Abstract

The community satisfaction index (IKM) is a measure of the assessment given by the community to the government for the services that have been provided. This is stated in the regulation of the Minister of PAN-RB No. 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling a Community Satisfaction Survey for Public Administration Units. The community satisfaction index analysis should always be carried out periodically so that it can be seen that the community's satisfaction with the services provided, especially at Betungan Urban Village Office. But in reality, so far, the Urban Village Office does not have a benchmark that is used as a forum to determine community satisfaction with these services. The service satisfaction assessment system at the Betungan Urban Village Office was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This satisfaction assessment system can be accessed online via the link http://afif.vad.my.id, so that it can make it easier for the public to provide service satisfaction assessments. In helping the analysis of the service satisfaction assessment, this application has applied the Servqual Method where the assessment is divided into 2 parts, namely perceptions and expectations. In addition to this satisfaction assessment system, there are 2 application interfaces, namely administrators and people who have different functions. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the application runs as expected

Abstract

MAN 2 Bengkulu City is one of the public madrasah aliyah schools in Bengkulu City. The school already has a library which is used as a medium for library members or users to search for books, read books, and borrow books. So far, the library at MAN 2 Bengkulu City is still conventional and has not used related applications in terms of searching book catalogs. Members/librarians come to the library and look directly at each shelf to pick up the desired book. In addition, the data processing of the book catalog has not utilized the office application package, all book data is processed using double polio paper that has been prepared. The book catalog application at MAN 2 Bengkulu City is an application that can be used to facilitate the library in managing book data, members, borrowing, and returning books and can print the output needed in archiving library data. The book catalog application at MAN 2 Bengkulu City has applied the Levenstein Distance Algorithm which is used to facilitate the search for books when the book borrowing process is carried out. The book catalog application at MAN 2 Bengkulu City was made using the Visual Basic programming language.

Abstract

One system that can carry out network monitoring is using ntopng tool or application. Linux Ubuntu Server is an open source operating system, this operating system is very good for use as a server because it does not require high hardware specifications and can also be obtained for free because it is open source. Ntopng in carrying out network monitoring is very well applied at SMK S 1 Pembangunan of Bengkulu City, this is because at SMK S 1 Pembangunan of Bengkulu City, the computer network in the computer and visual laboratory is used by students, both for learning and teaching activities as well as the media used by students to fill their free time.
