Abstract

Software perpustakaan on-line dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengelolaan perpustakaan di SMAN 1 Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2012 dan 2013. Tujuan penelitian pada tahun 2012 adalah 1) mengetahui kesiapan hardware dan software dalam mendukung perpustakaan on-line berbasis PHP dan Postgre di SMAN 1 Kabupaten Bantul DIY, 2) mengetahui kesiapan SDM, 3) model pengembangan software yang sesuai kebutuhan perpustakaan, 4) pengadaan komputer server dan jaringannya. Tahun 2013 tujuan penelitiannya adalah 1) pengadaan perangkat komputer, 2) implementasi software, dan 3) pelatihan implementasi software

Abstract

The growth of information technology had followed by a school so that can face the global emulation. Information technology gave the contribution which enough mean in realizing effective school like: in the field of study, school publication, School leadership, school administration. Implementation of information technology in a school very assisting like: exploiting internet, LAN (Local Area Network), multimedia, e-learning, mailing list, and others.Effective school is a success school it’s meaning an institute of education organizer which have owned the good independence so that can upgrade the education. Effective school characteristic cover three elements, that is: input, process, and output which are the each element elaborated to become some characteristic. Effective school more focused at independence owned so that can challenge and always developed of self in order to reaching its target.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is growing fast included in the case of learning management based on ICT. Learning management based on ICT which is being trend namely e-learning management. E-learning management has implemented to educational institutions. Based on the background, thus emerged general problem ”how e-learning management at university can increase quality college students’ learning outcome quality”.The effectiveness and efficiency of E-learning management at university can be measured from some steps as follows: 1) Policy in conducting e-learning system, 2) University Lecturers’ understanding on e-learning technology, 3) College student’s understanding on e-learning technology, 4) University lecturer’s readiness toward learning process by using e-learning system, 5) University college students’ readiness toward learning process by using e-learning system, 6) infrastructure readiness of e-learning system such as consist of: hardware (LAN dan WAN), software, brainware, 7) the system of human resources counseling supporting e-learning system, 8) funding of e-learning system, 9) learning process by using e-learning system at university, 10) controlling system toward the learning process by using e-learning system at university, 11) the impact of learning process by e-learning toward the increasing of college students’ learning outcome quality.

Abstract

Abstract: A Model of the Senior High School Management in the 21st Century.Globalization brings about wide impacts, including demands for development inthe educational field. The development of secondary education, especially seniorhigh schools, needs to be well planned in order that it can be well implemented.One of the problems arising in the senior high school development is one related tomanagement. This can be solved using a reliable management model, called amodel of the senior high school management in the 21st century. This model isbased on five principles, i.e.: (1) improvement of the quality of senior high schools,(2) implementation of modern management, (3) implementation of balancedscorecard, (4) implementation of good governance, and (5) application anddevelopment of ICT.Keywords: management model, 21st century management system

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) kesesuaian perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi pada tingkat fakultas, unit, dan lembaga di lingkungan UNY; (2) kesiapan SDM dalam mendukung implementasi SIM berbasis komputer di UNY; dan (3) keefektifan implementasi SIM berbasis komputer di UNY. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaiuasi yang memfokuskan pada unsur-unsur proses implementasi SIM berbasis komputer di UNY dengan'model yang dikembangkan adalah model Scriven's formative-summative. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode: wawancara, pengamatan berperan serta, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan icara mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan mengambil kesimpulan. j Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa: pertama, unsur perangkat keras SIM berbasis komputer di UNY sudah efektif, meskipun ada beberapa bagian yang pedu pembenahan. Kedua, unsur perangkat lunak SIM berbasis komputer di UNY sudah efektif, tetapi sistem keamanannya masih perlu ditingkatkan. Ketiga, budaya penggunaan SIM berbasis komputer di UNY dapat dilihat dari aktivitas dosen, karyawan, dan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan fasilitas SIM berbasis komputer di UNY. Keempat, kesiapan SDM sebagai pendukung implementasi SIM berbasis komputer di lingkungan UNY sudah memadai. Kelima, implementasi SIM berbasis komputer di lingkungan UNY sudah efektif, sebab unsur perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, dan SDMnya sudah memenuhi standar. Keenam, Implementasi SIM berbasis komputer di lingkungan UNY hanya terbatas pada bidang akademik, pembayaran mahasisjwa, dan penelitian. Kata kunci: sistem, informasi, manajemen, komputer

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to identify elementary school teachers’ perceptions of digital based learning in the 21st century. Data of this phenomenological qualitative study were collected through interviews with ten teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, and the validity was tested using source triangulation techniques. The data analysis used descriptive data analysis techniques, including data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusion. The results show that teachers consider digital integration in elementary schools to bring positive changes, both in the process and student learning outcomes. It is proven by student responses in the form of increased motivation, activity, enthusiasm, and critical thinking skills. The findings confirm two things. First, the main factor for the success of digital based learning does not depend on the availability of digital equipments, rather in the competence of the teachers (digital skills, creative thinking, and communication skills). Second, teachers in schools with digital technology infrastructure have better performance in implementing digital based learning than those without the infrastructure. This study has implications for the development trends of the competencies of elementary school teachers. Apparently, digital literacy needs special attention in the development of four teacher competencies. Therefore, teachers can keep up with the era and the tendencies of student characteristics.Keywords: teachers’ perception, digital technology, 21st century learning. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi guru sekolah dasar (SD) tentang pembelajaran berbasis digital abad 21. Data dalam penelitian kualitatif jenis fenomenologi ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara kepada 10 guru di Daerah Istimewa Yogykarta (DIY) dan diuji keabsahannya melalui teknik triangulasi sumber. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif, yang meliputi kondensasi data, penampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa guru menganggap integrasi digital di sekolah dasar membawa perubahan positif, baik dalam proses maupun hasil belajar siswa. Ini dibuktikan oleh respon siswa, berupa peningkatan motivasi, aktivitas, antusiasme, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan dua hal. Pertama, faktor kunci keberhasilan pembelajaran berbasis digital bukan terletak pada ketersediaan peralatan digital, melainkan pada kompetensi guru (keterampilan digital, pemikiran kreatif, dan keterampilan komunikasi). Kedua, guru di sekolah dengan infrastruktur teknologi digital mempunyai kinerja yang lebih baik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis digital daripada guru sekolah tanpa infrastruktur teknologi digital. Penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap tren pengembangan kompetensi guru SD. Literasi digital pada akhirnya perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus dalam pengembangan empat kompetensi guru, agar guru mampu mengimbangi perkembangan zaman maupun kecenderungan karakteristik siswa. Kata kunci: persepsi guru, teknologi digital, pembelajaran abad 21.

Abstract

College is civilization of pillar a nation because it's  as the  intellectual strength center. College is  centers science and  technology development. In consequence, college have some functions for example (1)  develop human resource that professional in meaning of expertise level, discipline, sincerity, ethics, accuracy, effective and efficient,' (2)  center of science development;  and (3)   will prepare leaders of nation the future. In other hand, college also needs system of exhaled breath management 21'" century.
