the GLBP workload method as the backup line which is measured through the throughput, delay, and packet loss parameter, for its Quality of Service (QoS). The research scenario stage applies each routing protocol to each performance method, so that it can be measured to obtain the expected QoS results at end users. The best result that will be recommended is routing OSPF by VRRP method because it has less than 1 second time comparison when there is a network failure. It is shown in the QoS result of 3.96, which shows that it is very satistactory compared to others.

Abstract

Multilevel inverter (MLI) is one type of inverter that has a multilevel output voltage. Although its better than conventional inverters, the MLIs operating at low frequency still contains low-order harmonics at the output voltage and current which have a negative impact on electrical system. To overcome these problems, Many researchers have developed various control and modulation techniques on inverters to reduce harmonics and minimize switching losses with the aim of optimizing inverter’s efficiency. Selective harmonic elimination pulse-width modulation (SHEPWM) is the most optimal control of all methods that have been developed to remove low-order harmonics from the inverter output voltage. However, there are challenges in the MLIs analysis process using SHEPWM because solving these equations is difficult. Bio-inspired intelligent algorithms (BIAs) is used to solve this problem. This paper describes in full a review of various studies that have been carried out previously related to the operating principle of nine types of BIA and their application in reducing harmonics. The conclusions has been made on the basis of information extracted from the literatures. All important information in this paper regarding harmonic reduction in MLI will help future research to design efficient power conversion systems. Keywords— Bio-inspired algorithm, harmonics, multilevel inverter, optimization, selective harmonic elimination.

Abstract

The classification technique and data forecasting will probably be one of the techniques that will often be needed in handling or managing big data. So, from that the author analyzes the possible development of the existing algorithms. The purpose is to find possibilities in the use of reliable algorithms in a particular field, then can be adopted and implemented to develop forecasting techniques in the future. Based on these considerations, the authors conducted experiments by applying LVQNN to conduct shortterm forecasting on daily period of the Rupiah exchange rate. The literature that is used as a reference is the discovery of architectural data classification processes that resemble forecasting techniques. So, when there is a combination of Rupiah exchange histories, it is possible to find these combinations into certain classes based on predetermined parameters and historical data combination data and forecast values in the past. In this research the factors chosen as indicators that affect the Rupiah exchange rate are the amount of exports, the amount of imports, the inflation rate and also the world oil price. In this research the highest accuracy value in the testing process for the population reached 99.0991%. The increase in the percentage value of forecasting accuracy is influenced by the composition of the data. In this study the formation of data composition is influenced by distinct data. The selection of parameters which become distinct claused determines how the composition of the data will be formed. If the composition of the data is not correct, the test results will not be good. If the number of weights vector is smaller than the input data, the forecasting accuracy will decrease. Because the weight vector cannot represent data combinations that used during training or testing.

Abstract

Today’s games have entered the next generation gaming phase or the highest generation in the world of gaming. In today’s rapid development of games, it requires users/players to have computers with higher specifications. There is a way for players to run games that have high specifications with computer devices that have low specifications, with cloud gaming technology. There is a cloud gaming server in Indonesia called Gameqoo. To find out the feasibility of a game that is played on a cloud gaming service, it requires parameters that will measure it from the game side and form the user side, namely Quality of Service and Quality of Experience. With the existence of cloud gaming services, the experience of playing games on computers with low specifications becomes light and has pretty good visual quality. This is evidenced by the packet loss value which is 0%, the delay and jitter has value are still in the good category, the use GPU usage is below 5%. The research questionnaire was designed in such a way with an answer scale called the MOS (Mean Opinion Score) to measure Quality of Experience, and an average score on the MOS rating of 4.15 which gets a Good score on the MOS assessment standard. Keywords— Cloud; Quality of Service; Quality of Experience; Mean Opinion Score

Abstract

Rapid technological development, triggering various applications development that are increasingly innovative. One of them is the Internet of Things (IoT) system that makes human works easier and more effective. Along with sensor technology development in monitoring and controlling through IoT systems, a mechanism is needed to manage bandwidth so that IoT system can function optimally, especially in buildings designated as public areas. Smart building supported by various integrated sensors to maintain safety and comfort in the area. This study proposes the application of Elastic WLAN as a model for dynamic bandwidth management in IoT systems. In this model, IoT bandwidth changes automatically according to the number of traffic measurements for each IoT connected to the network As an effort to determine the performance of the elastic WLAN mechanism, this study succeeded in developing a prototype IoT device that implements Elastic WLAN on an Access-Point Raspberry Pi by using two temperature sensors placed in separate locations. The system successfully allocates bandwidth to each IoT according to the amount of data input from each temperature sensor installed. The higher the amount of data captured by the sensor, the system will automatically allocate the higher bandwidth to the sensor system, and vice versa.
