Abstract

Pengelolaan piutang penting bagi entitas karena dapat berdampak positif pada efektivitas arus kas, peningkatan profitabilitas, peningkatan likuiditas, dan peningkatan kinerja keuangan entitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai strategi pengelolaan piutang untuk meminimalisasi piutang macet di kemudian hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan cara menganalisis strategi pengelolaan piutang PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjung Karang meliputi analisis atas standar kredit, persyaratan kredit, kebijakan pengumpulan piutang, dan rasio pengukuran piutang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa entitas telah memiliki strategi pengelolaan piutang yang baik, yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya standar kredit dan persyaratan kredit yang jelas dan berlaku secara nasional, adanya penerapan kebijakan pengumpulan piutang yang berdampak positif pada rasio pengukuran piutang yang baik. Kondisi ini tentunya harus dipertahankan/ditingkatkan dengan cara (1) meningkatkan komitmen seluruh pegawai untuk selalu melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai SOP yang ada; (2) melakukan kegiatan grebek tunggakan yang berkolaborasi dengan seluruh pegawai terkait; dan (3) meningkatkan program migrasi listrik pascabayar ke prabayar.Kata kunci: Strategi Pengelolaan Piutang, Piutang Macet

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana dalam penelitian ini lebih menekankan pada makna dan proses daripada hasil suatu aktivitas Secara umum penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk memahami (understanding) dunia makna yang disimbolkan dalam perilaku masyarakat menurut perspektif masyarakat itu sendiri. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu Implementasi pengalaman kerja kompetensi pegawai dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Tulang Bawang saat ini sudah cukup baik yakni lebih mengutamakan masa kerja pegawai, khususnya bagi para auditor yang dimana pegawai yang lebih berpengalaman dan masa kerja yang lama lebih diutamakan untuk menyelesaikan tugas, pegawai yang ada saat ini mayoritas sudah memiliki kompetensi yang baik dibidangnya masing-masing, pegawai dapat mengimplementasikan pengetahuannya yang berasal dari diklat-diklat untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya, Hambatan yaitu Kurangnya motivasi kerja para pegawai, Komunikasi antar pegawai dengan pimpinan belum maksimal, masih adanya prilaku pegawai yang tidak disiplin, Belum maksimalnya pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendidikan/ bimbingan teknis pegawa, Ketidak sesuaian antara bidang kerja pegawai dengan latar belakang pendidikan formalnya. Strategi/ kebijakan yang diambil yaitu Meningkatkan pelaksanaan pendidikan dan latihan pegawai. Meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) UP 3 Tanjung Karang workers' work discipline, job training, and motivation following the COVID-19 epidemic will be examined in this research. This research explores the impact of three independent factors on employee performance: work motivation (X1), job training (X2), and work discipline (X3) (Y). A sample of 34 surveys was obtained using Solvin from 159 workers. The analytical method is multiple linear regression with t-test, f-test, validity, and reliability. Results research prove significant effect of work discipline of 0.025, job training of 2.042, and work motivation of 2.042 on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP 3 Tanjung Karang.

Abstract

In estimating the potential of the region, information and benchmarks are needed that are real in the field and are desired by the community concretely. One of the financial benchmarks that can be used to see regional readiness in implementing autonomy is to measure how far the financial capacity of a region is. While the regional financial capacity is usually measured by the amount of contribution of Regional Original Income (PAD). Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive. The results of the study using SWOT analysis showed that the strength of Bandar Lampung City Revenue Service in an effort to increase local revenue is to have qualified human resources (quite competent), the potential of the Bandar Lampung City Revenue Office is quite high quality in carrying out its main tasks and functions, there are job descriptions clear in carrying out their main tasks and functions and supporting adequate operational budget. The weaknesses are the weak function of coordination between and inter agencies, the weak monitoring function, inadequate office facilities and infrastructure and the weak application of sanctions for violators of taxes and levies. Potential objects as well as high taxpayers and retributions and strong political support for the elected Mayor and Deputy Mayor are opportunities for the Bandar Lampung City Revenue Service in an effort to increase local revenues and challenges or threats of Bandar Lampung City Revenue Service in an effort to increase local revenue is the scope of the area of potential that is quite broad and the low public awareness of taxpayers and levies.Keywords: Increased PAD, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees at Addiction Coffee. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with 30 employees as respondents. The data collection is done by questionnaire or questionnaire then processed by SPSS statistical software version 29. The results show that the work discipline variable has a positive impact on the work efficiency of the employees. staff, however, this effect was not statistically significant. On the contrary, the change in work motivation was found to have a clear positive effect and play an important role in improving the working efficiency of employees at Addi Coffee. The conclusion of this study confirms that work motivation has a greater influence on employee performance than work discipline. Therefore, to improve employee performance, Adiksi Coffee can further focus on developing strategies and programs to encourage and maintain employees' high work motivation.

Abstract

The rapid development of the business world during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the service sector, has had a positive impact on DM Parcel, a Sultan Agung Street No. 52 Kedaton Bandar Lampung and was established in 2018. The company has an organizational structure of 1 owner and 4 employees, and implements a corporate culture that emphasizes creativity, service, and innovation. customer satisfaction. This study focuses on the influence of three factors, service quality (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) on customer satisfaction (Y). The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. The results of data analysis show that service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction with DM Parcel. However, price and location did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, it was found that there is a significant influence between service quality, price, and location on DM Parcel customer satisfaction. This finding could be a benchmark for DM Parcel in improving its marketing and service strategies to increase customer satisfaction. Furthermore, this study also contributes to understanding the factors affecting consumer satisfaction in the service industry during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Polsek (Kepolisian Sektor) adalah perangkat daerah yang diserahkan tugas dan wewenang untuk melaksanakan otonomi daerah dalam bidang pemeliharaan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat. Sebagai salah satu tangan dari pemerintah pusat, Polsek (Kepolisian Sektor) Tanjung Karang Timur selalu berupaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan reputasinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, stress kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Polsek (Kepolisian Sektor) Tanjung Karang Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Polsek (Kepolisian Sektor) Tanjung Karang Timur yang berjumlah 49 orang dan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat diambil simpulan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Polsek (Kepolisian Sektor) Tanjung Karang Timur. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Polsek (Kepolisian Sektor) Tanjung Karang Timur. Stress Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Polsek (Kepolisian Sektor) Tanjung Karang Timur. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Polsek (Kepolisian Sektor) Tanjung Karang Timur. Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Stress Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Polsek (Kepolisian Sektor) Tanjung Karang Timur.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan unit bisnis PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Rejosari. Metodologi kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan unit usaha PTPN VII Rejosari yang berjumlah 69 orang, dan penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap bottom line unit bisnis PTPN VII Rejosari. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh baik dan cukup besar terhadap hasil unit usaha PTPN VII Rejosari. Di divisi PTPN VII Rejosari, loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap bottom line. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Divisi PTPN VII Rejosari.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of brand image and price on the purchasing decisions of Shopee Indonesia customers. This type of research is quantitative. The number of samples in this study amounted to 107 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Respondents in this study were students of management class 20 at the University of Bandar Lampung. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that brand image has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, then price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and brand image and price together have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Brand Image; Price; Purchase Decision
