Industri konstruksi merupakan industri yang mempunyai karakter yang,unik, banyak pihak yang terlibat dengan berbagai fungsi yang berbeda(Penyedia jasa konsultan, Penyedia jasa konstruksi, Suplier danOwner). Bunga rampai ini berisi hasil-hasil penelitian terkait denganpenelitian tentangpenyelenggaraan sertifikasi tenaga ahli dalam kurunwaktu 2005 – 2012.

Abstract

Abstract Supervision is an important stage in construction work. The quality of construction is largely determined by the quality of supervision at each stage of work in the field. The problem is that this field supervision process is sometimes neglected, due to: (1) the assumption that the contractor (contractor) of the work is considered experienced, so they are accustomed to doing construction work- (2) there is no, or no attention to the work plan and requirements (RKS), and (3 ) does not exist, or the procedures for carrying out the work are not observed. This service activity aims to provide knowledge related to field supervision in the construction sector for Vocational High School (SMK) students through training. The activity was carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat, especially the Construction and Property Technology Expertise Program. The construction field supervision training was carried out online using Zoom-meeting, including the presentation of field supervisor materials followed by interactive discussions to share experiences. The training materials distributed were about the implementation of foundation work, beams, plates and columns. The results of the activity evaluation showed that the training process, the benefits of the training, and the presenters had delivered the material well and could be accepted by students. This is known from the evaluation of the post-test results against the pre-test results. Abstrak Pengawasan merupakan merupakan tahapan penting dalam pekerjaan konstruksi. Kualitas konstruksi sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas pengawasan setiap tahapan pekerjaan di lapangan. Permasalahannya proses pengawasan lapangan ini, terkadang terabaikan, dikarenakan: (1) anggapan pelaksana (pemborong) pekerjaan dinilai sudah berpengalaman, sehingga terbiasa mengerjakan pekerjaan konstruksi- (2) tidak ada, atau tidak diperhatikan rencana kerja dan syarat (RKS), dan (3) tidak ada, atau tidak diperhatikan prosedur pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan terkait pengawasan lapangan bidang konstruksi bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) melalui pelatihan. Kegiatan dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat khususnya Program Keahlian Teknologi Konstruksi dan Properti. Pelatihanpengawasan lapangan bidang konstruksi dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan Zoom-meeting, meliputi penyajian materi pengawas lapangan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi interaktif untuk berbagi pengalaman. Materi pelatihan yang dibagikan adalah mengenai pelaksanaan pekerjaan pondasi, balok, pelat dan kolom. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan diketahui bahwa proses pelatihan, manfaat pelatihan, dan pemateri telah menyampaikan materi dengan baik dan dapat diterima oleh siswa. Hal ini diketahui dari evaluasi hasil post-test terhadap hasil pre-test.

Abstract

Abstract Many countries have established implementation strategies for the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in construction projects. To catch up, the Ministry of PUPR has launched the Indonesia Digital Construction Roadmap 2017-2024 through 4 stages, including the Adoption, Digitization, Collaboration, and Integration stages. The problem in the adoption stage was the lack of BIM from both users and service providers. Based on this problem, it’s necessary to introduce BIM to the community to carry out Community Service. The community service program is a forum for lecturers to provide information and solutions to any problems that occur in the community. In this program, the target community is the teachers of SMK Nurul Huda Islamic Education Foundation (Yapinuh), Muara Gembong District, Bekasi Regency. This study aims to review the damage at SMK Yapinuh with the BIM application. The implementation method is preparation, carrying out BIM training with Autodesk Viewer, and evaluation of filling out a questionnaire. The result of this study is damaged building at SMK Yapinuh can be visualized with Autodesk Revit. This research is expected to provide solutions related to the damage and maintenance of buildings at SMK Yapinuh. Abstrak Banyak negara telah menetapkan strategi implementasi untuk penggunaan Building Information Modeling (BIM) pada proyek konstruksi. Untuk mengejar ketertinggalan Kementerian PUPR telah meluncurkan Roadmap Konstruksi Digital Indonesia 2017-2024 melalui 4 tahap, yaitu tahap Adopsi, Digitalisasi, Kolaborasi, dan Integrasi. Namun pada tahap Adopsi dari Roadmap tersebut masih terdapat permasalahan di antaranya masih kurangnya penguasaan BIM baik dari Pengguna, maupun Penyedia Jasa. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan adanya upaya pengenalan BIM kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dalam bentuk Pengabdian Masyarakat. Program pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan wadah bagi dosen untuk memberikan informasi dan solusi dari setiap masalah yang terjadi di masyarakat. Pada program ini masyarakat yang menjadi sasaran adalah guru-guru SMK Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Nurul Huda (Yapinuh), Kecamatan Muara Gembong, Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau kerusakan bangunan yang ada di SMK Yapinuh dengan aplikasi BIM. Metode Pelaksanaan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan BIM dengan Autodesk Viewer, dan evaluasi berupa pengisian kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kerusakan gedung yang ada di SMK Yapinuh dapat divisualisasikan dengan Autodesk Revit. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terkait kerusakan dan pemeliharaan gedung di SMK Yapinuh.

Abstract

Distance or online learning is increasingly becoming a trend in this digital era. Platforms like Zoom and Google Classroom (GCR) are very helpful in supporting online learning. However, how big data on the platform can be utilized as a learning support medium is still an interesting research topic. This article discusses how big data on the Zoom and GCR platforms can be used to improve the quality of online learning. By analyzing user data, personalizing learning, and increasing learning effectiveness, educators can obtain information that is very useful in developing effective learning strategies. However, ethics and user data privacy policies must still be considered in the use of big data on these platforms. In order to improve online learning, the use of big data on the Zoom and GCR platforms can be an effective solution.Keyword : Big Data, Online Learning, User Data Analysis

Abstract

This study aims to obtain complete information about the implementation Of Education Process Standards at SMK Construction and Property Engineering Expertise Programs in Jakarta. Research related to how Implementation of Learning Land measurement engineering subjects to achieve the expected competency in accordance with the established basic competencies, and what factors are done by the teacher to achieve the competence of Surveying Techniques. This research is intended in a qualitative descriptive study. The data source was obtained from interviews with the deputy headmaster of the curriculum section and the teacher of the subject of Surveying Techniques as well as the basic competency documents and the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). Data collection procedures carried out by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The analysis is done by describing and interpreting the data from interviews and documentation studies and checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation. From the results of research conducted the implementation of the standard process in learning Surveying Techniques goes well by paying attention to predetermined standards namely planning, implementation and assessment by attention to the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor elements of students.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has prompted the adoption of distance education worldwide, including in 3T regions facing challenges of limited infrastructure and accessibility. The utilization of Big Data holds great potential in enhancing the quality and accessibility of education in these 3T regions. This study aims to analyze the utilization of Big Data in distance education during the pandemic in 3T regions, identify its benefits in personalized learning, monitoring the learning process, and predicting student needs, and provide recommendations for further research. The research approach employed data analysis from a survey involving 500 schools in 3T regions. Data was collected through questionnaires that encompassed the aspects of Big Data usage in distance education and its impact on educational quality in 3T regions. Data analysis reveals that the utilization of Big Data in distance education in 3T regions has significantly contributed to student data collection and analysis, monitoring the learning process, and predicting student needs. These findings are consistent with previous research that highlights the benefits of Big Data in personalized learning and educational performance management. The utilization of Big Data in distance education in 3T regions during the pandemic holds immense potential in improving the quality and accessibility of education. Adequate training and education should be provided to teachers and school staff regarding the utilization of Big Data.

Abstract

To prepare the community to face Society 5.0, cooperation is needed from various parties, including the education sector. The development of the education sector is crucial today, as it provides optimal and quality educational services and facilitates technological advancements. Regarding educational technology, a system utilized to support learning and achieve desired outcomes, it is important to associate it with the Society 5.0 era. One form of technological development in education that can be used as a learning medium is e-learning. This research adopts a quantitative approach. The research subjects consist of secondary data from a Kaggle dataset titled "Students Adaptability Level in Online Education," which was collected by Md. Aktaruzzaman Pramanik and Nishat Ahmed Samrin. The data includes 530 students who participated in online learning at schools. The results of this research indicate that the development of information technology in the Society 5.0 era can be utilized by the education sector, such as through e-learning as a learning medium. The impact of these research findings can be observed in the quality of education in Indonesia, where all aspects of life coexist with digital media.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan multimedia dan media internet dalam proses pembelajaran memiliki keunggulan yang signifikan. Penggunaan teknologi ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas, daya tarik, dan interaktivitas pembelajaran. Namun, ada beberapa tantangan yang timbul, salah satunya adalah mengelola dan menyajikan materi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pemanfaatan multimedia dan media internet sebagai alat pembelajaran yang efektif. Metode studi literatur digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini, yang melibatkan analisis dan penggunaan referensi dan penelitian terkait pemanfaatan teknologi multimedia dan internet dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan multimedia dan media internet dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari artikel ini adalah bahwa multimedia dan media internet dapat menjadi alat pembelajaran yang efektif. Penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran bisa meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar siswa, serta memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan kreatif.

Abstract

Utilization of multimedia facilities and internet media in the learning process has a significant advantage. Learning that uses multimedia technology and internet media can increase student effectiveness, creativity, and motivation. Although, this requires management and presentation of material according to the needs and characteristics of students. This study aims to determine the use of multimedia and internet media as effective learning tools. In writing this article, the researcher uses a qualitative method of literature study, namely searching for documents, articles, and previous research to examine references and research results related to the use of multimedia and internet technology in learning. The results of the study show that multimedia and internet technology can be effective learning tools with more interactive and interesting learning experiences. This increases students' motivation and interest in learning, thereby helping to create a more creative and innovative learning environment. In conclusion, the use of multimedia and internet technology in learning can improve the quality of learning and provide a more positive learning experience for students. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to the management and presentation of appropriate material so that multimedia and internet technology can become effective learning tools

Abstract

Tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja di industri konstruksi serta kurangnya jumlah tenaga ahli keselamatan konstruksi menjadi urgensi dalam peningkatan keselamatan kerja pada industri ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi ahli keselamatan konstruksi guna meningkatkan keselamatan kerja, mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan kerja, dan meningkatkan jumlah tenaga ahli keselamatan konstruksi yang kompeten di industri tersebut.  Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari artikel jurnal terkait K3 konstruksi dengan tahun terbit pada 2020-2021. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan analisis konten dengan melalui lima fase yaitu, pengumpulan data, fase penyimpanan data, fase preprocessing data, fase klasifikasi, dan fase presentasi data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis konten didapatkan 32 indikator kompetensi ahli keselamatan konstruksi yang dibagi lagi ke dalam kompetensi pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap. Hasil pengkodingan kompetensi pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan di Nvivo didapatkan tingkat kompetensi yang paling sering dibahas yaitu kompetensi pengetahuan berupa hazard knowledge, kompetensi keterampilan berupa risk management, dan kompetensi sikap berupa positive safety behavior.
