Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the impact of Competency, Discipline and Motivation on the performance of teachers in State Middle Schools located in Bandar Lampung City District. Data was collected through online distribution of questionnaires via the Google Forms platform to 68 secondary schools in the Sukarame District area. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method, by testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypotheses. The data was then processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions version 17 tool. Research findings show that Competency significantly and positively influences the performance of teachers at Public Middle Schools in Sukarame District. Apart from that, discipline also has a positive and significant influence on the performance of teachers at State Middle Schools in Sukarame District. Furthermore, motivation also has a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers at State Middle Schools in Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung City.

Abstract

Regional autonomy policies implemented by local governments have a significant impact on their financial management efficiency. It is important to create competitiveness based on principles appropriate to the potential and unique characteristics of each region. Assessing regional financial performance is critical, especially in the context of high-quality accountability principles, including thorough evaluation of regional financial performance measures. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, focusing on analyzing regional financial ratios. The data used comes from secondary sources, specifically the Bandar Lampung City Budget Achievement Report from 2019 to 2021. The research results show that the regional financial performance of Bandar Lampung City, if evaluated based on the regional financial independence ratio, is ranked at advisory level. However, the original regional income (PAD) efficiency ratio shows inefficiency in managing this source of income. In addition, the regional financial efficiency ratio shows that the level of efficiency has not yet reached the optimal level. PAD, gross income, and operating expenditure growth rates trended negatively, while capital expenditure growth rates trended positively.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the factors related to competitive advantage, especially in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and to gain an in-depth understanding of the field of Competitive Advantage by classifying, defining, and analyzing the latest scientific literature. Research Methodology: This research uses the systematic mapping study (SMS) method to examine scientific publications on the field of competitive advantage published from time to time based on focus and type of research. Results: The results of this study also provide a summary of current research topics and trends related to Competitive Advantage. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can gain a Competitive Advantage through planned strategies. The goal of this strategy is to generate greater profits than competitors. To gain Competitive Advantage, many factors are equally important. Some of these are challenges, artificial intelligence, adoption, industry, covid, application, technology, data, performance, green innovation, capability, role, supply chain, innovation, and image classification factors. This factor creates and maintains a competitive advantage over competitors. Limitation: Limited number of variables in determining factors related to the development of micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) governance, such as MSME performance, Market Orientation, Innovation, Marketing, Dynamic Capabilities. Contribution: This research provides a practical way to learn which topics are appropriate for research and which areas require additional research and help researchers plan future discovery gap (gap) research.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the influence of income and financial literacy on the consumtive behavior of Shopee Paylater customers from Generation Z in Bandar Lampung City. The study used a quantitative methodology, focusing on the generation Z population residing in the city. The collection of primary data was the dissemination of online questionnaires to a sample of 100 respondents who were both users of Shopee Paylater and within the age range of 18-25 years. “The process of selecting samples is conducted using non-probability sampling techniques, with a particular emphasis on purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models to explain the relationship between independent variables (income and financial literacy) to dependent variables (consumptive behavior). Statistical software such as SPSS 29.0 or Excel is used for data analysis. The tests performed include descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, t tests, F tests. The level of achievement of respondents shows that variable X1 income is included in criteria neutral with a percentage of 68.45, for variable X2 financial literacy criteria neutral with a percentage of 65.50% and variable consumptive behavior Y criteria neutral with a percentage of 63.04%. The results of the analysis concluded that partially, income (X1) has a positive influence on consumptive behavior (Y). Financial literacy (X2) partially has a positive influence on consumptive behavior (Y). In addition, simultaneously, income and financial literacy have an impact on the consumptive behavior of generation Z Shopee Paylater users in Bandar Lampung City.

Abstract

This research was carried out to analyze the application of the full costing method in calculating the cost of produced (COGS) of caftans for determining selling prices. This research was carried out at the Viahijab Store using qualitative analysis techniques, where data has collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. From the results of research that has carried out, the calculation of the cost of produced (COGS) and selling price using company calculations produces lower prices when compared to using the full costing method. Where the results of selling price calculations using the company method produce Rp. 186,540.3 per Caftan, while the calculation results from full costing are Rp. 200,040.3 per piece, this shows a difference of Rp. 13,500 per piece of Caftan. This is due to the difference in cost between the company method and the full costing method.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether product quality and location simultaneously effect purchasing decisions. In this research, quantitative methods are used. The population used was all Sakara Coffee consumers using a purposive sampling formula of 100 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis as a data analysis method. The software used to process the data is SPSS. The results of this research show that the multiple linear regression analysis is Y = 12.013 + 0.514 X1 + 0.198 X2 with a total percentage of product quality answers of 63% with an average of 82% in the Good criteria. Then 67% of the 100 samples said the location was Good with an average of 78% with Good criteria. This means that if product quality and location increase, purchasing decisions will also increase. So that the development of product quality and location will be able to attract consumer purchasing decisions and become more widely known among the public.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a more in-depth evaluation of the impact of Work Discipline, Internal Environment, and Employee Satisfaction on Work Productivity in the organizational environment of CV. Langgeng Propertindo. The population identified as the object of research is all employees of CV. Langgeng Propertindo, which involved 40 people in this analysis. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, a statistical analysis technique that makes it possible to understand the complex interrelationships between independent variables and dependent variables. The results of this study revealed interesting findings: First, work discipline did not have a significant effect on employee productivity. Second, the internal environment did not show a significant impact on work productivity. However, interestingly, Employee Satisfaction positively and significantly affects work productivity. This finding provides a deeper understanding of the factors that really affect employee performance at CV. Langgeng Propertindo. This research also highlights that work productivity is not only influenced by one factor, but simultaneously by work discipline, internal environment, and employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan oleh Pihak LPPM UBL kali ini bekerja sama dengan PLN (Divisi Komunikasi dan TJSL (PLN Peduli) PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Lampung. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini Bidang yang di kaji pada PKM yang dilakukan adalah digital marketing. Dalam penelitian mendapatkan beberapa informasi permasalahan yang di alami masyarakat diantaranya adalah lokasi yang dekat dengan pintu tol membuat tim meyakini banyaknya peluang yang akan membantu kami dalam mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh desa setempat, disatu sisi tim LPPM UBL bersama (PLN Peduli) PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Lampung berhasil menemukan salah satu permasalahan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat tempat kami menjadikannya sebuah objek pengabdian, yaitu para kelompok ibu KWT, dengan adanya pelatihan yang akan kami lakukan diharapkan menjadi solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra kami.

Abstract

Lingkungan kerja adalah kehidupan sosial, psikologi, dan fisik perusahaan yang berpengaruh pada pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Kehidupan manusia tidak lepas dari berbagai kondisi lingkungan, terdapat hubungan yang erat antara lingkungan dan manusia. Dalam hal ini manusia akan selalu berusaha untuk beradaptasi dengan berbagai keadaan lingkungan di sekitarnya. Demikian halnya saat sedang melaksanakan pekerjaan, pegawai sebagai insan tak akan terlepas dari berbagai situasi yang ada di sekitar tempat kerja, yaitu lingkungan kerja. Saat berkerja pegawai dihadapkan dengan berbagai keadaan yang terdapat dalam lingkungan kerja yang beragam, Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil bahwa T hitung T tabel, nilai signifikan 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja (x1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Artinya lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil bahwa T hitung T tabel, nilai signifikan 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa variabel disiplin kerja (x2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Artinya disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study analyzes compensation and work discipline on employee performance in KPU Pringsewu Regency. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of compensation on employee performance at the KPU Pringsewu Regency, knowing the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the KPU Pringsewu Regency, and to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the KPU Pringsewu Regency. This study uses a type of quantitative research using analytical methods with data collection used by researchers are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The results obtained from this study know that there is an influence between compensation and work discipline on employee performance. Judging from the results of calculations that have been carried out, the significance value for the effect of compensation variables (X1) and work discipline variables (X2) simultaneously on employee performance variables (Y).
