Abstract

The Digital Marketing 6.0 Training Program at SMA Perguruan Buddhi Dharma Tangerang was implemented to improve students' digital literacy and marketing skills in the era of digital transformation. The underlying problem of this training is the low level of students' understanding of technology-based marketing, which is an essential skill in the modern world of work and entrepreneurship. The purpose of this activity is to equip students with an understanding of the concept of digital marketing 6.0, technical skills in using digital tools, and skills in developing data-based marketing strategies. The methods used include the Community-Based Action Planning approach involving students, teachers, and community service teams, as well as experiential learning through simulations and direct practice.The results of the training showed a 40% increase in students' understanding of the concept of digital marketing as well as the ability to use digital tools and develop effective marketing strategies. In addition, this training gave rise to local leaders among students and created new awareness in the school community about the importance of technology integration in education. The collaboration between SMA Perguruan Buddhi Dharma and Universitas Buddhi Dharma also created a more inclusive and sustainable learning ecosystem. This training is expected to be a model for developing digital literacy for other schools in facing the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Management is a series of activities that include planning, organizing, directing and controlling organizational resources in order to achieve goals efficiently and effectively (Stoner, 2009). In this context, financial management training at Karmel Vocational School is a strategic step to prepare students to face the challenges of the digital era business world. Qualitative research through observations, interviews and documentation studies shows that this training has had a significant positive impact. Students gain an understanding of financial management, online marketing strategies, product innovation, and the use of digital platforms to build brand awareness and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Apart from that, this training succeeded in developing proactive, creative, innovative and adaptive attitudes which are important in the modern business world. The results of the training showed an increase in students' self-confidence to start an independent business, reduce dependence on formal work, and consider financial management as a career path . To increase effectiveness, it is recommended to expand the scope of training to include e-commerce and data analysis, strengthen partnerships with industry players, and integrate training into the vocational school curriculum. Thus, it is hoped that this training will be able to increase the competitiveness of Karmel Vocational School students, prepare them to face the dynamic business world, and support the sustainability of skills-based learning programs.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa berdasarkan gaya kognitif reflektif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu tiga siswa kelas X IPA di salah satu SMA di Kota Palembang. Instrumen tes untuk mengetahui gaya kognitif siswa menggunakan Matching Familiar Figure Test (MFFT) yang dikembangkan oleh Warli (2010) berdasarkan instrumen MFFT yang dibuat oleh Jerome Kagan (1965). Instrumen tes kemampuan literasi matematis siswa terdiri dari tiga butir soal uraian dengan satu soal memuat satu indikator. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi matematis siswa ditinjau berdasarkan gaya kognitif reflektif memiliki kemampuan literasi matematis yang tergolong sedang. Hal ini dikarenakan terdapat ada satu siswa yang mendapatkan persentase diatas rata-rata di semua indikator kemampuan literasi matematis (formulate, employ, dan interpret). Kemudian satu siswa yang menguasai dua indikator literasi matematis yaitu indikator formulate dan interpret, yang artinya siswa tersebut memiliki kemampuan untuk merumuskan situasi matematis dan menafsirkan serta mengevaluasi solusi, hasil, atau kesimpulan matematika (formulate) dan menginterpretasikannya dalam bentuk kontekstual pada masalah kehidupan nyata (interpret). Sisanya satu siswa hanya memiliki kemampuan untuk menginterpretasikan dalam bentuk kontekstual pada masalah kehidupan nyata (interpret).Kata Kunci: Employ; Formulate; Interpret; Kemampuan Literasi Matematis; Reflektif; AbstractThis study aims to describe students' mathematical literacy skills based on reflective cognitive style. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were three students of class X IPA at a high school in Palembang City. The test instrument to determine students' cognitive styles uses the Matching Familiar Figure Test (MFFT) developed by Warli (2010) based on the MFFT instrument created by Jerome Kagan (1965). The instrument for testing students' mathematical literacy skills consisted of three descriptive questions with one item containing one indicator. The results show that students' mathematical literacy abilities reviewed based on the reflective cognitive style have moderate mathematical literacy abilities. This is because there is one student who gets a percentage above the average in all indicators of mathematical literacy skills (formulate, employ, and interpret). Then one student who masters two indicators of mathematical literacy, namely formulate and interpret indicators, which means that these students have the ability to formulate mathematical situations and interpret and evaluate solutions, results, or mathematical conclusions (formulate) and interpret them in contextual form on real life problems (interpret ). The remaining one student only has the ability to interpret in contextual form on real life problems (interpret).Keywords: Employ; Formulates; Interpret; Mathematical Literacy Ability; Reflective;

Abstract

This study aims to construct an integrated constellation model and determine optimal strategies for reinforcing lecturers’ professional commitment at leading private universities in Bogor. Utilizing the POP-SDM (Modeling and Optimization of Management Resources) framework, the research integrates elements of local wisdom and organizational support within a systemic approach to human resource development. The exploratory qualitative phase involved in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to uncover major determinants influencing professional commitment. From the thematic analysis, four principal variables emerged—teamwork, organizational climate, religiosity, and work motivation—which were validated through expert judgment. Quantitative verification was subsequently performed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique to examine both direct and indirect relationships among constructs. The analysis confirmed that all variables exert positive and significant effects on lecturers’ professional commitment, with work motivation being the most dominant factor. To refine improvement priorities, the SITOREM (Scientific Identification Theory for Conducting Operational Research in Educational Management) method was applied, identifying indicators that should be improved, maintained, or further developed. The findings offer empirical and practical insights, including: (1) a validated POP-SDM–based commitment model combining cultural and organizational dimensions; (2) evidence-based strategies to enhance lecturer professionalism; and (3) an optimization framework to guide sustainable lecturer development in higher education institutions.
