Abstract

Telah dilakukkan analisis perubahan alat penukar kalor pada fasilitas Untai UjiBETA. Fasilitas Untai Uji BETA merupakan fasisilitas eksperimen untuk menginvestigasi fenomena thermohidrolikbaik dalam keadaan transien (kecelakaan) ataupun dalam keadaan tunak (operasi normal) sebagaisimulasi sistem pendingin. Adapun komponen dari untai uji BETA terdiri dari pre-heater, pompa primer dansekunder, alat penukar kalor, reservoir tank dan cooling tower. untuk meningkatkan performa alat penukarkalor yang terdapat di UUB adalah dengan cara mengganti alat penukar kalor tersebut. Dengan pergantian alatpenukar kalor maka perlu dilakukan karakterisasi untuk mengetahui performa alat tersebut. Eksperimen ini dilakukan dengan memvariasikan 3 macam debit aliran pada sisi primer, yaitu : 0,377 L/s, 0,472 L/s dan 0,567 L/s adapun untuk debit aliran pada sisi sekunder di beri nilai konstan, yaitu : 1,07 L/s dengan temperatur air60oC . Eksperimen karakterisasi di fokuskan untuk memperoleh hasil efektivitas temperatur pada alat penukarkalor pada kondisi untai uji tertutup. Hasil penelitian dengan kondisi untai tertutup menunjukkan bahwa padadebit aliran 0,377 L/s di dapat nilai efektifitas sebesar 0,35. Kemudian Pada debit aliran 0,472 L/s di dapat nilaiefektifitas sebesar 0,30 , dan pada debit aliran 0,567 di dapat nilai efektifitas sebesar 0,25. Dan ahasil analisapada eksperimen menunjukan bahwa debit aliran air mempengaruhi terhadap efektivitas pertukaran kalor padaalat penukar kalor dimana semakin besar debit aliran maka semakin kecil nilai efektivitasnya.

Abstract

Lubricant waste is categorized as hazardous waste stated in government regulation (PP) 101/ 2014. It could dangers human being and environment. This problem can be addressed by solidification/stabilization process. In this work, lubricant waste was solidified/stabilized in a mixture of lubricant waste with cement as binder and silica sand into mortar sized of (5x5x5) cm. This study was aimed to investigate the influences of ratio of lubricant waste to water (ratio o/a) and curing time or age of mortar to the effectiveness of s/s process by testing mortar quality physically and chemically. The test includes compressive strenght test and leaching test (toxicity characteristic leaching procedure). The results showed compressive strenght value for mortar with the ratio o/a 0%:100%, 15%:85%, and 25%:75% in the age of mortar 7 days, 14 days, and 28 days was met the compressive strenght value qualification standardized by SNI-15-7064.2004 and ASTM C-150-02. The test of samples mortar leached using TCLP test method showed that the concentration of Pb and Fe for the ratio o/a 0%:100%, 15%:85%, dan 25%:75% and age of mortar 7 days, 14 days, and 28 days ranges 0,517x10-6 – 0,612x10-6 mg/L, and 0,174x10-6 – 0,780x10-6 mg/L respectively. The concentrations of Pb were less than the concentration of quality standard and pass the TCLP test defined by attachment of government regulation (PP) 101/2014.ABSTRAK                        Limbah oli bekas dikategorikan sebagai limbah B3 dalam PP 101 tahun 2014 yang berpotensi membahayakan makhluk hidup dan lingkungan. Solidifikasi/stabilisasi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan limbah B3. Upaya ini dilakukan dengan proses solidifikasi/stabilisasi (s/s) limbah oli bekas dengan campuran semen dan pasir silika menjadi bentuk mortar berukuran (5x5x5) cm. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh rasio oli bekas terhadap air (o/a) dan umur mortar terhadap efektivitas proses s/s tersebut melalui uji kualitas mortar secara fisik dan kimia. Uji tersebut meliputi uji kuat tekan dan uji perlindian (toxicity characteristic leaching procedure). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kuat tekan untuk rasio o/a 0%:100%, 15%:85% dan 25%:75% pada umur mortar 7 hari, 14 hari dan 28 hari memenuhi nilai kuat tekan yang ditetapkan oleh SNI-15-7064 2004 dan ASTM C-150-02. Uji perlindian sampel mortar untuk rasio o/a 0%:100%, 15%:85% dan 25%:75% pada umur mortar 7 hari, 14 hari, dan 28 hari menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi Pb adalah berkisar 0,517x10-6 – 0,612x10-6 mg/L, dan konsentrasi Fe berkisar 0,174x10-6 – 0,780x10-6 mg/L. Konsentrasi Pb kurang dari konsentrasi baku mutu atau dapat dikatakan lolos uji TCLP lampiran PP 101 tahun 2014.

Abstract

Abstract: this research aimed to increase students learning outcomes by application of learning model probing-prompting subject of buffer solution in class XI MIPA SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. This research is an experiment research with randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this research are class XI MIPA 3 as experiment class and XI MIPA 5 as control class which is determined randomly after the normality test and homogeneity test. The experiment class was treated with the application of learning model probing-prompting while the control class without the application of learning model probing-prompting. The data analysis technique to test the hypothesis was using t-test right side. Based on the data analysis, it is obtained tcount=1,71 and ttable=1,66 with α=0,05 ,dk= 77. Tcount>ttable is 1,71>1,66, its mean that the application of learning model probing-prompting can improve students learning outcomes subject of buffer solution in class XI MIPA SMAN 12 Pekanbaru.Key Word: Learning Outcomes, Probing-Prompting, Buffer Solution

Abstract

Research on the effect of concentration and frequency of foliar fertilizer application on growth of vanilla (Vanilla planifolia Andrews) was carried out at the experimental garden of The Indonesian spice and medicinal crops Research Institute, West Java, from May until October, 1996. The experiment was conducted with a randomized block design, with 3 replicates and 10 treatments. The treatments were control, 1,5 g foliar fertilizer/4 liter/twice a week, 1,5 g foliar fertilizer/4 liter/once a week, 1,5 g foliar fertilizer/4 liter/once in two weeks, 3 g foliar fertilizer/4 liter/twice a week 3 g foliar fertilizer/4 liter/once a week, 3 g foliar fertilizer/4 liter/ once in two weeks 4,5 g foliar fertilizer/4 liter/twice a week 4,5 g foliar fertilizer/4 liter/once a week, and 4,5 g foliar fertilizer/4 liter/once in two weeks. The foliar fertilizer used was NPK (30-10-10) plus trace elements, such as Fe, Co, B, Mo, Mg and vitamine B1. The result showed that application of 1,5 g foliar fertilizer/4 liter/twice a week and 4,5 g foliar fertilizer/4 liter/once in two weeks were the best for the growth of vanilla at nursery. However, application of 4,5 g foliar fertilizer/4 liter/once in two weeks is efisien.

Abstract

Makalah ini merupakan hasil ekstraksi dari tugas akhir mahasiswa diploma tiga yang bertema Sistem Informasi Rekrutmen dan Monitoring PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia[1]. Sistem Informasi Rekrutmen dan Monitoring digunakan untuk mengelola proses rekrutmen D3&S1 dan monitoringnya di PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia. Pada monitoring D3 pengelolaan tahap monitoring meliputi psikotes, interview HR, interview user, medical check up, screening GAD, dan hasil final. Pada monitoring S1 pengelolaan data sama seperti D3 namun terdapat penambahan tahap tes yaitu interview HR panel dan interview direktur. Pengelolaan rekrutmen operator meliputi pengisian hasil final yang dilakukan oleh vendor dan pengelolaan report berupa excel. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman ASP.NET C# 4.0, basis data (DBMS) SQL Server 2008 R2, dan web server Internet Information Service (IIS) 6.0, dan dibuat dengan tahapan Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD). Sistem Informasi Rekutmen dan Monitoring ini memiliki arsitektur client-server. Dengan dibangunnya sistem ini pengolahan data rekrutmen dan monitoring D3&S1 menjadi lebih efisien karena mengurangi 2% sorting lamaran yang salah, dapat menampung history data pelamar D3&S1, mengurangi leadtime proses hiring operator yang semula 4 hari menjadi 1 hari.

Abstract

Training and Sharing Management Information System merupakan sistem pengelolaan proses training dan sharing yang terkomputerisasi dan dikembangkan di PT Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia. Saat ini, penjadwalan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi training dan sharing masih dilakukan secara manual. Training and Sharing Management Information System memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola penjadwalan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi training dan sharing. Training and Sharing Management Information System dibuat dengan tahapan requirements, analysis, design, specification, implementation dan testing. Tahapan tersebut dilakukan secara berulang (iterative). Training and Sharing Management Information System dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database management system MySQL 5.1.41, web server Apache 2.2.14, SMS Gateway, dan memiliki arsitektur client-server.

Abstract

The emergence of the corona virus outbreak that has hit Indonesia has changed in all aspects of people's daily activities. No exception in the world of education, basically the teaching and learning process carried out face to face in class is now switching remotely (online). This is done to prevent the spread of the covid-19 virus l. Therefore, based on research using qualitative methods with this literature study approach. The results found that the use of information and communication technology as a medium for PAI learning during the covid-19 pandemic was an excellent innovation in delivering material to students remotely in an efficient and effective manner. Types of information and communication technology applications that can be used to keep learning going include whatsapp, google meet, zoom, classroom, and youtube. The learning media was chosen by looking at the affordability of students in using the media. As for the functions of the media that can be felt by educators and students in online learning, among others: in the delivery of material in the learning process can be uniformed, the learning process can take place without any time and place limitations, and learning is more interactive by applying learning theory.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of derivative transactions on earnings management, the effect of earnings management on value relevance of earnings, and the effect of derivative transactions on value relevance of earnings. This study uses data from non-financial companies in Indonesia for the period 2013-2017 with 43 sample of companies. In this study, earnings management is calculated based on the Jaggi model. The value relevance of earnings is calculated based on Ohlson's model.  The results show that derivative transactions have a positive effect on earnings management. Earnings management negatively affects the value relevance of earnings. Derivative transactions are not proven to have a negative effect on the value relevance of earnings. Derivative transactions, especially those with non-hedging criteria, show a high tendency towards earnings management activities. Derivative transactions have a positive effect on earnings management. With the negative influence of derivative transactions and earnings management activities on the value relevance of earnings, the commissioner or audit committee needs to carry out an internal oversight function in reporting financial statements, especially in non-financial companies that carry out derivative transactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find information related to (1) the categogy of casual connection between students’ presence in online virtual learning process to cognitive competence achievement. (2) the greatness of students’ presence effect in online virtual learning process to cognitive competence achievement. This is evaluation research with quantitative approach. The datas used in this research are primer data which is cognitive competence achievement collected by test, the presence degree found through observation and the degree of serving satisfaction got by question. Statistical test used in research is simple regression analysis. On the 5 % significant phase, it can be concluded that (1) the students’ presence in the online virtual learning process has low category of casual connection to cognitive competence achievement, (2) the effect of students’ presence in the online virtual learning process to cognitive competence achievement is 4,47%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) HANTU dan NPK Cair Gandastar terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman mentimun (Cucumis Sativus L.). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Asahan Kelurahan Kisaran Naga, Kecamatan Kisaran Timur, Kabupaten Asahan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Ketinggian tempat ± 100 m dpl dengan tofografi datar. Waktu penelitian pada bulan Januari – Maret 2018. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) HANTU dengan 4 taraf yaitu : H0 = (kontrol), H1 = 1,0 ml/l air/plot, H2 = 2,0 ml/l air/plot dan H3 = 3,0 ml/l air/plot. Faktor kedua adalah pemberian dosis pupuk NPK Cair Gandastar terdiri dari N0 (tanpa perlakuan), N1  (1 ml/l air/plot) dan N2 (2 ml/l air/plot). Hasil penelitian perlakuan pemberian pupuk organik cair Hantu berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman mentimun. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada dosis 3,0 ml/l air/plot (H3) menghasilkan panjang tanaman 90,57 cm, jumlah buah sebesar 7,56 buah, produksi per tanaman 1,16 kg dan produksi per plot 6,97 kg. Perlakuan Pupuk NPK Cair Gandastar berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman mentimun. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada dosis 2 ml/l air/plot (N2) menghasilkan panjang tanaman 88,17 cm, jumlah buah sebesar 6,83 buah, produksi per tanaman 1,15 kg dan produksi per plot 6,93 kg. Interaksi pemberian pupuk organik cair HANTU dan NPK Cair Gandastar tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman mentimun.
